La présente invention concerne un ensemble chauffage de tabac flexible et un procédé de production associé. L'ensemble de chauffage de tabac flexible comprend une feuille chauffante électrique flexible (1). La feuille chauffante électrique (1) comprend au moins une trajectoire de chauffage électrique (11), et est pourvue d'une couche isolante flexible (2) sur sa surface. Le procédé de production de l'ensemble de chauffage de tabac flexible comprend : étape I : sélection d'un substrat d'une feuille chauffante électrique (1), et formation d'une trajectoire de chauffage électrique dans le substrat à l'aide d'une technologie de découpe, d'une technologie d'estampage ou d'une technologie de gravure; et étape II : mise en place d'une couche isolante flexible (2) sur une surface de la feuille chauffante électrique (1) avec la trajectoire de chauffage électrique (11), la couche isolante souple (2) étant disposée sur la surface de la feuille chauffante électrique au moyen d'une technologie de revêtement de surface, d'une technologie de moulage par injection par filière, d'une technologie d'injection de céramique par filière et d'une technologie de pulvérisation de surface. Par comparaison avec l'état de la technique, l'ensemble de chauffage de tabac flexible et le procédé de production associé sont simples en termes de structure, pratiques à mettre en œuvre, ont un faible coût de mise en œuvre, sont flexibles et pratiques à appliquer, avec un bon effet chauffant, une excellente uniformité de chauffage, et une excellente expérience d'utilisateur.
