本发明公开一种甲壳素无纺布,所述的甲壳素无纺布包括最上层的生物质纤维、中间层的陶瓷纤维和最下层的水溶性水溶性甲壳素纤维组合而成,所述生物质纤维为竹浆纤维、PTT纤维或PHA纤维,所述的生物质纤维占甲壳素无纺布总体分量的33%-34%,所述的陶瓷纤维占甲壳素无纺布总体分量的30%-36%,所述的水溶性水溶性甲壳素纤维占甲壳素无纺布总体分量的33%-34%,本发明提供一种甲壳素无纺布,具有强度高、韧性好、止痒和防霉的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种甲壳素无纺布。
背景技术
现代制作在正式的社交场合所穿著的服装,多选用优质的混纺面料。而纯棉、纯毛、纯丝、纯麻等天然面料因为有着易皱、易变形等天然面料的缺点,已经沦为一般布料,较少作为高档服装用料。混纺面料有着天然面料吸汗透气、柔软舒服的特点,又吸收了化纤面料结实耐穿、垂悬挺括、光泽好颜色鲜亮等优点,每年有大量的高档优质混纺面料被开发出来。有时,穿著纯皮革制作的服装,也是允许的。随着现代人生活质量的提高,同样他们对自己的穿着要求也愈来愈高,不再限于是服装的造型,款式,更注重服装的面料是否舒适,是否环保。以这些天然动植物材料为原料加工的服装人们称之为“生态服装”,如棉,麻,丝毛,皮之类新型低碳环保面料,它们以天然动植物为原材料并且经过病毒检测具有相应的标志。”与当今“环保风”和现代人返璞归真的内心需求结合,“生态服装”正逐渐成为时装领域的新潮流。它们不仅从款式和上体现花色设计环保意识,而且从面料到纽扣,拉链等附件也都采用无污染的天然原料;从原料生产到加工也完全从保护生态环境的角度出发,避免使用化学印染原料和树脂等破坏环境的物质。生态服装与绿色服装概念基本相同,但也稍稍有区别:“绿色服装”主要是绿色纺织品和生态服装。国际上已开发上市的“绿色纺织品”一般具有防臭,抗菌,消炎,抗紫外线,抗辐射,增湿等多种功能。这类产品在我国还属初创阶段,已经推出的主要以内衣为主,但由于这类纺织具有特定有益人体健康的功能,因而较受消费者的欢迎。从以上可以看出设计服装不论从面料还是款式出发,不仅考虑到是否舒适,时尚,更重要的是与环保相结合,低碳环保才是未来服装面料的发展趋势。
发明内容
本发明提供一种具有强度高、韧性好、止痒和防霉优点的甲壳素无纺布。
本发明的技术方案是:一种甲壳素无纺布,所述的甲壳素无纺布包括最上层的生物质纤维、中间层的陶瓷纤维和最下层的水溶性水溶性甲壳素纤维组合而成,所述生物质纤维为竹浆纤维、PTT纤维或PHA纤维,所述的生物质纤维占甲壳素无纺布总体分量的33%-34%,所述的陶瓷纤维占甲壳素无纺布总体分量的30%-36%,所述的水溶性水溶性甲壳素纤维占甲壳素无纺布总体分量的33%-34%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的陶瓷纤维包括氧化铝。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的生物质纤维占甲壳素无纺布总体分量的34%,所述的陶瓷纤维占甲壳素无纺布总体分量的33%,所述的水溶性水溶性甲壳素纤维占甲壳素无纺布总体分量的34%。
本发明的一种甲壳素无纺布,具有强度高、韧性好、止痒和防霉的优点。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
其中,所述的甲壳素无纺布包括最上层的生物质纤维、中间层的陶瓷纤维和最下层的水溶性水溶性甲壳素纤维组合而成,所述生物质纤维为竹浆纤维、PTT纤维或PHA纤维,所述的生物质纤维占甲壳素无纺布总体分量的33%-34%,所述的陶瓷纤维占甲壳素无纺布总体分量的30%-36%,所述的水溶性水溶性甲壳素纤维占甲壳素无纺布总体分量的33%-34%。
进一步说明,所述的陶瓷纤维包括氧化铝,所述的生物质纤维占甲壳素无纺布总体分量的34%,所述的陶瓷纤维占甲壳素无纺布总体分量的33%,所述的水溶性水溶性甲壳素纤维占甲壳素无纺布总体分量的34%。
进一步说明,水溶性水溶性甲壳素纤维具有较好的可纺性。但与棉纤维相比,水溶性甲壳素纤维线密度偏大,强度偏低,在一定程度上影响了水溶性甲壳素纤维的成纱强度。在一般条件下用水溶性甲壳素纤维进行纯纺还有一定困难,通常采用水溶性甲壳素纤维与棉纤维或其他纤维混纺来改善其可纺性。随着甲壳素原料及纺丝工艺的不断改进,纤维线密度和强度将会进一步提高,用它可开发出各种甲壳素纯纺或混纺产品。此外,水溶性甲壳素纤维由于吸湿性良好,具有优良的染色性能,可采用直接、活性、还原、碱性及硫化等多种染料进行染色,且色泽鲜艳。水溶性甲壳素纤维可纺成长丝或短纤维两大类。长丝用于捻制医用缝合线,免除病人拆线痛苦,或切成一定长度的短纤维,纺成纱线,用做纺织材料;短纤维以无纺布形式制作医用敷料,用于治疗各种创伤,如烧伤、烫伤、冻伤及其他外伤,有促进伤口愈合和消炎抗菌作用。水溶性甲壳素纤维轻纺纱、织布加工成各种功能性产品,如保健针织内衣、放臭袜子、不黏毛巾、保健婴幼儿服、抗菌休闲服、抗菌防臭床上用品、抑菌医用护士服;也可加工成各种救护用品,如绷带、纱布、急救包等。
进一步说明,生物质纤维基本可分为生物质原生纤维、生物质再生纤维、生物质合成纤维三大类。以棉、毛、麻、丝为代表的生物质原生纤维是我国的传统优势品种;竹浆、麻浆纤维、蛋白纤维、海藻纤维、甲壳素纤维、直接溶剂法纤维素纤维等生物质再生纤维迅速发展,能基本满足我国经济发展及纺织工业发展的需求;PTT、PLA、PHA等生物质合成纤维已突破关键技术,部分产品产能世界领先。本发明提供一种甲壳素无纺布,具有强度高、韧性好、止痒和防霉的优点。
本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本领域的技术人员在本发明所揭露的技术范围内,可不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

1.一种甲壳素无纺布,其特征在于:所述的甲壳素无纺布包括最上层的生物质纤维、中间层的陶瓷纤维和最下层的水溶性水溶性甲壳素纤维组合而成,所述生物质纤维为竹浆纤维、PTT纤维或PHA纤维,所述的生物质纤维占甲壳素无纺布总体分量的33%-34%,所述的陶瓷纤维占甲壳素无纺布总体分量的30%-36%,所述的水溶性水溶性甲壳素纤维占甲壳素无纺布总体分量的33%-34%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的甲壳素无纺布,其特征在于:所述的陶瓷纤维包括氧化铝。
3.根据权利要求1所述的甲壳素无纺布,其特征在于:所述的生物质纤维占甲壳素无纺布总体分量的34%,所述的陶瓷纤维占甲壳素无纺布总体分量的33%,所述的水溶性水溶性甲壳素纤维占甲壳素无纺布总体分量的34%。
