Le procédé consiste : à acquérir un volume prédéfini de sortie d'air de multiples passages de sortie d'air (S101) ; et, en fonction du volume prédéfini de sortie d'air des multiples passages de sortie d'air, à régler un appareil de régulation d'air (S102), l'appareil de régulation d'air étant utilisé pour assigner un volume d'air d'un passage d'entrée d'air aux multiples passages de sortie d'air. L'invention concerne également un appareil de commande et de régulation du volume d'air.
