下面将结合附图对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“中心”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
此外,下面所描述的本发明不同实施方式中所涉及的技术特征只要彼 此之间未构成冲突就可以相互结合。
实施例1
如图1-2所示为一种密拼金属板幕墙系统的一种具体实施方式,包括竖龙骨1、角钢2、横龙骨3、铝合金基座4、上口铝合金挂件5、下口铝合金挂件6。
所述竖龙骨1与建筑物中的预埋件固定连接,定义所述竖龙骨1的上下方向为Z方向,所述竖龙骨1的前后方向为X方向,所述竖龙骨1的左右方向为Y方向,所述角钢2的第一面与所述竖龙骨1焊接,所述角钢2的第二面沿X方向设有长条孔,所述横龙骨3的第一面通过螺纹紧固件连接到所述角钢2的所述长条孔内,通过调整螺纹紧固件在所述长条孔中的位置即可调整金属板在X方向的位置,调整方式简单,在本实施方式中,所述角钢2的长度沿所述Y方向延伸,所述角钢2在Y方向具有较大的长度,从而减少了角钢2在Y方向上的数量,进而减少了该密拼金属板幕墙系统的零件数量,使得整体结构简单、方便安装。所述铝合金基座4的第一面沿Z方向设有长条孔,通过螺纹紧固件位置可调地连接到所述横龙骨3上,通过调整螺纹紧固件在长条孔中的位置即可调整金属板在Z方向的位置,调整方式简单。所述上口铝合金挂件5的第一面沿Y方向设有长条孔,通过螺纹紧固件可调节地连接到所述铝合金基座4上,所述上口铝合金挂件5的第二面固定连接到第一金属板7上,通过调整螺纹紧固件在长条孔中的位置即可调整金属板在Y方向的位置,调整方式简单,所述上口铝合金挂件5的所述第一面上设有U形卡槽,所述下口铝合金挂件6与第二金属板8固定连接后通过所述下口铝合金挂件6的凸出部卡入所述U形卡槽。
现场安装时,将钢方通竖龙骨1通过螺钉固定连接到预埋件上,然后将角钢2焊接到竖龙骨1上,将横龙骨3通过螺纹紧固件连接到角钢2上,通过调整螺纹紧固件在角钢2的第二面的长条孔中的位置调整金属板在X方向的位置,由于角钢2、横龙骨3具有较大的长度,因此通过调整一个横龙骨3在X方向的位置,可对应调整多块金属板在X方向的位置,金属板在X方向的位置调整好后,将铝合金基座4通过螺纹紧固件连接到横龙骨3上,通过调整螺纹紧固件在铝合金基座4的第一面的长条孔的位置即可调整对应金属板在Z方向的位置,金属板在Z方向的位置调整好后,将与第一金属板7通过螺钉固定连接的上口铝合金挂件5通过螺纹紧固件连接到铝合金基座4上,通过调整螺纹紧固件在上口铝合金挂件5的第一面的长条孔的位置即可调整第一金属板7在Y方向的位置,第一金属板7在Y方向的位置调整好后,将与第二金属板8通过螺钉固定连接的下口铝合金挂件6卡接到上口铝合金挂件5中,在本实施方式中,第一金属板7、第二金属板8为上下相邻的两个金属板,两个金属板之间的缝隙较小,可达到密拼的效果,安装金属板上下相邻的金属板连接方便,可节省时间,有利于缩短工期。在本实施方式中,是先通过调整横龙骨3的位置对应调整多个金属板的X方向的位置,然后通过铝合金基座4、上口铝合金挂件5、下口铝合金挂件6等活动连接件来对应调整单块金属板的Y、Z方向的位置,操作方便,结构简单、方便安装。
在上述实施方式中,角钢2的第二面的长条孔也可以不设置,而是在横龙骨3的第一面上沿X方向设置长条孔;铝合金基座4的第一面的长条孔也可以不设置,而是在横龙骨3的第二面沿Z方向设置长条孔;上口铝 合金挂件5的长条孔也可以不设置,而是在铝合金基座4的第二面上沿Y方向设置长条孔,这样设置也可以调整金属板在X、Y、Z方向的位置。
在上述实施方式中,金属板内侧固定连接有角码9,上口铝合金挂件5、下口铝合金挂件6分别与角码9固定连接后卡接,在金属板内侧固定连接角码9增强了金属板的强度,防止金属板发生变形。
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明创造的保护范围之中。

Claims (23)

  1. 一种骨架隔墙,其特征在于,包括:
    骨架层(1),包括多个间隔排列的竖向龙骨(11);
    基层(2),呈网状,连接于所述骨架层(1)的至少一侧;
    铺设结构(3),至少包括填充层(31),所述填充层(31)对所述基层(2)的网孔进行填充并与所述基层(2)结合成支撑体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的骨架隔墙,其特征在于,所述填充层(31)包覆所述基层(2)。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的骨架隔墙,其特征在于,所述填充层(31)为粉刷层。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的骨架隔墙,其特征在于,所述铺设结构(3)还包括:
    结合层(32),设于所述粉刷层外;
    贴面层(33),通过所述结合层(32)结合至所述支撑体上。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的骨架隔墙,其特征在于,所述铺设结构(3)还包括设于所述粉刷层外的装饰层(34)。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的骨架隔墙,其特征在于,所述填充层(31)为结合层,所述铺设结构(3)还包括通过所述结合层结合至所述支撑体上的贴面层(33)。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的骨架隔墙,其特征在于,所述基层(2)具有两层,分别设于所述骨架层(1)的两侧。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的骨架隔墙,其特征在于,还包括增强层(4),连接于相邻的两个所述竖向龙骨(11)之间。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的骨架隔墙,其特征在于,所述增强层(4) 为金属网状结构。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的骨架隔墙,其特征在于,所述基层(2)包括至少一层金属网片。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的骨架隔墙,其特征在于,所述金属网片为多段拼合而成。

    一种密拼金属板幕墙系统,其特征在于,包括:竖龙骨,与建筑物中的预埋件固定连接,定义所述竖龙骨的上下方向为Z方向,所述竖龙骨的前后方向为X方向,所述竖龙骨的左右方向为Y方向;横龙骨,通过第一连接件可沿所述X方向位置可调地连接到所述竖龙骨上;活动连接件,沿所述横龙骨的长度方向设有若干,且与金属板固定连接,可沿所述Y方向和所述Z方向位置可调地连接到所述横龙骨上。

    根据权利要求12所述的一种密拼金属板幕墙系统,其特征在于,所述第一连接件为长度沿所述Y方向延伸的连接件。

    根据权利要求13所述的一种密拼金属板幕墙系统,其特征在于,所述第一连接件为角钢,所述角钢的第一面与所述竖龙骨固定连接,所述角钢的第二面与所述横龙骨可沿所述X方向位置可调地连接。

    根据权利要求14所述的一种密拼金属板幕墙系统,其特征在于,所述角钢的第二面沿X方向设有长条孔,所述横龙骨的第一面通过螺纹紧固件连接到所述角钢的所述长条孔内。
