借由上述技术方案,本发明提供的用于制造液体包装容器的胚料及包装容器,通过特殊的密封折痕、分隔折痕、横切折痕设计,可使得成型后的包装容器顶面为平面,从而不但可使包装容器外形美观,还可使用于插入吸管的圆形标记或用于装瓶盖的瓶盖标记在包装容器顶面的设置位置以及尺寸更加灵活,方便消费者使用。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明实施例提供了一种用于制造液体包装容器的胚料,该胚料具体可包括包装材料,如图1所示,该包装材料具体可以包括:密封折痕、分隔折痕以及横切折痕,其中:
密封折痕具体可以包括在第一方向上平行设置的第一密封折痕110和第二密封折痕120。
分隔折痕具体可以包括在第二方向上平行设置的第一分隔折痕210、第二分隔折痕220、第三分隔折痕230、第四分隔折痕240。
上述分隔折痕的设置可使胚料的不同区域形成包装容器的不同区域。例如,第一分隔折痕210第一侧即图1中第一分隔折痕210下侧的胚料区域在形成包装容器时可作为包装容器的底部区域,第一分隔折痕210与第二分隔折痕220之间的胚料区域可作为包装容器的侧壁区域,第二分隔折痕220与第三分隔折痕230之间的胚料区域可作为包装容器的顶部区域,第三分隔折痕230与第四分隔折痕240之间的胚料区域可作为包装容器的侧壁区域,第四分隔折痕240第二侧即图1中第四分隔折痕240上侧的胚料区域可作为包装容器的底部区域。
本发明实施例中,第一方向具体可为图1所示胚料的水平方向,第二方向具体可为图1所示胚料的垂直方向,即第一方向与第二方向垂直。
本发明实施例中不同分隔折痕在第二方向的设置位置可基于需要制备的包装容器的形状而设置,在此不做具体限定。
基于附图1所示,本发明实施例中所涉及的密封折痕与分隔折痕相交。
横切折痕具体可设置于第一密封折痕110和第二密封折痕120之间且与第一密封折痕110和第二密封折痕120平行设置。
如图1所示,横切折痕具体可包括第一横切折痕310、第二横切折痕320、第三横切 折痕330、第四横切折痕340、第五横切折痕350、第六横切折痕360。
其中:
第一横切折痕310和第四横切折痕340与第一分隔折痕210相交且在第二方向例如水平方向上向第一分隔折痕210的第一侧(即图1中第一分隔折痕210的下侧)和第二侧(即图1中第一分隔折痕210的上侧)延伸。
第二横切折痕320和第五横切折痕350分别与第二分隔折痕220、第三分隔折痕230相交,且在第二方向上分别向第二分隔折痕220的第一侧以及第三分隔折痕230的第二侧延伸。
第三横切折痕330和第六横切折痕360与第四分隔折痕240相交且在第二方向上向第四分隔折痕240的第一侧和第二侧延伸。
本发明一具体实施例中,以上横切折痕的具体设置参数可如下所示中的至少一种:
第一横切折痕310、第二横切折痕320、第三横切折痕330在第一方向上的位置相同;
第四横切折痕340、第五横切折痕350、第六横切折痕360在第一方向上的位置相同;
第一横切折痕310和第四横切折痕340在第二方向上的位置相同;
第二横切折痕320和第五横切折痕350在第二方向上的位置相同;
第三横切折痕330和第六横切折痕360在第二方向上的位置相同;
第一横切折痕310与第四横切折痕340的长度相等;
第二横切折痕320与第五横切折痕350的长度相等;
第三横切折痕330与第六横切折痕360的长度相等;
第一横切折痕310与第三横切折痕330的长度相等;
第四横切折痕340与第六横切折痕360的长度相等;
第一横切折痕310向第一分隔折痕210第一侧和第二侧延伸的长度相等;
第二横切折痕320向第二分隔折痕220第一侧延伸的长度与第二横切折痕320向第三分隔折痕230第二侧延伸的长度相等;

以上所示参数规格仅为举例说明,在具体实施时,可基于实际工程需要,任意调整横 切折痕的设置位置、长度等参数。
在一具体实施例中,分隔折痕具体还可以包括:第五分隔折痕250以及第六分隔折痕260。
第五分隔折痕250和第六分隔折痕260在第二方向上位于第二分隔折痕220与第三分隔折痕230之间。
第五分隔折痕250分别与第二横切折痕320、第一密封折痕110相交,第五分隔折痕250在第一方向上从第五分隔折痕250与第二横切折痕320的交点向第二横切折痕320的第三侧(如图1所示第二横切折痕320的左侧)延伸,并经过第一密封折痕110后延伸至包装材料的边缘;
第六分隔折痕260分别与第五横切折痕320、第二密封折痕120相交,第六分隔折痕260在第一方向上从第六分隔折痕260与第五横切折痕350的交点向第五横切折痕350的第四侧(如图1所示第五横切折痕的右侧)延伸,并经过第二密封折痕120后延伸至包装材料的边缘。
在具体实现时,第五分隔折痕250与第六分隔折痕260在第二方向上的设置位置可相同。
在一具体实施例中,包装材料具体还可以包括:倾斜折痕。
如图1所示,该倾斜折痕具体可包括:第一倾斜折痕410、第二倾斜折痕420、第三倾斜折痕430、第四倾斜折痕440、第五倾斜折痕450、第六倾斜折痕460、第七倾斜折痕470、第八倾斜折痕480;其中:
第一倾斜折痕410从第一分隔折痕210与第一横切折痕310的交点向位于第一分隔折痕210第一侧的第一密封折痕110延伸,并与第一密封折痕110相交;
第二倾斜折痕420从第二分隔折痕220与第二横切折痕320的交点延伸至第五分隔折痕250与第一密封折痕110的交点;
第三倾斜折痕430从第三分隔折痕230与第二横切折痕320的交点延伸至第五分隔折痕250与第一密封折痕110的交点;
第四倾斜折痕440从第四分隔折痕240与第三横切折痕330的交点向位于第四分隔折痕240第二侧的第一密封折痕110延伸,并与第一密封折痕110相交;
第五倾斜折痕450从第一分隔折痕210与第四横切折痕340的交点向位于第一分隔折痕210第一侧的第二密封折痕120延伸,并与第二密封折痕120相交;

上述本发明实施例所涉及的倾斜折痕的倾斜角度具体可为45度(相对于分隔折痕)。
在一具体实施例中,如图1所示,包装材料具体还可包括一用于插入吸管的圆形标记10或者装瓶盖的瓶盖标记(附图未示出),该圆形标记10或者瓶盖标记具体可设置于第二分隔折痕220、第二横切折痕320、第三分隔折痕230、第五横切折痕350之间所限定的第一区域内一预设位置处。该第一区域即为成型后的包装容器的顶面。
由于该第一区域内并没有设置密封折痕,从而使得成型后的包装容器的顶面为平面,这种设计不但可确保包装容器外形美观,还可使用于插入吸管的圆形标记10或用于装瓶盖的瓶盖标记在包装容器顶面的设置位置以及尺寸更加灵活,方便消费者使用,例如圆形标记10或瓶盖标记所在区域为第一区域的正中心,圆形标记10或者瓶盖标记的尺寸可随意设置,甚至可使包装容器整个顶面均为饮口。
圆形标记10或瓶盖标记所在区域的胚料厚度通常薄于该第一区域内其他区域的胚料,以易于被吸管穿透或饮口的设置。
本发明实施例中的所有折痕可以通过压制或者刻画等方式形成。本实施例不限制折痕的具体形成方式。
本发明实施例提供的胚料通常为多层材质,该胚料包括七层材质,且这七层材质由外(形成包装容器后的包装容器外侧)到内(形成包装容器后的包装容器内侧)依次为:PE(聚乙烯)层、粘合层、纸层、PE层、粘合层、铝箔层、粘合层、PE层以及PE改性层(注:用于插吸管的圆形标记10区域内的胚料所包含的材质层数通常少于七层)。本发明实施例不限制胚料所包含的材质的层数以及各层材质所采用的具体材料等。
本发明实施例还提供一种用于盛装液体的包装容器,如图2所示,该包装容器具体可由上述本发明实施例所提供的胚料制成。
以图1所示胚料为例,对本发明实施例提供的包装容器的制作过程进行说明。
1、通过压制或者刻画等方式,在胚料中形成如图1所示的各种折痕,例如密封折痕、分隔折痕、横切折痕、倾斜折痕等。
2、按照胚料中的折痕对胚料进行拢形。
3、对笼形后的胚料的密封处例如密封折痕、第一分隔折痕第一侧和第四分隔折痕第二侧的预设位置处进行密封处理,从而形成如图2所示的、可盛装液体的包装容器。
如上所述,对本发明的实施例进行了详细地说明,但是只要实质上没有脱离本发明的发明点及效果可以有很多的变形,这对本领域的技术人员来说是显而易见的。因此,这样的变形例也全部包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种用于制造液体包装容器的胚料,其特征在于,包括包装材料;密封折痕、分隔折痕以及横切折痕:
    所述密封折痕包括在第一方向上平行设置的第一密封折痕(110)和第二密封折痕(120);
    所述分隔折痕包括在第二方向上平行设置的第一分隔折痕(210)、第二分隔折痕(220)、第三分隔折痕(230)、第四分隔折痕(240),所述第一方向与所述第二方向垂直,所述密封折痕与所述分隔折痕相交;
    所述横切折痕设置于所述第一密封折痕(110)和所述第二密封折痕(120)之间且与所述第一密封折痕(110)和所述第二密封折痕(120)平行,所述横切折痕包括第一横切折痕(310)、第二横切折痕(320)、第三横切折痕(330)、第四横切折痕(340)、第五横切折痕(350)、第六横切折痕(360);其中,所述第一横切折痕(310)和所述第四横切折痕(340)与所述第一分隔折痕(210)相交且在第二方向上向所述第一分隔折痕(210)的第一侧和第二侧延伸;所述第二横切折痕(320)和所述第五横切折痕(350)分别与所述第二分隔折痕(220)、所述第三分隔折痕(230)相交,且在第二方向上分别向所述第二分隔折痕(220)的第一侧以及所述第三分隔折痕(230)的第二侧延伸;所述第三横切折痕(330)和所述第六横切折痕(360)与所述第四分隔折痕(240)相交且在第二方向上向所述第四分隔折痕(240)的第一侧和第二侧延伸。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的胚料,其特征在于,所述第一横切折痕(310)、所述第二横切折痕(320)、所述第三横切折痕(330)在第一方向上的位置相同,所述第四横切折痕(340)、所述第五横切折痕(350)、所述第六横切折痕(360)在第一方向上的位置相同;
    所述第一横切折痕(310)和所述第四横切折痕(340)在第二方向上的位置相同;
    所述第二横切折痕(320)和所述第五横切折痕(350)在第二方向上的位置相同;
    所述第三横切折痕(330)和所述第六横切折痕(360)在第二方向上的位置相同。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的胚料,其特征在于,所述第一横切折痕(310)与所述第四横切折痕(340)的长度相等;
    所述第二横切折痕(320)与所述第五横切折痕(350)的长度相等;
    所述第三横切折痕(330)与所述第六横切折痕(360)的长度相等。
  4. 根据权利要求1或3所述的胚料,其特征在于,所述第一横切折痕(310)与所述 第三横切折痕(330)的长度相等;
    所述第四横切折痕(340)与所述第六横切折痕(360)的长度相等。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的胚料,其特征在于,所述第一横切折痕(310)向所述第一分隔折痕(210)第一侧和第二侧延伸的长度相等;
    所述第二横切折痕(320)向所述第二分隔折痕(220)第一侧延伸的长度与所述第二横切折痕(320)向所述第三分隔折痕(230)第二侧延伸的长度相等;
    所述第三横切折痕(330)向所述第四分隔折痕(240)第一侧和第二侧延伸的长度相等;
    所述第四横切折痕(340)向所述第一分隔折痕(210)第一侧和第二侧延伸的长度相等;
    所述第五横切折痕(350)向所述第二分隔折痕(220)第一侧延伸的长度与所述第五横切折痕(350)向所述第三分隔折痕(230)第二侧延伸的长度相等;
    所述第六横切折痕(360)向所述第四分隔折痕(240)第一侧和第三侧延伸的长度相等。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的胚料,其特征在于,所述分隔折痕还包括:第五分隔折痕(250)以及第六分隔折痕(260);
    所述第五分隔折痕(250)和所述第六分隔折痕(260)在第二方向上位于所述第二分隔折痕(220)与所述第三分隔折痕(230)之间;
    所述第五分隔折痕(250)分别与所述第二横切折痕(320)、所述第一密封折痕(110)相交,所述第五分隔折痕(250)在第一方向上从所述第五分隔折痕(250)与所述第二横切折痕(320)的交点向所述第二横切折痕(320)的第三侧延伸,并经过所述第一密封折痕(110)后延伸至包装材料的边缘;
    所述第六分隔折痕(260)分别与所述第五横切折痕(350)、所述第二密封折痕(120)相交,所述第六分隔折痕(260)在第一方向上从所述第六分隔折痕(260)与所述第五横切折痕(350)的交点向所述第五横切折痕(350)的第四侧延伸,并经过所述第二密封折痕(120)后延伸至包装材料的边缘;
    所述第五分隔折痕(250)与所述第六分隔折痕(260)在第二方向上的设置位置相同。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的胚料,其特征在于,所述包装材料还包括:倾斜折痕;
    所述倾斜折痕包括:第一倾斜折痕(410)、第二倾斜折痕(420)、第三倾斜折痕(430)、第四倾斜折痕(440)、第五倾斜折痕(450)、第六倾斜折痕(460)、第七倾斜折痕(470)、 第八倾斜折痕(480);其中:
    所述第一倾斜折痕(410)从所述第一分隔折痕(210)与所述第一横切折痕(310)的交点向位于所述第一分隔折痕(210)第一侧的第一密封折痕(110)延伸,并与所述第一密封折痕(110)相交;
    所述第二倾斜折痕(420)从所述第二分隔折痕(220)与所述第二横切折痕(320)的交点延伸至所述第五分隔折痕(250)与所述第一密封折痕(110)的交点;
    所述第三倾斜折痕(430)从所述第三分隔折痕(230)与所述第二横切折痕(320)的交点延伸至所述第五分隔折痕(250)与所述第一密封折痕(110)的交点;

  8. 根据权利要求1所述的胚料,其特征在于,在所述第二分隔折痕(220)、所述第二横切折痕(320)、所述第三分隔折痕(230)、所述第五横切折痕(350)之间的第一区域内一预设位置处设置有用于插入吸管的圆形标记(10)或用于装瓶盖的瓶盖标记。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述胚料,其特征在于,所述圆形标记(10)或所述瓶盖标记所在区域的坯料厚度薄于所述第一区域中的其他区域。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的胚料,其特征在于,所述圆形标记(10)或所述瓶盖标记所在区域为所述第一区域的正中心。
  11. 根据权利要求1-10任一项所述的胚料,其特征在于,所述折痕通过压制或者刻画形成。
  12. 根据权利要求1-10任一项所述的胚料,其特征在于,所述包装材料由外到内依次包括:PE层、粘合层、纸层、PE层、粘合层、铝箔层、粘合层、PE层以及PE改性层。
  13. 根据权利要求1-10任一项所述的胚料,其特征在于,所述第一方向为水平方向,所述第二方向为垂直方向。
  14. 一种用于盛装液体的包装容器,其特征在于,所述包装容器由所述权利要求1-13中任一权利要求所述的坯料制成。
