本发明属于云台技术领域,涉及一种控制手柄和手持设备。
背景技术
现有技术中,稳定器用于安装拍摄设备,如稳定器设为云台,拍摄设备可设为手机或摄像头等拍摄设备。稳定器可设为一轴或多轴云台以调整拍摄设备的拍摄角度。然而,控制每一轴旋转需要设置相应的控制件,如按钮、滚轮、摇杆等控制件控制相应轴的动作,导致稳定器的控制器部分结构复杂,操作复杂度高。
此外,控制器部分还需要进一步控制拍摄设备进行功能切换或拍摄模式的调整,如控制前后摄像头的切换,拍摄模式或录像模式的切换等,还包括控制拍摄设备进行连续拍摄和单次拍摄等。在相关技术中,控制器部分设置相应的按钮或控制件来控制拍摄设备的相应功能。
在控制器部分设置繁多的按钮或控制件控制稳定器及拍摄设备,导致控制器部分的结构复杂,按钮及控制件繁多,导致操作复杂,用户体验差。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的提供一种控制手柄和手持设备,能够使用较少的按键和简单的操作实现多种控制功能,提升用户使用体验。
根据本发明实施例的第一方面,提供一种控制手柄,用于控制稳定 器,所述稳定器用于安装拍摄设备,所述控制手柄包括按键主体、位于所述按键主体正面的主按键部以及位于所述按键主体侧面的侧按键部,其中,所述主按键部至少包括摇杆、操作按键以及切换按钮,所述摇杆用于控制所述稳定器的偏转,所述操作按键用于控制安装在稳定器上的拍摄设备,所述切换按钮用于控制所述稳定器的启动和关闭及切换所述稳定器的工作模式,所述侧按键部包括变焦滚轮,所述变焦滚轮用于控制所述拍摄设备变焦。
根据本发明实施例的第二方面,提供一种手持设备,包括稳定器,所述稳定器用于安装拍摄设备;所述手持设备还包括控制手柄;所述控制手柄包括按键主体、位于所述按键主体正面的主按键部以及位于所述按键主体侧面的侧按键部,其中,所述主按键部至少包括摇杆、操作按键以及切换按钮,所述摇杆用于控制所述稳定器的偏转,所述操作按键用于控制安装在稳定器上的拍摄设备,所述切换按钮用于控制所述稳定器的启动和关闭及切换所述稳定器的工作模式,所述侧按键部包括变焦滚轮,所述变焦滚轮用于控制所述拍摄设备变焦,所述控制手柄与所述稳定器连接,用以控制所述稳定器。
本发明的实施例提供的技术方案可以包括以下有益效果:
按键主体按区块划分主按键部和侧按键部,对应控制稳定器的工作模式和拍摄设备的功能切换及应用,操作区块辨识度高,降低操作的复杂性。通过切换按钮及摇杆的协同工作相对应调整稳定器的不同工作模式,操作件少,可提到操作的便捷性,降低按键主体的复杂度。操作按键及变焦滚轮用于控制拍摄设备的功能切换及工作模式,功能控制的集中度高,操作方便。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1和图2所示,控制手柄100用于控制稳定器20,稳定器20 用于安装拍摄设备40。该拍摄设备40包括手机、摄像机及其它用于拍摄的电子设备。稳定器20包括一轴、二轴或三轴云台,其中,拍摄设备40通过夹持件固定于云台,控制手柄100控制稳定器20其中一轴或多轴转动以调整拍摄设备40的拍摄角度。控制手柄100还可控制拍摄设备40进行功能的切换或工作模式的调整。控制手柄100与稳定器20可设为两独立的部件,两者通信连接,如:两者采用蓝牙通信、红外通信或wifi通信等,控制手柄100通过控制稳定器20及拍摄设备40的工作模式,控制方便。或者稳定器20与控制手柄100组装在一起,两者构成一体结构并形成一手持设备,该手持设备可通过控制手柄100对稳定器20及拍摄设备40进行操控。
在一实施例中,控制手柄100包括按键主体10、位于按键主体10正面的主按键部11以及位于按键主体10侧面的侧按键部12。其中,主按键部11至少包括摇杆111、操作按键112以及切换按钮113,摇杆111用于控制稳定器20的偏转,操作按键112用于控制安装在稳定器20上的拍摄设备40,切换按钮113用于控制稳定器20的启动和关闭及切换稳定器20的工作模式。侧按键部12包括变焦滚轮121,变焦滚轮121用于控制拍摄设备40变焦。
如图3和图4所示,主按键部11位于控制主体的中心区域,可通过操作者的手指操作位于主按键部11的摇杆111、操作按键112以及切换按钮113。侧按键部12位于主按键部11的一侧,可采用转轮或滑动按键作为变焦滚轮121,以使拍摄设备40的焦距逐渐改变。主按键部11及侧按键部12均位于操作者手指的按压及移动范围内,如均位于操作者拇指的运动范围内,进行按压及转动操作,操作便捷性好。
例如,主按键部11设有界面115,该截面的表面可设为平面、外凸的弧形表面等,界面115与主按键部11的其它部分之间形成边缘。在一实施例中,该界面115为上宽下窄的弧形面。界面115构成三角状表面,摇 杆111、操作按键112以及切换按钮113均位于该界面115的范围内,其美观性好,可辨识度高,按键区域相对集中,又能通过分布于界面115的预设位置而相对独立。
摇杆111、操作按键112以及切换按钮113均位于该界面115的范围内,操作者的手指可在该界面115范围内操作,以控制稳定器20和/或拍摄设备40执行相应的指令。在一实施例中,摇杆111位于界面115的上部且位于界面115的一侧,操作按键112位于界面115的另一侧。切换按钮113位于界面115的下部,摇杆111、操作按键112和切换按钮113呈三角分布。
摇杆111可左右或上下摆动以控制稳定器20的相应部位工作,如摇杆111左右摆动时,稳定器20带动控制器向左或向右转动,以调整拍摄设备40的拍摄角度。摇杆111、操作按键112以及切换按钮113在界面115上的分布应当便于操作者的手指操作,以符合人体力学。例如,当控制手柄100设为操作者的左手操作时,摇杆111属于手指移动幅度较大的一元件,则其在界面115上的位置设为靠近拇指的方向,如设于界面115的左侧上部区域。操作按钮与切换按钮113为按压式按钮,其可设于界面115的右侧或下侧。其中,切换按钮113为控制稳定器20的工作模式,其与摇杆111相互配合。切换按钮113设于界面115的下方区域,且靠近摇杆111一侧,可便于操作者的手指移动操作,操作性好。
稳定器20为云台,如设为一轴、二轴或三轴云台,控制手柄100用于控制云台的其中一轴或多轴转动,以调节安装于稳定器20上的拍摄设备40调整拍摄角度。在一实施例中,稳定器20至少包括航向轴21和俯仰轴22。摇杆111被设置为:摇杆111沿第一方向拨动时,控制航向轴21执行相应的水平偏转。摇杆111沿第二方向拨动时,控制俯仰轴22执行相应的上下偏转。
摇杆111的拨动方向至少包括水平方向的左右拨动和竖直方向的上下拨动。例如,以摇杆111的水平方向为第一方向,当摇杆111沿水平方向向 左拨动时,航向轴21带动拍摄设备40相对于当前位置向左侧转动,直至摇杆111停止拨动,则拍摄设备40处于偏转后的位置处进行拍摄作业。以摇杆111的竖直方向为第二方向,当摇杆111沿竖直方向向下拨动时,俯仰轴22带动拍摄设备40相对于当前位置向下侧转动,直至摇杆111停止拨动,则拍摄设备40处于偏转后的位置处进行拍摄作业。
拍摄设备40处于工作状态时,稳定器20根据设定带动拍摄设备40处于相应的工作模式,例如稳定器20处于自由模式和跟随模式,相应地,稳定器20调节拍摄设备40的拍摄角度以适应当前拍摄设备40的拍摄设置。在一实施例中,切换按钮113被设置为:按第一切换模式按压该切换按钮113时,稳定器20在自由模式和跟随模式中切换。按第二切换模式按压该切换按钮113时,则稳定器20回中。
操作者在使用控制手柄100或手持设备控制稳定器20的工作模式时,需要根据拍摄设备40所处的使用环境灵活调节。例如,当前的稳定器20处于自由模式,当操作者需要调节拍摄设备40的拍摄效果,需要将稳定器20由自由模式切换至跟随模式时,通过第一切换模式按压切换按钮113来进行稳定器20的工作模式切换。其中,通过不同的按压方式可实现稳定器20的不同工作状态切换,如,按第二切换模式按压,则可控制稳定器20回中。
切换按钮113需要根据不同的控制模式来对应控制稳定器20的工作模式,如切换按钮113为按压式按钮时,可通过切换按钮113的连续按压次数或持续按压时长来区分。当切换按钮113为多档位拨块或按键时,可通过切换按钮113在不同的档位或按键位置来区分不同的按压模式。在一实施方式中,第一切换模式为单次按压,第二切换模式为连续两次按压。
切换按钮113可进一步扩展其控制的方式,以使功能控制手柄100的功能集中度提高,例如,切换按钮113还可以控制拍摄设备40执行相应的功能,控制稳定器20的其他功能。
在一实施例中,切换按钮113,被设置为:按第三切换模式按压该切换按钮113时,控制拍摄设备40切换前后摄像头。在一实施方式中,第三切换模式为连续三次按压。
在又一实施例中,切换按钮113被设置为:按第四切换模式按压该切换按钮113时,控制稳定器20启动或关闭。在一实施方式中,第四切换模式为持续按压预设时长。如持续按压3秒,以使稳定器20启动,以使摇杆111可控制稳定器20进行工作模式的调整或控制相应轴的转动。或者控制稳定器20关闭,以使稳定器20处于静止状态,摇杆111不能控制稳定器20执行相应的工作模式或转动。
在按键主体10的界面115上还设有操作按键112,操作按键112用于控制拍摄设备40。在一实施例中,该操作按键112为拍照/录像按键,被设置为:当拍摄设备40处于录像模式时,按第一按压模式按压该操作按键112时,可控制录像启动/停滞。其中,第一按压模式为单次按压。
操作按键112,进一步被设置为:当拍摄设备40处于拍照模式时,按第一按压模式按压该操作按键112时,可控制拍摄设备40拍摄一张照片。按第二按压模式按压操作按键112时,可控制拍摄设备40启动连拍功能,按第三按压模式按压操作按键112,则拍摄设备40结束连拍功能。
操作按键112需要根据不同的控制模式来对应控制拍摄设备40的拍摄模式,如操作按键112为按压式按钮时,可通过操作按键112的连续按压次数或持续按压时长来区分。当操作按键112为多档位拨块或按键时,可通过操作按键112在不同的档位或按键位置来区分不同的按压模式。
在一实施例中,操作按键112为按压式按钮,第二按压模式为按压预设时长,第三按压模式为松开对操作按键112的按压。或第二按压模式为按压操作按键112预设次数,第三按压模式为单次按压操作按键112,例如,第二按压模式为连接按压操作按键112两次。
根据拍摄设备40当前所处的拍摄模式的不同,按压控制手柄100上的操作按键112可以获得不同的控制目的,其可以实现功能的集中,减少按键的数量。以使得控制手柄100的整体简洁性好,便于操作。
主按键部11用于控制稳定器20的工作模式及拍摄设备40的部分功能,摇杆111、操作按键112以及切换按钮113均分布于同一界面115上且处于操作者手指的活动范围内,操作便捷。在主按键部11的一侧设有侧按键部12,该侧按键部12设有控制拍摄设备40功能的变焦滚轮121。变焦滚轮121的设置可便于操作者操作,例如,当控制手柄100设为操作者的左手操作时,该侧按键部12位于主按键部11的左侧。
变焦滚轮121可用于调节拍摄设备40,如通过变焦滚轮121控制拍摄设备40调节拍摄焦距,焦距的调节调节过程为逐渐变化的过程。在一实施例中,变焦滚轮121被设置为往第一转动方向拨动时可以使拍摄设备40的焦距拉长,往第二转动方向拨动时可以使拍摄设备40的焦距缩短。例如,变焦滚轮121的第一转动方向设为顺时针方向旋转,拍摄设备40在拍摄或拍照过程中,焦距逐渐拉长,以拍摄远处的景物。变焦滚轮121的第二转动发向设为逆时针方向旋转,拍摄设备40在拍摄或拍照过程中,焦距逐渐缩短,以拍摄近处的景物。
侧按键部12设有变焦滚轮121用于调节拍摄设备40的焦距,而主按键部11用于控制拍摄设备40的拍摄角度及拍摄模式。控制手柄100可同时控制稳定器20和拍摄设备40,操作者操作方便。按键数量少,功能相对集中,且按键均处于手指的活动范围内,单手即可实现操作,用户体验好。
如图1和图2所示,控制手柄100可与稳定器20及拍摄设备40通信连接,其中,为便于控制手柄100的手持及使用。在一实施例中,控制手柄100还包括手柄本体30,手柄本体30与按键主体10连接在一起或两者为一体结构。手柄本体30用于被操作者手持,其呈柱状结构。
在一实施方式中,按键主体10固定于手柄本体30,其两者可通过紧固件或卡扣结构卡紧,以使两者固定呈一体。
在另一实施方式中,按键主体10与手柄本体30一体成型,按键主体10位于手柄本体30的一端。
手柄本体30与按键主体10构成一体结构,可将稳定器20固定于按键主体10上以形成手持设备,操作者可手持于手柄本体30,以带动拍摄设备40对人或物或景观进行拍摄,使用方便。手柄本体30与按键主体10构成一体结构,稳定器20控制手柄100独立设置,两者通过通信连接的方式。操作者可手持于手柄本体30,并通过手指操作按键主体10上的按键,操作方便,便于携带。
手柄本体30还设有容置空间,用以容置电池,该电池用于为控制手柄100提供便携式电源。例如手柄本体30呈柱状,在手柄本体30内设有与电池形状相适配的容纳空间,电池装设至容纳空间。
在一实施例中,手柄本体30还设有手持区域32以及位于手持区域32的盖板31,盖板31用于遮盖容置空间。手持区域32设有若干环形的凹槽,该多个凹槽与操作者的手指握持形式相匹配。该凹槽设于手柄本体30的一侧,优选地,该凹槽位于界面115的背面所对应的一侧。盖板31用于将电池封闭于容纳空间内,其中,盖板31盖设于手持区域32时,其外表面与手持区域32的表面平滑过渡。
在一实施例中,控制手柄100还包括用于显示电池电量的显示单元114,显示单元114设于按键主体10或手柄本体30。显示单元114相外界输出灯光,以提示操作者当前电池的电量,以免电量耗尽影响拍摄效果。在一实施方式中,显示单元114设为多个间隔设置的指示灯,当电池的电量减少时,相应的指示灯熄灭。通过指示灯点亮的数量来显示电量,美观度好,观察方便。在一实施方式中,显示单元114设为多色指示灯,当电池的电量减少时,多 色指示灯的灯光颜色变化,以对应相对应的电量。
当控制手柄100与稳定器20装配为一体构成手持设备时,控制手柄100可用于控制拍摄设备40,如控制拍摄设备40变焦、截取图案、切换前后摄像头等。其中,控制手柄100可通过信号线与拍摄设备40建立通讯连接。
在一实施例中,控制手柄100还包括设于手柄本体30内的无线通讯模块,用以与拍摄设备40建立通讯连接。无线通信模块与拍摄设备40建立通讯连接,或者与稳定器20建立通讯连接,以使控制手柄100控制拍摄设备40或稳定器20运行。该通信方式可应用于手持设备及控制手柄100与稳定器20独立设置这两种模式中。其中,控制手柄100与稳定器20独立设置这种模式中,稳定器20设有与控制手柄100建立通信连接的接收模块及为稳定器20运行提供能源的电源。无线通信模块可采用蓝牙技术与拍摄设备40或稳定器20建立通讯连接,以提高操作控制的便捷性,并提高手持设备的美观性。
稳定器20安装于控制手柄100并使两者形成一体机构的手持设备,控制手柄100可控制稳定器20及安装于稳定器20上的拍摄设备40。控制稳定器20的工作模式和拍摄设备40的功能切换及应用,操作区块辨识度高,降低操作的复杂性。通过切换按钮113及摇杆111的协同工作相对应调整稳定器20的不同工作模式,操作件少,可提到操作的便捷性,降低按键主体10的复杂度。操作按键112及变焦滚轮121用于控制拍摄设备40的功能切换及工作模式,功能控制的集中度高,操作方便。

  1. 一种控制手柄,用于控制稳定器,所述稳定器用于安装拍摄设备,其特征在于,所述控制手柄包括按键主体、位于所述按键主体正面的主按键部以及位于所述按键主体侧面的侧按键部,其中,所述主按键部至少包括摇杆、操作按键以及切换按钮,所述摇杆用于控制所述稳定器的偏转,所述操作按键用于控制安装在稳定器上的拍摄设备,所述切换按钮用于控制所述稳定器的启动和关闭及切换所述稳定器的工作模式,所述侧按键部包括变焦滚轮,所述变焦滚轮用于控制所述拍摄设备变焦。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的控制手柄,其特征在于,所述稳定器为云台,至少包括航向轴和俯仰轴;所述摇杆被设置为:所述摇杆沿第一方向拨动时,控制所述航向轴执行相应的水平偏转;所述摇杆沿第二方向拨动时,控制所述俯仰轴执行相应的上下偏转。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的控制手柄,其特征在于,所述操作按键为拍照/录像按键,被设置为:当拍摄设备处于录像模式时,按第一按压模式按压该操作按键时,可控制录像启动/停滞。

  5. 根据权利要求3所述的控制手柄,其特征在于,所述操作按键,进一步被设置为:当拍摄设备处于拍照模式时,按第一按压模式按压该操作按键时,可控制拍摄设备拍摄一张照片;按第二按压模式按压所述操作按键时,可控制所述拍摄设备启动连拍功能,按第三按压模式按压所述操作按键,则所述拍摄设备结束连拍功能。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的控制手柄,其特征在于,所述第二按压模式为按压预设时长,所述第三按压模式为松开对所述操作按键的按压;或所述第二按压模式为按压预设次数,所述第三按压模式为单次按压所述操作按键。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的控制手柄,其特征在于,所述切换按钮,被设置为:按第一切换模式按压该切换按钮时,所述稳定器在自由模式和跟随模式中切换;按第二切换模式按压该切换按钮时,则所述稳定器回中。

  14. 根据权利要求1所述的控制手柄,其特征在于,所述主按键部设有界面,所述摇杆位于所述界面的上部且位于所述界面的一侧,所述操作按键位于所述界面的另一侧。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的控制手柄,其特征在于,所述切换按钮位于所述界面的下部,所述摇杆、操作按键和切换按钮呈三角分布。

  21. 根据权利要求17所述的控制手柄,其特征在于,所述控制手柄还包括设于所述手柄本体内的无线通讯模块,用以与拍摄设备建立通讯连接。
  22. 一种手持设备,包括稳定器,所述稳定器用于安装拍摄设备;其特征在于:所述手持设备还包括控制手柄;所述控制手柄包括按键主体、位于所述按键主体正面的主按键部以及位于所述按键主体侧面的侧按键部,其中,所述主按键部至少包括摇杆、操作按键以及切换按钮,所述摇杆用于控制所述稳定器的偏转,所述操作按键用于控制安装在稳定器上的拍摄设备,所述切换按钮用于控制所述稳定器的启动和关闭及切换所述稳定器的工作模式,所述侧按键部包括变焦滚轮,所述变焦滚轮用于控制所述拍摄设备变焦,所述控制手柄与所述稳定器连接,用以控制所述稳定器。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的手持设备,其特征在于,所述稳定器为云台,至少包括航向轴和俯仰轴;所述摇杆被设置为:所述摇杆沿第一方向拨动时,控制所述航向轴执行相应的水平偏转;所述摇杆沿第二方向拨动时,控制所述俯仰轴执行相应的上下偏转。
  24. 根据权利要求22所述的手持设备,其特征在于,所述操作按键为拍照/录像按键,被设置为:当拍摄设备处于录像模式时,按第一按压模式按压该操作按键时,可控制录像启动/停滞。

  26. 根据权利要求24所述的手持设备,其特征在于,所述操作按键,进一步被设置为:当拍摄设备处于拍照模式时,按第一按压模式按压该操作按键时,可控制拍摄设备拍摄一张照片;按第二按压模式按压所述操作按键时,可控制所述拍摄设备启动连拍功能,按第三按压模式按压所述操作按键,则所述拍摄设备结束连拍功能。
  27. 根据权利要求26所述的手持设备,其特征在于,所述第二按压模式为按压预设时长,所述第三按压模式为松开对所述操作按键的按压;或所述第二按压模式为按压预设次数,所述第三按压模式为单次按压所述操作按键。
  28. 根据权利要求22所述的手持设备,其特征在于,所述切换按钮,被设置为:按第一切换模式按压该切换按钮时,所述稳定器在自由模式和跟随模式中切换;按第二切换模式按压该切换按钮时,则所述稳定器回中。
  29. 根据权利要求28所述的手持设备,其特征在于,所述第一切换模式为单次按压,所述第二切换模式为连续两次按压。
  30. 根据权利要求28所述的手持设备,其特征在于,所述切换按钮,被设置为:按第三切换模式按压该切换按钮时,控制所述拍摄设备切换前后摄像头。
  31. 根据权利要求30所述的手持设备,其特征在于,所述第三切换模式为连续三次按压。
  32. 根据权利要求28所述的手持设备,其特征在于,所述切换按钮,被设置为:按第四切换模式按压该切换按钮时,控制所述稳定器启动或关闭。
  33. 根据权利要求32所述的手持设备,其特征在于,所述第四切换模式为持续按压预设时长。
  34. 根据权利要求22所述的手持设备,其特征在于,所述变焦滚轮,被设置为往第一转动方向拨动时可以使所述拍摄设备的焦距拉长,往第二 转动方向拨动时可以使所述拍摄设备的焦距缩短。
  35. 根据权利要求22所述的手持设备,其特征在于,所述主按键部设有界面,所述摇杆位于所述界面的上部且位于所述界面的一侧,所述操作按键位于所述界面的另一侧。
  36. 根据权利要求35所述的手持设备,其特征在于,所述切换按钮位于所述界面的下部,所述摇杆、操作按键和切换按钮呈三角分布。
  37. 根据权利要求35所述的手持设备,其特征在于,所述界面为上宽下窄的弧形面。
  38. 根据权利要求22所述的手持设备,其特征在于,所述控制手柄还包括手柄本体,所述手柄本体与所述按键主体连接在一起或两者为一体结构。
  39. 根据权利要求38所述的手持设备,其特征在于,所述手柄本体还设有容置空间,用以容置电池。
  40. 根据权利要求39所述的手持设备,其特征在于,所述手柄本体还设有手持区域以及位于所述手持区域的盖板,所述盖板用于遮盖所述容置空间。
  41. 根据权利要求38所述的手持设备,其特征在于,所述控制手柄还包括用于显示电池电量的显示单元,所述显示单元设于所述按键主体或所述手柄本体。
  42. 根据权利要求38所述的手持设备,其特征在于,所述控制手柄还包括设于所述手柄本体内的无线通讯模块,用以与拍摄设备建立通讯连接。
