Description

真空吸尘车独立式强力吸嘴 技术领域
本发明涉及路面清洁车技术领域,特别是涉及一种真空吸尘车独立式强力吸嘴。
背景技术
吸尘车(或扫路车)是常用的环卫设备,其可以清洁路面,广泛应用于公路、公园、市政等路面清扫。现有的吸尘车一般是先利用扫地机构将垃圾聚集在一起,然后利用真空负压将垃圾抽吸至车载垃圾箱中。
其存在如下缺陷:1、清洁区域小,其清洁区域受限于扫地机构覆盖的区域,由于扫地机构一般比较小,导致其清洁区域小,只能清洁车轮两侧的路面;2、工作效率低,由于其需要先扫地聚拢垃圾,因此车速较低,一般低于10km/h,无法快速清洁路面;3、清洁不干净,由于路面不是光滑,而是有无数微小的缝隙,灰尘落在缝隙中无法扫起,导致清洁不干净,尤其是干式扫地车(不洒水)扫地时容易将灰尘扬起,对较大的垃圾,如小石头、运输车撒漏的垃圾等难以清理干净。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,而提供一种真空吸尘车独立式强力吸嘴,其结构科学,可以横向布置在吸尘车上,将路面的各种垃圾用强力负压吸起,清洁速度快,清洁效果好。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种真空吸尘车独立式强力吸嘴,其包括吸嘴主体,所述吸嘴主体包括沿吸尘车左右方向并列布置的若干个吸嘴单元,所述吸嘴单元包括负压吸腔,所述负压吸腔的底部设置有平铲,所述负压吸腔的前侧设置有向下收口的前挡板,所述前挡板的底部与所述平铲的前端之间设置有吸尘口,所述负压吸腔的顶部设置有向上延伸的吸气管,相邻的所述吸嘴单元之间通过隔板隔离。
优选的,所述吸嘴单元为6~15个,所述吸嘴主体总长度等于或大于吸尘车的宽度。
优选的,位于吸尘车侧面车身处的所述吸嘴单元与内侧相邻的所述吸嘴单元通过铰链连接。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明,并不是把本发明的实施 范围限制于此。
如图1-图4所示,本实施例的真空吸尘车独立式强力吸嘴,包括吸嘴主体,所述吸嘴主体包括沿吸尘车左右方向并列布置的若干个吸嘴单元1,所述吸嘴单元1包括负压吸腔2,所述负压吸腔2的底部设置有平铲21,所述负压吸腔2的前侧设置有向下收口的前挡板22,所述前挡板22的底部与所述平铲21的前端之间设置有吸尘口23,所述负压吸腔2的顶部设置有向上延伸的吸气管3,相邻的所述吸嘴单元1之间通过隔板4隔离。本发明结构科学,其利用平铲21、前挡板22、隔板4等围成负压吸腔2,负压吸腔2仅在吸气管3、吸尘口23两处开口,当使用风机抽吸时,在吸尘口23形成强力的负压,可以将各种垃圾吸起,送入车载垃圾箱内。该并列布置的吸嘴单元1将需要清洁的整个路面分成一个个较小的区域,抽吸时仅对该区域进行抽吸,使得吸力集中,吸力较强,并且可以根据车宽、车道宽度合理布置吸嘴单元1,使得在清洁区域内不留死角。该方案的平铲21并不解除地面,但是其与地面距离较近,大致平行于地面,容易将包括石头在内的路面垃圾吸起至平铲21上,然后通过吸气管3进入车载垃圾箱。
进一步的,所述吸嘴单元1为6~15个,所述吸嘴主体总长度等于或大于吸尘车的宽度,使得吸尘车整个行驶范围内都可以进行清洁,清洁区域大。尤其是吸嘴主体的两端可以伸出车身外,加大了清洁区域,位于吸尘车侧面车身处的所述吸嘴单元1与内侧相邻的所述吸嘴单元1通过铰链连接,所述吸嘴主体设置有驱动吸尘车侧面车身外的所述吸嘴单元1向上转动的拉杆(图中没有画出),不使用时可以将车身外的吸嘴单元1收起,避免碰撞。
进一步的,所述吸气管3向吸尘车车尾倾斜,由于吸尘口23在前侧,吸尘车行驶时,垃圾相对吸尘车向后运动,将吸气管3向车尾方向倾斜,可以顺应其运动方向,更容易收集垃圾。
进一步的,所述吸气管3向汽车中线方向倾斜,由于吸嘴主体长度长度可以大于车身宽度,将吸气管3向汽车中线方向倾斜,便于将与吸气管3对接的装置隐藏在车身宽度之内。
进一步的,所述吸嘴主体的前后两侧设置有与地面接触的支撑轮5,所述支撑轮5的的底端与所述吸尘口23之间留有间隙,该支撑轮5可以抬高吸嘴主体,使得可以从上 方吸取垃圾,还可以避免吸嘴主体撞击地面。尤其是路面不平时,其可以对吸嘴主体起到保护作用。
进一步的,所述负压吸腔2从前向后宽度逐渐减小,所述负压吸腔2从下向上横截面积逐渐减小,通过这两点可以逐渐收缩负压吸腔2,使得垃圾更容易通过吸气管3吸走,避免堵塞在负压吸腔2内。
进一步的,所述平铲21的前端设置有向下倾斜的导板211,可以更好的收集垃圾。
