本发明的实施方式
本实用新型最关键的构思在于:通过对扭簧预设角度的设定,能够在盖板开启时,通过扭簧本身的形变量所产生的回复力带动盖体快速旋转开启,当扭簧带动盖板复位到扭簧的预设角度时,由于盖板的惯性和重量会带动扭簧继续形变,通过扭簧的形变吸收能量,对重力势能进行转化,从而实现对盖板的减速,避免了盖板翻开到位后产生较大的质量冲击和噪音。
请参照图1至图8所示,本实用新型的一种翻盖装置,包括座体1和盖体2;
所述座体1上开设有与盖体2相配合的槽口,所述槽口包括底部,所述盖体2活动连接在槽口的底部;
所述盖体2包括盖板21和扭簧,所述盖板21包括底端;所述扭簧包括扭件22、第一扭臂221和第二扭臂222,所述扭件22和第一扭臂221可拆卸连接在盖板21上,第二扭臂222可拆卸连接在座体1上
所述扭簧的预设角度介于盖体2与座体1配合使时最大开启时扭簧的张开角度和盖合时扭簧的张开角度之间。

进一步的,所述弯曲弧柱23有两个,分别设置在侧壁面的底部。
进一步的,所述弯曲弧柱23的连接部上还设置有肋板231。
从上述描述可知,通过使用肋板231,在保证连接部的力学性能在符合要求的情况下,能够减少材料的使用量,从而降低成本。
进一步的,所述扭簧的第一扭臂221上设置有第一弯折部2211,第二扭臂222上设置有第二弯折部2221;所述弯曲弧柱23上设置有供第一弯折部2211穿过的通孔232,所述座体1设置有供第二弯折部2221穿过的通孔232。
从上述描述可知,通过第一弯折部2211和第二弯折部2221,能够将座体1和盖体2进行连接使用。
进一步的,所述座体1与接触部相接触的位置上开设有与接触部相适配的曲面11。
从上述描述可知,通过曲面11的设置,能够使座体1的受力均匀,避免因为受力点的集中,容易使座体1损坏,从而保证翻盖装置的使用寿命。
进一步的,所述安装柱233包括本体和顶面,所述本体上开设有同心槽2331;所述从顶面向本体上开设有拓槽2332。
从上述描述可知,通过设置同心槽2331配合拓槽2332,能够通过本体的形变方便扭簧的安装与拆卸,同时在安装扭簧后,通过拓槽2332向外张开,能够将扭簧锁定在安装柱233上,避免扭簧的脱离。
进一步的,所述安装柱233的表面做倒角处理。
从上述描述可知,通过在安装柱233的表面做倒角处理,方便盖板21的安装。
进一步的,所述接触部还包括有固定柱234,所述固定柱234包括侧面,所述侧面上开设有对称的切口槽2341。

进一步的,所述扣柱24包括主体241、两端和与支撑架242;所述主体241与两端之间设置有配合槽;所述支撑架242有两个,所述支撑架242上开设有开槽2421,所述开槽2421与盖板21平行且竖直向上;所述开槽2421与配合槽转动配合;所述主体241与扣位槽12配合。
从上述描述可知,通过支撑架242上的开槽2421的设置,能够在扣柱24的使用过程中,在不影响盖板21开启关闭的工作时,能够通过开槽2421与配合槽的设置,可以直接对扣柱24进行更换。
进一步的,所述扣柱24的一端上还设置有开口圆环扣2411。
从上述描述可知,通过开口圆环扣2411,能够限制扣柱24主体241在轴向方向上的运动,避免扣柱24主体241从支撑架242上脱离。
进一步的,所述扣位槽12的两侧上还设置有拨钮13和固定块14,所述拨钮13所通过固定块14固定在扣位上;所述述播扭为一个类三角,包括斜边和两条邻边,所述斜边向内弯折的弯折点131,所述固定块14位于弯折点131到两条邻边相交点之间;所述拨钮13与支撑架242配合使用。
从上述描述可知,通过使用拨钮13和固定块14,能够使拨钮13在扣位槽12上转动,通过转动时,拨钮13推动支撑架242的运动,从而实现通过拨钮13开启盖板21。
进一步的,所述拨钮13的邻边与斜边连接处、邻边与邻边连接处,均做圆角过渡处理。
从上述描述可知,通过对拨钮13的邻边与斜边连接处、邻边与邻边连接处做圆角过渡处理,能够使使用中,通过圆角的形状流畅,更加利于装配,提升拨钮13的拨动效果,圆角内应力较小,强度高,不容易损坏。
进一步的,所述支撑架242还设置有凸块2422,所述凸块2422位于支撑架242与拨钮13配合处。
从上述描述可知,通过使用凸块2422,能够减少支撑架242与拨钮13之间的间距,可以使拨钮13更加容易的使用。
进一步的,所述盖板21的侧壁面上还设置有用于连接弯曲弧柱23和扣柱24的多片加强板25,所述加强板25之间相互平行设置,所述加强板25与盖板21的底端平行设置。
从上述描述可知,通过加强板25的设置,能够提升盖板21的力学性能,从而保证在使用过程中不容易损坏,从而延长使用寿命。
实施例一
一种翻盖装置,包括座体和盖体;
所述座体上开设有与盖体相配合的槽口,所述槽口包括底部,所述盖体活动连接在槽口的底部;
所述盖体包括盖板和扭簧,所述盖板包括底端;所述扭簧包括扭件、第一扭臂和第二扭臂,所述扭件和第一扭臂可拆卸连接在盖板上,第二扭臂可拆卸连接在座体上
所述扭簧的预设角度介于盖体与座体配合使时最大开启时扭簧的张开角度和盖合时扭簧的张开角度之间。
所述盖板包括弯曲弧柱和侧壁面;所述侧壁面为盖板朝向座体的一面;所述弯曲弧柱包括连接部和接触部;所述连接部连接在盖板的侧壁面的底部,所述接触部与座体相接触;所述接触部上还设置有安装柱,所述安装柱与扭簧的内径相适配。
所述弯曲弧柱有两个,分别设置在侧壁面的底部。所述弯曲弧柱的连接部上还设置有肋板。
所述扭簧的第一扭臂上设置有第一弯折部,第二扭臂上设置有第二弯折部;所述弯曲弧柱上设置有供第一弯折部穿过的通孔,所述座体设置有供第二弯折部穿过的通孔。
所述座体与接触部相接触的位置上开设有与接触部相适配的曲面。
所述安装柱包括本体和顶面,所述本体上开设有同心槽;所述从顶面向本体上开设有拓槽。所述安装柱的表面做倒角处理。

所述扣柱包括主体、两端和与支撑架;所述主体与两端之间设置有配合槽;所述支撑架有两个,所述支撑架上开设有开槽,所述开槽与盖板平行且竖直向上;所述开槽与配合槽转动配合;所述主体与扣位槽配合。所述扣柱的一端上还设置有开口圆环扣。
所述扣位槽的两侧上还设置有拨钮和固定块,所述拨钮所通过固定块固定在扣位上;所述述播扭为一个类三角,包括斜边和两条邻边,所述斜边向内弯折的弯折点,所述固定块位于弯折点到两条邻边相交点之间;所述拨钮与支撑架配合使用。所述拨钮的邻边与斜边连接处、邻边与邻边连接处,均做圆角过渡处理。所述支撑架还设置有凸块,所述凸块位于支撑架与拨钮配合处。
所述盖板的侧壁面上还设置有用于连接弯曲弧柱和扣柱的多片加强板,所述加强板之间相互平行设置,所述加强板与盖板的底端平行设置。

通过支撑架上的开槽的设置,能够在扣柱的使用过程中,在不影响盖板开启关闭的工作时,能够通过开槽与配合槽的设置,可以直接对扣柱进行更换。通过开口圆环扣,能够限制扣柱主体在轴向方向上的运动,避免扣柱主体从支撑架上脱离。通过使用拨钮和固定块,能够使拨钮在扣位槽上转动,通过转动时,拨钮推动支撑架的运动,从而实现通过拨钮开启盖板。
通过对拨钮的邻边与斜边连接处、邻边与邻边连接处做圆角过渡处理,能够使使用中,通过圆角的形状流畅,更加利于装配,提升拨钮的拨动效果,圆角内应力较小,强度高,不容易损坏。通过使用凸块,能够减少支撑架与拨钮之间的间距,可以使拨钮更加容易的使用。通过加强板的设置,能够提升盖板的力学性能,从而保证在使用过程中不容易损坏,从而延长使用寿命。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种翻盖装置,其特征在于,包括座体和盖体;
    所述座体上开设有与盖体相配合的槽口,所述槽口包括底部,所述盖体活动连接在槽口的底部;
    所述盖体包括盖板和扭簧,所述盖板包括底端;所述扭簧包括扭件、第一扭臂和第二扭臂,所述扭件和第一扭臂可拆卸连接在盖板上,第二扭臂可拆卸连接在座体上
    所述扭簧的预设角度介于盖体与座体配合使时最大开启时扭簧的张开角度和盖合时扭簧的张开角度之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的翻盖装置,其特征在于,所述盖板包括弯曲弧柱和侧壁面;所述侧壁面为盖板朝向座体的一面;所述弯曲弧柱包括连接部和接触部;所述连接部连接在盖板的侧壁面的底部,所述接触部与座体相接触;所述接触部上还设置有安装柱,所述安装柱与扭簧的内径相适配。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的翻盖装置,其特征在于,所述弯曲弧柱有两个,分别设置在侧壁面的底部。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的翻盖装置,其特征在于,所述弯曲弧柱的连接部上还设置有肋板。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的翻盖装置,其特征在于,所述扭簧的第一扭臂上设置有第一弯折部,第二扭臂上设置有第二弯折部;所述弯曲弧柱上设置有供第一弯折部穿过的通孔,所述座体设置有供第二弯折部穿过的通孔。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的翻盖装置,其特征在于,所述座体与接触部相接触的位置上开设有与接触部相适配的曲面。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的翻盖装置,其特征在于,所述安装柱包括本体和顶面,所述本体上开设有同心槽;所述从顶面向本体上开设有拓槽。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的翻盖装置,其特征在于,所述安装柱的表面做倒角处理。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的翻盖装置,其特征在于,所述接触部还包括有固定柱,所述固定柱包括侧面,所述侧面上开设有对称的切口槽。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的翻盖装置,其特征在于,所述固定柱的表面做倒角处理。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的翻盖装置,其特征在于,所述盖板包括侧壁面;所述侧壁面为盖板朝向座体的一面;所述侧壁面的顶部上设置有扣柱,所述座体上设置有与扣柱相配合的扣位槽。
  12. 根据权利要求1-11任意一项所述的翻盖装置,其特征在于,所述扣柱包括主体、两端和与支撑架;所述主体与两端之间设置有配合槽;所述支撑架有两个,所述支撑架上开设有开槽,所述开槽与盖板平行且竖直向上;所述开槽与配合槽转动配合;所述主体与扣位槽配合。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的翻盖装置,其特征在于,所述扣柱的一端上还设置有开口圆环扣。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的翻盖装置,其特征在于,所述扣位槽的两侧上还设置有拨钮和固定块,所述拨钮所通过固定块固定在扣位上;所述述播扭为一个类三角,包括斜边和两条邻边,所述斜边向内弯折的弯折点,所述固定块位于弯折点到两条邻边相交点之间;所述拨钮与支撑架配合使用。
