第一部件2与第二部件3连接处为向下折弯的连接部,连接部与第二部件3卡接部卡接,可以防止盘座1相对箱体5向前滑动,当维修人员驱使盘座1相对箱体5向前滑动时,连接部跟随盘座1向前滑动,连接部与第二部件3的卡接部分离,当盘座1相对箱体5向前滑动 预设位置时,连接部与第二部件3的铰接部配合,第二部件3的铰接部为第二部件3顶部开设的连接口,第一部件2的连接部为向下折弯的折弯部,当盘座1相对箱体5向前滑动预设位置时,折弯部插入连接口,此时,盘座1与箱体5通过连接部和铰接部配合形成铰接,盘座1相对箱体5可翻转。维修人员把持盘座1前端抬起盘座1,盘座1后侧通过连接部和铰接部配合,将整个盘座1翻转立于箱体5后侧墙上。
当维修完成需要将盘座1复位时,维修人员把持盘座1放下,盘座1后侧通过连接部和铰接部配合,将整个盘座1翻转平放于箱体5上。此时,滑槽10与定位单元7配合,盘座1与箱体5之间可相对滑动。当维修人员驱使盘座1相对箱体5向后滑动时,当盘座1相对箱体5向前滑动预定距离时,第一部件2的连接部与第二部件3的铰接部分离,第一部件2的连接部与第二部件3的卡接部配合,实现盘座1与箱体5之间卡接,同时盘座1前端底部的固定部11与箱体5前部设置的卡紧部配合,实现盘座1与箱体5之间的卡紧。
进一步的,卡紧件6、定位单元7、转换连接装置的具体数量和具体位置可根据实际需要设置。
实施例二
如图1至图11所示,本实施例所述的洗衣机,所述定位单元7包括安装部12、导向部13和定位部14,定位单元7通过安装部12与箱体5连接,导向部13用于导向滑槽10配合安装于定位部14,盘座1通过滑槽10和定位部14配合与箱体5滑动连接。所述滑槽10设置有压型,滑槽10滑动到压型与定位单元7配合时,压型部9与导向部13配合。
具体的,安装部12为贯穿定位单元7的沉头通孔,定位单元7通过螺钉穿过安装部12与箱体5螺钉连接,盘座1上的滑槽10沿着导向部13顺下,实现滑槽10配合安装于定位部14,滑槽10的槽边卡入定位部14,可实现对盘座1的上下限位,从而达到固定盘座1的目的。通过定位单元7与滑槽10配合、箱体5的前部设置卡紧部与固定部11配合、箱体5后侧的第一部件2与第二部件3卡接配合,实现盘座1与箱体5之间无螺钉连接,并且不影响盘座1与箱体5的连接强度,使拆装过程更加便捷,还提高了美观性。
进一步的,为了便于盘座1相对箱体5翻转时,滑槽10与定位单元7分离,所述滑槽10设置有压型部9,滑槽10滑动到压型部9与定位单元7配合时,压型部9与导向部13配合。当盘座1需要翻转时,由于压型部9与导向部13配合,可以避免盘座1的滑槽10的槽边卡入定位部14导致滑槽10与定位单元7分开困难。
实施例三
如图1至图11所示,本实施例所述的洗衣机,还包括锁紧单元8,锁紧单元8用于锁紧盘座1和箱体5相对固定。还包括投币盒4,所述锁紧单元8一端与箱体5连接,另一端与盘座1可拆卸连接,与盘座1连接的位置位于投币盒4内。
具体的,洗衣机还包括投币盒4,投币盒4设置在盘座1上,箱体5的角部设置有角板,锁紧单元8一端通过螺钉与角板螺钉连接,锁紧单元8另一端通过螺钉与盘座1螺钉连接,与盘座1连接的位置位于投币盒4内。当需要拆装盘座1时,先要打开投币盒4的盖板,拆卸锁紧单元8后,整个盘座1才能相对箱体5滑动和后续翻转。盘座1与箱体5之间设置有锁紧单元8,实现整机保护,防止非维修人员拆卸盘座1。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗衣机,包括:箱体;
    盘座,安装于箱体的上方;
    其特征在于:所述盘座可翻转的设置在箱体上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机,其特征在于:所述箱体上方设有供盘座滑动的路径,盘座滑动至预设位置后,与箱体卡接或铰接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机,其特征在于:还包括转换连接装置,转换连接装置将盘座在箱体上的滑动转换为盘座与箱体卡接或铰接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的洗衣机,其特征在于:所述转换连接装置包括第一部件和第二部件,第二部件设置有卡接部和铰接部,第一部件设置有连接部,连接部与卡接部、铰接部可转换的连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机,其特征在于:所述箱体设置有卡紧部,盘座设置有与卡紧部配合的固定部。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机,其特征在于:所述箱体设置有定位单元,盘座设置有与定位单元配合的滑槽。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的洗衣机,其特征在于:所述定位单元包括安装部、导向部和定位部,定位单元通过安装部与箱体连接,导向部用于导向滑槽配合安装于定位部,盘座通过滑槽和定位部配合与箱体滑动连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的洗衣机,其特征在于:所述滑槽设置有压型部,滑槽滑动到压型部与定位单元配合时,压型部与导向部配合。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的洗衣机,其特征在于:还包括锁紧单元,锁紧单元用于锁紧盘座和箱体相对固定。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的洗衣机,其特征在于:还包括投币盒,所述锁紧单元一端与箱体连接,另一端与盘座可拆卸连接,与盘座连接的位置位于投币盒内。
