本申请要求申请日为2018年01月03日、申请号为201810005366.6、名称为“一种包装盒”的中国专利申请的优先权,该申请的全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本公开涉及包装领域,例如涉及一种包装盒。
背景技术
包装盒,顾名思义就是用来包装产品的盒子,可以按材料来分类比如:纸盒,铁盒,木盒,布盒,皮盒,亚克力盒,瓦楞包装盒以及聚氯乙烯(Polyvinyl chloride,PVC)盒等,也可以按产品的名称来分类比如:月饼盒、茶叶盒、枸杞盒、糖果盒、精美礼盒、土特产盒、酒盒、巧克力盒、食品药品保健品盒、食品包装盒、茶叶包装盒及文具盒等。
包装盒的主要功能包括以下几方面:保证运输中产品的安全,提升产品的档次等。但相关技术中的包装盒结构复杂,制作成本较高,并且不能折叠,不利于存储。
发明内容
以下是对本文详细描述的主题的概述。本概述并非是为了限制权利要求的保护范围。
本公开提供一种包装盒,可以解决相关技术中包装盒结构复杂、制作成本高,且不利于折叠和存储的技术问题。
一种包装盒,包括盒本体,所述盒本体包括一位于所述盒本体中的空腔和包围所述空腔的侧壁;支撑架,所述支撑架设置在所述盒本体的侧壁内侧上;以及底板,所述底板设置在所述空腔内,且位于所述支撑架的一端;所述支撑架与盒本体为一整体,所述盒本体上设置有开口,所述支撑架为由位于所述开口处的所述侧壁向空腔内弯折形成。
在一实施例中,所述底板包括第一组成部和第二组成部,其中第一组成部的边缘与所述侧壁内侧贴合,第一组成部的底面设置于支撑架上,所述第二组成部设置于第一组成部的边缘。
在一实施例中,所述底板通过第二组成部固定在所述侧壁内侧上。
在一实施例中,所述第一组成部与第二组成部为一体结构,且第二组成部与第一组成部之间设有沿第一组成部边缘并向下折弯的折弯线。
在一实施例中,所述第二组成部沿折弯线向靠近所述支撑架的方向折弯后,所述第二组成部的与支撑架相对的侧面与支撑架贴合。
在一实施例中,所述第一组成部上,除与支撑架对应的位置,其余位置的边缘处均设置有第二组成部。
在一实施例中,所述第二组成部上与所述侧壁内侧相对的侧面设置为与所述侧壁内侧贴合。
在一实施例中,所述盒本体为多边体形,所述开口设置于盒本体的预设的一组相互平行棱边上。
在一实施例中,所述盒本体为圆柱体形,所述开口设置于盒本体的圆柱面上。
在一实施例中,所述支撑架具有一垂直于所述棱边的边沿,且支撑架包括第一连接部和第二连接部,所述第一连接部与第二连接部分别与同一个棱边的两个相邻的侧面垂直连接,所述第一连接部与第二连接部之间的连接边与所述棱边平行相对,且第一连接部与第二连接部之间垂直连接。
在一实施例中,所述第一连接部与第二连接部形状和大小相同。
在一实施例中,所述底板上的第二组成部中有只有一个侧面与所述侧壁内侧固连。
在一实施例中,所述支撑架的数量大于等于两个。
在一实施例中,所述盒本体为长方体形,所述盒本体中预设的一组相互平行的棱边中,每个棱边上均设置有支撑架。
由上可知,本公开的一种包装盒,结构简单,使用方便,通过设计一体式的支撑架,减少制作成本,增加包装盒的称重量,更加牢固;同时支撑架和底板都是方便折叠的,使得包装盒在折叠状态时所占据的存储空间较小。

具体实施方式
如图1至图3所示的一种包装盒,包括盒本体1,所述盒本体1中部设置有空腔2,所述盒本体1的空腔2内壁上设置有若干支撑架3;所述空腔2内位于支撑架3的上端面设有底板4;所述支撑架3与盒本体1为一整体,所述盒本体1上,在其与支撑架3位置对应处设置有开口11,所述开口11位置处的盒本体1的侧壁通过开口11向内折弯形成支撑架3。
上述包装盒为一体结构,通过支撑架3对底板4进行支撑,使得底板4的承重力更强;并且支撑架3为折弯结构,在收纳包装盒时,可以将支撑架3反向折回,使得盒本体1内部不再存在支撑物,方便与盒本体1一起折叠收纳。
在一些实施例中,如图5所示,所述底板4包括第一组成部17和第二组成部18,其中第一组成部17的边缘与盒本体1的空腔2的内壁贴合,第一组成部17的底面设置于支撑架3上,所述第二组成部18设置于第一组成部17的边缘。其中,在一实施例中,内壁指的是的盒本体1的侧壁内侧。
在一些实施例中,所述底板4通过第二组成部18固定在盒本体1空腔2内壁上。底板4固定在盒本体1上,使得包装盒在生产、运输以及使用过程中不易丢失。固定方式包括胶水、粘贴条13、热熔胶等直接黏连的手段或卡扣等机械连接手段。
在一些实施例中,所述第一组成部17与第二组成部18为一体结构,且第二组成部18与第一组成部17之间具有沿第一组成部17边缘折弯的折弯线。一体结构的底板4,设置成可折弯的形式,使得在包装盒收纳时方便铺平,不至于 影响折弯后整体的平整度。
第二组成部18的折弯方向可向上或向下,当折弯方向向上时,第二组成部18与第一组成部17下方的支承架3没有直接接触,第二组成部18的位置不会对底板4的装配造成影响。
在一些实施例中,所述第二组成部18沿折弯线向下折弯;为了避开支撑架3,在所述第一组成部17上,除与支撑架3对应的位置,其余位置的边缘处均设置有第二组成部18。
在一些实施例中,所述第二组成部18沿折弯线向下折弯,第二组成部18中,其与支撑架3相对的侧面与支撑架3贴合。这样,第二组成部18不仅能够连接底板4与盒本体1,而且对支撑架3起到一定的支撑作用,使得支撑架3不易变形。
在一些实施例中,所述第二组成部18上,其与盒本体1空腔2内壁相对的侧面与盒本体1空腔2内壁贴合。因此,可以在第二组成部18相对的侧面上贴上粘贴条13或涂抹胶水、热熔胶等,使得第二组成部18与盒本体1空腔2内壁固连。
上述包装盒的形状多变,包装盒一般为多边体形和圆柱体形。在一些实施例中,当所述盒本体1为多边体形,所述开口11设置于盒本体1的竖直棱边上。当所述盒本体1为圆柱体形,所述开口11设置于包装盒的圆柱面上。其中,竖直棱边为盒本体的预设的一组相互平行棱边。
对于多边体形的盒本体1,在一些实施例中,所述支撑架3具有一垂直于所述竖直棱边的边沿,且支撑架3包括第一连接部9和第二连接部10,所述第一连接部9与第二连接部10分别与同一个竖直棱边的两个相邻的侧面垂直连接,所述第一连接部9与第二连接部10之间的连接边与相应的竖直棱边平行相对,且第一连接部9与第二连接部10之间垂直连接。第一连接部9与第二连接部10之间垂直设置,使得支撑架3不易变形且支撑力度较强。
在一实施例中,所述第一连接部9与第二连接部10形状和大小相同。这样,支撑架3受力较为均匀,有利于稳定。
在一实施例中,在一些实施例中,为了方便收纳,所述底板4上的第二组成部18中有且仅有一个侧面与盒本体1的空腔2内壁固连。这样既满足底板4与盒本体1的空腔2内壁的固连,又不影响整个包装盒的折叠收纳,折叠收纳时,将底板4上未与盒本体1空腔2内壁连接的部分翻折到与盒本体1侧壁贴 合。
在一些实施例中,为了能够有效和均匀地支撑,一般所述支撑架3的数量大于等于两个,且在一实施例中均匀分布在底板4下方。
在一实施例中,包装盒为长方体形,如图3和图4所示,所述盒本体1由四等分的纸的后端面7、左侧面8、前端面5、与右侧面6依次连接形成一个长方体形,该长方体形的中部形成正方形空腔2;在一实施例中,在每个竖直棱边上均设置有支撑架3,这样对于底板4的承托力均匀,使得包装盒不易变形。
附图1至4中给出了设置2个支撑架3的方案,所述支撑架3设置在盒本体1下部空腔2的内壁上,且与支撑架3对应的盒本体1上设置有开口,开口位于两个相对的一组竖直棱边上;所述空腔2内位于两个支撑架3的上端面上设有底板4;在一实施例中,所述支撑架3包括第一支撑架和第二支撑架,第一支撑架两端分别垂直设置在盒本体1的前端面5和右侧面6上;第二支撑架两端分别垂直设置在盒本体1的后端面7和左侧面8上;所述第一支撑架和第二支撑架均包括第一连接部9和第二连接部10;所述第一连接部9和第二连接部10之间相互垂直;所述第一连接部9和第二连接部10长度相同;所述支撑架3与盒本体1为一个整体;所述盒本体1开口11处内折形成支撑架3。
在一实施例中,所述盒本体1上设有吊孔12,吊孔12设置在盒本体1的上部,(上部指的是图4中盒本体1的上部),且吊孔12的数量为2个或4个,图4中给出了2个吊孔12的方案示意,一个位于前端面5上,另一个位于后端面7上;这两个吊孔12之间设有吊绳;吊绳两端分别设置在两个吊孔12内,通过吊孔12和吊绳的配合,可以拎起包装盒。
在一实施例中,所述盒本体1前端面5、后端面7、左侧面8、右侧面6的上端均设有一盒盖连接片14;所述盒盖连接片14上部呈弧形,下部呈梯形;所述盒盖连接片14上部与下部之间设有折痕;所述盒本体1前端面5和后端面7上端的盒盖连接片14中间均纵向设有长方形孔15,长方形孔15经过该盒盖连接片14的上部和下部;所述盒本体1左侧面8和右侧面6上端的盒盖连接片14上部均纵向设有长方形凹槽16;所述盒本体1左侧面8和右侧面6上端的盒盖连接片14均穿过盒本体1前端面5和后端面7的盒盖连接片14上的长方形孔15,且盒本体1左侧面8和右侧面6上部的盒盖连接片14的长方形凹槽16设置在前端面5和后端面7的盒盖连接片14的长方形孔15内;所述盒盖连接片 14与盒本体1为一个整体。
使用时,将盒本体1通过折线折成长方体形;然后将盒本体1开口11处内折成支撑架3;然后将底板4放在支撑架3上;然后将需要被包装的物品放置在底板4上;然后将盒本体1左侧面8和右侧面6上端的盒盖连接片14的上部贴合在一起,并通过折痕使其上部垂直于盒本体1;然后将盒本体1左侧面8和右侧面6上端的盒盖连接片14均穿过盒本体1前端面5和后端面7的盒盖连接片14上的长方形孔15,长方形凹槽16设置在长方形孔15内,且长方形凹槽16与长方形孔15垂直插接,长方形孔15的上部通过长方形凹槽16合在一起,并通过折痕使盒盖连接片14垂直于盒本体1。
以上,本公开的实施例所提供的包装盒的方案,结构简单,使用方便,通过设计一体式的支撑架3,减少制作成本,增加包装盒底部的称重量,更加牢固;并且该结构便于折叠,减少存储空间。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种包装盒,包括:
    盒本体,所述盒本体包括一位于所述盒本体中的空腔和包围所述空腔的侧壁;
    支撑架,所述支撑架设置在所述侧壁内侧;以及
    底板,所述底板设置在所述空腔内,且位于所述支撑架的一端;
    其中,所述支撑架与盒本体为一整体,所述盒本体上设置有开口,所述支撑架为由位于所述开口处的所述侧壁向空腔内弯折形成。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的包装盒,其中,所述底板包括第一组成部和第二组成部;
    其中所述第一组成部的边缘与所述侧壁内侧贴合,第一组成部的底面设置于支撑架上,所述第二组成部设置于第一组成部的边缘。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的包装盒,其中,所述底板设置为通过第二组成部固定在所述侧壁内侧上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的包装盒,其中,所述第一组成部与第二组成部为一体结构,且第二组成部与第一组成部之间设有沿第一组成部边缘折弯的折弯线。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的包装盒,其中,所述第二组成部沿折弯线向靠近所述支撑架的方向折弯后,所述第二组成部与支撑架相对的侧面与支撑架贴合。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的包装盒,其中,其特征在于:所述第一组成部上,除与支撑架对应的位置,其余位置的边缘处均设置有第二组成部。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的包装盒,其中,所述第二组成部与所述侧壁内侧相对的侧面设置为与所述侧壁内侧贴合。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任意一条所述的包装盒,其中,所述盒本体为多边体形,所述开口设置于盒本体的预设的一组相互平行棱边上。
  9. 根据权利要求2至7中任意一条所述的包装盒,其中,所述盒本体为圆柱体形,所述开口设置于盒本体的圆柱面上。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的包装盒,其中,所述支撑架具有一垂直于所述棱边的边沿,且支撑架包括第一连接部和第二连接部,所述第一连接部与第二连接部分别与同一个棱边的两个相邻的侧面垂直连接,所述第一连接部与第二连接部之间的连接边与所述棱边平行相对,且第一连接部与第二连接部之间垂直连接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的包装盒,其中,所述第一连接部与第二连接部形状和大小相同。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的包装盒,其中,所述第二组成部中只有一个侧面与所述侧壁内侧固连。
  13. 根据权利要求9所述的包装盒,其中,所述支撑架的数量大于等于两个。
  14. 根据权利要求8所述的包装盒,其中,所述盒本体为长方体形,所述盒本体中预设的一组相互平行的棱边中,每个棱边上均设置有支撑架。
