本实用新型涉及一种移动实验室中的实验仪器支撑固定结构。
背景技术:
在道路施工过程中,需要对施工过程中所用到的沥青,集料、沥青混合料、水泥,混凝土等材料进行巡检、质控,抽检检测工作。为节省采用时间,现有技术中常采用移动实验室,在实验室内放置各种用于采样与检测的实验仪器。部分实验仪器在使用时,直接放置在实验室中的置物柜上太高,不便于操作,放置移动实验室地面上又太低,对于这类仪器,现有技术中普遍做法是在移动实验内放置一托架,托架在使用时,支撑稳定性差,且托架的高度不可调节,只能适用于某一类的仪器,适用性窄。因此,确有必要对现有技术进行改进以解决现有技术之不足。
发明内容:
本实用新型是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种移动实验室中的实验仪器支撑固定结构。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案有:一种移动实验室中的实验仪器支撑固定结构,包括底座、第一升降架、第二升降架、支撑板、升降气缸、支撑螺杆、固定螺母、横板、立板、固定螺钉和压板,所述底座和支撑板相互平行设置,第一升降架和第二升降架相互铰接并设置在底座和支撑板之间,第一升降架的上端和第二升降架的下端分别铰接在支撑板和底座上,第一升降架的下端和第二升降架的上端分别滑动连接在底座和支撑板上,升降气缸铰接于底座上,且升降气缸的气缸轴与第一升降架铰接;若干支撑螺杆插接于支撑板上,固定螺母螺纹连接在支撑螺杆上,并将支撑螺杆固定于支撑板上,横板固定连接在支撑螺杆的顶端,立板固定连接在横板上,压板滑动连接在横板上,固定螺钉螺纹连接在立板上,且固定螺钉的一端抵触于压板上。
进一步地,所述压板包括滑板部和橡胶部,橡胶部固定连接在滑板部上,滑板部的底端设有滑块,在横板上设有滑槽,滑块滑动设于滑槽内。
进一步地,所述支撑螺杆上设有限位台阶。
进一步地,所述横板和支撑螺杆之间设有加强筋。
进一步地,所述支撑板上均布有若干固定孔。
本实用新型具有如下有益效果:
本实用新型结构简单,高度可以调,便于多种仪器的支撑与固定,支撑稳定,固定可靠,适用性广,使用效果好。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
如图1至图3所示,本实用新型一种移动实验室中的实验仪器支撑固定结构,包括底座30、第一升降架31、第二升降架32、支撑板33、升降气缸34、支撑螺杆51、固定螺母52、横板53、立板54、固定螺钉55和压板56,底座30和支撑板33相互平行设置,第一升降架31和第二升降架32相互铰接并设置在底座30和支撑板33之间,第一升降架31的上端和第二升降架32的下端分别铰接在支撑板33和底座30上,第一升降架31的下端和第二升降架32的上端分别滑动连接在底座30和支撑板33上,升降气缸34铰接于底座30上,且升降气缸34的气缸轴与第一升降架31铰接。四根支撑螺杆51插接于支撑板33上,固定螺母52螺纹连接在支撑螺杆51上,并将支撑螺杆51固定于支撑板33上,横板53固定连接在支撑螺杆51的顶端,立板54固定连接在横板53上,压板56滑动连接在横板53上,固定螺钉55螺纹连接在立板54上,且固定螺钉55的一端穿过立板54并抵触于压板56上。
在第一升降架31的下端和第二升降架32的上端分别铰接一滚轮,支撑板33和底座30设有滑轨,第一升降架31的下端和第二升降架32的上端分别通过滚轮在滑轨中的滑动实现滑动连接。
压板56包括滑板部561和橡胶部562,橡胶部562固定连接在滑板部561上,滑板部561的底端设有滑块,在横板53上设有滑槽,滑块滑动设于滑槽内。
在支撑螺杆51上设有限位台阶511,支撑螺杆51插接于支撑板33上,限位台阶511和固定螺母52置于支撑板33的上下两侧,旋紧固定螺母52将支撑螺杆51固定于支撑板33上。
为保证横板53的支撑稳定性,在横板53和支撑螺杆51之间设有加强筋57。
在支撑板33上均布有若干固定孔331,固定孔331沿着支撑板33的四周轴向分布,支撑螺杆51插接在固定孔331内。
实验器材在使用时,放在移动实验室中的置物柜上太高,不便于操作,放在移动实验室地面上又太低,因此对于这类实验仪器,直接置于本实用新型支撑固定结构上,升降支撑板33,将实验仪器调整最佳工作位置。
升起支撑板33时,升降气缸34的气缸轴伸出,并使得第一升降架31的下端和第二升降架32的上端对应在底座30和支撑板33的滑轨中向左滑动,进而实现支撑板33升起。
实验器放置在支撑板33上时,为防止仪器由于工作震动而造成的位移,通过旋转固定螺钉55,将压板56抵触于仪器的外壁上,进而固定仪器的位置。固定螺钉55在支撑板33上的位置可调(通过插接不同位置的固定孔331),压板56在横板53上的位置可调,进而可以固定多种不同尺寸的实验仪器,适用性广。
压板56中的橡胶部562可以避免实验仪器被磕坏,且橡胶垫有一定的减震效果。
以上所述仅是本实用新型的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型原理的前提下还可以作出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本实用新型的保护范围。

  1. 一种移动实验室中的实验仪器支撑固定结构,其特征在于:包括底座(30)、第一升降架(31)、第二升降架(32)、支撑板(33)、升降气缸(34)、支撑螺杆(51)、固定螺母(52)、横板(53)、立板(54)、固定螺钉(55)和压板(56),所述底座(30)和支撑板(33)相互平行设置,第一升降架(31)和第二升降架(32)相互铰接并设置在底座(30)和支撑板(33)之间,第一升降架(31)的上端和第二升降架(32)的下端分别铰接在支撑板(33)和底座(30)上,第一升降架(31)的下端和第二升降架(32)的上端分别滑动连接在底座(30)和支撑板(33)上,升降气缸(34)铰接于底座(30)上,且升降气缸(34)的气缸轴与第一升降架(31)铰接;若干支撑螺杆(51)插接于支撑板(33)上,固定螺母(52)螺纹连接在支撑螺杆(51)上,并将支撑螺杆(51)固定于支撑板(33)上,横板(53)固定连接在支撑螺杆(51)的顶端,立板(54)固定连接在横板(53)上,压板(56)滑动连接在横板(53)上,固定螺钉(55)螺纹连接在立板(54)上,且固定螺钉(55)的一端抵触于压板(56)上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的移动实验室中的实验仪器支撑固定结构,其特征在于:所述压板(56)包括滑板部(561)和橡胶部(562),橡胶部(562)固定连接在滑板部(561)上,滑板部(561)的底端设有滑块,在横板(53)上设有滑槽,滑块滑动设于滑槽内。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的移动实验室中的实验仪器支撑固定结构,其特征在于:所述支撑螺杆(51)上设有限位台阶(511)。
