本公开提供一种基于区块链的众筹信息处理方法、装置、存储介质及电子设备,该方法包括:接收第一用户账号发起的针对第一众筹事件的众筹请求,众筹请求中包含第一信息,第一信息包含众筹配置信息、众筹发起人的身份信息和众筹账单信息中的一种或多种,或者第一信息存储在区块链中的第一区块中,众筹请求包含所述第一信息的查询地址和查询密钥;根据众筹请求对第一信息进行审核验证;当第一信息通过验证时,将第一众筹事件通过公众网络平台进行发布。能够保证这些信息的真实性,并且通过区块链技术来保证这些信息的安全性,从而能够保证众筹发起过程中的存在的众筹相关信息的真实性和安全性。

Description

基于区块链的众筹信息处理方法、装置、存储介质及电子设备 技术领域
本公开涉及互联网技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于区块链的众筹信息处理方法、装置、存储介质及电子设备。
背景技术
公众号是自媒体时代内容盈利的有效手段,目前公众号的盈利模式包括以下几种:一、广告投放:公众号推送文章的头条、次条、尾部的广告投放,广告投放者根据粉丝数、点击量等给公众号运营主体一定数量的广告费用;二、读者打赏:在公众号的文章尾部有打赏功能,读者根据喜好给公众号运营主体打赏;三、营销商品:在公众号的文章中直接营销或代销商品,获得间接收益。但是,现有公众号的运营模式更适合“大v”账号(粉丝量十万+或百万+)的发展,初创公众号很难获得资金扶持,发展受阻。
由于现有公众号运营模式存在上述的问题,因此本公开提供了一种众筹机制,其中,在众筹发起过程中如何保证众筹相关信息的真实性和安全性,从而保证众筹的真实有效,是当前需要解决的问题。
发明内容
本公开提供一种基于区块链的众筹信息处理方法、装置、存储介质及电子设备,用于解决在公众号的众筹发起过程中的存在的众筹相关信息的真实性和安全性问题。
第一方面,提供一种基于区块链的众筹信息处理方法,应用于公众网络平台的服务器,所述方法包括:
接收第一用户账号发起的针对第一众筹事件的众筹请求,所述众筹请求中包含第一信息,所述第一信息包含众筹配置信息、众筹发起人的身份信息和众筹账单信息中的一种或多种,或者所述第一信息存储在区块链中的第一区块中,所述众筹请求包含所述第一信息的查询地址和查询密钥;
根据所述众筹请求对所述第一信息进行审核验证;
当所述第一信息通过验证时,将所述第一众筹事件通过所述公众网络平台进行发布。
第二方面,提供一种基于区块链的众筹信息处理装置,应用于公众网络平台的服务器,所述装置包括:
接收模块,用于接收第一用户账号发起的针对第一众筹事件的众筹请求,所述众筹请求中包含第一信息,所述第一信息包含众筹配置信息、众筹发起人的身份信息和众筹账单信息中的一种或多种,或者所述第一信息存储在区块链中的第一区块中,所述众筹请求包含所述第一信息的查询地址和查询密钥;
验证模块,用于根据所述众筹请求对所述第一信息进行审核验证;
公布模块,用于当所述第一信息通过验证时,将所述第一众筹事件通过所述公众网络平台进行发布。
第三方面,提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质中包括一个或多个程序,所述一个或多个程序用于执行第一方面所述的方法。
第四方面,提供一种电子设备,包括:第三方面所述的计算机可读存储介质;以及一个或者多个处理器,用于执行所述计算机可读存储介质中的程序。
本公开通过上述技术方案,公众网络平台在接收第一用户账号发起的针对第一众筹事件的众筹请求之后,公众网络平台可以从众筹请求中获取第一信息,或根据该第一信息的查询地址和查询密钥从区块链中来获取该第一信息,并由公众网络平台对获取到的信息进行审核验证,其中该第一信息可以包括上述的众筹配置信息、众筹发起人的身份信息和众筹账单信息中的一种或多种。通过公众网络平台对众筹配置信息、众筹发起人的身份信息和众筹账单信息的审核验证保证能够保证这些信息的真实性,并且通过区块链技术来存储这些信息能够保证这些信息的安全性。从而能够保证众筹发起过程中的存在的众筹相关信息的真实性和安全性。

在介绍本公开提供的基于区块链的众筹信息处理方法之前,首先对本公开各个实施例所涉及应用场景进行介绍。本公开各个实施例涉及基于公众号的众筹发起、实施的场景。本公开中涉及的公众号包括但不限于:微信公众号、微博公众号或者其他提供公众号的公众网络平台上的公众号,本公开各个实施例中所涉及的公众网络平可以理解为公众号的网络服务提供商(例如微信、微博)。本公开各个实施例中所涉及的用户账号可以理解为该公众网络平台中的账号,例如众筹发起人在微信平台中的用于发起众筹的公众账号,或者众筹投资人在微信平台中的公众账号(如果是个人投资人也可以是该投资人在微信平台中的私人账号)。公众网络平台的服务器可以是为公众网络平台中的各个账号提供管理、交易、信息存储、数据处理等服务的服务器,该服务器可以是单个服务器,或者是由多个服务器组成的服务器集群,或者可以是一个云计算服务中心。
其中,在本公开各个实施例中,众筹发起人的公众账号所使用的电子设备(例如可以是移动设备、电脑等),众筹投资人的用户账号所使用的电子设备(例如可以是移动设备、电脑等)、这些用户账号所属公众网络平台的服务器,以及第三方监管平台所使用的电子设备(例如可以是移动设备、电脑等,也可以是服务器)可以位于同一个区块链网络中,上述的每个电子设备或服务器都可以是该区块链网络中的一个节点,每个节点在该区块链网络中都具有与自己身份所对应的账户(或称为账户地址,该账户与公众网络平台中的用户账号不是一个概念,该账户通常是该节点在区块链网络中的公钥),各个节点之间共同维护一个或多个区块链。因此,在本公开各个实施例中所涉及的各个区块链可以为同一个区块链为各个节点所共有,也可是不同的区块链,例如上述区块链网络中的部分节点维护的非公开区块链。例如,图1A本公开提供的一种区块链网络的结构示意图,如图1A所示,在一个区块链网络中,可以包含多个节点,每个节点可以是智能终端1、电脑2或者服务器3,每个节点上可以拥有一个公众网络平台的用户账号,例如微信号,每个节点还拥有各自在图1A所示的区块链网络中的账户地址,用于表示该节点在区块链网络中的身份,这些节点共同维护图1A中所示的区块链。
下面对本公开各个实施例中所涉及的区块链技术进行介绍。区块链是由区块链网络中所有节点共同参与维护的去中心化分布式数据库系统,它是由一系列基于密码学方法产生的数据块组成,每个数据块即为区块链中的一个区块。根据产生时间的先后顺序,区块被有序地链接在一起,形成一个数据链条,被形象地称为区块链(BlockChain)。下面对区块链网络的一些概念进行介绍。
区块链网络中的节点可以称为区块链节点,其中区块链网络基于P2P网络,每个参与交易和区块存储、验证、转发的P2P(Peer to Peer,对等网络)网络节点都是一个区块链网络中的节点。
区块链网络中的用户身份使用公钥表示,并且公钥和私钥是成对出现的,上述公钥所对应的私钥由用户掌握而不发布到网络,公钥可以通过特定的哈希和编码后成为“地址”,该“地址”可以理解为一个账户,代表了其对应的用户,并可随意发布在区块链网络中。用户身份和区块链节点不存在一一对应关系,用户可以在任意一个区块链节点上使用自己的私钥。通常意义上,在区块链的形成过程中,每一个参与计算的节点均享有相同的权限(去中心、无信任),其中包括交易(Transaction),计算区块(俗称挖矿,即mining)等核心功能。
其中,交易代表将被写入区块的数据,而区块(Block)则采用特定生成机制,保证最长的链(最长的链包含最多前后关联的区块)为有效链。在交易的数据中,通常包括了一定属性或货币,比如交易拥有者的数字签名(即拥有者的私钥对其交易进行加密处理,通常意义上称为数字签名),交易接受者的账户地址等,在该交易通过了对拥有者数字签名的验证,并被写入区块后,即将该货币的所有权转移到接受者一方。
关于区块链的数据写入区块的过程,是由区块链节点通过向区块链网络发布交易(Transaction)实现向区块链写入数据。该交易包括:区块链节点按照预设的交易数据格式对生成的交易数据包,以及利用该区块链节点自己的私钥对该交易数据包进行的数字签名,该数字签名用于证明该区块链节点的用户的身份。而后,该交易被区块链网络中的“矿工”(即执行PoW共识竞争机制的区块链节点)记录入区块链中产生的新区块,并将该交易发布到区块链网络中,在该交易被其他区块链节点验证通过(其他节点可以从该区块链节点生成的交易中获取该区块链节点的公钥,并根据该区块链节点的公钥对上述的数字签名进行验证,除了验证数字签名之外还可以验证交易数据包是否为规定的数据结构)和接受后,该交易即被写入区块链。其中,区块链中的新区块是由上述的“矿工”通过执行PoW共识竞争机制(该机制可以理解为:各个“矿工”按照区块的预设技术要求,例如按照预设的随机数要求来共同计算随机数,哪一个“矿工”先计算出符合该随机数要求的随机数,该“矿工”产生的区块就作为该新区块)而定期产生的。下面对本公开提供的基于区块链的众筹信息处理方法进行说明。
图1B是根据本公开一示例性实施例示出的一种基于区块链的众筹信息处理方法的流程图,应用于公众网络平台的服务器,如图1B所示,该方法包括:
步骤101,接收第一用户账号发起的针对第一众筹事件的众筹请求,众筹请求中包含第一信息,第一信息包含众筹配置信息、众筹发起人的身份信息和众筹账单信息中的一种或多种,或者第一信息存储在区块链中的第一区块中,众筹请求包含所述第一信息的查询地址和查询密钥。
示例的,该第一用户账号可以是众筹发起人在该公众网络平台运营的公众号,例如该公众网络平台为微信时,该公众号就是微信公众号,或者该公众网络平台为微博时,该公众号就是微博公众号。相应的,该众筹发起人可以是该公众号的管理人员,例如单位的法人等等。
其中,该众筹配置信息可以包括众筹目标金额、众筹时间、众筹最低或最高认筹金额、股权约定信息和合约类型信息中的至少一者,其中:
众筹目标金额为:此次众筹目标募集的资金额度,该众筹目标金额可以为实体货币、电子货币或数字货币中的一种或多种货币类型的额度。众筹时间包含:众筹发起时间及结束时间。众筹最低或最高认筹金额为:参与众筹的最低或最高投资金额。股权约定信息包括以下中的一种或多种:众筹目标金额对应的股权比例、股权分红周期、股权分红预期比例、股权对应的权利性质(例如是否具有投票权)、股权是否可以在预定触发条件下进行转让或赎回等股权操作、以及这些股权操作的预定触发条件。合约类型包括:普通合约或智能合约(Smart Contract),智能合约是一种基于区块链技术的合约,该智能合约可以写在指定的区块链上,当满足智能合约中预先配置的触发条件时,该智能合约可以自动触发进行股权转让、赎回、股权分红等操作。另外,智能合约实际上是存储在区块链上的可执行代码,不具有严格意义上的账户地址,因为其不一定设有实际拥有人,但其特性和行为在很多情况下能够被看作是一种受编程逻辑控制的机器账户。
该众筹发起人的身份信息可以包括:包括个人身份证信息、组织信息、数字货币账户地址中的至少一者。其中个人身份证信息例如身份证、护照、军官证、驾照等等。组织信息例如组织机构代码、组织证明等。其中,数字货币账户地址可以是银行账户、第三方交易平台账户、虚拟货币账户等等。
该众筹账单信息包括账单查询渠道和/或预期成本开支信息。其中,众筹账单查询渠道可包括:众筹账单对应的网址或查询入口,或者以及众筹账单的智能合约的账户地址,或众筹发起人在区块链网络上的交易账户地址和投资人在区块链网络上的交易账户地址(例如,该地址可以是众筹发起人从该公众网络平台或第三方接收货币的输入地址,以及众筹发起人支付开支的输出地址)。可选的,众筹账单查询渠道还可以包括:供众筹参与人(例如投资人、第三方监管平台等)查询众筹账单的鉴权信息或密钥等。预期成本开支信息可以包括:预期成本占众筹资金的比例、预期成本开支所包含的条目及金额等信息。
其中,该众筹请求中可以直接包含该第一信息,从而公众网络平台在接收到该众筹请求后,就可以直接获取到众筹配置信息、众筹发起人的身份信息和众筹账单信息中的一种或多种,进而可以进入下一步骤的审核。或者,该第一信息也可以不包含在该众筹请求中,而是存储在区块链中的第一区块中,相应的该众筹请求中包含该第一信息的查询地址和查询密钥,该查询地址和查询密钥能够使公众网络平台查询到该第一区块并从中获取众筹配置信息、众筹发起人的身份信息和众筹账单信息,其中,该查询地址可以是该第一区块的标识(例如区块编号)。
步骤102,根据众筹请求对第一信息进行审核验证。
其中,公众网络平台在根据众筹请求获取到该众筹配置信息、众筹发起人的身份信息和众筹账单信息之后,负责对众筹配置信息、众筹发起人的身份信息和众筹账单信息进行审核,以保证本次众筹请求的真实有效。例如,可以验证众筹配置信息是否符合规定,众筹发起人的身份信息是否真实以及验证众筹账单信息是否真实等等。当上述信息均通过审核验证后,说明本次发起的众筹事件是符合规定,可以进行步骤103进行公布。另外在上述审核过程中,还可以根据众筹发起人的身份信息对该众筹发起人的征信信息进行进一步的审核,其中该征信信息也可以通过区块链技术进行存储。
步骤103,当第一信息通过验证时,将第一众筹事件通过所述公众网络平台进行发布。
另外,当众筹配置信息、众筹发起人的身份信息和众筹账单信息中有至少一者没有通过验证时,应当拒绝该众筹请求。
本公开提供的上述众筹流程能够避免公众号在发展初期由于关注用户(俗称粉丝)数量少,推广速度较慢导致的资金短缺的问题,帮助这些公众号获得资金支持。并且本公开所提供的上述技术方案中,通过区块链技术能够保证众筹相关信息的真实性和安全性。
下面对投资人参与众筹的流程进行说明,图2是根据本公开一示例性实施例示出的另一种基于区块链的众筹信息处理方法的流程图,应用于公众网络平台的服务器,如图2所示,该方法包括:
步骤104,接收第二用户账号发送的针对第一众筹事件的众筹参与请求,众筹参与请求包含第二信息,第二信息包括投资人的身份信息、认购信息中的一种或多种,或者第二信息存储在区块链中的第二区块中,众筹参与请求包括第二信息的查询地址和查询秘钥,认购信息包括:认购金额或者认购股权数量。
其中,该第二用户账号,可以是投资人在该公众网络平台运营的公众号或者个人账号,例如该公众网络平台为微信时,该公众号就是微信公众号或个人微信号,或者该公众网络平台为微博时,该公众号就是微博公众号或个人微博账号。投资人的身份信息可以包括:个人身份证信息、组织信息、数字货币账户地址中的至少一者,其中个人身份证信息、组织信息、数字货币账户地址中与步骤101中所述的众筹发起人的个人身份证信息、组织信息、数字货币账户地址类似,不再赘述。
其中,与第一信息类似,该众筹参与请求中可以直接包含该第二信息,从而公众网络平台在接收到该众筹参与请求后,就可以直接获取到投资人的身份信息、认购信息中的一种或多种,进而可以进入下一步骤105的审核。或者,该第二信息也可以不包含在该众筹请求中,而是存储在区块链中的第二区块中,相应的该众筹参与请求中包含该第二信息的查询地址和查询密钥,该查询地址和查询密钥能够使公众网络平台查询到该第二区块并从中获取身份信息、认购信息,其中,该查询地址可以是该第二区块的标识(例如区块编号)。
步骤105,根据众筹参与请求对第二信息进行审核验证。
示例的,公众网络平台在根据众筹参与请求获取投资人的身份信息后,负责对投资人的身份信息进行审核验证,以保证投资人身份的真实性当投资人的身份信息通过审核验证后,说明投资人是符合要求的,可以进行后续步骤。另外,在上述的审核过程中,还可以根据投资的身份信息对该投资人的征信信息进行进一步的审核,并且还可以对该投资人的投资能力信息进行审核。其中该征信信息和投资能力信息也可以通过区块链技术进行存储。
另外,需要说明的是,上述的第二区块所在的区块链与步骤101中的第一区块所在的区块链可以是同一条区块链,即将众筹配置信息、众筹发起人的身份信息、众筹账单信息和投资人的身份信息存储在一条区块链上,例如是该公众网络平台所提供的一条专门用于存储数据的区块链,该第一用户账号和该第二用户账号所使用的电子设备(还有其他各个用户账号所使用的电子设备)以及该公众网络平台的服务器都可以是同一个区块链网络中的一个节点,拥有该区块链网络中的一个账户地址(例如公钥),每个节点都可以使用自己在该区块链网络中的账户地址来向该区块链中写入数据。或者,该第一区所在区块链与第二区块所在的区块链可以不是同一个区块链,例如分别位于第一区块链和第二区块链,此时该第一用户账号和该第二用户账号所使用的电子设备可以分别属于不同的区块链网路,例如第一区块链网络和第二区块链网络,但是该公众网络平台的服务器应该既是第一区块链网络中的节点,又是第二区块链网络中的节点(在不同区块链网络中的账户地址不同),从而即可以从第一区块链中获取信息,也可以从第二区块链中获取信息。
步骤106,当第二信息通过验证时,向第二用户账号发送关于第一众筹事件的众筹协议,众筹协议包括:股权约定信息、合约类型信息和违约责任信息中的一种或多种。
其中,示例性的,该股权约定信息和合约类型信息与上述步骤101中的,在发起众筹请求时所提出的股权约定信息、合约类型信息和违约责任信息是一致的,因此可以参考步骤101,不再赘述。在第二用户账号的用户,即该投资人同意该众筹协议中的约定时,可以通过该第二用户账号向该公众网络平台反馈确认信息,以表示接受协议。
步骤107,接收第二用户账号发送的用于确认接受众筹协议的确认信息。
当公众网络平台接收到第二用户账号发送的确认信息后,可以认为该投资人已经同意众筹协议中的约定,因此可以由第二用户账号按照步骤104中的认购金额或者认购股权数量进行支付。示例的,该公众网络平台可以向该第二用户账号推送支付页面,该第二用户账号可以通过该支付页面进行支付。其中,上述支付过程中所采用的支付方式包括但不限于:网银转账、第三方支付平台转账、通过区块链网络转账等等。
其中,如果是采用区块链网络转账的支付方式,则众筹发起人、投资人和公众网络平台之间还可以维护一个专用于交易的区块链网,记为第三区块链网络,相应的该第一用户账号的电子设备、第二用户账号的电子设备以及公众网络平台的服务器作为该第三区块链网络中的节点,均具有在第三区块链网络进行交易的账户地址,通过该第三区块链网络对应的区块链实现各个节点之间的交易,例如由支付、分红、股权转移引起的资金流动(比如比特币的转移)。
步骤108,在确认第二用户账号按照认购信息进行支付后,向第二用户账号发送支付确认信息。
示例的,在步骤108,如果采用区块链网络转账的方式进行支付,则该支付确认信息可以写入区块链中,其写入的区块链可以是步骤107中所述的第三区块链网络对应的区块链。
通过上述步骤104-108所述的流程,该公众网络平台上的任一用户账号都可以参与到众筹的过程中,当众筹的金额达到目标金额时,则可以进行图3所示的方法,图3是根据本公式一示例性实施例示出的又一种基于区块链的众筹信息处理方法的流程图,应用于公众网络平台的服务器,如图3所示,该方法包括:
步骤109,当第一众筹事件的众筹金额达到目标金额时,根据众筹配置信息、众筹发起人的身份信息、众筹账单信息、投资人的认购信息、投资人的身份信息、股权约定信息、合约类型信息、违约责任信息中的一种或多种生成众筹合约。
示例的,该众筹合约可以为智能合约,相应的步骤109可以包括:
当第一众筹事件的众筹金额达到目标金额时,根据众筹配置信息、众筹发起人的身份信息、众筹账单信息、投资人的认购信息、投资人的身份信息、股权约定信息、合约类型信息、违约责任信息中的一种或多种生成众筹合约在区块链上生成智能合约作为该众筹合约。
其中,该智能合约包括:投资人的标识、与投资人的标识对应的股权约定信息和投资资金、众筹发起人的标识、众筹生效时间、合约时间戳、合约加密信息,该股权约定信息包括与投资金额对应的股权份额、规定的股权操作和与股权操作对应的触发条件。
步骤110,向第一用户账号、每个投资人对应的用户账号,以及第三方监管平台的用户账号发送众筹合约。
示例的,可以按照众筹协议中所约定的协议类型生成该众筹合约,该众筹合约可以是普通合约,该普通合约可以通过该公众网络平台发送给众筹发起人的用户账号、投资人的用户账号以及第三方监管平台的用户账号。
或者,该众筹合约可以是智能合约,该智能合约可以包括:投资人的标识、与投资人的标识对应的股权约定信息和投资资金、众筹发起人的标识(如身份信息、数字货币账户地址等)、众筹生效时间、合约时间戳、合约加密信息,股权约定信息包括与投资金额对应的股权份额、规定的股权操作和与所述股权操作对应的触发条件。
相应的在生成该智能合约时,可以为该智能合约分配区块链网络中的账户地址,由于智能合约主要涉及资金的交易,比如股权转让、赎回、股权分红等操作以及触发条件。因此示例性的,可以将该智能合约通过步骤107中的第三区块链网络来进行发布。例如,该公众网络平台向第三区块链网络对应的区块链发起一个交易,该交易中包含该智能合约(即智能合约的代码),以及该公众网络平台利用自己的私钥对智能合约进行数字签名处理得到的一个数字签名(可选择,为了提高智能合约的安全性和有效性,也可以由多个账户共同签名,比如还可以加上众筹发起人和/或投资人的私钥进行数字签名处理得到的签名)。当第三区块链网络中的指定节点(可以是全部节点,也可以是部分节点)对该交易的数字签名进行验证并通过后,将该交易写入一个新的区块中(其中,新的区块可以理解为刚刚生成的还未写入数据的区块,也可以是在该交易之前已经生成但是还未写满的区块),并通过广播的方式告知第三区块链网络中的所有节点(也可以是部分节点,例如只广播给众筹的参与人员的节点,如果第三区块链网络中的节点对应的用户账号都是与众筹有关的,则可以广播给所有节点),至此完成该交易被写入该第三区块链网络对应的区块链中的过程,即该智能合约被写入该区块链中。相应的,当智能合约中的触发条件满足时,可以触发该智能合约自动地进行合约中约定的股权转让、赎回、股权分红等操作。
除了上述流程外,本公开提供的方法中还包括,对众筹账单的更新方法,图4是根据本公式一示例性实施例示出的又一种基于区块链的众筹信息处理方法的流程图,示出了一种账单更新的方法,如图4所示,所述方法可以包括:
步骤111,接收第一用户账号发送的账单更新请求,账单更新请求中包含账单信息,账单信息包含支付发起人标识、支付接收人标识、支付金额、支付类型、支付时间、账单时间戳和账单加密信息中的至少一者。
其中,账单更新请求的触发条件可以包括:众筹成功后需要以众筹合约为基础生成基础账单,众筹发起人产生支出(例如人工成本、运营成本、营销成本、对外投资等),以及该众筹发起人派发分红。当满足以上的触发条件时,会触发该第一用户账号向该公众网络平台发起账单更新请求。
其中,上述的支付发起人标识可以包括支付发起人的身份信息、数字货币账户地址等,支付接收人标识的标识同理。该账单加密信息可以包括账单加密方式以及与账单加密方式对应的密钥。其中,如果支付方式采用的是区块链技术,则该数字货币账户地址可以是区块链网络中的账户地址,例如是上述的第三区块链网络中的账户地址。
步骤112,对账单信息进行校验。
该公众网络平台在获取该账单信息后,可以对该账单信息中的支付发起人标识,支付接收人标识,支付金额,支付类型,支付时间,账单时间戳、账单加密信息等信息进行校验,以保证账单信息的真实有效。例如,可以验证账单信息中的支付发起人、支付接收人在上述第三区块链网络中的账户地址是否正确,判断支付类型和金额是否符合众筹合约的规定,等等。
步骤113,当账单信息通过校验时,将账单信息记录在区块链中的第三区块中。
步骤114,将第三区块的查询信息发送至每个投资人的用户账号,以及第三方监管平台的用户账号。
示例性的,该第三区块所在的区块链与前文的第一区块链、第二区块链可以为同一个区块链,或者也可以为独立于第一区块链、第二区块链的另一条区块链,作为用于资金交易、账单更新的专属区块链。以通过上述的第三区块链网络为例,这里将第三区块链网络对应的区块链记为第三区块链,该第三区块可以在该第三区块链中的区块。该账单信息写入该第三区块链中的方式与上文所述的智能合约写入区块链中的方式相同。
该公众网络平台向第三区块链网络对应的区块链发起另一个交易,该交易中包含该账单信息,以及该公众网络平台利用自己的私钥对账单信息的一个数字签名。当第三区块链网络中的指定节点(可以是全部节点,也可以是部分节点)对该交易的数字签名进行验证并通过后,该交易就被写入到该第三区块链中的一个新的区块中,并通过广播的方式告知第三区块链网络中的所有节点(也可以是部分节点,例如只广播给众筹的参与人员的节点,如果第三区块链网络中的节点对应的用户账号都是与众筹有关的,则可以广播给所有节点),至此完成该账单信息被写入该第三区块链中的过程,该账单信息所写入的区块就是该目标区块。其中,通过广播的方式告知第三区块链网络中的所有节点就相当于是将目标区块第三区块链信息发送给了该第二用户账号、每个投资人对应的用户账号,以及第三方监管平台的用户账号。其中该第三区块链信息可以包括该目标区块的编号,前一区块的编号,该目标区块的生成时间戳,以及该账单信息中的支付发起人标识,支付接收人标识,支付金额,支付类型,支付时间,账单时间戳、账单加密信息等信息。
另外,该第三区块的查询信息可以是该第三区块的区块编号,其可以理解为账单信息的查询地址,并且该查询信息还可以包括查询秘钥,从而在将查询信息每个投资人的用户账号,以及第三方监管平台的用户账号后,投资人或者第三方监管平台即可根据该第三区块的查询信息从该第三区块中获取账单信息。
通过上述的步骤101至114,提供了一种基于区块链的利用公众号进行众筹的发起、审核,到众筹合约发布以及执行流程,相比目前的公众号通过打赏来获取资金的方式相比,能够避免公众号在发展初期由于关注用户数量少,推广速度较慢导致的资金短缺的问题,帮助这些公众号获得资金支持。其中,本公开所提供的上述技术方案中,由于众筹过程中的相关信息的存储、读取、众筹合约的生成,以及众筹合约的执行均基于区块链技术来实现,因此能够来保证众筹相关信息的真实性和安全性。下面,对上述流程中公众网络平台对于信息审核验证的详细流程进行进一步说明。
图5是根据图1B所示实施例示出的一种信息审核验证方法的流程示意图,在图5所示的实施例中,以第一信息同时包含众筹配置信息、众筹发起人的身份信息和众筹账单信息为例,如图5所示,该步骤102可以包括以下步骤:
步骤1021,在众筹请求包含第一信息时,从众筹请求中获取众筹配置信息、众筹发起人的身份信息和众筹账单信息;或者,在众筹请求包含第一信息的查询地址和查询密钥时,根据查询地址和查询密钥从第一区块中获取所述众筹配置信息、众筹发起人的身份信息和众筹账单信息。
步骤1022,根据众筹发起人的身份信息,获取众筹发起人的征信信息的区块链地址和查询密钥。
其中,示例性的,可以根据众筹发起人的身份信息获取众筹发起人在区块链上的区块链地址和查询密钥,示例的,该区块链可以记为第四区块链,该第四区块链与前文所述的第一区块链、第二区块链、第三区块链可以是同一区块链,也可以不是同一区块链。特别是由于征信信息的特殊性和重要意义,因此征信信息的安全性和维护权限都应当有一定限制(例如通常由官方来维护,比如银行机构来维护、国家监管部门来监管,并且并非任何人都可以查看),因此优选的,该第四区块链可以独立于前文所述的第一区块链、第二区块链、第三区块链,作为专门用于维护征信信息的区块链。其中,征信信息可以包括:贷款记录,贷款还款记录,贷款逾期记录,信用卡还款记录,信用卡逾期记录,名下的资产记录等等。
步骤1023,根据众筹发起人的征信信息的区块链地址和查询密钥获取从区块链上获取众筹发起人的征信信息。
步骤1024,当众筹发起人的身份信息满足第一预设条件,众筹发起人的征信信息满足第二预设条件,确定众筹发起人的身份信息通过验证。
示例性的,该第一预设条件可以包含针对身份信息中各项属性设置的阈值或者要求,例如第一预设条件可以包括:身份证为二代身份证,身份证上的照片与众筹发起人相符,身份证在有效期内,组织证明的日期符合时限要求,组织结构代码符合预设代码规则等等。该第二预设条件,例如可以包括:在预设时间段内贷款的次数上限阈值及贷款额度上限阈值,预设时间段内贷款逾期次数阈值,信用卡还款逾期次数阈值等等。当众筹发起人的身份信息满足上述第一预设条件中的各项条件时,身份信息就满足该第一预设条件,同理,众筹发起人的征信信息中的各项符合该第二预设条件中所规定的各项阈值时,满足第二预设条件,此时可以认为众筹发起人的身份信息通过验证。
步骤1025,当众筹配置信息满足第三预设条件,确定众筹配置信息通过验证。
示例的,与上述的第一预设条件、第二预设条件类似,该第三预设条件中也可以针对众筹配置信息中的各项信息设置相应的条件。例如,第三预设条件可以包括:众筹目标金额的范围(包含金额上限和/或下限),最大众筹时间,股权约定信息的相关要求,比如股权比例的允许范围,分红的比例范围等等。当众筹配置信息中的各项信息符合该第三预设条件中所规定的各项阈值或条件时,确定满足该第三预设条件,此时可以认为众筹配置信息通过验证。
步骤1026,当众筹账单信息满足第四预设条件,确定众筹账单信息通过验证。
示例的,该第四预设条件可以包括:账单查询渠道有效,预期成本开支信息符合预设范围,比如预期成本占众筹资金的比例范围,预期成本开支所允许的条目,以及各个条目所允许的金额范围等等。当众筹账单信息中的各项信息符合该第四预设条件中所规定的各项阈值或条件时,确定满足该第四预设条件,此时可以认为众筹账单信息通过验证。
步骤1027,当众筹配置信息、众筹发起人的身份信息,以及众筹账单信息中有至少一者未通过验证时,拒绝众筹请求。

本公开通过上述技术方案,公众网络平台在接收第一用户账号发起的针对第一众筹事件的众筹请求之后,公众网络平台可以从众筹请求中获取第一信息,或根据该第一信息的查询地址和查询密钥从区块链中来获取该第一信息,并由公众网络平台对获取到的信息进行审核验证,其中该第一信息可以包括上述的众筹配置信息、众筹发起人的身份信息和众筹账单信息中的一种或多种。通过公众网络平台对众筹配置信息、众筹发起人的身份信息和众筹账单信息的审核验证保证能够保证这些信息的真实性,并且通过区块链技术来存储这些信息能够保证这些信息的安全性。从而能够保证众筹发起过程中的存在的众筹相关信息的真实性和安全性。
图8是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种电子设备800的框图。如图8所示,该电子设备800可以包括:处理器801,存储器802,多媒体组件803,输入/输出(I/O)接口804,以及通信组件805。

在另一示例性实施例中,还提供了一种包括程序指令的计算机可读存储介质,例如包括程序指令的存储器802,上述程序指令可由电子设备800的处理器801执行以完成上述的基于区块链的众筹信息处理方法。
图9是根据一实施例提供的另一种电子设备,该电子设备900可以是一个服务器,可以作为上述的区块链网络中的任意节点,用于执行上述的基于区块链的众筹信息处理方法,可以是单个服务器,或由若干台服务器组成的服务器集群,或者可以是一个云计算服务中心。参照图9,装置900包括处理器901、存储器902、I/O接口903以及网络接口904,其中该存储器902可以用于存储可由处理器1201的执行的指令,处理器902可以执行这些指令,以执行上述的基于区块链的货币管理方法。另外,该装置900可以操作基于存储在存储器902的操作系统进行,该操作系统包括但不限于Windows ServerTM,Mac OS XTM,UnixTM,LinuxTM,FreeBSDTM等。

  1. 一种基于区块链的众筹信息处理方法,应用于公众网络平台的服务器,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    接收第一用户账号发起的针对第一众筹事件的众筹请求,所述众筹请求中包含第一信息,所述第一信息包含众筹配置信息、众筹发起人的身份信息和众筹账单信息中的一种或多种,或者所述第一信息存储在区块链中的第一区块中,所述众筹请求包含所述第一信息的查询地址和查询密钥;
    根据所述众筹请求对所述第一信息进行审核验证;
    当所述第一信息通过验证时,将所述第一众筹事件通过所述公众网络平台进行发布。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    接收第二用户账号发送的针对所述第一众筹事件的众筹参与请求,所述众筹参与请求包含第二信息,所述第二信息包括投资人的身份信息、认购信息中的一种或多种,或者所述第二信息存储在区块链中的第二区块中,所述众筹参与请求包括所述第二信息的查询地址和查询秘钥,所述认购信息包括:认购金额或者认购股权数量;
    根据所述众筹参与请求对所述第二信息进行审核验证;
    当所述第二信息通过验证时,向所述第二用户账号发送关于所述第一众筹事件的众筹协议,所述众筹协议包括:股权约定信息、合约类型信息和违约责任信息中的一种或多种;
    接收所述第二用户账号发送的用于确认接受所述众筹协议的确认信息;
    在确认所述第二用户账号按照所述认购信息进行支付后,向所述第二用户账号发送支付确认信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    当所述第一众筹事件的众筹金额达到目标金额时,根据所述众筹配置信息、所述众筹发起人的身份信息、所述众筹账单信息、所述投资人的认购信息、所述投资人的身份信息、所述股权约定信息、所述合约类型信息、所述违约责任信息中的一种或多种生成众筹合约。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    向所述第一用户账号、每个投资人的用户账号,以及第三方监管平台的用户账号发送所述众筹合约。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述第一用户账号发送的账单更新请求,所述账单更新请求中包含账单信息,所述账单信息包含支付发起人标识、支付接收人标识、支付金额、支付类型、支付时间、账单时间戳和账单加密信息中的至少一者;
    对所述账单信息进行校验;
    当所述账单信息通过校验时,将所述账单信息记录在区块链中的第三区块中。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    将所述第三区块的查询信息发送至所述每个投资人的用户账号,以及第三方监管平台的用户账号。
  7. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述第一信息包含所述众筹配置信息、所述众筹发起人的身份信息和所述众筹账单信息时,所述根据所述众筹请求对所述第一信息进行审核验证,包括:
    在所述众筹请求包含所述第一信息时,从所述众筹请求中获取所述众筹配置信息、众筹发起人的身份信息和众筹账单信息;或者,
    在所述众筹请求包含所述第一信息的查询地址和查询密钥时,根据所述查询地址和查询密钥从所述第一区块中获取所述众筹配置信息、所述众筹发起人的身份信息和所述众筹账单信息,其中,所述众筹配置信息包括众筹目标金额、众筹时间、众筹最低或最高认筹金额、股权约定信息和合约类型信息中的至少一者,所述众筹发起人的身份信息包括个人身份证信息、组织信息、数字货币账户地址中的至少一者,所述众筹账单信息包括预期成本开支信息和众筹账单查询渠道信息;

    当所述众筹配置信息、所述众筹发起人的身份信息,以及所述众筹账单信息中有至少一者未通过验证时,拒绝所述众筹请求。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述众筹账单查询渠道信息包括:用于查询众筹账单的鉴权信息或密钥,以及众筹账单的智能合约的账户地址,或所述众筹发起人在区块链网络上的交易账户地址和投资人在所述区块链网络上的交易账户地址。
  9. 根据权利要求2-4任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述投资人的身份信息包括:个人身份证信息、组织信息、数字货币账户地址中的至少一者,当所述第二信息中包含所述投资人的身份信息时,所述根据所述众筹参与请求对所述第二信息进行审核验证,包括:
    在所述众筹参与请求包含所述第二信息时,从所述众筹参与请求中获取所述投资人的身份信息;或者,
    在所述众筹参与请求包括所述第二信息的查询地址和查询秘钥时,根据所述查询地址和查询秘钥从所述第二区块中获取所述投资人的身份信息;
    根据所述投资人的身份信息获取所述投资人的征信信息的区块链地址和查询密钥;
    根据所述投资人的征信信息的区块链地址和查询密钥获取从区块链上获取所述投资人的征信信息;
    当所述投资人的身份信息满足第五预设条件,且所述投资人的征信信息满足第六预设条件时,确定所述投资人的身份信息通过验证;
    当所述投资人的身份信息和所述投资人的征信信息中至少一者未通过验证时,拒绝所述众筹请求。
  10. 根据权利要求3或4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述众筹合约为智能合约,所述当所述第一众筹事件的众筹金额达到目标金额时,根据所述众筹配置信息、所述众筹发起人的身份信息、众筹账单信息、投资人的认购信息、投资人的身份信息、股权约定信息、合约类型信息、违约责任信息中的一种或多种生成众筹合约,包括:
    当所述第一众筹事件的众筹金额达到目标金额时,根据所述众筹配置信息、所述众筹发起人的身份信息、所述众筹账单信息、所述投资人的认购信息、所述投资人的身份信息、所述股权约定信息、所述合约类型信息、所述违约责任信息中的一种或多种生成众筹合约在区块链上生成所述智能合约作为所述众筹合约;
    所述智能合约包括:所述投资人的标识、与所述投资人的标识对应的股权约定信息和投资资金、所述众筹发起人的标识、众筹生效时间、合约时间戳、合约加密信息,所述股权约定信息包括与所述投资金额对应的股权份额、规定的股权操作和与所述股权操作对应的触发条件。
  11. 一种基于区块链的众筹信息处理装置,应用于公众网络平台的服务器,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    接收模块,用于接收第一用户账号发起的针对第一众筹事件的众筹请求,所述众筹请求中包含第一信息,所述第一信息包含众筹配置信息、众筹发起人的身份信息和众筹账单信息中的一种或多种,或者所述第一信息存储在区块链中的第一区块中,所述众筹请求包含所述第一信息的查询地址和查询密钥;
    验证模块,用于根据所述众筹请求对所述第一信息进行审核验证;
    公布模块,用于当所述第一信息通过验证时,将所述第一众筹事件通过所述公众网络平台进行发布。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:发送模块和确认模块;
    所述接收模块,还用于接收第二用户账号发送的针对所述第一众筹事件的众筹参与请求,所述众筹参与请求包含第二信息,所述第二信息包括投资人的身份信息、认购信息中的一种或多种,或者所述第二信息存储在区块链中的第二区块中,所述众筹参与请求包括所述第二信息的查询地址和查询秘钥,所述认购信息包括:认购金额或者认购股权数量;
    所述验证模块,还用于根据所述众筹参与请求对所述第二信息进行审核验证;
    所述发送模块,用于当所述第二信息通过验证时,向所述第二用户账号发送关于所述第一众筹事件的众筹协议,所述众筹协议包括:股权约定信息、合约类型信息和违约责任信息中的一种或多种;
    所述接收模块,还用于接收所述第二用户账号发送的用于确认接受所述众筹协议的确认信息;
    所述确认模块,用于在确认所述第二用户账号按照所述认购信息进行支付后,向所述第二用户账号发送支付确认信息。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    合约生成模块,用于当所述第一众筹事件的众筹金额达到目标金额时,根据所述众筹配置信息、所述众筹发起人的身份信息、众筹账单信息、投资人的认购信息、投资人的身份信息、股权约定信息、合约类型信息、违约责任信息中的一种或多种生成众筹合约;
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    合约发送模块,用于向所述第一用户账号、每个投资人对应的用户账号,以及第三方监管平台的用户账号发送所述众筹合约。
  15. 根据权利要求11-14任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:账单校验模块,信息写入模块,以及账单发送模块;
    所述接收模块,还用于接收所述第一用户账号发送的账单更新请求,所述账单更新请求中包含账单信息,所述账单信息包含支付发起人标识、支付接收人标识、支付金额、支付类型、支付时间、账单时间戳和账单加密信息中的至少一者;
    所述账单校验模块,用于对所述账单信息进行校验;
    所述信息写入模块,用于当所述账单信息通过校验时,将所述账单信息记录在区块链中的第三区块中。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    所述账单发送模块,用于将所述第三区块的查询信息发送至所述每个投资人的用户账号,以及第三方监管平台的用户账号。
  17. 根据权利要求11-14任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一信息包含所述众筹配置信息、所述众筹发起人的身份信息和所述众筹账单信息时,所述验证模块,包括:
    第一信息获取子模块,用于在所述众筹请求包含所述第一信息时,从所述众筹请求中获取所述众筹配置信息、众筹发起人的身份信息和众筹账单信息;或者,在所述众筹请求包含所述第一信息的查询地址和查询密钥时,根据所述查询地址和查询密钥从所述第一区块中获取所述众筹配置信息、所述众筹发起人的身份信息和所述众筹账单信息,其中,所述众筹配置信息包括众筹目标金额、众筹时间、众筹最低或最高认筹金额、股权约定信息和合约类型信息中的至少一者,所述众筹发起人的身份信息包括个人身份证信息、组织信息、数字货币账户地址中的至少一者,所述众筹账单信息包括预期成本开支信息和众筹账单查询渠道信息;
    第二信息获取子模块,用于根据所述众筹发起人的身份信息,获取所述众筹发起人的征信信息的区块链地址和查询密钥;
    征信查询子模块,用于根据所述众筹发起人的征信信息的区块链地址和查询密钥获取从区块链上获取所述众筹发起人的征信信息;
    身份验证子模块,用于当所述众筹发起人的身份信息满足第一预设条件,所述众筹发起人的征信信息满足第二预设条件,确定所述众筹发起人的身份信息通过验证;
    配置验证子模块,用于当所述众筹配置信息满足第三预设条件,确定所述众筹配置信息通过验证;
    账单验证子模块,用于当所述众筹账单信息满足第四预设条件,确定所述众筹账单信息通过验证;
    请求处理子模块,用于当所述众筹配置信息、所述众筹发起人的身份信息,以及所述众筹账单信息中有至少一者未通过验证时,拒绝所述众筹请求。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的装置,其特征在于,所述众筹账单查询渠道信息包括:用于查询众筹账单的鉴权信息或密钥,以及众筹账单的智能合约的账户地址,或所述众筹发起人在区块链网络上的交易账户地址和投资人在所述区块链网络上的交易账户地址。
  19. 根据权利要求11-14任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述投资人的身份信息包括:个人身份证信息、组织信息、数字货币账户地址中的至少一者,所述第二信息中包含所述投资人的身份信息时,所述验证模块,包括:
    第三信息获取子模块,用于在所述众筹参与请求包含所述第二信息时,从所述众筹参与请求中获取所述投资人的身份信息;或者,在所述众筹参与请求包括所述第二信息的查询地址和查询秘钥时,根据所述查询地址和查询秘钥从所述第二区块中获取所述投资人的身份信息;
    第四信息获取子模块,用于根据所述投资人的身份信息获取在第五区块链上的所述投资人的征信信息的区块链地址和查询密钥;
    征信查询子模块,用于根据所述投资人的征信信息的区块链地址和查询密钥获取从所述第五区块链上获取所述投资人的征信信息;
    身份验证子模块,用于当所述投资人的身份信息满足第五预设条件,且所述投资人的征信信息满足第六预设条件时,确定所述投资人的身份信息通过验证;
    请求处理子模块,用于当所述投资人的身份信息和所述投资人的征信信息中至少一者未通过验证时,拒绝所述众筹请求。
  20. 根据权利要求13或14所述的装置,其特征在于,所述众筹合约为智能合约,所述合约生成模块,用于:
    当所述第一众筹事件的众筹金额达到目标金额时,根据所述众筹配置信息、所述众筹发起人的身份信息、所述众筹账单信息、所述投资人的认购信息、所述投资人的身份信息、所述股权约定信息、所述合约类型信息、所述违约责任信息中的一种或多种生成众筹合约在区块链上生成所述智能合约作为所述众筹合约;
    所述智能合约包括:所述投资人的标识、与所述投资人的标识对应的股权约定信息和投资资金、所述众筹发起人的标识、众筹生效时间、合约时间戳、合约加密信息,所述股权约定信息包括与所述投资金额对应的股权份额、规定的股权操作和与所述股权操作对应的触发条件。
  21. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质中包括一个或多个程序,所述一个或多个程序用于执行权利要求1至10中任一项所述的方法。
  22. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    权利要求21中所述的计算机可读存储介质;以及
    一个或者多个处理器,用于执行所述计算机可读存储介质中的程序。
