背景技术
在相关技术中,空调室外机(如家用多联机的空调室外机)大多数安装在建筑的墙体外侧预设的空调安装位或者楼顶等场所。当墙体外侧没有或不能设置空调安装位、又离楼顶较远时,空调室外机的安装就很困难。另外,受安全要求的限制,在一些国家和地区(例如北美地区等)不允许在住宅的墙体外侧安装空调室外机,不能设置空调安装位,使得现有的一些空调室外机难以在这些国家和地区使用。
为了简化空调室外机的安装,满足特定的安全要求,相关技术中出现了在建筑墙体上开孔嵌入设置空调室外机的安装方案。此类方案虽然在一定程度上满足了特定的安全要求,但因为嵌在墙孔内的空调室外机的风口尺寸受到墙孔尺寸的限制,影响到了风口的流通风量,从而对空调室外机的性能造成了限制。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本公开实施例提供一种空调室外机及空调机组,能够提升空调室外机的风口流通风量。
根据本公开的一个方面,提供了一种空调室外机,包括:室外机壳体,所述室外机壳体上远离安装墙体一侧的前面板上设有主回风口和出风口,所述室外机壳体上位于所述前面板与所述安装墙体之间的侧板还设有补充回风口,所述主回风口和所述补充回风口均与所述室外机壳体内部的回风腔连通。
在一些实施例中,所述主回风口位于所述前面板上靠近所述补充回风口的一侧。
在一些实施例中,在所述前面板上设有两组主回风口,所述出风口设置在所述两组主回风口之间。
在一些实施例中,所述室外机壳体上的两个侧板均设有所述补充回风口,且所述 两组主回风口分别位于所述前面板上靠近所述补充回风口的两侧。

如图1所示,为示出本公开空调室外机的一些实施例的示例性结构图。结合图3和图4所分别示出的本公开空调室外机实施例在安装后分别从室内侧视角和室外视角观察的示例性结构图,本实施例的空调室外机包括:室外机壳体300。该室外机壳体300可以参考图3和图4以嵌入安装墙体100的方式进行安装。也就是说,在安装墙体上可预留或开设与室外机壳体300的外轮廓尺寸相匹配的墙孔。当需要进行空调室外机的安装时,将室外机壳体300嵌入到墙孔中,并使空调室外机的前侧结构(以从室内指向室外的方向为前向)位于室外侧,利用墙孔的厚度实现室外机壳体300的支撑作用。对于通孔形式的墙孔来说,空调室外机在安装后,其室外机壳体300的后侧结构如图3所示的位于室内侧,而在另一些实施例中,当空调室外机嵌入安装在墙体100上开设的盲孔形式的墙孔时,室内侧与该墙孔也可以不连通。
参考图1,以从室内指向室外的方向为前向,室外机壳体300上远离安装墙体100一侧的前面板320上可设有主回风口420和出风口410。所述室外机壳体300上位于所述前面板320与所述安装墙体100之间的侧板310还设有补充回风口430,所述主回风口420和所述补充回风口430均与所述室外机壳体300内部的回风腔连通。这样,当将空调室外机嵌入安装在墙孔内时,既能够充分利用较大尺寸的前面板来实现出风和回风,还利用侧板上的补充回风口辅助主回风口增加回风量,从而有效地提升了空调室外机的风口流通风量。
为了使补充回风口430能够顺利地实现回风,可选使室外机壳体300的前面板320和部分侧板310相对于所述安装墙体100向外突出,并且使补充回风口430的至少部分位于所述安装墙体100的外侧。通过这种方式减少安装墙体100的补充回风口430的阻挡作用,提高回风量。在另一些实施例中,还可以将室外机壳体300嵌入安装在更宽的墙孔内,这样补充回风口430可以通过室外机壳体300与墙孔之间的间隙所形成的通道进行回风,从而允许将室外机壳体300的前面板320以不突出于外墙表面的方式安装,以满足特定地区(例如北美国家等)有关墙体外侧不能安装空调室外机的政策要求。
在前面板320上,主回风口420可选位于所述前面板320上靠近所述补充回风口430的一侧,以便主回风口420与补充回风口430能够更近地连通回风腔。参考图1, 在所述前面板320上可以设置两组所述主回风口420,并将出风口410设置在两组所述主回风口420之间。相应地,还可以在室外机壳体300上的两个所述侧板310均设置所述补充回风口430,且两组所述主回风口420分别位于所述前面板320上靠近所述补充回风口430的两侧。这样就使得室外机壳体300的前面板320的两侧及相邻到的侧板实现回风功能,而前面板320的中部实现出风功能,而回风功能和出风功能的合理分区能够使内部流场更短,减少气流在内部流场的压力损耗,另外也使得内部流场更加均匀,提高换热效率。
在设置补充回风口430时,可选使补充回风口430的长度方向与所述前面板320平行。这样在室外机壳体300嵌入在墙孔时,可以减少侧板310为露出补充回风口430而相对于外墙向外突出的尺寸。
当将空调室外机安装在墙体100上时,相对于相关技术中将出风口和进风口上下布置的形式,在本公开的一些实施例中,将室外机壳体300配置成在水平方向的长度大于在竖直方向的高度,即左右方向的尺寸大于上下方向的尺寸的扁盒状,以增大墙体100对室外机壳体300的横向支撑面积,使空调室外机的安装稳定性更好,减低对墙体100的支撑能力的要求,也利于减少辅助支撑,简化安装。
在图3中,墙孔为直接连通安装墙体100的室外侧和室内侧的通孔,空调室外机在室内侧的露出部分可以与地面200之间保持一定的高度,如果安装墙体100的厚度较大,则空调室外机可以主要通过墙孔进行支撑。而如果安装墙体100的厚度有限,则除了利用墙孔进行支撑之外,在另一些实施例中,空调室外机还可以包括支撑架,室外机壳体300在室内一侧露出的部分可以通过该支撑架进行支撑固定。
参考图1,在一些实施例中,空调室外机还可以包括用于连接空调室内机的阀门500,阀门500可以通过阀门支架510设置于室外机壳体300的侧板310上。在空调室外机安装于安装墙体100之后,阀门500及与空调室内机的连接管路的一部分也位于安装墙体100的墙孔内,可通过设置挡板等方式将阀门500和连接管路隐藏于墙孔内,避免其暴露于室内,即利于保护,也利于室内环境保持美观。
如图2所示,为示出本公开空调室外机的另一些实施例在省去顶盖后的示例性结构图。在本实施例中,空调室外机还包括:换热器620和风机系统610,所述风机系统610和所述换热器620依次设置在所述室外机壳体300内部位于从所述回风腔到所述出风口410的内部风道中。这种吹风式的换热方式能够使室外的空气从主回风口420和补充回风口430进入室外机壳体300内部的回风腔,然后经过风机系统610再吹向 换热器620,与换热器620进行热交换,然后通过出风口410向室外排出。
参考图2,在一些实施例中,空调室外机还可以包括隔板340、换热器620和风机系统610。所述隔板340设置在所述室外机壳体300内部,并隔离出至少两个独立空间,所述风机系统610和所述换热器620均设于同一独立空间(例如第一独立空间)中。通过将风机系统610和换热器620设置在同一独立空间,可以使空调室外机的回风和出风不容易受到室外机壳体300内其他零件的影响,从而使空气流场更通畅,提升换热效果。而设置所述风机系统610和所述换热器620的独立空间可选位于所述室外机壳体300内靠近所述前面板320的一侧,以方便与室外空气进行循环。
在图2中,还可以在空调室外机中进一步包括压缩机630、管路系统640和/或电器盒部件650。压缩机630、管路系统640和/或电器盒部件650可选设于所述室外机壳体300内部的另一独立空间(例如第二独立空间)中,以便使内部结构更有序和紧凑。而该设置所述压缩机630、管路系统640和/或电器盒部件650的另一独立空间可选位于所述室外机壳体300内远离所述前面板320的一侧,例如位于室内侧,这样操作人员可以在打开后面板330后,在室内侧方便地进行空调机组的接线、安装和维修。另外,在设置所述压缩机630、管路系统640和/或电器盒部件650的另一独立空间的内侧或外侧还可以设置隔音结构或隔音材料,以便降低空调室外机在运行时对室内侧的影响,使空调机组噪音更小,使用更舒适。
参考图2,在一些实施例中,换热器620可以包括呈U形的板式换热结构,并将风机系统610设置在板式换热结构的凹入区域。这样能够节省换热器620和风机系统610所占用的空间。回风腔位于所述板式换热结构的外侧,出风口410设置在所述前面板320上对应于所述风机系统610的出风侧的位置。在前面板320和隔板340的顶端还可以连接前后方向的连接板720,连接板720和底板之间固定有风机支架710。风机系统610设置于风机支架710上。本实施例中,风机系统610采用了轴流风机,在其他实施例中,风机也可以采用离心风机、贯流风机等其它结构的风机。
上述空调室外机的各实施例可应用于空调机组中,相应的还提供了一种包括前述任一种的空调室外机实施例的空调机组,以提升空调室外机的风口流通风量。
最后应当说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本公开的技术方案而非对其限制;尽管参照较佳实施例对本公开进行了详细的说明,所属领域的普通技术人员应当理解:依然可以对本公开的具体实施方式进行修改或者对部分技术特征进行等同替换;而不脱离本公开技术方案的精神,其均应涵盖在本公开请求保护的技术方案范围当中。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种空调室外机,包括:室外机壳体(300),所述室外机壳体(300)上远离安装墙体(100)一侧的前面板(320)上设有主回风口(420)和出风口(410),所述室外机壳体(300)上位于所述前面板(320)与所述安装墙体(100)之间的侧板(310)还设有补充回风口(430),所述主回风口(420)和所述补充回风口(430)均与所述室外机壳体(300)内部的回风腔连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的空调室外机,其中,所述主回风口(420)位于所述前面板(320)上靠近所述补充回风口(430)的一侧。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的空调室外机,其中,在所述前面板(320)上设有两组主回风口(420),所述出风口(410)设置在所述两组主回风口(420)之间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的空调室外机,其中,所述室外机壳体(300)上的两个侧板(310)均设有所述补充回风口(430),且所述两组主回风口(420)分别位于所述前面板(320)上靠近所述补充回风口(430)的两侧。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的空调室外机,其中,所述补充回风口(430)的长度方向与所述前面板(320)平行。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的空调室外机,其中,所述空调室外机还包括:换热器(620)和风机系统(610),所述风机系统(610)和所述换热器(620)依次设置在所述室外机壳体(300)内部从所述回风腔到所述出风口(410)的内部风道中。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的空调室外机,其中,所述空调室外机还包括隔板(340)、换热器(620)和风机系统(610),所述隔板(340)设置在所述室外机壳体(300)内部,并隔离出至少两个独立空间,所述风机系统(610)和所述换热器(620)均设于同一独立空间中。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的空调室外机,其中,所述同一独立空间位于所述室外机壳体(300)内靠近所述前面板(320)的一侧。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的空调室外机,其中,所述空调室外机还包括压缩机(630)、管路系统(640)和电器盒部件(650)中的至少一种,设于所述室外机壳体(300)内部的另一独立空间中。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的空调室外机,其中,所述另一独立空间位于所述室外机壳体(300)内远离所述前面板(320)的一侧。
  11. 根据权利要求6所述的空调室外机,其中,所述换热器(620)包括呈U形的板式换热结构,所述风机系统(610)位于所述板式换热结构的凹入区域,所述回风腔位于所述板式换热结构的外侧,所述出风口(410)位于所述前面板(320)上对应于所述风机系统(610)的出风侧。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的空调室外机,其中,所述另一独立空间的内侧或外侧还设有隔音结构或隔音材料。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的空调室外机,其中,所述室外机壳体(300)在水平方向的长度大于在竖直方向的高度。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的空调室外机,其中,所述室外机壳体(300)嵌入在所述安装墙体(100)上开设的墙孔内,所述前面板(320)和部分侧板(310)相对于所述安装墙体(100)向外突出,且所述补充回风口(430)的至少部分位于所述安装墙体(100)的外侧。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的空调室外机,其中,所述空调室外机还包括支撑架,所述墙孔为直接连通所述安装墙体(100)的室外侧和室内侧的通孔,所述室外机壳体(300)在室内一侧露出的部分通过所述支撑架进行支撑固定。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的空调室外机,其中,所述空调室外机还包括用于连接空调室内机的阀门(500),所述阀门(500)通过阀门支架(510)设置于所述侧板(310)上。
  17. 一种空调机组,包括权利要求1~16任一所述的空调室外机。
