储物终端取件方法及装置和电子设备 技术领域
本说明书实施例涉及物流领域,尤其涉及一种储物终端取件方法及装置和电子设备。
背景技术
在现实生活中,临时将物品存放在储物终端的情况经常发生。例如物流行业中,如果取件用户不方便现场签收,通常派送员可以将物流对象(如快递)临时存储在储物终端(如储物终端)。收件用户在储物终端取件可以通过输入取件码,或者使用该储物终端的APP扫码。但是,取件码这种取件方式需要取件用户记住取件码,或者拿出移动终端查看取件码;APP扫码的方式取件用户必须使用移动终端。
需要提供一种对取件用户来说更为简单的取件方案。

本说明书实施例,通过采集取件用户的人脸图像,并将其与储物终端内所有存储物品对应待取件用户预留的历史人脸图像进行匹配;如果匹配成功,则说明在该储物终端内存在该取件用户的目标物品,从而开启存放该目标物品的目标储物空间的柜门。通过该实施例,取件用户只需协助储物终端进行人脸图像的采集,不需要进行额外操作,可以提高取件效率,提升用户的取件体验;另一个方面的,取件用户无需携带移动终端或者记忆取件码,可以提升用户的取件体验;再一方面如果同一取件用户有多个物品分别存放在同一储物终端的不同储物空间,那么在储物终端可以同时开启多个存放该取件用 户物品的储物空间的柜门,提高取件效率,提升用户的取件体验。

在取件验证被触发的情况下,储物终端启动摄像头进行人脸图像的采集。
该实施例中,储物终端摄像头并不是实时开启的,只有在取件验证被触发的情况下,才启动摄像头;在其它时间里,摄像头都是关闭的。这样,可以降低储物终端的能耗。
需要说明的是,触发取件验证的条件可以是多种多样的,一般取决于储物终端是如何设置取件的。在一个示例中,储物终端的操作面板或者触摸屏可以设置取件按钮,当操作面板上实体的取件按钮被用户按下或者触摸屏上虚拟的取件按钮被触控时,就可以触发取件验证,进而储物终端可以启动摄像头进行人脸图像的采集。

该实施例中,储物终端需要对采集到的人脸图像的清晰度进行检查,只有在清晰度达到阈值的情况下,才可以发送取件验证请求。如此,可以避免发送一张模糊不清的人脸图像,不便于验证服务器进行人脸识别。

在本说明书的另一个实施例中,如图3所示,步骤221:储物终端可以直接向验证服务器发送携带有所述采集的取件用户的人脸图像和本储物终端的储物终端编号的取件验证请求。而不需要先发送给储物终端服务器,再由储物终端服务器转发给验证服务器。具体地,所述储物终端可以通过验证服务器提供的SDK,向所述验证服务器发送携带有所述采集的取件用户的人脸图像和本储物终端的储物终端编号的取件验证请求。由于取件验证请求无需经过储物终端服务器,可以提高刷脸取件的效率。
步骤240:所述验证服务器获取所述取件验证请求中所述储物终端编号关联的储物列表。
所述储物列表记录有该储物终端中存储物品的待取件用户信息和储物编号。一般的,一个储物终端可以对应有一张储物列表。
以下详细介绍储物列表生成过程:
1:派件员在储物终端存放物品时,需要录入待取件用户信息。
2:储物终端可以自动检测到物品存放的储物空间的编号,并且上传储物信息(包括储物终端编号、储物空间编号、待取件用户信息)至储物终端服务器。
3:储物终端服务器收到储物信息后,生成一个具有唯一性的储物编号。所述存储编号和收到的储物终端编号、储物空间编号、待取件用户信息具有关联关系。示范性的例子中,储物终端服务器可以生成{储物编号、储物终端编号、储物空间编号、待取件用户信息}这样的一条记录。
4:储物终端服务器生成储物编号后,可以将储物终端编号、储物编号和待取件用户信息发送给验证服务器。
5:验证服务器收到后,当存在该储物终端编号时,在该储物终端编号关联的储 物列表中,新增所述储物编号和待取件用户信息的记录。当不存在该储物终端编号时,新建关联该储物终端编号的储物列表,并在新建的储物列表中新增所述储物编号和待取件用户信息的记录。该记录可以视为储物终端存放物品的储物记录。
验证服务器在接收到储物终端服务器转发的取件验证请求后,由于该取件验证请求携带有储物终端编号,以及储物终端编号与储物列表具有关联关系;因此验证服务器可以根据该取件验证请求中的储物终端编号,获取所述储物终端编号关联的储物列表。
步骤250:所述验证服务器根据所述储物列表的待取件用户信息,从人脸图像库中获取待取件用户预留的历史人脸图像。
如前所述,储物列表中记录有待取件用户信息。在验证服务器获取所述取件验证请求中所述储物终端编号关联的储物列表之后,可以根据所述储物列表的待取件用户信息,从人脸图像库中获取待取件用户预留的历史人脸图像。
所述人脸图像库可以是验证服务器中用于保存预先采集到的用户的人脸图像。例如,验证服务器在进行网络实名制时可以采集用户的人脸图像,或者用户开通人脸取件时可以采集用户的人脸图像。采集到的人脸图像可以和用户信息关联后存入人脸图像库。
步骤260:所述验证服务器将所述储物终端采集的取件用户的人脸图像与所获取的历史人脸图像进行匹配。
基于人脸识别技术,可以对取件用户的人脸图像进行识别。具体地,验证服务器可以将储物终端采集的取件用户的人脸图像与所获取的历史人脸图像进行匹配。
举例说明,假设储物终端采集到取件用户的人脸图像A;该储物终端存储有4个物品,并且验证服务器获取到这4个物品对应的待取件用户的人脸图像分别为A’、B’、C’、D’。
那么,验证服务器可以将A与A’、B’、C’、D’进行人脸图像的匹配;在取件用户的人脸图像与任一历史人脸图像匹配成功时,说明该取件用户为该匹配成功的历史人脸图像对应的待取件用户。在取件用户的人脸图像与全部历史人脸图像均匹配识别时,说明该储物终端中没有该取件用户的物品。
步骤270:在匹配成功的情况下,所述验证服务器获取所述储物列表中匹配成功的目标储物编号并将所述目标储物编号返回给所述储物终端服务器。
如前所述,在取件用户的人脸图像与任一历史人脸图像匹配成功时,说明该取件用户为该匹配成功的历史人脸图像对应的待取件用户;则,验证服务器可以将获取所述储物列表中匹配成功的目标储物编号并将所述目标储物编号返回给所述储物终端服务器。
由于历史人脸图像与待取件用户信息对应的,而待取件用户信息又和储物列表中的储物编号关联;因此,在取件用户的人脸图像与任一历史人脸图像匹配成功时,根据上述对应关系、关联关系,就可以获取到储物编号,为了便于区别其它的储物编号,这个所获取到的储物编号可以称之为目标储物编号。
值得一提的是,匹配成功的历史人脸图像可以是1个也可以是多个。在实际应用中,同一个用户可能存在多个待收取物品存放于同一个储物终端。那么,验证服务器所获取到的历史人脸图像中就存在多个相同的历史人脸图像。举例说明:假设储物终端采集到取件用户的人脸图像A;该储物终端存储有4个物品,并且验证服务器获取到这4个物品对应的待取件用户的人脸图像分别为A’、A’、B’、C’。也就是说,其中有2个物品属于同一个待取件用户。如果A与A’匹配成,那么验证服务器可以获取到2个目标储物编号。
步骤280:所述储物终端服务器向所述储物终端发送开启所述目标储物编号对应的目标储物空间的指令。
储物终端服务器在接收到目标储物编号后,由于储物终端服务器记录有存储编号、储物终端编号、储物空间编号、待取件用户信息之间的关联关系;因此,可以根据关联关系查询到所述目标储物编号对应的储物终端编号和目标储物空间编号。进一步的,所述储物服务器向所述储物终端(根据储物终端编号确定)发送开启所述目标储物编号对应的目标储物空间的指令。
步骤290:所述储物终端在接收到所述储物终端服务器发送的开启目标储物空间的指令的情况下,开启所述目标储物空间的柜门。
本说明书提供了一种刷脸取件的方案,通过采集取件用户的人脸图像,并将其与储物终端内所有存储物品对应待取件用户预留的历史人脸图像进行匹配;如果匹配成功,则说明在该储物终端内存在该取件用户的目标物品,从而开启存放该目标物品的目标储物空间的柜门。通过该实施例,取件用户只需协助储物终端进行人脸图像的采集,不需要进行额外操作,可以提高取件效率,提升用户的取件体验;另一个方面的,取件 用户无需携带移动终端或者记忆取件码,可以提升用户的取件体验;再一方面如果同一取件用户有多个物品分别存放在同一储物终端的不同储物空间,那么在储物终端可以同时开启多个存放该取件用户物品的储物空间的柜门,提高取件效率,提升用户的取件体验。
在图3所示实施例的基础上,本说明书的另一个实施例中,在所述步骤290之后,所述方法还可以包括:

该实施例中,储物终端开启目标储物空间的柜门后,可以监测该柜门是否关闭;如果监测到关闭,可以说明存放的物品被取走,需要更新储物服务器、验证服务器上的存储记录。
在实际应用中,储物终端服务器和验证服务器之间同步数据一般并不是实时地,因此同步数据可能存在延迟。可能会出现储物终端服务器中记录储物终端中某物品已取件,但验证服务器中记录该储物终端中该物品未取件。此时,如果同一用户再次通过储物终端取件,由于验证服务器未更新该储物终端的取件信息,因此依然会向储物终端服务器返回目标储物编号,从而导致储物终端再次开启同一个储物空间的柜门。
为了解决上述问题,在图3所示实施例的基础上,本说明书的另一个实施例中,在所述步骤280之前,所述方法还可以包括:

本实施例中,储物终端服务器可以记录每一个存储空间的存储状态。所述储物终端在接收到目标储物编号后,需要查看该目标储物编号的存储状态,只有在存储状态为未取件的情况下,才可以向所述储物终端发送开启所述目标存储编号对应的目标存储空间的指令。如此,可以避免重复开柜的情况。
在图3所示实施例的基础上,本说明书的另一个实施例中,所述取件验证请求还可以包括手机号。所述手机号可以是取件用户提供的,例如取件用户可以在储物终端上输入手机号,或者部分的手机号(如手机号的后4位)。这样的话,服务器除了需要进行人脸识别还需要识别手机号是否匹配。只有在人脸匹配成功、手机号匹配成功都成功的情况下,才可以开启储物终端中目标存储空间的柜门。
该实施例,通过需要取件用户提供手机号这一附加信息,可以进一步提高刷脸取件的安全性。避免例如双胞胎这样特殊情况下,非真正的待取件用户取件成功的情况。

在上述电子设备的实施例中,应理解,该处理器可以是中央处理单元(英文:Central Processing Unit,简称:CPU),还可以是其他通用处理器、数字信号处理器(英 文:Digital Signal Processor,简称:DSP)、专用集成电路(英文:Application Specific Integrated Circuit,简称:ASIC)等。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等,而前述的存储器可以是只读存储器(英文:read-only memory,缩写:ROM)、随机存取存储器(英文:random access memory,简称:RAM)、快闪存储器、硬盘或者固态硬盘。结合本发明实施例所公开的方法的步骤可以直接体现为硬件处理器执行完成,或者用处理器中的硬件及软件模块组合执行完成。
本说明书中的各个实施例均采用递进的方式描述,各个实施例之间相同相似的部分互相参见即可,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处。尤其,对于电子设备实施例而言,由于其基本相似于方法实施例,所以描述的比较简单,相关之处参见方法实施例的部分说明即可。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种储物终端取件方法,所述方法包括:
    储物终端采集取件用户的人脸图像;其中,所述储物终端具有多个储物空间;
    所述储物终端向储物终端服务器发送携带有所述采集的取件用户的人脸图像和本储物终端的储物终端编号的取件验证请求;
    所述储物终端服务器向验证服务器转发所述取件验证请求;
    所述验证服务器获取所述取件验证请求中所述储物终端编号关联的储物列表;其中,所述储物列表记录有该储物终端中存储物品的待取件用户信息和储物编号;
    所述验证服务器根据所述储物列表的待取件用户信息,从人脸图像库中获取待取件用户预留的历史人脸图像;
    所述验证服务器将所述储物终端采集的取件用户的人脸图像与所获取的历史人脸图像进行匹配;
    在匹配成功的情况下,所述验证服务器获取所述储物列表中匹配成功的目标储物编号并将所述目标储物编号返回给所述储物终端服务器;
    所述储物终端服务器向所述储物终端发送开启所述目标储物编号对应的目标储物空间的指令;
    所述储物终端在接收到所述储物终端服务器发送的开启目标储物空间的指令的情况下,开启所述目标储物空间的柜门。
  2. 一种储物终端取件方法,所述方法包括:
    储物终端采集取件用户的人脸图像;其中,所述储物终端具有多个储物空间;
    所述储物终端向验证服务器发送携带有所述采集的取件用户的人脸图像和本储物终端的储物终端编号的取件验证请求;
    所述验证服务器获取所述取件验证请求中所述储物终端编号关联的储物列表;其中,所述储物列表记录有该储物终端中存储物品的待取件用户信息和储物编号;
    所述验证服务器根据所述储物列表的待取件用户信息,从人脸图像库中获取待取件用户预留的历史人脸图像;
    所述验证服务器将所述储物终端采集的取件用户的人脸图像与所获取的历史人脸图像进行匹配;
    在匹配成功的情况下,所述验证服务器获取所述储物列表中匹配成功的目标储物编号并将所述目标储物编号返回给所述储物终端服务器;
    所述储物终端服务器向所述储物终端发送开启所述目标储物编号对应的目标储物空间的指令;
    所述储物终端在接收到所述储物终端服务器发送的开启目标储物空间的指令的情况下,开启所述目标储物空间的柜门。
  3. 一种储物终端取件方法,所述方法包括:
    储物终端采集取件用户的人脸图像;其中,所述储物终端具有多个储物空间;
    发送携带有所述采集的取件用户的人脸图像和本储物终端的储物终端编号的取件验证请求;
    在接收到开启目标储物空间的指令的情况下,开启所述目标储物空间的柜门。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,所述发送携带有所述采集的取件用户的人脸图像和本储物终端的储物终端编号的取件验证请求,具体包括:
    向储物终端服务器或者验证服务器发送携带有所述采集的取件用户的人脸图像和本储物终端的储物终端编号的取件验证请求;
    所述在接收到开启目标储物空间的指令的情况下,开启所述目标储物空间的柜门,具体包括:
    在接收到所述储物终端服务器发送的开启目标储物空间的指令的情况下,开启所述目标储物空间的柜门。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,在所述采集取件用户的人脸图像之前,所述方法还包括:
    在取件验证被触发的情况下,启动摄像头进行人脸图像的采集。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,在所述发送携带有所述采集的取件用户的人脸图像和本储物终端的储物终端编号的取件验证请求之前,所述方法还包括:
    计算采集的取件用户的人脸图像的清晰度;
    所述发送携带有所述采集的取件用户的人脸图像和本储物终端的储物终端编号的取件验证请求,具体包括:
    在所述清晰度达到阈值的情况下,发送携带有所述采集的取件用户的人脸图像和本储物终端的储物终端编号的取件验证请求。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,在所述发送携带有所述采集的取件用户的人脸图像和本储物终端的储物终端编号的取件验证请求之前,所述方法还包括:
    判断所述采集的取件用户的人脸图像进行活体检测;
    所述发送携带有所述采集的取件用户的人脸图像和本储物终端的储物终端编号的 取件验证请求,具体包括:
    在确定所述采集的取件用户的人脸图像是活体的情况下,发送携带有所述采集的取件用户的人脸图像和本储物终端的储物终端编号的取件验证请求。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,所述方法还包括:
    在所述目标储物空间的柜门关闭的情况下,向所述储物终端服务器发送取件完成的消息;其中,所述消息携带有所述目标储物空间编号和储物终端编号。
  9. 一种储物终端取件方法,所述方法包括:
    储物终端服务器接收储物终端发送的取件验证请求;其中,所述取件验证请求携带有所述储物终端采集的取件用户的人脸图像和所述储物终端的储物终端编号;
    向验证服务器转发所述取件验证请求;
    接收所述验证服务器返回的目标储物编号;
    向所述储物终端发送开启所述目标储物编号对应的目标储物空间的指令。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,在所述向所述储物终端发送开启所述目标储物编号对应的目标储物空间的指令之前,所述方法还包括:
    根据所述目标储物编号获取目标储物空间的存储状态;
    所述向所述储物终端发送开启所述目标储物编号对应的目标储物空间的指令,具体包括:
    在所述存储状态为未取件的情况下,向所述储物终端发送开启所述目标储物编号对应的目标储物空间的指令。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述储物终端发送的取件完成的消息;其中,所述取件完成的消息携带有目标储物空间编号和储物终端编号;
    向所述验证服务器发送更新储物列表的消息;所述更新储物列表的消息携带有储物终端编号和目标储物空间编号对应的目标储物编号。
  12. 一种储物终端取件方法,所述方法包括:
    验证服务器接收取件验证请求;其中,所述取件验证请求携带有储物终端采集的取件用户的人脸图像和所述储物终端的储物终端编号,所述储物终端具有多个储物空间;
    获取所述取件验证请求中所述储物终端编号关联的储物列表;其中,所述储物列表记录有该储物终端中存储物品的待取件用户信息和储物编号;
    根据所述储物列表的待取件用户信息,从人脸图像库中获取待取件用户预留的历史人脸图像;
    将所述储物终端采集的取件用户的人脸图像与所获取的历史人脸图像进行匹配;
    在匹配成功的情况下,获取所述储物列表中匹配成功的目标储物编号并返回所述目标储物编号。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,所述接收取件验证请求,具体包括:
    接收储物终端发送的取件验证请求;
    或者,
    接收储物终端服务器转发的储物终端发送的取件验证请求。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述储物终端服务器发送的更新储物列表的消息;所述更新储物列表的消息携带有储物终端编号和目标储物空间编号对应的目标储物编号
    删除所述储物终端编号关联的储物列表中所述目标储物编号和待取件用户信息。
  15. 一种储物终端取件装置,所述装置包括:
    采集单元,储物终端采集取件用户的人脸图像;其中,所述储物终端具有多个储物空间;
    发送单元,发送携带有所述采集的取件用户的人脸图像和本储物终端的储物终端编号的取件验证请求;
    开启单元,在接收到开启目标储物空间的指令的情况下,开启所述目标储物空间的柜门。
  16. 一种储物终端取件装置,所述装置包括:
    第一接收单元,储物终端服务器接收储物终端发送的取件验证请求;其中,所述取件验证请求携带有所述储物终端采集的取件用户的人脸图像和所述储物终端的储物终端编号;
    转发单元,向验证服务器转发所述取件验证请求;
    第二接收单元,接收所述验证服务器返回的目标储物编号;
    发送单元,向所述储物终端发送开启所述目标储物编号对应的目标储物空间的指令。
  17. 一种储物终端取件装置,所述装置包括:
    接收单元,验证服务器接收取件验证请求;其中,所述取件验证请求携带有储物终端采集的取件用户的人脸图像和所述储物终端的储物终端编号,所述储物终端具有多个储物空间;
    第一获取单元,获取所述取件验证请求中所述储物终端编号关联的储物列表;其中, 所述储物列表记录有该储物终端中存储物品的待取件用户信息和储物编号;
    第二获取单元,根据所述储物列表的待取件用户信息,从人脸图像库中获取待取件用户预留的历史人脸图像;
    匹配单元,将所述储物终端采集的取件用户的人脸图像与所获取的历史人脸图像进行匹配;
    返回单元,在匹配成功的情况下,获取所述储物列表中匹配成功的目标储物编并返回所述目标储物编号。
  18. 一种电子设备,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:
    采集取件用户的人脸图像;其中,所述储物终端具有多个储物空间;
    发送携带有所述采集的取件用户的人脸图像和本储物终端的储物终端编号的取件验证请求;
    在接收到开启目标储物空间的指令的情况下,开启所述目标储物空间的柜门。
  19. 一种电子设备,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:
    接收储物终端发送的取件验证请求;其中,所述取件验证请求携带有所述储物终端采集的取件用户的人脸图像和所述储物终端的储物终端编号;
    向验证服务器转发所述取件验证请求;
    接收所述验证服务器返回的目标储物编号;
    向所述储物终端发送开启所述目标储物编号对应的目标储物空间的指令。
  20. 一种电子设备,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:
    接收取件验证请求;其中,所述取件验证请求携带有储物终端采集的取件用户的人脸图像和所述储物终端的储物终端编号,所述储物终端具有多个储物空间;
    获取所述取件验证请求中所述储物终端编号关联的储物列表;其中,所述储物列表 记录有该储物终端中存储物品的待取件用户信息和储物编号;
    根据所述储物列表的待取件用户信息,从人脸图像库中获取待取件用户预留的历史人脸图像;
    将所述储物终端采集的取件用户的人脸图像与所获取的历史人脸图像进行匹配;
    在匹配成功的情况下,获取所述储物列表中匹配成功的目标储物编号并返回所述目标储物编号。
