本发明的主要目的,在于提供一种双向资讯交流系统,藉由强制搭配至少一位混淆交流客户,创造用户间的均等交流机会。
本发明的再一目的,在于提供一种双向资讯交流系统,藉由设定门槛条件,综合计算请求客户与交流客户间的交流状态,强制提升双方交流的总体深度。
本发明的另一目的,在于提供一种运用双向资讯交流系统的方法,藉由计算请求客户与交流客户间的交流状态作为门槛,强制请求客户和交流客户之间,增加交换讯息的深度,提高双方相互认识的程度。
本发明的又一目的,在于提供一种运用双向资讯交流系统的方法,藉由强制搭配混淆交流客户,让交流双方都无法立即获得对方的详细资料状态下,主动与主要交流客户进行交换资讯,避免单纯以貌取人的困扰,增加主要交流客户与请求客户交流的均等机会。
本发明揭示一种双向资讯交流系统,该系统是供一请求客户由一用户端与一交流客户经由该系统进行资讯交流,其中该用户端包括至少一个智能通讯装置,且前述智能通讯装置具有至少一个影像显示器,该双向资讯交流系统包括:一供与上述智能通讯装置通讯连结的通讯模块;至少一个记忆模块,储存有上述请求客户及复数交流客户的身份资料;一身份验证模块,供当上述请求客户通过上述通讯模块进行请求时,验证该请求客户的上述身份资料;一筛选模块,供当上述请求客户身份验证后,依照上述请求客户所提出的至少一交流条件, 筛选目前已经连线且符合上述交流条件的一上述交流客户资料作为一主要交流客户,并且由上述记忆模块中筛选至少一个非上述主要交流客户且同样符合上述交流条件者,作为至少一混淆交流客户;一处理模块,供指令将上述主要交流客户及上述混淆交流客户的上述身份资料经上述通讯模块提供至上述智能通讯装置,并经由上述通讯模块收/发上述智能通讯装置的交流资讯而对应传输至上述主要交流客户;一运算模块,供计算上述请求客户与上述主要交流客户间的交流状态,以及当上述交流状态达到一门槛条件时,输出一个赋权指令;以及一赋权模块,供接收上述赋权指令,并经上述通讯模块,将上述请求客户已经得到一排除权利的讯息显示于上述智能通讯装置,并记录于上述记忆模块。
另一方面,本发明揭示一种运用上述双向资讯交流系统的方法,供一请求客户由一用户端与一交流客户经由该系统进行资讯交流,其中该用户端包括至少一个智能通讯装置,且前述智能通讯装置具有至少一个影像显示器,该双向资讯交流系统包括一供与上述智能通讯装置通讯连结的通讯模块、至少一个记忆模块、一身份验证模块、一筛选模块、一处理模块、一运算模块,及一赋权模块;该记忆模块储存有上述请求客户及复数交流客户的身份资料,该双向资讯交流的方法包括以下步骤:
a)当上述通讯模块接受上述请求客户通过上述智能通讯装置建立连线,并接收来自于前述智能通讯装置上传的上述请求客户的身份资料,即由上述身份验证模块验证该请求客户的上述身份资料;
b)于验证前述身份资料后,通过上述通讯模块接收前述请求客户上传的至少一交流条件;
c)依上述交流条件,由上述筛选模块将已经连线且符合上述交流条件的一上述交流客户资料作为一主要交流客户,并且由上述记忆模块中筛选至少一个非上述主要交流客户且同样符合上述交流条件者,作为至少一混淆交流客户;
d)由上述处理模块指令将上述主要交流客户及上述混淆交流客户的上述身份资料,经上述通讯模块提供至上述智能通讯装置,并经由上述通讯模块收/发 上述智能通讯装置的交流资讯而对应传输至上述主要交流客户;
e)由上述运算模块供计算上述请求客户与上述主要交流客户间的交流状态,以及当上述交流状态达到一门槛条件时,输出一个赋权指令至上述赋权模块,并经上述通讯模块,将上述请求客户已经得到一排除权利的讯息显示于上述智能通讯装置,并记录于上述记忆模块;以及
f)当经由上述通讯模块接收到该请求客户送出的执行上述排除权利的指令,则由上述处理模块排除至少一位上述混淆交流客户,并经上述通讯模块提供发送排除上述混淆交流客户后的混淆交流客户身份资料,及该主要交流客户身份资料至上述智能通讯装置。
本发明所揭示的双向资讯交流系统及运用该系统的方法,可以藉由混淆交流客户使请求客户与符合请求客户交流条件的交流客户进行交流资讯,由于强制加入混淆交流客户,请求客户无法单纯凭借简单的外表决定交流与否,必须进行跨过门槛的交流,才能逐渐获得对方资讯。随着交流资讯不断增加,请求客户与主要交流客户之间的交流就会逐步加深,并以此交流状态作为排除混淆交流客户的条件,增加交流双方的相互了解,降低扩散以貌取人的速食价值观,且提高人与人之间交流机会的社交行为,藉此使人与人之间交流深度加深,并达到本发明所欲达成的双向资讯交流目的。

有关本发明的前述及其他技术内容、特点与功效,在以下配合说明书附图的较佳实施例的详细说明中,将可清楚呈现;此外,在各实施例中,相同的元件将以相似的标号表示。
立身于今科技发展极为迅速的社会,随着第三代移动通讯技术(3rd-Generation,3G)讯号普及状态下,使得各式移动装置(Mobile device)成为人人必备的随身物品,例如智能手机、平板电脑、移动终端、移动通讯终端等,由于装置的微型化有让人们得以方便携带移动的特性,让原有的通讯网络便利性更为扩及生活,例如及时上网查询资料、玩手游,尤其是现今最为流行,互动最频繁的微博、QQ、人人网及WeChat与亲朋好友进行分享、交流有趣之 事。无远弗届的网络,随时随地得与位于全球各地的朋友们进行连线交流,更有业者希望交流不只局限在自己既有的社交圈,进一步开发各种交友的应用软件(Application)如:遇见、人人、微爱、玩吧、派爱族、爱情公寓、BeeTalk等应用软件供随时随地连线社交联谊,扩大既有社交圈。
然而,一般常见的交友应用软件操作模式,主要是在使用者注册登入后,进一步设定使用者个人资料、上传照片及交友条件等,再由对应于应用软件的伺服端筛选符合条件的用户资料,将用户资料显示于使用者装置上,由使用者藉由显示于装置上的用户资料进行挑选有兴趣交流的用户;一般而言显示的用户资料就是用户照片,使得用户外型如果不够亮眼时,使用者往往会拒绝与该用户交流。
如此仰赖于外貌作为判断进一步交流的模式,让使用者难以与不善于修饰、打扮外貌的使用者进行交流,纵使用户之间确实存在契合点,仍因外型而形成交流障碍;倘若使用者外型亮眼不同一般,虽更易于与大量的使用者进行交流,却也难以获知交流的使用者是否仅是爱慕其外貌,而使用户之间的交流多了一层猜忌与隔阂。
为充分说明本发明如何改善以上使用者间交流的困境,本发明双向资讯交流系统和运用该系统的方法第一较佳实施例,如图1、2、3所示,分别为双向资讯交流系统方块图、运用该系统的方法的流程图,及该系统操作示意图。
于本例中,有一位寻觅交流对象的使用者,该使用者于此称为请求客户2,步骤80时,由请求客户2在用户端9以智能通讯装置90发送连线请求,通过智能通讯装置90与本系统1的通讯模块10进行通讯连结,相对发送及接收来自于该系统1的交流资讯及身份资料,于本例将前述智能通讯装置90释例为一支智能手机,该智能通讯装置90具有一个影像显示器901,作为显示接收于该系统1通讯模块10所发送给请求客户2的交流资讯。当然熟悉本技术领域者可以轻易理解移动装置系为手持装置(Handheld Device)、移动通讯终端、移动终端等,具体可以是携带的平板电脑、笔记型电脑等具有一个显示屏幕与输入界面 的通讯装置,且前述通讯装置是指可以通过移动通讯(Code Division Multiple Access,CDMA/3G)或无线区域网络通讯(Wi-Fi)与外部装置建立连线并交换讯息的装置,因此如移动装置是笔记型电脑且具有上述行动通讯与热点通讯功能即为本例所述的装置。
当该请求客户2初次使用时,本系统1将要求该用户端9传输请求客户2的身份资料至记忆模块11,以建置该请求客户2的身份资料,为便于说明,在此将上述请求客户2以外的所有其他既有客户称为交流客户20,因此记忆模块11中将储存有请求客户2及众多交流客户20的身份资料。请求客户2必须于用户端9向系统1提供可供该系统1识别的名称,照片等相关资讯及对应前述名称的密码等身份资料,使得请求客户2于通讯模块10进行请求进入系统再次使用时,得以通过建置于记忆模块11的身份资料,再由步骤81通过智能通讯装置90上传的身份资料经过身份验证模块12验证请求客户2的身份资料。
当请求客户2通过步骤81的身份验证后,本系统的筛选模块13则会在步骤82读取请求客户2所设定的交流条件;相反地,如果无法通过身份验证,就重新回到步骤80要求重新上传身份资料,或者另开启一个新账号,再以步骤81进行身份验证。随后在步骤83及84,则依照请求客户2所提出的交流条件例如要交流对象的性别、年龄区间、居住地等,进行筛选;依照前述交流条件,筛选出一位符合条件且目前同样在线上的交流客户20作为主要交流客户201,并且由记忆模块11中筛选至少一位上述主要交流客户201以外的交流客户20,而且同样符合上述交流条件者,作为至少一位的混淆交流客户202。当然熟悉本技术领域人士轻易能够将前述交流条件在无法筛选出主要交流客户时,通常会依据请求客户送出的交流条件放宽交流条件的限制,例如无法筛选出19~20岁的主要交流客户,而改为筛选出18~21岁,让请求客户仍可筛选至少一位的主要交流客户,如此并无碍于本例的实施。
步骤85时,处理模块14会将上述主要交流客户201和混淆交流客户202的身份资料经过通讯模块10发送至智能通讯装置90。因此如图3所示,请求客 户2的智能通讯装置90的影像显示器901上,会出现例如一个主要交流客户201以及八个混淆交流客户202,请求客户2并不能分辨哪一位才是主要交流客户201。在这样的情况下进行资讯交流,由通讯模块10接收来自智能通讯装置90所输出的交流资讯,传送给主要交流客户201的智能通讯装置,以及反向将主要交流客户201所传来的交流资讯输出至智能通讯装置90。即使请求客户2习惯以外貌取人,但在多位混淆交流客户202及一位主要交流客户201所组成的群组中,只要有至少一位外貌亮眼,将可以替主要交流客户201争取持续的交流机会。
如步骤86,在请求客户2与主要交流客户201不断彼此聊天的过程中,运算模块15会计算双方所传输的交流资讯量作为一个判断的标准,当步骤87交流资讯量达到一定的门槛标准,就输出一个赋权指令给赋权模块16,赋权模块16接收到赋权指令后,将在步骤88通过通讯模块10,把请求客户2已经得到的排除权力的讯息显示于请求客户2的智能通讯装置90,并将该排除权利纪录于记忆模块11,藉使请求客户2与主要交流客户201的交流资讯内拥有排除混淆交流客户202的请求权,并让请求客户2得以选择发动这个排除权利,进一步辨识主要交流客户201的机会。
最后,于步骤89当本系统接收到请求客户送出的执行排除权利的指令时,处理模块14将排除至少一位上述混淆交流客户202,并通过通讯模块10,发送排除这一位混淆交流客户202后的另七位混淆交流客户身份资料以及主要交流客户的身份资料,让例如八位交流客户20的影像显示于影像显示器901上。由于混淆交流客户202不仅一位,请求客户2不仅可以逐个删除混淆客户,达成例如图3所示的将三位混淆客户排除后(在此以虚线表示);也可以不要每次执行排除权利,而累积每一次获得的排除权利,并且一次执行例如八个排除权利,整批排除所有混淆交流客户202,以获得主要交流客户201的完整身份资料。
如图4、5所示,第二较佳实施例中的步骤80’至86’均与前一实施例中的步骤80至86相同,本例和第一较佳实施例的主要差异在于门槛条件,本例中的 运算模块15’包括时脉单元150’以及计时单元151’,该时脉单元150’会发出周期性的脉冲作为频率的基准,再于步骤87’藉由计时单元151’计算交流过程中的周期性脉冲数目,输出一个时间指标,以此计算该请求客户与主要交流客户间的交流状态,当随着交流时间的累积,察看是否到达门槛条件,藉此在步骤88’中,如同前一实施例,输出赋权指令,并在步骤89’同样接收执行排除权利。
此外,由于本例中更纳入有计点模块17’,可以以此计点模块17’作为计算改变交流状态的根本,再以步骤87’判断当交流状态到达门槛条件时,运算模块15’即输出赋权指令给赋权模块16’,当赋权模块16’接收赋权指令时,就发出指令给处理模块14’,通过通讯模块10’传送通知请求客户得到排除权利的讯息,并且显示于请求客户2’的智能通讯装置90’。
往往双方随着话语投机与深入的交流状况下,使得请求客户会希望更迅速辨识主要交流客户,此时请求客户可以使用点数给与主要交流客户非实体或实体物品作为交流互动的方式,非实体可以是显示于智能通讯装置上的画面或图示等,作为进一步延长双方交流时间的互动策略,藉此创造双方互动或延伸话题的机会,以达到门槛条件以获取排除权利,加速排除混淆交流客户202’,当请求客户进行点数使用时,本系统1’中的计点模块17’会计算并指令记忆模块11’加减请求客户所拥有的点数,以此进行请求客户的点数转换,使请求客户于系统上得以有互动行为,当然请求客户亦可通过例如一次性消费一定点数而直接获取排除权利,或是消费大量的点数直接取得辨识主要交流客户,但考量为达到请求客户与主要交流客户的深入交换资讯为本系统重要目的,故以达到双方互动作为取得排除权利的基础,并得以将消费点数换取非实体或实体物品置换为线上的互动游戏,如猜拳、五子棋、你画我猜等利于双方互动交流的机制,而是否用以消费点数作为触发机制,均无碍于本例实施。
除了用交流时间作为交流状态计算之外,请参考图6及7为第三较佳实施例系统方块图,及流程图。在本实施例中,除与第一实施例相同地以交流资讯量作为门槛条件为例,在此例运算模块15”内更包括一个计数单元152”,为数 算请求客户和主要交流客户交流资讯量。更在本例的系统1”中,额外包括一个终止模块18”及一个寻回模块19”,主要是考量如果认为双方其中一方觉得话不投机或对方迟迟未有回复讯息时,请求客户可以通过智能通讯装置90”发出一个终止交流请求给系统的通讯模块10”,在步骤89”中,当终止模块18”接收到例如关机而中断通讯的终止交流请求时,就终止上述双向资讯交流。
但是所谓终止交流请求,除可能是由请求客户主动切断智能通讯装置90”的通讯,也可能是因为例如进入电梯或讯号微弱地区而意外导致的通讯中断。如果双向资讯交流是因为突发意外而结束,则在该次的双向资讯交流终止后,请求客户可以在通讯状态恢复良好之后,继续前次与该主要交流客户的资讯交流。因此如图8所示,当请求客户通过智能通讯装置90”及通讯模块10”重新连线后,处理模块14”将在步骤73”通过通讯模块10”发出询问,征询请求客户是否要继续前次中断的交流,如果经过通讯模块10”确实在步骤74”收到一个继续交流请求,则会发送至寻回模块19”,并且指令通讯模块10”当主要交流客户201”连线于本系统1”时,于步骤75”告知请求客户该主要交流客户已登入,并重新进行双向资讯交流。但如请求客户拒绝继续交流,则将回复如图7的步骤82”,重新搜寻是否有其他符合条件的在线者,另行开启另一次双向资讯交流。
当然使熟悉本技术领域人士得以将系统设置为进行点数消费就可以加速例如删除混淆客户等程序进行。惟以上所述者,仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,不能以此限定本发明实施的范围,凡是依本发明权利要求书及说明书内容所作的简单的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明专利涵盖的范围内。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种双向资讯交流系统,其特征在于,供一请求客户由一用户端与一交流客户经由该系统进行资讯交流,其中该用户端包括至少一个智能通讯装置,且前述智能通讯装置具有至少一个影像显示器,该双向资讯交流系统包括:
    一供与上述智能通讯装置通讯连结的通讯模块;
    至少一个记忆模块,储存有上述请求客户及复数交流客户的身份资料;
    一身份验证模块,供当上述请求客户通过上述通讯模块进行请求时,验证该请求客户的上述身份资料;
    一筛选模块,供当上述请求客户身份验证后,依照上述请求客户所提出的至少一交流条件,筛选目前已经连线且符合上述交流条件的一上述交流客户资料作为一主要交流客户,并且由上述记忆模块中筛选至少一个非上述主要交流客户且同样符合上述交流条件者,作为至少一混淆交流客户;
    一处理模块,供指令将上述主要交流客户及上述混淆交流客户的上述身份资料经上述通讯模块提供至上述智能通讯装置,并经由上述通讯模块收/发上述智能通讯装置的交流资讯而对应传输至上述主要交流客户;
    一运算模块,供计算上述请求客户与上述主要交流客户间的交流状态,以及当上述交流状态达到一门槛条件时,输出一个赋权指令;以及
    一赋权模块,供接收上述赋权指令,并经上述通讯模块,将上述请求客户已经得到一排除权利的讯息显示于上述智能通讯装置,并记录于上述记忆模块。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的双向资讯交流系统,其特征在于,更包括一计点模块,供计算并指令上述记忆模块加减上述请求客户的点数。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的双向资讯交流系统,其特征在于,其中上述运算模块,进一步包括一个发出周期性脉冲的时脉单元,及一个计算上述请求客户和上述主要交流客户交流期间中的上述周期性脉冲数目,并且输出一个时间指标的计时单元。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的双向资讯交流系统,其特征在于,其中上述运算模块,进一步包括一个数算上述请求客户和上述主要交流客户交流资讯量,并且输出一个资讯量指标的计数单元。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的双向资讯交流系统,其特征在于,更包括一个终止模块,供当上述通讯模块传输来自上述请求客户由上述智能通讯装置所发出一终止交流请求时,结束上述交流。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的双向资讯交流系统,其特征在于,更包括一个寻回模块,供当上述交流中断后,接收经由上述通讯模块传输上述请求客户由上述智能通讯装置所发出一继续交流请求时,指令上述通讯模块搜寻上述主要交流客户是否正在连线上,并通过上述通讯模块告知上述请求客户。
  7. 一种运用双向资讯交流系统的方法,其特征在于,供一请求客户由一用户端与一交流客户经由该系统进行资讯交流,其中该用户端包括至少一个智能通讯装置,且前述智能通讯装置具有至少一个影像显示器,该双向资讯交流系统包括一供与上述智能通讯装置通讯连结的通讯模块、至少一个记忆模块、一身份验证模块、一筛选模块、一处理模块、一运算模块,及一赋权模块;该记忆模块储存有上述请求客户及复数交流客户的身份资料,该双向资讯交流系统的方法包括以下步骤:
    a)当上述通讯模块接受上述请求客户通过上述智能通讯装置建立连线,并接收来自于前述智能通讯装置上传的上述请求客户的身份资料,即由上述身份验证模块验证该请求客户的上述身份资料;
    b)于验证前述身份资料后,通过上述通讯模块接收前述请求客户上传的至少一交流条件;
    c)依上述交流条件,由上述筛选模块将已经连线且符合上述交流条件的一上述交流客户资料作为一主要交流客户,并且由上述记忆模块中筛选至少一个非上述主要交流客户且同样符合上述交流条件者,作为至少一混淆交流客户;
    d)由上述处理模块指令将上述主要交流客户及上述混淆交流客户的上述身 份资料,经上述通讯模块提供至上述智能通讯装置,并经由上述通讯模块收/发上述智能通讯装置的交流资讯而对应传输至上述主要交流客户;
    e)由上述运算模块供计算上述请求客户与上述主要交流客户间的交流状态,以及当上述交流状态达到一门槛条件时,输出一个赋权指令至上述赋权模块,并经上述通讯模块,将上述请求客户已经得到一排除权利的讯息显示于上述智能通讯装置,并记录于上述记忆模块;以及
    f)当经由上述通讯模块接收到该请求客户送出的执行上述排除权利的指令,则由上述处理模块排除至少一位上述混淆交流客户,并经上述通讯模块提供发送排除上述混淆交流客户后的其他混淆交流客户身份资料及该主要交流客户身份资料,提供至上述智能通讯装置。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的运用双向资讯交流系统的方法,其特征在于,其中上述运算模块进一步包括一时脉单元和一计时单元;且该时脉单元固定发出一周期性脉冲,该双向资讯交流系统的方法中,上述计算交流状态的步骤e)更包括下列次步骤:
    e1)由上述计时单元计算上述请求客户和上述主要交流客户进行交流期间的上述周期性脉冲数目,作为该请求客户与上述主要交流客户间交流状态的时间指标;以及
    e2)依照上述时间指标,判定上述交流状态是否已经达到一门槛条件。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的运用双向资讯交流系统的方法,其特征在于,其中该运算模块包括一计数单元,该双向资讯交流系统的方法中,上述计算交流状态的步骤e)更包括下列次步骤:
    e3)用上述计数单元计算该请求客户和上述主要交流客户间的资讯传输量作为交流状态的资讯量指标;
    e4)依照上述资讯量指标,判定上述交流状态是否已经达到一门槛条件。
