本实施例一种具有综合保健功能的纯天然染色服饰产品的生产方法,天然抗菌纱线材料选用21s/1纯棉60%/甲壳素纤维40%的混纺纱线作为本实施例毛巾服饰产品的原材料;然后按传统的毛巾生产工艺进行整经、浆纱、穿经、织造、毛巾坯布染色前处理;毛巾染色用到的天然染料,优选的染液配料比例:薯莨85%、菠萝蜜5%、苹果5%、可可豆5%,经过染色液的萃取和配制好后,粘度调至1000CP左右,制成的天然染色液的茶多酚含量为65%左右;染色工艺选用天然染色液通过轧染的染色方法生产,染色使用的染液不包含任何化工染料、化工助剂和合成色素,利用高粘度天然染料自身的天然固色性能来提高纯天然染料的染色牢度和固着多酚成份在纤维上;完成纯天然染色后,按传统的毛巾后整理生产工艺进行车缝、包装。从而完成具有综合保健功能的纯天然染色毛巾服饰产品的生产。
实施例2:
本实施例一种具有综合保健功能的纯天然染色服饰产品的生产方法,天然抗菌纱线材料选用50s/1木棉20%/甲壳素纤维40%/木代尔40%的混纺纱线作为本实施例内裤服饰产品的原材料;然后按传统的针织布或机织布的生产工艺进行织造、坯布染色前处理生产;内裤布料染色用到的天然染料,优选的染液配料比例:薯莨75%、葡萄5%、 苹果15%、可可豆5%,经过染色液的萃取和配制好后,粘度调至800CP左右,制成的天然染色液的茶多酚含量为60%左右;染色工艺选用天然染色液通过轧染的染色方法生产,天然染色液不包含任何化工染料、化工助剂和合成色素,利用高粘度天然染料自身的天然固色性能来提高纯天然染料的染色牢度和固着多酚成份在纤维上;完成纯天然染色后,按传统的布料后整理生产工艺进行预烘干、水洗、烘干、定型、预缩的生产;经过本发明上述技术特征中的步骤S1、S2、S3、S4和S5后做成的纯天然染色布料、用于内裤的全部用布,按传统的内裤裁剪车缝和整烫工艺进行松布、铺布裁片、车缝、整烫、剪线头、包装的生产,从而完成具有综合保健功能的纯天然染色内裤服饰产品的生产。
实施例3:
本实施例一种具有综合保健功能的纯天然染色服饰产品的生产方法,天然抗菌纱线材料选用40s/1木棉20%/大豆纤维30%/木代尔50%的混纺纱线作为本实施例文胸服饰产品的原材料;然后按传统的针织布的生产工艺进行织造、坯布染色前处理生产;文胸布料染色用到的天然染料,优选的染液配料比例:薯莨85%、葡萄5%、西兰花5%、茶5%,经过染色液的萃取和配制好后,粘度调至900CP左右,制成的天然染色液的茶多酚含量为70%左右;染色工艺选用天然染色液通过轧染的染色方法生产,染色使用的天然染色液不包含任何化工染料、化工助剂和合成色素,利用高粘度天然染料自身的天然固色性能来提高纯天然染料的染色牢度和固着多酚成份在纤维上;完成纯天 然染色后,按传统的布料后整理生产工艺进行预烘干、水洗、烘干、定型、预缩的生产;文胸直接接触肌肤,将做好的纯天然染色布料、用于文胸内衣衬里布料,按传统的文胸裁剪、车缝和整烫工艺进行粘布、裁剪、接合、整烫、包装的生产:粘布就是将布与海绵用胶粘剂粘在一起,然后排版裁剪,再进行中碗结合、海绵结合、内外碗结合、上脊心与碗结合、固定花边与碗布、中心缝、中心缝盖线、脊心结合、下脊心与碗结合、上摆包边、脊心与碗及脊心结合、左右缝盖线、下摆加松紧带、肩带头锁边、大钩、小钩、大小钩锁边。最后经过整烫、包装,从而完成具有综合保健功能的纯天然染色文胸服饰产品的生产。
实施例4:
本实施例一种具有综合保健功能的纯天然染色服饰产品的生产方法,天然抗菌纱线材料选用32s/1亚麻纤维20%/甲壳素纤维20%/竹纤维60%的混纺纱线作为本实施例家居服服饰产品的原材料;然后按传统的机织布的生产工艺进行织造、坯布染色前处理生产;家居服布料染色用到的天然染料,优选的染液配料比例:薯莨85%、葡萄5%、菠萝蜜5%、大豆5%,经过染色液的萃取和配制好后,粘度调至1000CP左右,制成的天然染色液的茶多酚含量为75%左右;染色工艺选用天然染色液通过轧染的染色方法生产,天然染色液不包含任何化工染料、化工助剂和合成色素,利用高粘度天然染料自身的天然固色性能来提高纯天然染料的染色牢度和固着多酚成份在纤维上;完成纯天然染色后,按传统的布料后整理生产工艺进行预烘干、水洗、烘干、定 型、预缩的生产;将做好的纯天然染色布料、用于家居服的全部用布,按传统的家居服裁剪车缝和整烫工艺进行松布、铺布裁片、车缝、整烫、剪线头、包装的生产。从而完成具有综合保健功能的纯天然染色家居服服饰产品的生产。
实施例5:
本实施例一种具有综合保健功能的纯天然染色服饰产品的生产方法,天然抗菌纱线材料选用21s/1木棉纤维20%/纯棉20%/竹纤维60%的混纺纱线作为本实施例袜子服饰产品的原材料;然后按传统袜子的生产工艺进行罗口和袜子的织造、检验、缝头、坯袜的染色前处理的生产;袜子染色用到的天然染料,优选的染液配料比例:薯莨5%、葡萄25%、苹果25%、火龙果35%、菠萝蜜5%、大豆5%,经过染色液的萃取和配制好后,粘度调至10CP左右,制成天然染色液的茶多酚含量为30%左右;染色工艺选用天然染色液通过缸染的染色方法生产,染色使用的天然染色液不包含任何化工染料、化工助剂和合成色素,利用高粘度天然染料自身的天然固色性能来提高纯天然染料的染色牢度和固着多酚成份在纤维上;完成纯天然染色后,按传统的袜子染色后整理生产工艺进行预烘干、水洗、烘干、定型的生产;最后经过步骤S6中所述的整烫、包装,完成具有综合保健功能的纯天然染色袜子服饰产品(先织造后染色)的生产。
实施例6:
本实施例一种具有综合保健功能的纯天然染色服饰产品的生产方法,天然抗菌纱线材料选用21s/1亚麻纤维20%/纯棉20%/竹纤维 60%的混纺纱线作为本实施例袜子服饰产品的原材料;织袜子用的纱线染色时选择的天然染料的优选的染液配料比例:薯莨60%、葡萄5%、火龙果25%、菠萝蜜5%,经过染色液的萃取和配制好后,粘度调至1000CP左右,制成的天然染色液的茶多酚含量为70%左右;纱线染色工艺选用纯天然染料通过筒子缸染或片状纱线轧染的染色方法生产,按纱线天然染色后整理的生产工艺进行预烘干、水洗、烘干的生产,染色使用的染液不包含任何化工染料、化工助剂和合成色素,利用高粘度天然染料自身的天然固色性能来提高纯天然染料的染色牢度和固着多酚成份在纤维上;然后按传统袜子的生产工艺进行罗口和袜子的织造、检验、缝头、整烫、包装的生产。从而完成具有综合保健功能的纯天然染色袜子服饰产品(先纱线染色后织袜子)的生产。
实施例7:
本实施例一种具有综合保健功能的纯天然染色服饰产品的生产方法,天然抗菌纱线材料选用木棉纤维20%/竹纤维80%的混合纤维作为本实施例纯天然染色纸尿布和面膜用的水刺无纺布服饰产品的原材料;纤维染色时选择的天然染料配料比例:薯莨60%、葡萄5%、火龙果30%、菠萝蜜5%,经过染色液的萃取和配制好后,粘度调至1000CP左右,制成的天然染色液的茶多酚含量为70%左右;然后按传统水刺无纺布的方法进行开松混和、梳理杂乱成网和预湿生产;将上述配置好的天然染液代替水、按传统水刺无纺布的工艺进行正反水刺,染色和水刺过程中,染色使用的天然染色液不包含任何化工染料、化工助剂和合成色素,利用高粘度天然染料自身的天然固色性能来提高纯天 然染料的染色牢度和固着多酚成份在纤维上;然后按传统水刺无纺布的方法进行脱水、烘干生产;再在传统水刺无纺布的生产方法上增加轧洗槽和烘干滚筒,利用轧洗槽将已经染色的水刺无纺布上的浮色水洗干净、然后利用烘干滚筒将纯天然染色的水刺无纺布烘干;最后按传统水刺无纺布的方法进行卷绕、分切、包装生产。从而完成具有综合保健功能的纯天然染色纸尿布和面膜用的水刺无纺布服饰产品(染色和水刺同时进行)的生产。
实施例8:
本实施例一种具有综合保健功能的纯天然染色服饰产品的生产方法,天然抗菌纱线材料选用木棉纤维20%/亚麻纤维5%/竹纤维75%的混合纤维作为本实施例纯天然染色纸尿布和面膜用的水刺无纺布服饰产品的原材料;纤维染色时选择的天然染料配料比例:薯莨40%、葡萄15%、火龙果40%、菠萝蜜5%,经过染色液的萃取和配制好后,粘度调至600CP左右,制成的天然染色液液的茶多酚含量为60%左右;然后按传统水刺无纺布的方法进行开松混和、梳理杂乱成网、预湿、正反水刺、脱水、烘干的生产;将上述水刺好的水刺无纺布用上述配置好的天然染色液进行纯天然染色、预烘干、水洗、烘干,染色工艺选用纯天然染料通过布料平幅轧染的染色方法生产,染色使用的天然染色液不包含任何化工染料、化工助剂和合成色素,利用高粘度天然染料自身的天然固色性能来提高纯天然染料的染色牢度和固着多酚成份在纤维上;最后按传统水刺无纺布的方法进行卷绕、分切、包装生产。从而完成具有综合保健功能的纯天然染色纸尿布和面膜用的水 刺无纺布服饰产品(先水刺后染色)的生产。
对于本发明所属技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干简单推演或替换,都应当视为属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (3)

  1. 一种具有综合保健功能的纯天然染色服饰产品的生产方法,包括以下步骤:S1.天然抗菌材料的选取;S2.染色前加工;S3.天然染色染料的选取和制备天然染色液;S4.纯天然染色;S5.染色后加工;S6.车缝、整烫、包装。
    步骤S1中选取的天然抗菌材料包括但不限于麻类纤维、木棉纤维、甲壳素纤维、大豆纤维、竹纤维、牛奶蛋白纤维以及上述纤维的纯纺或混纺纱线、布料;
    步骤S2包括但不限于以下步骤或其组合:整经、浆纱、穿经、织造、染色前处理;
    步骤S3中选取的天然染色染料至少包括一种高粘度天然染料,其粘度为10~2000厘泊,其制备的天然染色液的茶多酚指标含量至少为30%,且不含任何化工染料、化工助剂以及合成色素;
    步骤S4中的染色选用步骤S1中的天然染色液通过缸染或轧染的方法进行;
    步骤S5包括但不限于以下步骤或其组合:预烘干、水洗、烘干、定型以及预缩;
    步骤S6包括但不限于以下步骤或其组合:织造、裁剪、车缝、整烫以及包装;
  2. 根据权利要求1所述所述一种具有综合保健功能的纯天然染色服饰产品的生产方法,其特征在于,所述高粘度天然染料包括但不限于野山果薯莨萃取液、凤眼果萃取液和菠萝蜜萃取液。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述所述一种具有综合保健功能的纯天然染色服饰产品的生产方法,其特征在于,所述天然染色染料包括但不限于野山果薯莨萃取液、凤眼果萃取液、菠萝蜜萃取液、葡萄萃取液、苹果萃取液、西兰花萃取液、火龙果萃取液、可可豆萃取液、茶萃取液以及大豆萃取液。
