其中,外壳包括相对的两侧面以及连接两侧面的连接面,顶出槽设置在承载台的相对两侧以及承载台的中部的靠近连接面的位置。
本申请的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本申请提供一种固定装置。固定装置包括外壳,外壳设置有容置槽,用于容置待固定设备的至少一部分;固定开关,固定开关至少为两个,设置在外壳的相对两侧,固定开关用于可拆卸地固定待固定设备;顶出装置,设置在外壳的底部,当固定开关解除对待固定设备的固定时,顶起装置将待固定设备顶起。通过至少两个固定开关将待固定设备可拆卸地固定在固定装置中,在需要使用待固定设备时,只需要按下固定开关就可以将待固定设备从容置槽中弹出,可以使待固定设备取出更容易。

【具体实施方式】
为使本发明解决的技术问题、采用的技术方案和达到的技术效果更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本发明实施例的技术方案作进一步的详细描述。
在本文中提及“实施例”意味着,结合实施例描述的特定特征、结构或特性可以包含在本发明的至少一个实施例中。在说明书中的各个位置出现该短语并不一定均是指相同的实施例,也不是与其它实施例互斥的独立的或备选的实施例。本领域技术人员显式地和隐式地理解的是,本文所描述的实施例可以与其它实施例相结合。
请参阅图1,图1是本申请一种固定装置一实施例的结构示意图。固定装置10包括外壳11,其中外壳11设置有容置槽111,用于容置待固定设备(图中未示出)的至少一部分;外壳11的两侧壁上分别设置有一个固定开关12,固定开关12用于固定待固定设备,当按下固定开关12时可以解除固定开关12对待固定设备的固定;外壳11的底部还设置有顶出装置13,当按下固定开关12时顶出装置13可以将待固定设备从容置槽111中顶出。
因此通过上述固定装置10可以将待固定设备固定,在需要使用待固定设备时,只需要按下固定开关12就可以将待固定设备从容置槽11中弹出,可以使待固定设备取出更容易。
在本实施例中,请参阅图2以及图3,图2是图1所示固定装置在AA’截面的剖视图,图3是图2所示固定装置的剖视图在III区域的局部放大图。其中,固定开关12设置在外壳11侧壁的容置空间113中,固定开关12包括固定卡扣121以及开启按钮122;固定卡扣121包括固定部1211和第一抵接部1212,第一抵接部1212设置在固定部1211的端部,且第一抵接部1212的延伸方向与固定部1211的延伸方向垂直;开启按钮122包括位于开启按钮的两端的按压部1221和第二抵接部1222,其中固定部1211设置在外壳11上的固定部安装孔112中,固定部1211可以在固定部安装孔112中沿孔的方向来回滑动。其中,固定部1211部分超出固定部安装孔112。
本实施例的具体运用场景为:当待固定设备放入容置槽111后,固定卡扣121的固定部1211插入待固定设备的凹槽中从而将待固定设备固定,此时顶出装置13顶住待固定装置的底部。当按压开启按钮122的按压部1221时,按压部1221向靠近容置槽111的方向移动,第二抵接部1222向远离容置槽111的方向移动。第二抵接部1222抵接第一抵接部1212并带动第一抵接部1212向远离容置槽111的方向移动,最终带动固定部1211脱离待固定设备的凹槽。固定部1211脱离待固定设备的凹槽时,顶出装置13将待固定设备顶出。
在本实施例中,固定卡扣121的固定部1211是插入待固定设备的凹槽中的。对于其他没有与固定部1211相配合的凹槽的待固定设备,固定卡扣121的固定部1211还可以夹在待固定设备的表面来起到固定作用。
进一步地,参阅图4,图4是图1所示固定装置的固定开关一实施例的结构示意图。固定开关12的第一抵接部1212沿着固定部1211的四周向外延伸,第二抵接部1222包括两个间隔设置的抵接壁1223以及与抵接壁相连接1223的抵接板1224,其中:固定部1211从抵接壁1223之间穿出并固定带固定设备,第一抵接部1212与抵接壁1223和抵接板1224抵接。此方案的优点在于,通过将固定部1211设置在抵接壁1223和抵接板1224形成的凹槽中,可以使第二抵接部1222与第一抵接部1212的抵接面积分布更均匀,可以确保固定卡扣121在远离容置槽111时不会发生方向偏移而导致的固定卡扣121与固定部安装孔112出现磨损的问题。更进一步的,参阅图5,图5是图1所示固定装置的固定开关另一实施例的结构示意图。其中,还可以在第二抵接部1222顶端位置设置一个孔1225,然后将固定部1211插入孔1225中。当固定卡扣121插入孔1225中后,固定卡扣121的第一抵接部1212可以与孔1225周围的抵接板,从而使第一抵接部1212受力更加均匀。
请再参阅图4以及图5,更进一步地,固定开关12还包括一固定轴1226,其中固定轴1226设置在开启按钮122上,开启按钮122可以绕固定轴1226旋转。其具体为,按压部1221向靠近容置槽111的方向移动时,整个开启按钮122可以绕固定轴1226旋转,从而使第二抵接部1222向与按压部1221相反的方向移动,即第二抵接部1222向远离容置槽111的方向移动。其中,参考图6,固定轴1226可以设置在外壳11的侧壁上间隔设置的两个安装槽114中。通过将固定轴1226设置在两个安装槽114中来固定固定开关12。
更进一步地,参阅图3以及图6。固定装置10还包括盖板14,盖板14与外壳11形成用来放置固定开关12的容置空间113。盖板14上设置有通孔141。其中,开启按钮122的按压部1221安装在通孔中141。盖板14可以将固定开关12固定在容置空间113中,同时也可以防止外部物体对固定开关12产生冲击而被损坏,因此也可以起到保护固定开关12的作用。其中,开启按钮122还可以包括凸台1227,用于防止按压部1221从通孔中141弹出。
请再参阅图2和图3,本实施例中,开启按钮122与外壳11之间设置有第一弹性元件15,用于对开启按钮122提供一向盖板14方向的力。其作用是使开启按钮122结束受按压的状态,从而恢复到不受按压时的位置。即是说当在固定装置10取出待固定设备后,用户不再按压开启按钮122时,开启按钮122会在第一弹性元件15的作用下自动返回初始位置,这样就可以防止开启按钮122会被按压进容置空间113而导致无法弹出。其中,第一弹性元件15可以是弹簧或者弹性塑胶体等具有弹性的元件。
同样的,第一抵接部1212和盖板14之间也可以设置第二弹性元件16,用于对第一抵接部1212提供一向待固定设备方向的力。当按压开启按钮122时,如前文所述第一抵接部1212会向远离容置槽111的方向移动,因此会对第一抵接部1212与盖板14之间的第二弹性元件16进行挤压;当松开开启按钮122时,第一抵接部1212同样可以在第二弹性元件16的反弹力的作用下返回到初始位置。其中,参考图4或者图5,第二弹性元件16可以部分设置在第一抵接部1212上的凹槽1213中,此方案的优点在于可以将第二弹性元件16固定在第一抵接部1212与盖板14之间,避免出现第二弹性元件16脱落而导致的固定卡扣121无法正常工作的问题。与第一弹性元件15相同的,第二弹性元件16也可以是弹簧或者弹性塑胶体等具有弹性的元件。
在其他实施例中,考虑到成本的原因,固定装置10可以只具有第二弹性元件16。
进一步地,参阅图7,图7是图2所示固定装置的剖视图在VII区域的局部放大图。外壳11的底部还设置有顶出装置13,顶出装置13包括承载台17以及弹性元件19。其中,承载台17设置于容置槽111的底部,其作用是承载待固定设备。承载台17上设置有顶出槽18,弹性元件19设置在顶出槽18中。当待固定设备设置到容置槽111中固定时,待固定设备的底部会挤压弹性元件19,从而产生在挤压方向上的弹性力。而当固定开关12解除对待固定设备的固定时,弹性元件19则会在该弹性力的作用下将待固定设备顶起,这可以方便用户将待固定设备从容置槽111中取出。本实施例中,弹性元件19可以选用与第一弹性元件15相同的元件,其数量可以在一个或者一个以上。
以选用多个弹性元件19为例,参阅图8,图8是图1所示固定装置的顶出装置一实施例的结构示意图。其中,固定装置10包括5个顶出槽18均匀的设置容置槽111的底部,每个顶出槽18中均设置有一个弹性元件19。其优点是当5个弹性元件19将待固定设备顶出时,可以使待固定设备受力均匀,从而使待固定设备能够被平稳的顶起。在本实施例中,外壳11包括相对的第一侧面117和第二侧面118以及连接两侧面的连接面119,其中4个顶出槽18两两相对的设置在承载台17的相对两侧,另一个顶出槽18设置在承载台17的中部的靠近连接面119的位置。通过调整中部的靠近连接面119的弹性元件19的弹性系数,可以使此弹性元件19弹起的高度比其他4个弹性元件19高,这样就可以使待固定设备顶端能够朝远离连接面119的方向倾斜,因此可以确保待固定设备不会紧贴连接面119,这样更方便用户将待固定设备取出。
进一步地,参阅图9,图9是图1所示固定装置的顶出装置一实施例的结构示意图,也可以将4个顶出槽18两两相对的设置在承载台17的相对两侧,同样的每个顶出槽18中均设置有一个弹性元件19。4个顶出槽18分别是第一顶出槽181、第二顶出槽182、第三顶出槽183以及第四顶出槽184,其中第一顶出槽181以及第二顶出槽182设置的位置靠近第二侧面118,第三顶出槽183以及第四顶出槽184设置的位置靠近第二侧面118,4个顶出槽设置位置的连线可以成为一个矩形。在本实施例中,可以选取具有不同弹性系数的弹性元件19分别设置到每个顶出槽18中,进而使待固定设置被弹出时会相对容置槽11具有一定的倾斜角,这样可以更加方便用户取出待固定设置。
区别于现有技术,本申请提供了一种固定装置,包括:外壳,外壳设置有容置槽,用于容置待固定设备的至少一部分;固定开关,固定开关至少为两个,设置在外壳的相对两侧,固定开关用于可拆卸地固定待固定设备;顶出装置,设置在外壳的底部,当固定开关解除对待固定设备的固定时,顶起装置将待固定设备顶起。因此通过上述固定装置可以将待固定设备固定,在需要使用待固定设备时,只需要按下固定开关,就可以将待固定设备从容置槽中弹出,可以使待固定设备取出更容易。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种固定装置,其特征在于,包括:
    外壳,所述外壳设置有容置槽,用于容置待固定设备的至少一部分;
    固定开关,所述固定开关至少为两个,设置在所述外壳的相对两侧,所述固定开关用于可拆卸地固定所述待固定设备;
    顶出装置,设置在所述外壳的底部,当所述固定开关解除对所述待固定设备的固定时,所述顶起装置将所述待固定设备顶起;
    其中,所述外壳的底部设置有一承载台,用于承载所述待固定设备,在所述承载台上设置有顶出槽,所述顶出槽中设置有弹性元件,所述弹性元件在所述固定开关解除对所述待固定设备的固定时将所述待固定设备顶起,所述顶出槽设置在所述承载台的相对两侧;或者
    所述外壳包括相对的两侧面以及连接所述两侧面的连接面,所述顶出槽设置在所述承载台的相对两侧以及承载台的中部的靠近所述连接面的位置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述固定开关包括固定卡扣以及开启按钮,其中,所述固定卡扣包括固定部和第一抵接部,其中,所述第一抵接部设置在所述固定部的端部,且所述第一抵接部的延伸方向与所述固定部的延伸方向垂直,所述开启按钮包括位于所述开启按钮的两端的按压部和第二抵接部,其中:
    所述固定部插入所述待固定设备的固定槽中,所述第一抵接部的设置所述固定部的一侧面与所述开启按钮的第二抵接部抵接,所述按压部提供给用户按压,在用户按压所述按压部时,所述第二抵接部向远离所述待固定设备的方向移动,从而带动所述第一抵接部将所述固定部从所述固定槽中移出。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的固定装置,其特征在于,
    所述第一抵接部沿着所述固定部的四周向外延伸,所述第二抵接部包括两个间隔设置的抵接壁以及与抵接壁相连接的抵接板,其中:
    所述固定部从所述抵接壁之间穿出并插入所述固定槽中,所述第一抵接部与所述抵接壁和所述抵接板抵接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的固定装置,其特征在于,
    所述固定开关还包括一固定轴,所述外壳的侧壁上设置在间隔的两个安装槽,用于安装所述固定轴的两端,所述固定轴设置在所述固定开关的远离所述外壳的一侧,并将所述固定开关固定在所述外壳上。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的固定装置,其特征在于,
    所述固定装置还包括盖板,所述盖板和所述外壳的一侧形成一容置空间,用于设置所述固定开关,并且所述盖板上设置有通孔,所述固定开关的所述开启按钮的按压部安装在所述通孔中。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的固定装置,其特征在于,
    所述开启按钮与所述外壳之间设置有第一弹性元件,用于对所述开启按钮提供一向所述盖板方向的力。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的固定装置,其特征在于,
    所述第一抵接部和所述盖板之间设置有第二弹性元件,用于对所述第一抵接部提供一向所述待固定设备方向的力。
  8. 一种固定装置,其特征在于,包括:
    外壳,所述外壳设置有容置槽,用于容置待固定设备的至少一部分;
    固定开关,所述固定开关至少为两个,设置在所述外壳的相对两侧,所述固定开关用于可拆卸地固定所述待固定设备;
    顶出装置,设置在所述外壳的底部,当所述固定开关解除对所述待固定设备的固定时,所述顶起装置将所述待固定设备顶起。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述固定开关包括固定卡扣以及开启按钮,其中,所述固定卡扣包括固定部和第一抵接部,其中,所述第一抵接部设置在所述固定部的端部,且所述第一抵接部的延伸方向与所述固定部的延伸方向垂直,所述开启按钮包括位于所述开启按钮的两端的按压部和第二抵接部,其中:
    所述固定部插入所述待固定设备的固定槽中,所述第一抵接部的设置所述固定部的一侧面与所述开启按钮的第二抵接部抵接,所述按压部提供给用户按压,在用户按压所述按压部时,所述第二抵接部向远离所述待固定设备的方向移动,从而带动所述第一抵接部将所述固定部从所述固定槽中移出。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的固定装置,其特征在于,
    所述第一抵接部沿着所述固定部的四周向外延伸,所述第二抵接部包括两个间隔设置的抵接壁以及与抵接壁相连接的抵接板,其中:
    所述固定部从所述抵接壁之间穿出并插入所述固定槽中,所述第一抵接部与所述抵接壁和所述抵接板抵接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的固定装置,其特征在于,
    所述固定开关还包括一固定轴,所述外壳的侧壁上设置在间隔的两个安装槽,用于安装所述固定轴的两端,所述固定轴设置在所述固定开关的远离所述外壳的一侧,并将所述固定开关固定在所述外壳上。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的固定装置,其特征在于,
    所述固定装置还包括盖板,所述盖板和所述外壳的一侧形成一容置空间,用于设置所述固定开关,并且所述盖板上设置有通孔,所述固定开关的所述开启按钮的按压部安装在所述通孔中。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的固定装置,其特征在于,
    所述开启按钮与所述外壳之间设置有第一弹性元件,用于对所述开启按钮提供一向所述盖板方向的力。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的固定装置,其特征在于,
    所述第一抵接部和所述盖板之间设置有第二弹性元件,用于对所述第一抵接部提供一向所述待固定设备方向的力。
  15. 根据权利要求8所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述外壳的底部设置有一承载台,用于承载所述待固定设备,在所述承载台上设置有顶出槽,所述顶出槽中设置有弹性元件,所述弹性元件在所述固定开关解除对所述待固定设备的固定时将所述待固定设备顶起。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述顶出槽设置在所述承载台的相对两侧。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述外壳包括相对的两侧面以及连接所述两侧面的连接面,所述顶出槽设置在所述承载台的相对两侧以及承载台的中部的靠近所述连接面的位置。
