以下将结合附图对本发明涉及的车载终端设备、显示控制方法、显示控制装置、计算机设备作进一步的详细描述。需要注意的是,以下的具体实施方式是示例性而非限制的,其旨在提供对本发明的基本了解,并不旨在确认本发明的关键或决定性的要素或限定所要保护的范围。
下文参考本发明实施例的方法和装置的框图说明、框图和/或流程 图来描述本发明。将理解这些流程图说明和/或框图的每个框、以及流程图说明和/或框图的组合可以由计算机程序指令来实现。可以将这些计算机程序指令提供给通用计算机、专用计算机或其它可编程数据处理设备的处理器以构成机器,以便由计算机或其它可编程数据处理设备的处理器执行的这些指令创建用于实施这些流程图和/或框和/或一个或多个流程框图中指定的功能/操作的部件。
可以将这些计算机程序指令存储在计算机可读存储器中,这些指令可以指示计算机或其它可编程处理器以特定方式实现功能,以便存储在计算机可读存储器中的这些指令构成包含实施流程图和/或框图的一个或多个框中指定的功能/操作的指令部件的制作产品。

下面,将结合图1来说明根据本发明的一个实施方式的车载终端设备的示例框图。
图1是根据本发明的一个实施方式的车载终端设备的示例框图。车载终端设备100可以安装在车辆(例如电动汽车或者其它类型的车辆)上,例如,其具体可以为车载中控装置,其具有类似中控屏的显示器101和类似ECU的控制器102,其中,所述显示器101可以提供各种用户界面UI以及在所述用户界面UI上的一个或多个用于实现各种功能的交互元素(未示出),所述控制器102能够控制包括显示操作在内的各种操作。
在一个实施例中,车载终端设备100还可以包括一个或多个输入传感器,其用于向控制器102提供用户的输入或指令。控制器102可分析该用户输入或用户指令以识别受该用户输入或用户指令影响的用户界面的交互元素并执行与识别的交互元素关联的功能。例如,控制器102可以响应于用户的输入或指令而识别被操作的交互元素以及使 显示器101显示关联的显示界面。
具体地,所述一个或多个输入传感器例如可以是触控传感器,其可以布置在显示器101之上或与显示器101一起集成地布置。在一个示例中,所述一个或多个输入传感器可以检测用户的手指等的直接接触。基于该接触在所述用户界面UI上的位置,控制器102可以识别与该接触的当前位置相关的对应交互元素,并且可以打开与该交互元素相关联的显示界面。
所述一个或多个输入传感器例如还可以是声学输入传感器,例如麦克风,其可检测包括所需交互元素指示的语音命令。例如,用户可使用标签或任意其它合适的标识识别所需交互元素,并且还可描述将执行与所需交互元素相关的所需动作。控制器102可以识别语音命令并向用户界面或其处理部件或引擎提交表征交互的数据。
虽然已经说明了车载终端设备100具有若干部件,包括显示器101和控制器102、一个或多个输入传感器,但是应当理解的是,车载终端设备100还可以包括相同或其它模态的其它输出设备,例如扬声器或振动触觉反馈层,或者可包括其它输入传感器,例如键盘、摄像机、深度传感器,以及能够连接至外部输入设备的接口等。
结合图1和图2所示,显示器101可以被配置为提供多种显示界面。所述多种显示界面包括但不限于图2中所示出的桌面Launcher显示界面、应用APP显示界面、按钮Button显示界面、空调HVAC显示界面、应用列表APP List显示界面、快键菜单Shortcut显示界面、售后服务NIO Service显示界面等。
结合图1和图2所示,控制器102可以被配置为响应于新增来自上述多种显示界面中的一种显示界面来进行显示的指令而对预先确定的当前显示界面的层级属性和欲新增的所述一种显示界面的层级属性进行比较,基于所述比较的结果来对所述当前显示界面和所述欲新增的一种显示界面执行相应的操作。例如,在一个实施例中,控制器102还可以被配置为,在当前显示界面的层级属性不同于欲新增的一种显示界面的层级属性的情况下、或者在当前显示界面的层级属性与欲新增的一种显示界面的层级属性相同且均为叠加层级属性的情况下,控制显示器101以所述欲新增的一种显示界面叠加在所述当前显示界面之上的方式进行显示。此外,在另一个实施例中,控制器102还可以 被配置为,在当前显示界面的层级属性与欲新增的一种显示界面的层级属性相同且均为互斥层级属性的情况下,控制显示器101以关闭所述当前显示界面而使所述欲新增的一种显示界面取代所述当前显示界面的方式进行显示。
下面以图2为例来对图1中的显示器101和控制器102的工作详细地进行说明。图2是根据本发明的一个实施例的显示界面的层级示意图。在图2的示例中,显示器101可以提供包括图2中所示出的各种显示界面在内的多种显示界面。假设这些显示界面的层级属性预先被确定如下:空调HVAC显示界面、应用列表APP List显示界面、快键菜单Shortcut显示界面、售后服务NIO Service显示界面均具有互斥层级属性,而其它显示界面具有叠加层级属性。根据本发明的一个实施方式的显示器101和控制器102的工作,例如,在当前显示界面为应用APP显示界面的情况下,当用户对按钮相关的交互元素进行交互操作以打开按钮Button显示界面时,控制器102响应于该用户指令来比较当前显示的应用APP显示界面的层级属性和欲新增的按钮Button显示界面的层级属性,由于这两种显示界面的层级属性均为叠加层级属性,因此,控制器102控制显示器101以按钮Button显示界面叠加在当前显示的应用APP显示界面之上的方式进行显示。进而,例如,在当前显示界面由于上述过程而变为按钮Button显示界面时,用户对空调相关的交互元素进行交互操作以打开空调HVAC显示界面,响应于此,控制器102比较当前显示的按钮Button显示界面的层级属性和欲新增的空调HVAC显示界面的层级属性,由于这两种显示界面的层级属性互不相同(即,前者为叠加层级属性、后者为互斥层级属性),因此,控制器102控制显示器101以空调HVAC显示界面叠加在当前显示的按钮Button显示界面之上的方式进行显示。进而,例如,在当前显示界面由于上述过程而变为空调HVAC显示界面时,用户对快键菜单相关的交互元素进行交互操作以打开快键菜单Shortcut显示界面,响应于此,控制器102比较当前显示的空调HVAC显示界面的层级属性和欲新增的快键菜单Shortcut显示界面的层级属性,由于这两种显示界面的层级属性均为互斥层级属性,因此,控制器102控制显示器101以关闭当前显示的空调HVAC显示界面而使欲新增的快键菜单Shortcut显示界面取代所述当前显示的空调HVAC显示界面的方式进 行显示。
下面,将结合图3来说明根据本发明的一个实施方式的用于车载终端设备的显示控制方法。
如图3所示,该显示控制方法S100包括显示步骤(S1),在所述显示步骤中,显示器101提供多种显示界面。
进而,如图3所示,该显示控制方法S100包括属性比较步骤(S2),在所述属性比较步骤中,控制器102响应于新增来自上述多种显示界面中的一种显示界面来进行显示的指令而对预先确定的当前显示界面的层级属性和欲新增的所述一种显示界面的层级属性进行比较。
进而,如图3所示,该显示控制方法S100包括控制显示步骤(S3),在所述控制显示步骤中,控制器102基于在S2中的比较的结果来对所述当前显示界面和所述欲新增的一种显示界面执行相应的操作。例如,在一个实施例中,在所述控制显示步骤中,在所述当前显示界面的层级属性不同于所述欲新增的一种显示界面的层级属性的情况下、或者在所述当前显示界面的层级属性与所述欲新增的一种显示界面的层级属性相同且均为叠加层级属性的情况下,控制器102控制显示器101以所述欲新增的一种显示界面叠加在所述当前显示界面之上的方式进行显示。此外,在另一个实施例中,在所述控制显示步骤中,在所述当前显示界面的层级属性与所述欲新增的一种显示界面的层级属性相同且均为互斥层级属性的情况下,控制器102控制显示器101以关闭所述当前显示界面而使所述欲新增的一种显示界面取代所述当前显示界面的方式进行显示。
下面,将结合图4来说明根据本发明的一个实施方式的显示控制装置(即,车载终端设备)的模块示意图。如图4所示,显示控制装置(即,车载终端设备)200包括显示模块201,其用于提供多种显示界面。所述多种显示界面包括但不限于图2中所示出的桌面Launcher显示界面、应用APP显示界面、按钮Button显示界面、空调HVAC显示界面、应用列表APP List显示界面、快键菜单Shortcut显示界面、售后服务NIO Service显示界面等。
进而,如图4所示,显示控制装置(即,车载终端设备)200还包括属性比较模块202,其用于响应于新增来自上述多种显示界面中的一种显示界面来进行显示的指令而对预先确定的当前显示界面的层级属 性和欲新增的所述一种显示界面的层级属性进行比较。
进而,如图4所示,显示控制装置(即,车载终端设备)200还包括控制显示模块203,其用于基于在上述属性比较模块202中比较的结果来对所述当前显示界面和所述欲新增的一种显示界面执行相应的操作。例如,在一个实施例中,控制显示模块203在所述当前显示界面的层级属性不同于所述欲新增的一种显示界面的层级属性的情况下、或者在所述当前显示界面的层级属性与所述欲新增的一种显示界面的层级属性相同且均为叠加层级属性的情况下,控制显示模块201以所述欲新增的一种显示界面叠加在所述当前显示界面之上的方式进行显示。此外,在另一个实施例中,所述控制显示模块在所述当前显示界面的层级属性与所述欲新增的一种显示界面的层级属性相同且均为互斥层级属性的情况下,控制显示模块201以关闭所述当前显示界面而使所述欲新增的一种显示界面取代所述当前显示界面的方式进行显示。
虽然在此之前以车载终端设备、显示控制方法、显示控制装置的实施方式为中心进行了说明,但是本发明不限定于这些实施方式,也可以将本发明实施为以下方式:用于执行上述方法的计算机设备或者用于执行上述方法的计算机程序的方式或者用于实现上述装置的功能的计算机程序的方式或者记录有该计算机程序的计算机可读取的记录介质的方式。
在图5中示出了根据本发明的一个实施方式的用于执行根据本发明的一个实施方式的显示控制方法的计算机设备。如图5所示,计算机设备300包括存储器301和处理器302。虽然未图示,但是计算机设备300还包括存储在存储器301上并可在处理器302上运行的计算机程序。处理器302执行所述程序时实现例如如图3所示的根据本发明的一个实施方式的显示控制方法的各个步骤。
另外,如上所述,本发明也可以被实施为一种记录介质,在其中存储有用于使计算机执行根据本发明的一个实施方式的显示控制方法的程序。
在此,作为记录介质,能采用盘类(例如,磁盘、光盘等)、卡类(例如,存储卡、光卡等)、半导体存储器类(例如,ROM、非易失性存储器等)、带类(例如,磁带、盒式磁带等)等各种方式的记录介质。
通过在这些记录介质中记录使计算机执行上述实施方式中的显示控制方法的计算机程序或使计算机实现上述实施方式中的显示控制装置的功能的计算机程序并使其流通,从而能使成本的低廉化以及可携带性、通用性提高。
而且,在计算机上装载上述记录介质,由计算机读出在记录介质中记录的计算机程序并储存在存储器中,计算机所具备的处理器(CPU:Central Processing Unit(中央处理单元)、MPU:Micro Processing Unit(微处理单元))从存储器读出该计算机程序并执行,由此,能执行上述实施方式中的显示控制方法并能实现上述实施方式中的显示控制装置的功能。
本领域普通技术人员应当了解,本发明不限定于上述的实施方式,本发明可以在不偏离其主旨与范围内以许多其它的形式实施。因此,所展示的示例与实施方式被视为示意性的而非限制性的,在不脱离如所附各权利要求所定义的本发明精神及范围的情况下,本发明可能涵盖各种的修改与替换。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种车载终端设备,其特征在于,包括:
    显示器,其用于提供多种显示界面;以及
    控制器,其用于响应于新增来自所述多种显示界面中的一种显示界面来进行显示的指令而对预先确定的当前显示界面的层级属性和欲新增的所述一种显示界面的层级属性进行比较,基于所述比较的结果来对所述当前显示界面和所述欲新增的一种显示界面执行相应的操作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的车载终端设备,其特征在于,
    所述控制器还用于,在所述当前显示界面的层级属性不同于所述欲新增的一种显示界面的层级属性的情况下、或者在所述当前显示界面的层级属性与所述欲新增的一种显示界面的层级属性相同且均为叠加层级属性的情况下,控制所述显示器以所述欲新增的一种显示界面叠加在所述当前显示界面之上的方式进行显示。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的车载终端设备,其特征在于,
    所述控制器还用于,在所述当前显示界面的层级属性与所述欲新增的一种显示界面的层级属性相同且均为互斥层级属性的情况下,控制所述显示器以关闭所述当前显示界面而使所述欲新增的一种显示界面取代所述当前显示界面的方式进行显示。
  4. 一种显示控制方法,用于车载终端设备,其特征在于,包括:
    显示步骤,提供多种显示界面;
    属性比较步骤,响应于新增来自所述多种显示界面中的一种显示界面来进行显示的指令而对预先确定的当前显示界面的层级属性和欲新增的所述一种显示界面的层级属性进行比较;以及
    控制显示步骤,基于所述比较的结果来对所述当前显示界面和所述欲新增的一种显示界面执行相应的操作。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的显示控制方法,其特征在于,在所述控 制显示步骤中,在所述当前显示界面的层级属性不同于所述欲新增的一种显示界面的层级属性的情况下、或者在所述当前显示界面的层级属性与所述欲新增的一种显示界面的层级属性相同且均为叠加层级属性的情况下,进行控制使得以所述欲新增的一种显示界面叠加在所述当前显示界面之上的方式进行显示。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的显示控制方法,其特征在于,在所述控制显示步骤中,在所述当前显示界面的层级属性与所述欲新增的一种显示界面的层级属性相同且均为互斥层级属性的情况下,进行控制使得以关闭所述当前显示界面而使所述欲新增的一种显示界面取代所述当前显示界面的方式进行显示。
  7. 一种显示控制装置,用于车载终端设备,其特征在于,包括:
    显示模块,其用于提供多种显示界面;
    属性比较模块,其用于响应于新增来自所述多种显示界面中的一种显示界面来进行显示的指令而对预先确定的当前显示界面的层级属性和欲新增的所述一种显示界面的层级属性进行比较;以及
    控制显示模块,其用于基于所述比较的结果来对所述当前显示界面和所述欲新增的一种显示界面执行相应的操作。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的显示控制装置,其特征在于,所述控制显示模块还用于,在所述当前显示界面的层级属性不同于所述欲新增的一种显示界面的层级属性的情况下、或者在所述当前显示界面的层级属性与所述欲新增的一种显示界面的层级属性相同且均为叠加层级属性的情况下,控制所述显示模块以所述欲新增的一种显示界面叠加在所述当前显示界面之上的方式进行显示。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的显示控制装置,其特征在于,所述控制显示模块还用于,在所述当前显示界面的层级属性与所述欲新增的一种显示界面的层级属性相同且均为互斥层级属性的情况下,控制所述显示器以关闭所述当前显示界面而使所述欲新增的一种显示界面取代所述当前显示界面的方式进行显示。
  10. 一种计算机设备,包括存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机程序,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述程序时实现根据权利要求4至6中的任一项所述的方法的步骤。
  11. 一种记录介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,该程序被计算机执行以实现根据权利要求4至6中的任一项所述的方法的步骤。
