Description

一种方管批量切割机 技术领域
本发明涉及一种方管批量切割机。
背景技术
路灯、景观灯等灯具是人们日常生活中常用的产品,灯具支架一般由方管拼接而成,拼接成各种不同尺寸不同形状的图案造型。用于拼接灯具支架的方管的两端一般都是切割成45度斜角,两根方管通过45度斜角连接端连接在一起。现有技术中对方管连接端的切割一般通过锯或者冲压切边机完成,其缺陷是:只能一根一根对方管进行切割,无法一次切割多根方管,无法进行批量切割。而当需求量大时,需要的方管零件成千上万,现有技术切割方管的速度太慢,生产效率低,显然不能保证及时供给足够的方管零件,且产品尺寸精度不高。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种可避免出现上述技术缺陷的方管批量切割机。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供的技术方案如下:
一种方管批量切割机,包括支撑架、上料机构、后定位部件、前周转车部件、翻转部件、后周转车部件、前定位部件、金属锯床和压紧机构;支撑架与上料机构设置在一起,上料机构位于支撑架的中间位置;前周转车部件和翻转部件设置在支撑架的一端,翻转部件设置在前周转车部件的内侧;金属锯床连接在支撑架上前周转车部件所在的一端;前定位部件与金属锯床相连接;压紧机构设置在金属锯床上;后定位部件和后周转车部件设置在支撑架的另一端,后周转车部件位于后定位部件的内侧。
进一步地,在压紧机构上设置有前压紧位部件和上压紧位部件。
本发明提供的方管批量切割机,能够一次切割几十根方管,每小时可以切割200根左右,生产效率高,能够保证方管供给量,节省了人工成本,产品尺寸精度高,可以很好地满足实际应用的需要。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1至图3所示,一种方管批量切割机,包括支撑架1、上料机构2、后定位部件3、前周转车部件4、翻转部件5、后周转车部件6、前定位部件7、金属锯床8、压紧机构9、前压紧位部件10和上压紧位部件11;支撑架1与上料机构2设置在一起,上料机构2位于支撑架1的中间位置;前周转车部件4和翻转部件5设置在支撑架1的一端,翻转部件5设置在前周转车部件4的内侧;金属锯床8连接在支撑架1上前周转车部件4所在的一端;前定位部件7与金属锯床8相连接;压紧机构9设置在金属锯床8上;前压紧位部件10和上压紧位部件11设置在压紧机构9上;后定位部件3和后周转车部件6设置在支撑架1的另一端,后周转车部件6位于后定位部件3的内侧。
在使用时,多根方管12捆扎成一束方管束吊在上料机构2上,然后上料机构2将方管束放置到支撑架1上表面,后周转车部件6沿着支撑架1上表面滑动推动方管束的一端,使方管束沿着支撑架1上表面滑动,支撑架1的另一端穿过翻转部件5后到达金属锯床8上,然后压紧机构9将方管束压紧在金属锯床8上,金属锯床8切割方管束,一次就可以把方管束中的所有方管的一端切出45度斜角。
本发明提供的方管批量切割机,能够一次切割几十根方管,每小时可以切 割200根左右,生产效率高,能够保证方管供给量,节省了人工成本,产品尺寸精度高,可以很好地满足实际应用的需要。

Claims (2)

  1. 一种方管批量切割机,其特征在于,包括支撑架、上料机构、后定位部件、前周转车部件、翻转部件、后周转车部件、前定位部件、金属锯床和压紧机构;支撑架与上料机构设置在一起,上料机构位于支撑架的中间位置;前周转车部件和翻转部件设置在支撑架的一端,翻转部件设置在前周转车部件的内侧;金属锯床连接在支撑架上前周转车部件所在的一端;前定位部件与金属锯床相连接;压紧机构设置在金属锯床上;后定位部件和后周转车部件设置在支撑架的另一端,后周转车部件位于后定位部件的内侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方管切割机,其特征在于,在压紧机上设置有前压紧位部件和上压紧位部件。
