背景技术
现在用于贴身衣物直接贴肤的贴肤胶水一般分为3种:AB胶、医用硅胶、热熔胶,但以上几种贴肤胶只起到将皮肤与衣物相互粘连的作用,不具备其他附加功能,也不带任何味道。因为贴身衣物使用时需要贴肤穿着,透气性不佳,穿着者易出汗,容易造成异味及因汗液使穿着衣物掉落或滑落。如果所使用的贴肤胶还有一股难闻的味道,那么,不仅存在上述问题,而且还会对皮肤有伤害,无法获得消费者的青睐。
而现在用于文胸等贴身衣物的精油成分均需要精油袋并且需要以插袋的形式放置在常规文胸插袋内,不能贴肤,不耐高温,作用于皮肤的效果不明显,更为困难的是,隐形文胸则完全不能添加。

优选地,所述有机溶剂为丙二醇、乙醇、丙三醇中的至少一种。这几类有机溶剂,一方面对香精基和植物油有良好的溶解特性,另一方面对人体无毒负作用。
本发明涉及的天然精油为天然植物精油。天然植物精油为采用水蒸气蒸馏法、挤压法、冷浸法、溶剂提取法等从植物的花、叶、茎、根或果实中提炼萃取得到的挥发性芳香物质。
所提炼的挥发性芳香物质无法用化学的方式合成,并且精油的提炼必须在植物活性最高时提炼,如果植物已枯萎,则无法提炼精油。
本发明的天然植物精油由一些很小的分子所组成,由于分子链较短,具有亲脂性,很容易溶在油脂中,极易渗透过皮肤,且借着皮下脂肪丰富的毛细血管而进入体内。此外,由于天然植物精油为高挥发物质,可由鼻腔粘膜组织吸收进入身体,将信息直接送至脑部,通过大脑的边缘系统,强化生理和心理的机能,调节情绪和身体的生理功能。
一般地,天然植物精油由萜烯类、醛类、酯类、醇类等化学分子组成,其中,萜烯类化合物具有杀菌驱虫、治疗湿疹皮肤病等效果,而植物油则为三酸甘油酯和脂肪酸组成,因此本发明的天然植物精油与常见的植物油有本质的区别。
作为提取的天然植物精油,本发明采用一级植物精油或者二级植物精油。
其中,一级植物精油为纯医疗等级质量(最高等级),是由天然有机的种植植物在适当的温度下用水蒸气蒸馏,采用业界最高质量标准通过气相层析仪(GC)和质谱仪(GC-Mass)的测试,达到或超过国际标准化组织(美国USDA NOP澳洲ACO和BFA及国际的IFOAM)的认证标准的植物精油。
二级植物精油则为食品级植物精油,也就是这类型的植物精油在植物种殖过程中采用含有合成材料、农药、化肥、化学/合成剂等进行种植,但提取成精油后上述合成材料、农药、化肥、化学/合成剂等无残留。
作为优选地,所述天然精油可采用单方天然精油或者复方天然精油,单方天然精油为单项的天然植物精油,如可以是从柠檬中提取的柠檬天然植物精油。
复方天然精油可采用几种不同种类的天然植物精油混合。如可以采用如下重量份的柠檬、薄荷、甜橙以及茶树进行提取,其中:
柠檬    15.0~25.0份;
薄荷     45.0~55.0份;
甜橙     5.0~15.0份;
茶树     10.0~20.0份。
上述天然精油的提取方法可以采用常见的蒸馏法、脂吸法、浸渍法、榨取法、浸泡法、压缩法中的任一种获取。
相应地,本发明还提供了该香氛的制备方法。
在一实施例中,所述香氛的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S01.按照如上所述的香氛配方称量香精基、植物油、有机溶剂、天然精油;
步骤S02.将称取的所述香精基、植物油、有机溶剂进行混料处理,获得食用香精;
步骤S03.将所述食用香精与称取的所述天然精油进行混料处理,得到香氛。
下面对上述香氛的制备方法做详细的解释说明:
步骤S01中,天然精油可以是现成的,也可以按照本发明上述提到的提取方法在植物具有活性的情况下提取,以保持天然精油的活性。
步骤S02中,混料处理的温度为10~45℃,温度过低,混料的粘度大。
本发明香氛的制备方法,工艺简单,无繁琐的加工过程,制备方便,适合大规模生产。
进一步地,本发明还提供了一种香氛胶。所述香氛胶包括胶水以及本发明上述提到的香氛。
以所述香氛胶质量100.0%计,所述香氛胶包括以下组分:
香氛   2.0~4.0%;
胶水   96.0~98.0%。
优选地,所述胶水为贴肤胶或者水凝胶中的任一种。贴肤胶或者水凝胶在与香氛混合时,均能够释放出香氛,并且用于贴身衣物时,对人体无毒负作用。
水凝胶是一类具有三维网络结构的聚合物,在水中能够吸收大量水分而溶胀,并在溶胀之后能够继续保持其原有结构而不被溶解。当上述香氛胶中的胶水为水凝胶时,需要先将香氛在适量乳化剂的作用下,与去离子水混合成乳液,再将水凝胶与所述乳液混合,使其吸收大量乳液而溶胀,水凝胶溶胀后能够保持其原有结构而不被溶解成有弹性的凝胶。
进一步优选地,所述贴肤胶为AB胶、医用硅胶、热熔胶中的任一种。这几类贴肤胶对人体皮肤没有毒负作用,并且无异味。与香氛混合得到的香氛胶,可以直接贴附于贴身衣物表面,与皮肤直接粘连,使有益成分直接析出作用与皮肤,热熔胶优选为生物热熔胶,当然,也可以是其他热熔胶。
当贴肤胶为AB胶时,先将上述香氛与A胶进行混合,得到第一胶水,保存。在使用时,将第一胶水与B胶进行混合,并且第一胶水的A胶与B胶混合时应当按比例混合,其中,A胶50.0~99.5%,B胶0.5~50.0%。如果B胶用量过多,香氛胶的硬度过大,无法重复使用,不利于直接用于贴身衣物上。当然,如果本发明的香氛胶不用在贴身衣物上时,可以采用其他比例进行混合。
当贴肤胶为医用硅胶时,先将有机硅单体与香氛一起混合,得到第一胶水,保存。在使用时,将第一胶水与催化剂进行混合,混合时,按照有机硅单体与催化剂的比例为有机硅单体50.0~99.5%,催化剂0.5~50.0%。其中,所述催化剂为医用硅胶常用的碱性或者酸性催化剂。
当贴肤胶为热熔胶时,需要在100~150℃的温度下将生物胶加热熔化为液体后,与香氛进行混合,混合过程需要快速混合,保证香氛不挥发不损失。
进一步地,本发明还提供了一种贴身衣物,所述贴身衣物上包含如上所述的香氛胶,所述香氛胶贴附于所述贴身衣物与人体皮肤接触的表面。由于该贴身衣物中含有本发明的香氛制成的香氛胶,香氛在150℃的高温下不酸化、不变性,可以直接贴附于人体皮肤表面,在人体体温的作用下,一方面能够释放香味,使人保持心情愉悦,另一方面,香氛能够从香氛胶中持续不断地析出,并为皮肤所吸收,从而达到益肤的效果。
优选地,贴身衣物中的香氛胶厚度为0.5~3.0mm,厚度过薄,香氛胶携带的香氛量不足以在贴身衣物使用寿命内长期发挥作用,而如果厚度过厚,则影响穿着效果。
优选地,上述香氛胶贴附于所述贴身衣物上时,可以采用刷涂方式,也可以采用及其注胶方式。如AB胶可以采用手工或者机械刷涂,反复涂刷3~5次,自然晾干即可。而如果是热熔胶则通过注胶、烘烤即可。其中,烘烤温度为100~150℃。
作为优选地,所述贴身衣物为隐形文胸、内裤、臀垫中的任一种。隐形文胸、内裤、臀垫中含有本发明的香氛,穿在人身上时,就可以源源不断地从香氛胶中析出香氛,为人体所吸收,促进人体呼吸系统、神经系统、代谢系统等的循环,同时对皮肤表面起到杀菌、抗炎、伤口愈合以及除臭等效果。当然,本发明的香氛胶除了用在隐形文胸、内裤、臀垫之外,还可以用于其他贴身穿着的衣物。
为了更好的说明本发明实施例提供的香氛,下面通过多个实施例进一步解释说明。
实施例1
一种香氛,以所述香氛质量100.0%计,包括以下组分:
食用香精 80.0%;
天然精油 20.0%;
其中,以所述食用香精重量份计,所述食用香精包括20.0份香精基;80.0份植物油;40.0份丙二醇,所述天然精油为一级薄荷天然精油。
所述香氛的制备方法如下:
(1).称取20.0g香精基、80.0g植物油、40.0g丙二醇,并在25℃下搅拌混合得到食用香精;
(2).称取35.0g的天然精油,在搅拌条件下与步骤(1)得到的食用香精进行混合处理,得到香氛。
一种香氛胶,以所述香氛胶质量100.0%计,包括以下组分:
香氛   4.0%;
贴肤胶 96.0%;
所述香氛为实施例1提供的香氛,所述贴肤胶为AB胶。
该香氛胶分为两个组分,第一组分为香氛和A胶的混合组分,第二组分为B胶,其中第一组分中,以第一组分质量100.0%计,香氛质量含量为8.0%,A胶含量为92.0%,
以香氛胶质量100.0%计,在使用时将98.0%第一组分和2.0%的第二组分进行混合均匀使其发生化学反应即可获得香氛胶。
实施例2
一种香氛,以所述香氛质量100.0%计,包括以下组分:
食用香精 97.0%;
天然精油 3.0%;
其中,以所述食用香精重量份计,所述食用香精包括10.0份香精基;80.0份植物油;30.0份丙二醇,所述天然精油为柠檬、薄荷、甜橙以及茶树的按照如下重量份数采用蒸馏法进行提取的天然精油,其中:
柠檬    15.0份;
薄荷      55.0份;
甜橙      15.0份;
茶树      15.0份。
所述香氛的制备方法如下:
(1).称取10.0g香精基、80.0g植物油、30.0g丙二醇,并在25℃下搅拌混合得到食用香精;
(2).称取3.7g的天然精油,在搅拌条件下与步骤(1)得到的食用香精进行混合处理,得到香氛。
一种香氛胶,以所述香氛胶质量100.0%计,包括以下组分:
香氛   3.0%;
贴肤胶 97.0%;
所述香氛为实施例2提供的香氛,所述贴肤胶为AB胶。
该香氛胶分为两个组分,第一组分为香氛和A胶的混合组分,第二组分为B胶,其中第一组分中,以第一组分质量100.0%计,香氛质量含量为4.0%,A胶含量为96.0%,以香氛胶质量100.0%计,在使用时将98.0%第一组分和2.0%的第二组分进行混合均匀使其发生化学反应即可获得香氛胶。
实施例3
一种香氛,以所述香氛质量100.0%计,包括以下组分:
食用香精 90.0%;
天然精油10.0%;
其中,以所述食用香精重量份计,所述食用香精包括15.0份香精基;85.0份植物油;20.0份丙二醇,所述天然精油为柠檬提取的一级天然精油。
所述香氛的制备方法如下:
(1).称取15.0g香精基、85.0g植物油、20.0g丙二醇,并在25℃下搅拌混合得到食用香精;
(2).称取13.3g的天然精油,在搅拌条件下与步骤(1)得到的食用香精进行混合处理,得到香氛。
一种香氛胶,以所述香氛胶质量100.0%计,包括以下组分:
香氛   3.0%;
贴肤胶 97.0%;
所述香氛为实施例3提供的香氛,所述贴肤胶为生物胶。
将生物胶加热至150℃,熔化后,迅速加入香氛,并匀速顺时针360度搅拌,搅拌均匀后,冷却,得到香氛胶。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种香氛,其特征在于,以所述香氛质量100.0%计,包括以下组分:
    食用香精 80.0~98.0%;
    天然精油2.0~20.0%。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的香氛,其特征在于,所述香氛中,所述食用香精、天然精油的含量分别为90.0~98.0%、2.0~10.0%。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的香氛,其特征在于,按照重量份计,所述食用香精包括:
    香精基   10.0~20.0份;
    植物油   80.0~90.0份;
    有机溶剂 20.0~40.0份。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的香氛,其特征在于,所述有机溶剂为丙二醇、乙醇、丙三醇中的至少一种。
  5. 如权利要求1~2任一项所述的香氛,其特征在于,所述天然精油为一级植物精油或者二级植物精油中的至少一种。
  6. 一种香氛的制备方法,其特征在于,至少包括以下步骤:
    按照权利要求1~5任一项所述的香氛的配方称量香精基、植物油、有机溶剂、天然精油;
    将称取的所述香精基、植物油、有机溶剂进行混料处理,获得食用香精;
    将所述食用香精与称取的所述天然精油进行混料处理,得到香氛。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的香氛的制备方法,其特征在于,获取所述食用香精的过程中,混料处理的温度为10~45℃。
  8. 一种香氛胶,其特征在于,以所述香氛胶质量100.0%计,包括以下组分:
    香氛2.0~4.0%;
    胶水   96.0~98.0%;
    其中,所述香氛为权利要求1~5任一项所述的香氛。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的香氛胶,其特征在于,所述胶水为贴肤胶或水凝胶中的任一种。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的香氛胶,其特征在于,所述贴肤胶为AB胶、医用硅胶、热熔胶中的任一种。
  11. 一种贴身衣物,其特征在于,所述贴身衣物上有如权利要求8~10任一项所述的香氛胶,所述香氛胶贴附于所述贴身衣物与人体皮肤接触的表面。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的贴身衣物,其特征在于,所述贴身衣物为隐形文胸、内裤、臀垫中的任一种。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的贴身衣物,其特征在于,所述香氛胶厚度为0.5~3.0mm。
