本发明实施例涉及成像设备技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种滤镜组件以及云台相机。
背景技术
现有可更换滤镜的成像装置中,例如云台相机、相机或镜头,滤镜组件与成像装置镜头组件的连接通常采用螺纹连接结构实现。受到上述连接结构的限制,滤镜组件的外框只适用于圆形外框,采用不规则形状外框的滤镜组件则无法保证其外框与镜头组件壳体的对齐,无法保证外观的美观。
发明内容
本发明实施例的一个主要目的在于克服上述现有技术的至少一种缺陷,提供一种安装后外观对齐效果较佳的滤镜组件。
本发明实施例的另一个主要目的在于克服上述现有技术的至少一种缺陷,提供一种具有上述滤镜组件的云台相机。
为实现上述目的,本发明实施例采用如下技术方案:
根据本发明实施例的一个方面,提供一种滤镜组件,可拆卸地装设于镜头组件壳体前端的圆形凸台。其中,所述圆形凸台外周设有多个第一卡条,所述滤镜组件包括外框、滤镜片以及盖板。所述外框呈环状且具有前端和后端,所述前端开设有前端口,所述后端开设有后端口。所述滤镜片固定并封闭于所述前端口。所述盖板固定并封闭于所述后端口,所述盖板开设有与所述圆形凸台匹配的第一开口,所述第一开口外周形成有与所述多个第一卡条匹配的多个卡槽,且每两相邻所述卡槽之间形成第二卡条。其中,所述圆形凸台部分套入所述第一开口,且所述第一卡条位于所述外框内时,通过转动所述滤镜组件而使所述第二卡条卡固于所述第一卡条后方,从而使所述滤镜组件连接于所述镜头组件。
根据本发明实施例的其中一个实施方式,所述外框后端的形状与所述镜 头组件壳体前端的形状相同,且所述第二卡条卡固于所述第一卡条后方时,所述外框后端与所述镜头组件壳体前端对齐。

参阅图1,图1中代表性地示出了能够体现本发明实施例的原理的滤镜组件的分解结构图,在该示例性实施方式中,本发明实施例提出的滤镜组件是以可拆卸地装设于成像设备为例,进一步地,是以滤镜组件装设于云台相机为例进行说明的。本领域技术人员容易理解的是,为将该滤镜组件可拆卸地装设于其他类型的成像设备,而对下述的具体实施方式做出多种改型、添加、替代、删除或其他变化,这些变化仍在本发明实施例提出的滤镜组件的 原理的范围内。
如图1所示,在本实施方式中,本发明实施例提出的滤镜组件100主要包括外框110、滤镜片120、支撑件130以及盖板140。配合参阅图2至图5,图2中代表性地示出了能够体现本发明实施例的原理的滤镜组件100与一镜头组件200配合的分解结构图;图3中代表性地示出了能够体现本发明实施例的原理的滤镜组件的结构示意图;图4a是图2中A部分的放大图;图4b是图3中B部分的放大图;图5中代表性地示出了能够体现本发明实施例的原理的滤镜组件安装于一镜头组件时的局部剖视图。以下结合上述附图,对本发明实施例提出的滤镜组件100的各主要组成部分的结构、连接方式和功能关系进行详细说明。
需要说明的是,如图2所示,在本实施方式中,本发明实施例提出的滤镜组件100适用于可拆卸地装设于镜头组件200上,具体是装设于镜头组件200壳体210前端的圆形凸台220。其中,镜头组件200在本实施方式中是以云台相机的镜头组件200为例进行说明。在其他实施方式中,该镜头组件200亦可为其他类型相机的镜头组件200,或独立设置的镜头。即,本发明实施例提出的滤镜组件100的应用范围,至少可以涵盖可更换滤镜的各种成像装置或镜头等,并不以本实施方式为限。
如图2所示,在本实施方式中,圆形凸台220设置在镜头组件200的壳体210的前端,与现有通过螺纹连接滤镜组件100的成像装置相比,该圆形凸台220的设置位置可以参考现有成像装置的镜头组件200上具有螺纹的连接结构的设置位置,在此不予赘述。其中,该圆形凸台220的外周上设置有多个第一卡条221。具体而言,这些第一卡条221呈沿圆形凸台220外周延伸的弧形结构。多个第一卡条221相互间隔,且优选为间隔均匀地分布。
如图1至图3所示,在本实施方式中,外框110呈环状且具有前端和后端,前端开设有前端口,后端开设有后端口。滤镜片120固定并封闭于前端口。盖板140固定并封闭于后端口,盖板140开设有与圆形凸台220匹配的第一开口141,即第一开口141呈圆形的开口结构。第一开口141外周形成有与多个第一卡条221匹配的多个卡槽142,且每两相邻卡槽142之间形成第二卡条143。支撑件130设于外框110内且支撑于滤镜片120与盖板140之间。通过上述设计,当滤镜组件100装设于镜头组件200时,圆形凸台220 部分套入第一开口141,且第一卡条221位于外框110内时,通过转动滤镜组件100而使第二卡条143卡固于第一卡条221后方,从而使滤镜组件100连接于镜头组件200。
进一步地,如图1至图3所示,在本实施方式中,镜头组件200壳体210的形状为不规则形状,相应地,外框110后端的形状为与镜头组件200壳体210前端相同的不规则形状,且第二卡条143卡固于第一卡条221后方时,外框110后端与镜头组件200壳体210前端对齐。通过上述设计,相比于现有滤镜组件100与镜头组件200采用螺纹结构连接的方式,本发明实施例提出的滤镜组件100安装后外观对齐效果较佳,尤其当滤镜组件100为不规则形状时,能够避免因螺纹旋转紧固造成滤镜组件100与镜头组件200无法完全对齐的问题。
进一步地,如图4a、图4b和图5所示,在本实施方式中,第二卡条143设有弹性凸点1431,第一卡条221设有卡位槽2211,滤镜组件100转动而使第二卡条143卡固于第一卡条221后方时,弹性凸点1431与卡位槽2211卡掣配合。
进一步地,如图1至图3所示,在本实施方式中,多个第一卡条221均匀分布,多个第二卡条143均匀分布。
进一步地,如图1和图5所示,在本实施方式中,支撑件130具有前端表面和后端表面,前端表面上设有多个前端支撑结构,用以支撑过滤片,后端表面上设有多个后端支撑结构,用以支撑盖板140。支撑件130开设有与圆形凸台220匹配的第二开口131,即第二开口131呈圆形的开口结构。滤镜组件100连接于镜头组件200时,支撑件130套设于圆形凸台220。在其他实施方式中,亦可采用其他结构的支撑件130支撑于滤镜片120与盖板140之间。
承上所述,基于本发明实施例提出的滤镜组件100的上述结构设计,该滤镜组件100装设于镜头组件200的操作流程大致为:首先,将滤镜组件100盖板140的各卡槽142与圆形凸台220的各第一卡条221对齐,对齐后将滤镜组件100套于圆形凸台220上,此时各第一卡条221分别经过各卡槽142随圆形凸台220穿过盖板140进入外框110中。然后,旋转滤镜组件100,使各第二卡条143旋至各第一卡条221后方的位置,进一步地使各第二卡条 143上的弹性凸点1431分别卡掣于各第一卡条221上的卡位槽2211内。至此,即完成滤镜组件100装设于镜头组件200的操作。
相应地,该滤镜组件100装由镜头组件200拆卸的操作流程大致为:首先,旋转滤镜组件100,使各第二卡条143上的弹性凸点1431由各第一卡条221上的卡位槽2211中滑出,进一步旋转,使各第二卡条143旋至各相邻两第一卡条221之间的空隙处,即旋至各卡槽142与各第一卡条221相对应。然后,沿圆形凸台220朝远离镜头组件200的方向将滤镜组件100拔出。至此,即完成滤镜组件100由镜头组件200拆卸的操作。
综上所述,本发明实施例提出的滤镜组件100,在盖板140第一开口141处形成的第二卡条143,以使其与镜头组件200壳体210前端的圆形凸台220的第一卡条221卡扣配合,从而实现滤镜组件100与镜头组件200的连接。相比于现有滤镜组件100与镜头组件200采用螺纹结构连接的方式,本发明实施例提出的滤镜组件100安装后外观对齐效果较佳,尤其当滤镜组件100为不规则形状时,能够避免因螺纹旋转紧固造成滤镜组件100与镜头组件200无法完全对齐的问题。
在此应注意,附图中示出而且在本说明书中描述的滤镜组件100仅仅是能够采用本发明原理的许多种滤镜组件100中的一个示例。应当清楚地理解,本发明的原理绝非仅限于附图中示出或本说明书中描述的滤镜组件100的任何细节或滤镜组件100的任何部件。
云台相机实施方式
参阅图6,图6中代表性地示出了能够体现本发明实施例的原理的云台相机的结构示意图。以下对本发明实施例提出的云台相机的一示例性实施方式进行详细说明。在本实施方式中,本发明实施例是以可更换滤镜组件100的云台相机为例进行说明的。本领域技术人员容易理解的是,为将该云台相机的类似设计应用于其他类型的相机或镜头上,而对下述的具体实施方式做出多种改型、添加、替代、删除或其他变化,这些变化仍在本发明实施例提出的云台相机的原理的范围内。
如图6所示,在本实施方式中,本发明实施例提出的云台相机主要包括镜头组件200、滤镜组件100和云台组件400。同时配合参阅图1至图5,滤镜组件100可拆卸地装设于镜头组件200,镜头组件200壳体210前端设有 圆形凸台220,圆形凸台220外周设有多个第一卡条221。云台组件400连接于镜头组件200。其中,滤镜组件100选用本发明实施例提出的滤镜组件100。
进一步地,如图2、图4a和图5所示,在本实施方式中,云台相机还包括环形垫片300。具体而言,该环形垫片300套设于圆形凸台220,以在滤镜组件100连接于镜头组件200时,垫设于盖板140与镜头组件200壳体210前端之间。进一步地,镜头组件200壳体210前端开设有环绕圆形凸台220的环形安装槽211,环形垫片300部分容设于环形安装槽211内。通过上述结构设计,当云台相机的滤镜组件100装设于镜头组件200时,滤镜组件100的后端面(即盖板140)是夹置于各第一卡条221与环形垫片300之间,从而通过滤镜组件100盖板140的弹力预压镜头组件200壳体210,使滤镜组件100与镜头组件200壳体210贴合,滤镜组件100与镜头组件200壳体210之间的缝隙由环形垫片300填充,使灰尘无法进入。
另外,在本实施方式中,该环形垫片300可以优选为具有弹性的材料,例如橡胶材质,但并不以本实施方式为限。
综上所述,本发明实施例提出的云台相机,通过采用本发明实施例提出的滤镜组件,在实现滤镜组件可拆卸地装设于镜头组件的同时,能够保证滤镜组件与镜头组件连接时具有较佳的外观对齐效果。
在此应注意,附图中示出而且在本说明书中描述的云台相机仅仅是能够采用本发明原理的许多种云台相机中的一个示例。应当清楚地理解,本发明的原理绝非仅限于附图中示出或本说明书中描述的云台相机的任何细节或云台相机的任何部件。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种滤镜组件,可拆卸地装设于镜头组件壳体前端的圆形凸台,其特征在于,所述圆形凸台外周设有多个第一卡条,所述滤镜组件包括:
    外框,呈环状且具有前端和后端,所述前端开设有前端口,所述后端开设有后端口;
    滤镜片,固定并封闭于所述前端口;以及
    盖板,固定并封闭于所述后端口,所述盖板开设有与所述圆形凸台匹配的第一开口,所述第一开口外周形成有与所述多个第一卡条匹配的多个卡槽,且每两相邻所述卡槽之间形成第二卡条;
    其中,所述圆形凸台部分套入所述第一开口,且所述第一卡条位于所述外框内时,通过转动所述滤镜组件而使所述第二卡条卡固于所述第一卡条后方,从而使所述滤镜组件连接于所述镜头组件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的滤镜组件,其特征在于,所述外框后端的形状与所述镜头组件壳体前端的形状相同,且所述第二卡条卡固于所述第一卡条后方时,所述外框后端与所述镜头组件壳体前端对齐。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的滤镜组件,其特征在于,所述第二卡条设有弹性凸点,所述第一卡条设有卡位槽,所述滤镜组件转动而使所述第二卡条卡固于所述第一卡条后方时,所述弹性凸点与所述卡位槽卡掣配合。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的滤镜组件,其特征在于,所述多个第一卡条均匀分布,所述多个第二卡条均匀分布。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的滤镜组件,其特征在于,所述滤镜组件还包括:
    支撑件,设于所述外框内且支撑于所述滤镜片与盖板之间。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的滤镜组件,其特征在于,所述支撑件具有前端表面和后端表面,所述前端表面上设有多个前端支撑结构,用以支撑所述过滤片,所述后端表面上设有多个后端支撑结构,用以支撑所述盖板。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的滤镜组件,其特征在于,所述支撑件开设有与所述圆形凸台匹配的第二开口,所述滤镜组件连接于所述镜头组件时,所述支撑件套设于所述圆形凸台。
  8. 一种云台相机,包括镜头组件和可拆卸地装设于所述镜头组件的滤镜组件,所述镜头组件壳体前端设有圆形凸台,其特征在于,所述圆形凸台外周设有多个第一卡条,所述滤镜组件可拆卸地装设于镜头组件壳体前端的圆形凸台,其特征在于,所述圆形凸台外周设有多个第一卡条,所述滤镜组件包括:
    外框,呈环状且具有前端和后端,所述前端开设有前端口,所述后端开设有后端口;
    滤镜片,固定并封闭于所述前端口;以及
    盖板,固定并封闭于所述后端口,所述盖板开设有与所述圆形凸台匹配的第一开口,所述第一开口外周形成有与所述多个第一卡条匹配的多个卡槽,且每两相邻所述卡槽之间形成第二卡条;
    其中,所述圆形凸台部分套入所述第一开口,且所述第一卡条位于所述外框内时,通过转动所述滤镜组件而使所述第二卡条卡固于所述第一卡条后方,从而使所述滤镜组件连接于所述镜头组件。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的云台相机,其特征在于,所述滤镜组件的外框后端的形状与所述镜头组件壳体前端的形状相同,且所述第二卡条卡固于所述第一卡条后方时,所述外框后端与所述镜头组件壳体前端对齐。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的云台相机,其特征在于,所述滤镜组件的第二卡条设有弹性凸点,所述第一卡条设有卡位槽,所述滤镜组件转动而使所述第二卡条卡固于所述第一卡条后方时,所述弹性凸点与所述卡位槽卡掣配合。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的云台相机,其特征在于,所述多个第一卡条均匀分布,所述多个第二卡条均匀分布。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的云台相机,其特征在于,所述滤镜组件还包括:
    支撑件,设于所述外框内且支撑于所述滤镜片与盖板之间。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的云台相机,其特征在于,所述支撑件具有前端表面和后端表面,所述前端表面上设有多个前端支撑结构,用以支撑所述过滤片,所述后端表面上设有多个后端支撑结构,用以支撑所述盖板。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的云台相机,其特征在于,所述支撑件开设有 与所述圆形凸台匹配的第二开口,所述滤镜组件连接于所述镜头组件时,所述支撑件套设于所述圆形凸台。
  15. 根据权利要求8至14任意一项所述的云台相机,其特征在于,所述云台相机还包括:
    环形垫片,套设于所述圆形凸台,以在所述滤镜组件连接于所述镜头组件时,垫设于所述盖板与镜头组件壳体前端之间。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的云台相机,其特征在于,所述镜头组件壳体前端开设有环绕所述圆形凸台的环形安装槽,所述环形垫片部分容设于所述环形安装槽内。
