衣物处理设备是能够对衣物进行洗涤、甩干和/或烘干的机器,常见的衣物处理设备包括洗衣机、洗鞋机、干衣机和洗干一体机等,随着生产技术水平的不断提高和用户需求的日益增长,现有的衣物处理设备的功能性逐渐增强,以洗衣机为例,洗衣机包括本体和洗涤剂投放组件,通过洗涤剂投放组件能够向洗衣机的工作腔内注入洗涤剂,由于洗涤剂投放组件中洗涤剂盒的体积较大,因此在添加洗涤剂时用户需要较大的力拉拽和推放洗涤剂盒,从而不便于用户进行操作,降低了用户体验。
因此,本领域需要一种新的用于衣物处理设备的衣物处理剂投放组件及相应的衣物处理设备来解决上述问题。
发明内容
一种用于衣物处理设备的衣物处理剂投放组件,衣物处理设备包括本体,衣物处理剂投放组件包括相连的存储容器和投放装置,存储容器固定设置在本体中,用于存储衣物处理剂;投放装置能够相对于存储容器移动,用于投放衣物处理剂。
本发明的实施例一为了解决现有衣物处理设备的衣物处理剂投放不便,导致用户体验不佳的问题,本发明的衣物处理剂投放组件还包括套管装置,套管装置的一端与投放装置连通,另一端与存储容器连通,使得投放装置能够相对于存储容器移动的同时,投放装置中的衣物处理剂还能流到存储容器中。

基于背景技术指出的现有洗衣机的衣物处理剂投放不便,导致用户体验不佳的问题。本发明提供了一种用于洗衣机的衣物处理剂投放组件及洗衣机,旨在使用户在进行衣物处理剂投放操作时能够更加便捷,从而提升用户体验。
具体地,本发明的洗衣机包括本体,衣物处理剂投放组件包括相连的存储容器和投放装置,存储容器固定设置在本体中,用于存储衣物处理剂;投放装置能够相对于存储容器移动,用于投放衣物处理剂。
实施例一
本发明的衣物处理剂投放组件还包括套管装置,套管装置的一端与投放装置连通,另一端与存储容器连通,使得投放装置能够相对于存储容器移动的同时,投放装置中的衣物处理剂还能流到存储容器中。其中,投放装置可以为投放盒、投放板或者投放架等,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置投放装置的具体结构,只要通过该投放装置能够将衣物处理剂通过套管装置投放至存储容器中即可。此外,衣物处理剂包括洗涤剂和柔顺剂等,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置衣物处理剂的种类以及具体类型,只要通过该衣物处理剂能够实现衣物的洗涤即可。
优选地,如图1至5所示,投放装置1包括至少一个投放腔,套管装置包括与投放腔一一对应的至少一个套管组2,每个套管组2将一个投放腔连通到存储容器3。其中,投放腔的数量可以为一个,也可以为多个,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置投放腔的具体数量,只要通过投放腔能够将衣物处理剂投放至存储容器3中即可。在一种可能的情形中,投放腔的数量为一个,即通过投放腔可以将洗涤剂先投放至该投放腔内,再通过与该投放腔相连的套管组2将洗涤剂输送至存储容器3内进行储存。在另一种可能的情形中,如图1至5所示,投放腔的数量为两个,分别为洗涤剂投放腔11和柔顺剂投放腔12,其中,洗涤剂投放腔11上具有洗涤剂投放口,柔顺剂投放腔12上具有柔顺剂投放口,通过洗涤剂投放腔11能够将洗涤剂通过与该洗涤剂投放腔11相连的套管组2输送至存储容器3内,通过柔顺剂投放腔12能够将柔顺剂通过与该柔顺剂投放腔12相连的套管组2输送至存储容器3,即洗涤剂和柔顺剂先分别进行投放,再在存储腔内进行混合储存,从而为洗衣机对衣物的洗涤做好准备。
优选地,每个套管组2都包括第一端部套管21和第二端部套管22,第一端部套管21与投放腔连通,第二端部套管22与存储容器3连通,第一端部套管21和第二端部套管22彼此密封地套设到一起。此外,每个套管组2还包括设置在第一端部套管21与第二端部套管22之间的至少一个中间套管23,中间套管23的两端分别与第一端部套管21和第二端部套管22彼此密封地套设到一起。具体而言,如图3至5所示,每个套管组2内都有一个中间套管23,并且中间套管23的一端与第 一端部套管21密封连通,另一端与第二端部套管22密封连通,中间套管23与第一端部套管21以及第二端部套管22套设连接,从而使该由第一端部套管21、中间套管23和第二端部套管22依次连接而成的套管组2可以自由伸缩,从而在投放腔相对于存储容器3移动时,该套管组2能够适应性地随着投放腔的移动而自由伸缩调整,从而满足衣物处理剂的注入要求。参见图3至5,洗涤剂投放腔11通过一个套管组2与存储容器3连通,柔顺剂投放腔12通过一个套管组2与存储容器3连通,在投放装置1相对于存储容器3移动时,连接于洗涤剂投放腔11和存储容器3之间的套管组2以及连接于柔顺剂投放腔12和存储容器3之间的套管组2同时进行伸缩,从而使投放装置1能够随着用户的拉拽和推放而自由移动。需要说明的是,上述示例中每个套管组2内具有一个中间套管23仅是示例性的,在实际应用中,本领域技术人员完全可以根据实际的使用情况来灵活地调整中间套管23的数量,例如当投放装置1相对于存储容器3的最大移动距离较小时,可以省略中间套管23,仅通过第一端部套管21与第二端部套管22的套设来完成套管组2的伸缩,当投放装置1相对于存储容器3的最大移动距离较大时,可以适当增加中间套管23的数量,从而满足套管组2的伸缩要求。此外,第一端部套管21的长度、中间套管23的长度以及第二端部套管22的长度也可以在实际的应用中灵活地调整,在此就不再一一赘述。
优选地,投放腔的底壁朝存储容器3的方向向下倾斜,并且/或者存储容器3的底壁沿远离投放装置1的方向向下倾斜。具体而言,如图1至6所示,洗涤剂投放腔11的底壁和柔顺剂投放腔12的底壁均可以沿本体10从外向内的方向向下倾斜设置,同时,存储容器3的底壁也可以相应地设置为沿本体10从外向内的方向向下倾斜设置,从而便于洗涤剂和柔顺剂的顺利流动,当然,在实际应用中,还可以将存储容器3的底壁水平设置,这种对存储容器3底壁的改变并不偏离本发明的原理和范围,均属于本发明的保护范围。进一步优选地,第一端部套管21连接到投放腔的后侧壁的底部,第二端部套管22连接到存储容器3的前侧壁的顶部。具体而言,洗涤剂投放腔11和柔顺剂投放腔12的底部各连接一个第一端部套管21,相对应的第二端部套管22均连接在存储容器3的顶部,从而便于洗涤剂和柔顺剂的投放,当然,在实际应用中, 还可以将第一端部套管21连接在洗涤剂投放腔11和柔顺剂投放腔12的其他位置,同理,第二端部套管22也可以连接在存储容器3的其他位置,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置第一端部套管21以及第二端部套管22的具体连接位置,只要通过第一端部套管21与投放腔的连接以及第二端部套管22与存储容器3的连接能够实现将投放腔内的衣物处理剂注入到存储容器3中即可。
优选地,投放装置1上设置有导轨4,本体10上设置有与导轨4匹配的平移机构,投放装置1能够通过导轨4与平移机构的配合而相对于存储容器3在缩回位置与伸出位置之间平移。其中,如图1至6所示,平移机构可以为与导轨4相配合的轨道槽5,通过导轨4和轨道槽5的配合实现投放装置1相对于存储容器3的定向移动。此外,为了使存储容器3能够固定在本体10中,可以在本体10上设置用于容纳存储容器3和投放装置1的容纳腔6,并且存储容器3固定在容纳腔6的后部,上述的轨道槽5设置在容纳腔6的前部内侧壁上,通过导轨4和轨道槽5能够使投放装置1收纳于容纳腔6的前部。当然,上述的平移机构还可以为滑动凸起或者滑轨等,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置平移机构的具体结构,只要通过导轨4和平移机构的配合使投放装置1能够从本体10拉拽出以及推放至本体10中即可。
优选地,投放装置1还包括饰板7,当投放装置1处于缩回位置时,饰板7与洗衣机的操作面板8齐平。如图1至6所示,投放装置1完全收纳于本体10内时,饰板7的外侧表面与洗衣机的操作面板8的外侧表面齐平,即饰板7的外侧表面与操作面板8的外侧表面共面,从而使洗衣机的整体更为美观。
进一步优选地,本发明的衣物处理投放组件还包括自动弹出机构,自动弹出机构用于使投放装置1自动弹出到伸出位置。其中,自动弹出机构可以设置为通过人工操作将投放装置1弹出或者通过自动操作将投放装置1弹出,当通过自动操作来控制自动弹出机构时,可以将自动弹出机构与洗衣机的控制面板信号连接,当操作控制面板时,可以向自动弹出机构发送信号,从而使自动弹出机构动作,将投放装置1自动弹出至伸出位置。当通过人工操作来控制自动弹出机构时,可以在 饰板7上设置按键9,按键9用于被按压时触发自动弹出机构,以使投放装置1自动弹出到伸出位置。
在一种可能的情形中,自动弹出机构包括弹性复位构件,弹性复位构件的一端连接到本体10或存储容器3,另一端连接到投放装置1;当投放装置1处于缩回位置时,弹性复位构件朝远离存储容器3的方向偏压投放装置1。具体地,弹性复位构件可以为弹簧,并且按键9可以通过连接杆来选择性地抵靠弹簧来控制其伸缩,在正常状态(即投放装置1处于缩回位置时)下,连接杆抵靠弹簧,当按键9通过连接杆撤去对弹簧的抵靠时,弹簧释放自身的弹力并对投放装置1施加推力,从而使投放装置1自动弹出至伸出位置,当投放装置1回到缩回位置时,连接杆重新抵靠弹簧并使弹簧产生对投放装置1的偏压。为了保证上述动作的顺利进行,在实际应用中,需要使投放装置1在缩回位置时能够被顺利锁定。在一种优选的实施方式中,本发明的衣物处理剂投放组件还包括锁定机构,锁定机构包括设置在投放装置1或本体10上的锁钩以及对应地设置在本体10或投放装置1上的锁扣,当投放装置1处于缩回位置时,锁钩与锁扣接合以便将投放装置1锁定在缩回位置。具体而言,可以在投放装置1上设置锁钩,并且在本体10上与锁钩相对应的位置处设置锁扣,通过锁钩和锁扣的配合使投放装置1被锁定到本体10上。当然,还可以将锁钩设置在本体10上,将锁扣设置在投放装置1上,从而实现投放装置1和本体10的锁定。需要说明的是,上述的弹性复位构件以及锁定机构的具体结构仅是示例性的,例如弹性复位构件还可以采用扭簧,锁定机构还可以采用凸起与凹槽相配合的结构,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置弹性复位构件以及锁定机构的具体结构,只要通过弹性复位构件能够将投放装置1自动弹出并且通过锁定机构能够将投放装置1与本体10锁定即可。
优选地,本发明的衣物处理剂投放组件还包括泵送装置,泵送装置与存储容器3连通,用于将存储容器3中的衣物处理剂泵送到洗衣机的工作腔中。其中泵送装置可以为液压泵,其中,液压泵的一端与存储容器3连通,另一端与洗衣机的工作腔连通,并且液压泵和控制面板信号连接,通过控制面板可以操作液压泵开启,从而将存储容器3中的衣物处理剂注入到工作腔内,从而完成对衣物的洗涤操作。当然, 上述中泵送装置为液压泵仅是示例性的,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置泵送装置的具体结构,只要通过泵送装置能够将存储容器3中的洗涤剂和柔顺剂的混合剂注入到洗衣机的工作腔内即可。
实施例二
本发明的衣物处理剂投放组件还包括连通装置,连通装置设置成将投放装置与存储容器连通并且允许投放装置相对于存储容器移动。其中,连通装置可以为插接装置、套接装置、伸缩装置或者柔性连接装置等,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置连通装置的具体结构,只要通过连通装置能够使投放装置与存储容器连通并且不会阻碍投放装置的正常移动即可。在本发明中,主要以连通装置为插接装置来进行详细阐述。
具体地,本发明的连通装置设置成插接装置的形式,并且插接装置的一部分设置在投放装置上,另一部分设置在存储容器上,使得当投放装置相对于存储容器移动到伸出位置时,插接装置将投放装置与存储容器连通,从而使投放装置中的衣物处理剂能够流到存储容器中。其中,投放装置可以为投放盒、投放板或者投放架等,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置投放装置的具体结构,只要通过该投放装置能够将衣物处理剂通过插接装置投放至存储容器中即可。此外,为了使存储容器能够固定在本体中,可以在本体上设置用于容纳存储容器和投放装置的容纳腔,并且存储容器固定在容纳腔的后部,当投放装置移动至缩回位置时,投放装置收纳于容纳腔的前部。并且,衣物处理剂包括洗涤剂和柔顺剂等,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置衣物处理剂的种类以及具体类型,只要通过该衣物处理剂能够实现衣物的洗涤即可。
优选地,如图7至13所示,投放装置1包括至少一个投放腔,插接装置包括与投放腔一一对应的至少一个插接部件2,每个插接部件2将一个投放腔连通到存储容器3。其中,投放腔的数量可以为一个,也可以为多个,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置投放腔的具体数量,只要通过投放腔能够将衣物处理剂投放至存储容器3中即可。在一种可能的情形中,投放腔的数量为一个,即通过投放腔可以将洗涤剂先投放至该投放腔内,再通过一个插接部件2将洗涤剂输送至存储容 器3内进行储存。在另一种可能的情形中,如图7至13所示,投放腔的数量为两个,分别为洗涤剂投放腔11和柔顺剂投放腔12,其中,洗涤剂投放腔11上具有洗涤剂投放口,柔顺剂投放腔12上具有柔顺剂投放口,通过洗涤剂投放腔11能够将洗涤剂通过一个插接部件2输送至存储容器3内,通过柔顺剂投放腔12能够将柔顺剂通过另一个插接部件2输送至存储容器3,即洗涤剂和柔顺剂先分别进行投放,再在存储腔内进行混合储存,从而为洗衣机对衣物的洗涤做好准备。
优选地,每个插接部件2都包括第一流道构件和第二流道构件,第一流道构件与投放腔连通并且包括衣物处理剂出口,第二流道构件与存储容器3连通并且包括衣物处理剂入口,当投放装置1相对于存储容器3移动到伸出位置时,衣物处理剂出口与衣物处理剂入口密封对接。在一种可能的实施方式中,第一流道构件上设置有形成衣物处理剂出口的插管21,第二流道构件上设置有形成衣物处理剂入口的插孔22,当投放装置1相对于存储容器3移动到伸出位置时,插管21与插孔22密封接合。在另一种可能的实施方式中,第一流道构件上设置有形成衣物处理剂出口的插孔22,第二流道构件上设置有形成衣物处理剂入口的插管21,当投放装置1相对于存储容器3移动到伸出位置时,插孔22与插管21密封接合。上述两种插孔22和插管21的接合方式类似,下面仅就第一种情形进行详细阐述。具体地,如图11至13所示,投放装置1向右移动并到达伸出位置时,投放装置1与存储容器3接合,即第一流道构件和第二流道构件彼此接合,此时插管21伸进插孔22内,从而使洗涤剂投放腔11内的洗涤剂能够进入到存储容器3内,并且柔顺剂投放腔12内的柔顺剂也能够进入到存储容器3内,从而实现洗涤剂和柔顺剂的混合存储。在实际应用中,为了保证插管21与插孔22能够密封连接,可以在插管21和插孔22之间(即插管21的外壁和插孔22的内壁之间)设置密封圈,从而对插管21和插孔22进行密封,密封圈可以选用O型密封圈,或者其他形式的密封圈,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置密封圈的具体类型,只要通过密封圈能够将插管21和插孔22进行密封即可。
进一步优选地,为了保证在投放装置1未到达伸出位置时投放装置1以及存储容器3中的衣物处理剂不会泄漏出来,需要对衣 物处理剂出口以及衣物处理剂入口进行密封。具体地,如图13所示,插管21上设置有第一阀片4,第一阀片4在常态下贴合到衣物处理剂出口上并因此封闭衣物处理剂出口;插孔22上设置有第二阀片5,第二阀片5在常态下贴合到衣物处理剂入口上并因此封闭衣物处理剂入口;第二阀片5上还设置有向外延伸的顶柱6,当插管21与插孔22接合时,插管21推动第二阀片5并因此打开衣物处理剂入口,同时顶柱6推动第一阀片4并因此打开衣物处理剂出口。具体而言,投放装置1向右移动并且到达伸出位置时,投放腔(以柔顺剂投放腔12进行举例说明)与存储容器3接合,此时插管21向右移动并推动第二阀片5以将衣物处理剂入口打开,此时顶柱6(在实际应用中,顶柱6的长度应该大于插管21的长度)会随之将第一阀片4推开以将衣物处理剂出口打开,从而使衣物处理剂入口以及衣物处理剂出口连通,保证柔顺剂投放腔12内的柔顺剂能够依次通过衣物处理剂出口、插管21以及衣物处理剂入口进入到存储容器3中。而当投放装置1向左移动并使柔顺剂投放腔12与存储容器3分离时,插管21对第二阀片5的推力撤去,同时顶柱6对第一阀片4的推力也撤去,此时,第一阀片4会将衣物处理剂出口封闭,第二阀片5会将衣物处理剂入口封闭,从而使柔顺剂不会从衣物处理剂出口泄漏出来,同时洗涤剂以及柔顺剂的混合剂也不会从衣物处理剂入口泄漏出来,在实际应用中,第一阀片4和第二阀片5可以通过弹性材料制成,从而保证在第一阀片4和第二阀片5的力撤去之后,第一阀片4可以通过自身的弹性复位作用封闭衣物处理剂出口,第二阀片5也可以通过自身的弹性复位作用封闭衣物处理剂入口。
再进一步优选地,第一流道构件包括从投放腔向下延伸的主体部分23,插管21从主体部分23向外水平延伸(即图13示中由左向右水平延伸);第二流道构件包括从存储容器3向外水平延伸(即图示13中由左向右水平延伸)的主体区段24和从主体区段24向上延伸的竖直区段25,插孔22形成在竖直区段25的内侧。如图13所示,仍以柔顺剂投放腔12进行说明,柔顺剂投放腔12、第一流道构件和第二流道构件共同形成类似“S”型的流动通道,即柔顺剂先向左横向移动再通过第一流道的主体部分23向下流动,再通过插管21向右流动,再通过第二流道构件的竖直区段25向下流动,最终通过第二流道构件的主体区段24 向左流动并最终进入到存储容器3中。当然,上述的第一流道构件以及第二流道构件的布置方式仅是示例性的,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置第一流道构件以及第二流道构件的具体结构以及具体流动走向,只要通过第一流道构件以及第二流道构件能够将投放腔内的衣物处理剂顺利地流入至存储容器3中即可。
需要说明的是,本发明的插接装置除了采用上述实施例示出的插管21与插孔22的配合方式,还可以采用其它插接方式,如采用两个直径不同的对接管插接的方式等,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置插接装置的具体结构,只要通过插接装置能够在投放装置1移动到伸出位置时能够将投放装置1与存储容器3连通即可。此外,为了保证投放装置1移动到伸出位置时,插接装置能够插接到位,可以在投放装置1/本体10上设置位移传感器,从而使投放装置1能够准确地移动到伸出位置并且使插接装置插接到位,从而使投放装置1与存储容器3连通,并且防止密封连接失效。
优选地,投放腔的底壁朝存储容器3的方向向下倾斜,并且/或者存储容器3的底壁沿远离投放装置1的方向向下倾斜。具体而言,如图7至14所示,洗涤剂投放腔11的底壁和柔顺剂投放腔12的底壁均可以沿本体10从外向内的方向向下倾斜设置,同时,存储容器3的底壁也可以相应地设置为沿本体10从外向内的方向向下倾斜设置,从而便于洗涤剂和柔顺剂的顺利流动,当然,在实际应用中,还可以将存储容器3的底壁水平设置,这种对存储容器3底壁的改变并不偏离本发明的原理和范围,均属于本发明的保护范围。
优选地,投放装置1上设置有导轨20,本体10上设置有与导轨20匹配的平移机构,投放装置1能够通过导轨20与平移机构的配合而相对于存储容器3在缩回位置与伸出位置之间平移。其中,如图7至14所示,平移机构可以为与导轨20相配合的轨道槽30,通过导轨20和轨道槽30的配合实现投放装置1相对于存储容器3的定向移动。此外,为了使存储容器3能够固定在本体10中,可以在本体10上设置用于容纳存储容器3和投放装置1的容纳腔40,并且存储容器3固定在容纳腔40的后部,上述的轨道槽30设置在容纳腔40的前部内侧壁上,通过导轨20和轨道槽30能够使投放装置1收纳于容纳腔40的前部。当 然,上述的平移机构还可以为滑动凸起或者滑轨等,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置平移机构的具体结构,只要通过导轨20和平移机构的配合使投放装置1能够从本体10拉拽出以及推放至本体10中即可。
优选地,投放装置1还包括饰板7,当投放装置1处于缩回位置时,饰板7与洗衣机的操作面板8齐平。如图7至14所示,投放装置1完全收纳于本体10内时,饰板7的外侧表面与洗衣机的操作面板8的外侧表面齐平,即饰板7的外侧表面与操作面板8的外侧表面共面,从而使洗衣机的整体更为美观。

在一种可能的情形中,自动弹出机构包括弹性复位构件,弹性复位构件的一端连接到本体10或存储容器3,另一端连接到投放装置1;当投放装置1处于缩回位置时,弹性复位构件朝远离存储容器3的方向偏压投放装置1。具体地,弹性复位构件可以为弹簧,并且按键9可以通过连接杆来选择性地抵靠弹簧来控制其伸缩,在正常状态(即投放装置1处于缩回位置时)下,连接杆抵靠弹簧,当按键9通过连接杆撤去对弹簧的抵靠时,弹簧释放自身的弹力并对投放装置1施加推力,从而使投放装置1自动弹出至伸出位置,当投放装置1回到缩回位置时,连接杆重新抵靠弹簧并使弹簧产生对投放装置1的偏压。为了保证上述动作的顺利进行,在实际应用中,需要使投放装置1在缩回位置时能够被顺利锁定。在一种优选的实施方式中,本发明的衣物处理剂投放组件还包括锁定机构,锁定机构包括设置在投放装置1或本体10上的锁钩以及对应地设置在本体10或投放装置1上的锁扣,当投放装置1处于缩回 位置时,锁钩与锁扣接合以便将投放装置1锁定在缩回位置。具体而言,可以在投放装置1上设置锁钩,并且在本体10上与锁钩相对应的位置处设置锁扣,通过锁钩和锁扣的配合使投放装置1被锁定到本体10上。当然,还可以将锁钩设置在本体10上,将锁扣设置在投放装置1上,从而实现投放装置1和本体10的锁定。需要说明的是,上述的弹性复位构件以及锁定机构的具体结构仅是示例性的,例如弹性复位构件还可以采用扭簧,锁定机构还可以采用凸起与凹槽相配合的结构,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置弹性复位构件以及锁定机构的具体结构,只要通过弹性复位构件能够将投放装置1自动弹出并且通过锁定机构能够将投放装置1与本体10锁定即可。
优选地,本发明的衣物处理剂投放组件还包括泵送装置,泵送装置与存储容器3连通,用于将存储容器3中的衣物处理剂泵送到洗衣机的工作腔中。其中泵送装置可以为液压泵,其中,液压泵的一端与存储容器3连通,另一端与洗衣机的工作腔连通,并且液压泵和控制面板信号连接,通过控制面板可以操作液压泵开启,从而将存储容器3中的衣物处理剂注入到工作腔内,从而完成对衣物的洗涤操作。当然,上述中泵送装置为液压泵仅是示例性的,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置泵送装置的具体结构,只要通过泵送装置能够将存储容器3中的洗涤剂和柔顺剂的混合剂注入到洗衣机的工作腔内即可。
实施例三
如图15至26所示,本发明的衣物处理剂投放组件还包括枢转机构2,投放装置1借助枢转机构2相对于本体10枢转,并且枢转机构2中设置有流动通道,流动通道将投放装置1与存储容器3连通。其中,投放装置1可以为投放盒、投放板或者投放架等,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置投放装置1的具体结构,只要通过该投放装置1能够将衣物处理剂通过枢转机构2中的流动通道投放至存储容器3中即可。此外,为了使存储容器3能够固定在本体10中,可以在本体10上设置用于容纳存储容器3和投放装置1的容纳腔20,并且存储容器3固定在容纳腔20的后部,当投放装置1枢转至闭合位置时,投放装置1收纳于容纳腔20的前部。并且,衣物处理剂包括洗涤剂和柔顺剂等,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置衣物处理剂的种类以及具 体类型,只要通过该衣物处理剂能够实现衣物的洗涤即可。需要说明的是,本发明中的枢转机构2可以为横向枢转机构(即枢转机构2的枢转轴线为水平方向),也可以为竖向枢转机构(即枢转机构2的枢转轴线为竖直方向),本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置枢转机构2的具体结构以及枢转方向,只要通过枢转机构2能够使投放装置1相对于本体10枢转至伸出位置即可。
优选地,如图19至25所示,枢转机构2包括轴座21和枢转地插设在轴座21中的转轴22,流动通道包括设置在轴座21中的第一流动通道5和设置在转轴22中的第二流动通道6,第一流动通道5与存储容器3连通,第二流动通道6与第一流动通道5和投放装置1连通。通过这样的设置,当投放装置1枢转至伸出位置时,可以向投放装置1中投放衣物处理剂,投放装置1中的衣物处理剂依次通过转轴22中的第二流动通道6、轴座21中的第一流动通道5进入到存储容器3内,从而实现衣物处理剂的输送与注入。此外,投放装置1包括至少一个投放腔,转轴22中设置有与投放腔一一对应的至少一个衣物处理剂入口,每个衣物处理剂入口将一个投放腔连通到第二流动通道6。其中,投放腔的数量可以为一个,也可以为多个,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置投放腔的具体数量,只要通过投放腔能够将衣物处理剂投放至存储容器3中即可。在一种可能的情形中,投放腔的数量为一个,即通过投放腔可以将洗涤剂先投放至该投放腔内,再通过一个衣物处理剂入口将洗涤剂输送至第二流动通道6内。在另一种可能的情形中,如图19至25所示,投放腔的数量为两个,分别为洗涤剂投放腔11和柔顺剂投放腔12,其中,洗涤剂投放腔11上具有洗涤剂投放口,柔顺剂投放腔12上具有柔顺剂投放口,通过洗涤剂投放腔11能够将洗涤剂通过转轴22上的一个衣物处理剂入口注入到第二流动通道6内,同理地,通过柔顺剂投放腔12能够将柔顺剂通过转轴22上的另一个衣物处理剂入口注入到第二流动通道6内,再通过第一流动通道5将洗涤剂和柔顺剂引流至存储容器3内存储,从而为洗衣机对衣物的洗涤做好准备。具体而言,以洗涤剂投放腔11进行举例说明,如图23所示,当投放装置1枢转到伸出位置时,通过洗涤剂投放口向洗涤剂投放腔11内投入洗涤剂,洗涤剂向下再向左流动,并且洗涤剂先经过转轴22中的第二流通通道再进入到轴座21的第一流动通道5内,最终进入到存储容 器3中进行存储。在本发明的结构中,柔顺剂的具体流动方式与洗涤剂的具体流动方式类似,在此就不再一一赘述
优选地,本发明的衣物处理剂投放组件还包括连通构件4,连通构件4设置在轴座21与存储容器3之间,用于将第一流动通道5连通到存储容器3。通过连通构件4,可以适当地增加投放装置1相对于存储容器3的最大移动距离,即通过设置不同长度的连通构件4,可以适应不同洗衣机的布置要求。此外,连通构件4的底壁优选地沿远离投放装置1的方向向下倾斜,即连通构件4的底壁沿本体10由外至内的方向向下倾斜,从而便于衣物处理剂的流动,使衣物处理剂能够快速地进入到存储容器3中。当然,在实际应用中,还可以将连通构件4的底壁水平设置,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地调整连通构件4的底壁的设置方式,只要通过连通构件4能够将衣物处理剂从投放装置1引流至存储容器3内即可。
优选地,轴座21两端的内壁或转轴22两端的外壁上设置有密封槽,密封槽中设置有密封圈。具体而言,由于转轴22插设在轴座21内时为了保证转轴22能够顺利转动,转轴22和轴座21之间会形成一定间隙,为了防止衣物处理剂从该间隙处泄漏出来,可以在轴座21的内壁上设置密封槽,并且密封圈设置在密封槽内,通过密封圈将该间隙进行密封,从而保证衣物处理剂不会通过该间隙泄漏出来,保证其密封效果。作为替代性地,还可以将密封槽设置在转轴22的外壁上,并且密封圈也设置在密封槽内,从而通过密封圈实现对该间隙处的密封。在实际应用中,密封圈可以选用O型密封圈,或者其他形式的密封圈,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置密封圈的具体类型,只要通过密封圈能够将转轴22和轴座21进行密封即可。此外,为了避免投放装置1的打开力过大而产生振荡,导致衣物处理剂溢出,可以在转轴22和轴座21之间设置阻尼件,如旋转阻尼器或者齿轮齿条阻尼等,从而通过弹力的作用实现投放装置1的缓慢打开。
需要说明的是,本发明的枢转机构2除了采用上述实施例示出的转轴22与轴座21的配合方式,还可以采用其它枢转方式,如齿轮组件或者丝杠螺母副组件等,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置枢转机构2的具体结构,只要通过枢转机构2能够使投放装置1 在闭合位置和伸出位置之间枢转运动并且通过枢转机构2中的流动通道能够将投放装置1与存储容器3连通即可。
优选地,投放腔的底壁朝存储容器3的方向向下倾斜,并且/或者存储容器3的底壁沿远离投放装置1的方向向下倾斜。具体而言,如图15至26所示,洗涤剂投放腔11的底壁和柔顺剂投放腔12的底壁均可以沿本体10从外向内的方向向下倾斜设置,同时,存储容器3的底壁也可以相应地设置为沿本体10从外向内的方向向下倾斜设置,从而便于洗涤剂和柔顺剂的顺利流动,当然,在实际应用中,还可以将存储容器3的底壁水平设置,这种对存储容器3底壁的改变并不偏离本发明的原理和范围,均属于本发明的保护范围。
优选地,投放装置1还包括饰板7,当投放装置1枢转到闭合位置时,饰板7与洗衣机的操作面板8齐平。如图15至26所示,投放装置1完全收纳于本体10内时,饰板7的外侧表面与洗衣机的操作面板8的外侧表面齐平,即饰板7的外侧表面与操作面板8的外侧表面共面,从而使洗衣机的整体更为美观。
进一步优选地,本发明的衣物处理投放组件还包括自动弹出机构,自动弹出机构用于使投放装置1自动弹出到伸出位置。其中,自动弹出机构可以设置为通过人工操作将投放装置1弹出或者通过自动操作将投放装置1弹出,当通过自动操作来控制自动弹出机构时,可以将自动弹出机构与洗衣机的控制面板信号连接,当操作控制面板时,可以向自动弹出机构发送信号,从而使自动弹出机构动作,将投放装置1自动弹出至伸出位置。当通过人工操作来控制自动弹出机构时,可以在饰板7上设置按键9,按键9用于被按压时触发自动弹出机构,以使投放装置1自动弹出到伸出位置。
在一种可能的情形中,自动弹出机构包括弹性复位构件,弹性复位构件的一端连接到本体10,另一端连接到投放装置1;当投放装置1处于闭合位置时,弹性复位构件给投放装置1施加朝打开位置枢转的偏置力。具体地,弹性复位构件可以为扭簧,并且按键9可以通过连接杆来选择性地抵靠扭簧来控制其扭动,在正常状态(即投放装置1处于闭合位置时)下,连接杆抵靠扭簧,当按键9通过连接杆撤去对扭簧的抵靠时,扭簧释放自身的扭力并对投放装置1施加推力,从而使投 放装置1自动弹出至伸出位置,当投放装置1回到闭合位置时,连接杆重新抵靠扭簧并使扭簧产生对投放装置1的偏压。为了保证上述动作的顺利进行,在实际应用中,需要使投放装置1在闭合位置时能够被顺利锁定。在一种优选的实施方式中,本发明的衣物处理剂投放组件还包括锁定机构,锁定机构包括设置在投放装置1或本体10上的锁钩以及对应地设置在本体10或投放装置1上的锁扣,当投放装置1枢转到闭合位置时,锁钩与锁扣接合以便将投放装置1锁定在闭合位置。具体而言,可以在投放装置1上设置锁钩,并且在本体10上与锁钩相对应的位置处设置锁扣,通过锁钩和锁扣的配合使投放装置1被锁定到本体10上。当然,还可以将锁钩设置在本体10上,将锁扣设置在投放装置1上,从而实现投放装置1和本体10的锁定。需要说明的是,上述的弹性复位构件以及锁定机构的具体结构仅是示例性的,例如弹性复位构件还可以采用弹簧,锁定机构还可以采用凸起与凹槽相配合的结构,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置弹性复位构件以及锁定机构的具体结构,只要通过弹性复位构件能够将投放装置1自动弹出并且通过锁定机构能够将投放装置1与本体10锁定即可。
优选地,本发明的衣物处理剂投放组件还包括泵送装置,泵送装置与存储容器3连通,用于将存储容器3中的衣物处理剂泵送到洗衣机的工作腔中。其中泵送装置可以为液压泵,其中,液压泵的一端与存储容器3连通,另一端与洗衣机的工作腔连通,并且液压泵和控制面板信号连接,通过控制面板可以操作液压泵开启,从而将存储容器3中的衣物处理剂注入到工作腔内,从而完成对衣物的洗涤操作。当然,上述中泵送装置为液压泵仅是示例性的,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置泵送装置的具体结构,只要通过泵送装置能够将存储容器3中的洗涤剂和柔顺剂的混合剂注入到洗衣机的工作腔内即可。
实施例四
如图27至35所示,本发明的衣物处理剂投放组件还包括竖向枢转机构2,投放装置1借助竖向枢转机构2相对于本体10沿竖向轴线枢转,并且竖向枢转机构2中设置有流动通道,流动通道将投放装置1与存储容器3连通。其中,投放装置1可以为投放盒、投放板或者投放架等,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置投放装置1 的具体结构,只要通过该投放装置1能够将衣物处理剂通过竖向枢转机构2中的流动通道投放至存储容器3中即可。此外,为了使存储容器3能够固定在本体10中,可以在本体10上设置用于容纳存储容器3和投放装置1的容纳腔,并且存储容器3固定在容纳腔的后部,当投放装置1竖向枢转至闭合位置时,投放装置1收纳于容纳腔的前部。并且,衣物处理剂包括洗涤剂和柔顺剂等,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置衣物处理剂的种类以及具体类型,只要通过该衣物处理剂能够实现衣物的洗涤即可。需要说明的是,本发明中竖向枢转机构2中的竖向指的是该竖向枢转机构2的枢转轴22线为竖直方向。
优选地,如图27至35所示,竖向枢转机构2包括轴座21和枢转地插设在轴座21中的转轴22,流动通道设置在转轴22中。通过这样的设置,使投放装置1竖向枢转至伸出位置时,可以向投放装置1中投放衣物处理剂,投放装置1中的衣物处理剂通过转轴22中的流动通道流入至存储容器3中,从而实现衣物处理剂的输送与注入。此外,投放装置1包括至少一个投放腔,转轴22中设置有与投放腔一一对应的至少一个导流管,每个导流管将一个投放腔连通到存储容器3。具体地说,导流管设置在转轴22中的流动通道内,导流管可以为流动通道的全部,也可以为流动通道的一部分。例如,当投放腔的数量为一个时,导流管可以为流动通道,即通过该导流管能够将投放腔中的衣物处理剂导入至存储容器3中;当投放腔的数量为多个时,为了保证投放装置1相对于本体10的顺利枢转,所有导流管共同形成流动通道的一部分,并且其中一个导流管的旋转轴22线与转轴22的旋转轴22线彼此重合。总之,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置投放腔的具体数量,只要通过投放腔能够将衣物处理剂投放至存储容器3中即可。在一种可能的情形中,如图27至35所示,投放腔的数量为两个,分别为洗涤剂投放腔11和柔顺剂投放腔12,其中,洗涤剂投放腔11上具有洗涤剂投放口,柔顺剂投放腔12上具有柔顺剂投放口,通过洗涤剂投放腔11能够将洗涤剂通过转轴22中的一个导流管输送至存储容器3,同理地,通过柔顺剂投放腔12能够将柔顺剂通过转轴22中的另一个导流管输送至存储容器3从而为洗衣机对衣物的洗涤做好准备。具体而言,本发明的衣物处理剂投放组件还包括连通构件4,连通构件4设置在轴座21与存储容器 3之间并且包括与导流管一一对应的至少一个导流通道,每个导流通道用于将一个导流管连通到存储容器3。即,通过每个导流通道能够将与其连通的导流管中的衣物处理剂导流至存储容器3内,其中,当导流通道为多个时,导流通道可以在水平方向上横向布置,也可以在竖直方向上竖向布置,下面以导流管包括第一导流管5和第二导流管6,导流通道包括顶层导流通道41和底层导流通道42为例,进一步地阐述本发明的技术方案。
具体地,如图30所示,导流管包括第一导流管5和第二导流管6,导流通道包括与第一导流管5连通的顶层导流通道41和与第二导流管6连通的底层导流通道42,并且,第一导流管5与洗涤剂投放腔11连通,第二导流管6与柔顺剂投放腔12连通,在投放装置1竖向枢转到伸出位置后,可以向洗涤剂投放腔11内投入洗涤剂,洗涤剂依次通过洗涤剂投放腔11、第一导流管5以及第一导流通道进入到存储容器3中,柔顺剂依次通过柔顺剂投放腔12、第二导流管6以及第二导流通道进入到存储容器3中。此外,为了保证投放装置1的顺利枢转,第二导流管6的旋转轴22线与转轴22的旋转轴22线彼此重合,使得在投放装置1在伸出位置和闭合位置之间枢转时,即转轴22在轴座21内枢转时,第二导流管6绕着自身的轴线转动,第一导流管5相对于第二导流管6进行摆转,并且第一导流管5能够始终保持与第一导流通道连通,第二导流管6能够始终与第二导流通道连通,通过这样的设置,实现洗涤剂以及柔顺剂分层次且顺利地输送。此外,由于第二导流管6在实际操作时需要反复旋转,为了保证顶层导流通道41和底层导流通道42之间的密封性,可以在第二导流管6穿设导流通道和底层导流通道42之间的隔板的位置处设置密封圈/密封条/密封轴承,从而保证顶层导流通道41和底层导流通道42彼此内部的衣物处理剂不会相互泄漏。当然,作为替代性地,还可以将洗涤剂投放腔11和柔顺剂投放腔12的位置进行互换,这样结构和布置的变换并不偏离本发明的原理和范围。

优选地,投放腔的底壁朝存储容器3的方向向下倾斜,并且/或者存储容器3的底壁沿远离投放装置1的方向向下倾斜。具体而言,洗涤剂投放腔11的底壁和柔顺剂投放腔12的底壁均可以沿本体10从外向内的方向向下倾斜设置(这里的倾斜设置指的是当投放装置1处于伸出位置时,洗涤剂投放腔11的底壁和柔顺剂投放腔12的底壁沿本体10从外向内的方向向下倾斜),同时,存储容器3的底壁也可以相应地设置为沿本体10从外向内的方向向下倾斜设置,从而便于洗涤剂和柔顺剂的顺利流动,当然,在实际应用中,还可以将存储容器3的底壁水平设置,这种对存储容器3底壁的改变并不偏离本发明的原理和范围,均属于本发明的保护范围。
优选地,投放装置1的内侧设置成弧形以便从本体10向外枢转。即,为了避免投放装置1在枢转时与本体10发生干涉,可以将投放装置1的内侧设置为弧形,如图27至35所示,当投放装置1枢转至伸出位置时,投放装置1远离存储容器3的一侧设置为圆弧结构20, 从而使柔顺剂投放口的开口面积小于洗涤剂投放口的开口面积,通过采用这样的圆弧结构20,可以在投放装置1枢转至闭合位置时,与本体10以及容纳腔形成良好的避让空间,从而保证投放装置1能够顺利地收纳于容纳腔中。
优选地,投放装置1还包括饰板7,当投放装置1枢转到闭合位置时,饰板7与衣物处理设备的操作面板8齐平。如图27至35所示,投放装置1完全收纳于本体10内时,饰板7的外侧表面与洗衣机的操作面板8的外侧表面齐平,即饰板7的外侧表面与操作面板8的外侧表面共面,从而使洗衣机的整体更为美观。
进一步优选地,本发明的衣物处理剂投放组件还包括自动弹出机构,自动弹出机构用于使投放装置1自动弹出到伸出位置。其中,自动弹出机构可以设置为通过人工操作将投放装置1弹出或者通过自动操作将投放装置1弹出,当通过自动操作来控制自动弹出机构时,可以将自动弹出机构与洗衣机的控制面板信号连接,当操作控制面板时,可以向自动弹出机构发送信号,从而使自动弹出机构动作,将投放装置1自动弹出至伸出位置。当通过人工操作来控制自动弹出机构时,可以在饰板7上设置按键9,按键9用于被按压时触发自动弹出机构,以使投放装置1自动弹出到伸出位置。

优选地,本发明的衣物处理剂投放组件还包括泵送装置,泵送装置与存储容器3连通,用于将存储容器3中的衣物处理剂泵送到洗衣机的工作腔中。其中泵送装置可以为液压泵,其中,液压泵的一端与存储容器3连通,另一端与洗衣机的工作腔连通,并且液压泵和控制面板信号连接,通过控制面板可以操作液压泵开启,从而将存储容器3中的衣物处理剂注入到工作腔内,从而完成对衣物的洗涤操作。当然,上述中泵送装置为液压泵仅是示例性的,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置泵送装置的具体结构,只要通过泵送装置能够将存储容器3中的洗涤剂和柔顺剂的混合剂注入到洗衣机的工作腔内即可。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (69)

  1. 一种用于衣物处理设备的衣物处理剂投放组件,所述衣物处理设备包括本体,所述衣物处理剂投放组件包括相连的存储容器和投放装置,所述存储容器固定设置在所述本体中,用于存储衣物处理剂;所述投放装置能够相对于所述存储容器移动,用于投放衣物处理剂。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述衣物处理剂投放组件还包括套管装置,所述套管装置的一端与所述投放装置连通,另一端与所述存储容器连通,使得所述投放装置能够相对于所述存储容器移动的同时,所述投放装置中的衣物处理剂还能流到所述存储容器中。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述投放装置包括至少一个投放腔,所述套管装置包括与所述投放腔一一对应的至少一个套管组,每个所述套管组将一个所述投放腔连通到所述存储容器。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,每个所述套管组都包括第一端部套管和第二端部套管,所述第一端部套管与所述投放腔连通,所述第二端部套管与所述存储容器连通,所述第一端部套管和所述第二端部套管彼此密封地套设到一起。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,每个所述套管组还包括设置在所述第一端部套管与所述第二端部套管之间的至少一个中间套管,所述中间套管的两端分别与所述第一端部套管和所述第二端部套管彼此密封地套设到一起。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述衣物处理剂包括洗涤剂和柔顺剂,所述至少一个投放腔包括洗涤剂投放腔和柔顺剂投放腔。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述投放腔的底壁朝所述存储容器的方向向下倾斜,并且/或者所述存储容器的底壁沿远离所述投放装置的方向向下倾斜。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述第一端部套管连接到所述投放腔的后侧壁的底部,所述第二端部套管连接到所述存储容器的前侧壁的顶部。
  9. 根据权利要求3至8中任一项所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述投放装置上设置有导轨,所述本体上设置有与所述导轨匹配的平移机构,所述投放装置能够通过所述导轨与所述平移机构的配合而相对于所述存储容器在缩回位置与伸出位置之间平移。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述投放装置还包括饰板,当所述投放装置处于缩回位置时,所述饰板与所述衣物处理设备的操作面板齐平。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述衣物处理剂投放组件还包括自动弹出机构,所述自动弹出机构用于使所述投放装置自动弹出到伸出位置。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述饰板上设置有按键,所述按键用于被按压时触发所述自动弹出机构,以使所述投放装置自动弹出到伸出位置。
  13. 根据权利要求9所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述衣物处理剂投放组件还包括锁定机构,所述锁定机构包括设置在所述投放装置或所述本体上的锁钩以及对应地设置在所述本体或所述投放装置上的锁扣,当所述投放装置处于缩回位置时,所述锁钩与所述锁扣接合以便将所述投放装置锁定在缩回位置。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述自动弹出机构包括弹性复位构件,所述弹性复位构件的一端连接到所述本体或所述存储容器,另一端连接到所述投放装置;当所述投放装置处于缩回位置时,所述弹性复位构件朝远离所述存储容器的方向偏压所述投放装置。
  15. 根据权利要求2至8中任一项所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述衣物处理剂投放组件还包括泵送装置,所述泵送装置与所述存储容器连通,用于将所述存储容器中的衣物处理剂泵送到所述衣物处理设备的工作腔中。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述衣物处理剂投放组件还包括连通装置,所述连通装置设置成将所述投放装置与所述存储容器连通并且允许所述投放装置相对于所述存储容器移动。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述连通装置设置成插接装置的形式,所述插接装置的一部分设置在所述投放装置上,另一部分设置在所述存储容器上,使得当所述投放装置相对于所述存储容器移动到伸出位置时,所述插接装置将所述投放装置与所述存储容器连通,从而使所述投放装置中的衣物处理剂能够流到所述存储容器中。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述投放装置包括至少一个投放腔,所述插接装置包括与所述投放腔一一对应的至少一个插接部件,每个所述插接部件将一个所述投放腔连通到所述存储容器。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,每个所述插接部件都包括第一流道构件和第二流道构件,所述第一流道构 件与所述投放腔连通并且包括衣物处理剂出口,所述第二流道构件与所述存储容器连通并且包括衣物处理剂入口,当所述投放装置相对于所述存储容器移动到伸出位置时,所述衣物处理剂出口与所述衣物处理剂入口密封对接。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述第一流道构件上设置有形成所述衣物处理剂出口的插管,所述第二流道构件上设置有形成所述衣物处理剂入口的插孔,当所述投放装置相对于所述存储容器移动到伸出位置时,所述插管与所述插孔密封接合。
  21. 根据权利要求19所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述第一流道构件上设置有形成所述衣物处理剂出口的插孔,所述第二流道构件上设置有形成所述衣物处理剂入口的插管,当所述投放装置相对于所述存储容器移动到伸出位置时,所述插孔与所述插管密封接合。
  22. 根据权利要求20所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述插管上设置有第一阀片,所述第一阀片在常态下贴合到所述衣物处理剂出口上并因此封闭所述衣物处理剂出口;
    所述插孔上设置有第二阀片,所述第二阀片在常态下贴合到所述衣物处理剂入口上并因此封闭所述衣物处理剂入口;
    所述第二阀片上还设置有向外延伸的顶柱,当所述插管与所述插孔接合时,所述插管推动所述第二阀片并因此打开所述衣物处理剂入口,同时所述顶柱推动所述第一阀片并因此打开所述衣物处理剂出口。
  23. 根据权利要求20所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述第一流道构件包括从所述投放腔向下延伸的主体部分,所述插管从所述主体部分向外水平延伸;
    所述第二流道构件包括从所述存储容器向外水平延伸的主体区段和从所述主体区段向上延伸的竖直区段,所述插孔形成在所述竖直区段的内侧。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述第二流道构件的主体区段的底壁沿远离所述投放装置的方向向下倾斜。
  25. 根据权利要求18所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述投放腔的底壁朝所述存储容器的方向向下倾斜,并且/或者所述存储容器的底壁沿远离所述投放装置的方向向下倾斜。
  26. 根据权利要求18所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述衣物处理剂包括洗涤剂和柔顺剂,所述至少一个投放腔包括洗涤剂投放腔和柔顺剂投放腔。
  27. 根据权利要求16至26中任一项所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述投放装置上设置有导轨,所述本体上设置有与所述导轨匹配的平移机构,所述投放装置能够通过所述导轨与所述平移机构的配合而相对于所述存储容器在缩回位置与伸出位置之间平移。
  28. 根据权利要求27所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述投放装置还包括饰板,当所述投放装置处于缩回位置时,所述饰板与所述衣物处理设备的操作面板齐平。
  29. 根据权利要求28所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述衣物处理剂投放组件还包括自动弹出机构,所述自动弹出机构用于使所述投放装置自动弹出到伸出位置。
  30. 根据权利要求29所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述饰板上设置有按键,所述按键用于被按压时触发所述自动弹出机构,以使所述投放装置自动弹出到伸出位置。
  31. 根据权利要求27所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述衣物处理剂投放组件还包括锁定机构,所述锁定机构包括设置在所述 投放装置或所述本体上的锁钩以及对应地设置在所述本体或所述投放装置上的锁扣,当所述投放装置处于缩回位置时,所述锁钩与所述锁扣接合以便将所述投放装置锁定在缩回位置。
  32. 根据权利要求29所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述自动弹出机构包括弹性复位构件,所述弹性复位构件的一端连接到所述本体或所述存储容器,另一端连接到所述投放装置;当所述投放装置处于缩回位置时,所述弹性复位构件朝远离所述存储容器的方向偏压所述投放装置。
  33. 根据权利要求16至26中任一项所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述衣物处理剂投放组件还包括泵送装置,所述泵送装置与所述存储容器连通,用于将所述存储容器中的衣物处理剂泵送到所述衣物处理设备的工作腔中。
  34. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述衣物处理剂投放组件还包括枢转机构,所述投放装置借助所述枢转机构相对于所述本体枢转,并且所述枢转机构中设置有流动通道,所述流动通道将所述投放装置与所述存储容器连通。
  35. 根据权利要求34所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述枢转机构包括轴座和枢转地插设在所述轴座中的转轴,所述流动通道包括设置在所述轴座中的第一流动通道和设置在所述转轴中的第二流动通道,所述第一流动通道与所述存储容器连通,所述第二流动通道与所述第一流动通道和所述投放装置连通。
  36. 根据权利要求35所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述投放装置包括至少一个投放腔,所述转轴中设置有与所述投放腔一一对应的至少一个衣物处理剂入口,每个所述衣物处理剂入口将一个所述投放腔连通到所述第二流动通道。
  37. 根据权利要求35所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述轴座两端的内壁或所述转轴两端的外壁上设置有密封槽,所述密封槽中设置有密封圈。
  38. 根据权利要求35所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述衣物处理剂投放组件还包括连通构件,所述连通构件设置在所述轴座与所述存储容器之间,用于将所述第一流动通道连通到所述存储容器。
  39. 根据权利要求38所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述连通构件的底壁沿远离所述投放装置的方向向下倾斜。
  40. 根据权利要求36所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述投放腔的底壁朝所述存储容器的方向向下倾斜,并且/或者所述存储容器的底壁沿远离所述投放装置的方向向下倾斜。
  41. 根据权利要求36所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述衣物处理剂包括洗涤剂和柔顺剂,所述至少一个投放腔包括洗涤剂投放腔和柔顺剂投放腔。
  42. 根据权利要求34至41中任一项所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述衣物处理剂投放组件还包括自动弹出机构,所述自动弹出机构用于使所述投放装置自动弹出到伸出位置。
  43. 根据权利要求42所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述投放装置还包括饰板,当所述投放装置枢转到闭合位置时,所述饰板与所述衣物处理设备的操作面板齐平。
  44. 根据权利要求43所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述饰板上设置有按键,所述按键用于被按压时触发所述自动弹出机构,以使所述投放装置自动弹出到伸出位置。
  45. 根据权利要求43所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述衣物处理剂投放组件还包括锁定机构,所述锁定机构包括设置在所述投放装置或所述本体上的锁钩以及对应地设置在所述本体或所述投放装置上的锁扣,当所述投放装置枢转到闭合位置时,所述锁钩与所述锁扣接合以便将所述投放装置锁定在闭合位置。
  46. 根据权利要求43所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述自动弹出机构包括弹性复位构件,所述弹性复位构件的一端连接到所述本体,另一端连接到所述投放装置;当所述投放装置处于闭合位置时,所述弹性复位构件给所述投放装置施加朝打开位置枢转的偏置力。
  47. 根据权利要求46所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述弹性复位构件是扭簧。
  48. 根据权利要求34至41中任一项所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述衣物处理剂投放组件还包括泵送装置,所述泵送装置与所述存储容器连通,用于将所述存储容器中的衣物处理剂泵送到所述衣物处理设备的工作腔中。
  49. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述衣物处理剂投放组件还包括竖向枢转机构,所述投放装置借助所述竖向枢转机构相对于所述本体沿竖向轴线枢转,并且所述竖向枢转机构中设置有流动通道,所述流动通道将所述投放装置与所述存储容器连通。
  50. 根据权利要求49所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述竖向枢转机构包括轴座和枢转地插设在所述轴座中的转轴,所述流动通道设置在所述转轴中。
  51. 根据权利要求50所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述投放装置包括至少一个投放腔,所述转轴中设置有与所述投放腔一一对应的至少一个导流管,每个所述导流管将一个所述投放腔连通到所述 存储容器。
  52. 根据权利要求50所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述轴座的内壁或所述转轴的外壁上设置有密封槽,所述密封槽中设置有密封圈。
  53. 根据权利要求51所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述衣物处理剂投放组件还包括连通构件,所述连通构件设置在所述轴座与所述存储容器之间并且包括与所述导流管一一对应的至少一个导流通道,每个所述导流通道用于将一个所述导流管连通到所述存储容器。
  54. 根据权利要求51所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述衣物处理剂包括洗涤剂和柔顺剂,所述至少一个投放腔包括洗涤剂投放腔和柔顺剂投放腔。
  55. 根据权利要求53所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述导流管包括第一导流管和第二导流管。
  56. 根据权利要求55所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述导流通道包括底层导流通道和顶层导流通道,所述第一导流管与所述顶层导流通道连通,所述第二导流管与所述底层导流通道连通。
  57. 根据权利要求56所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述转轴的旋转轴线与所述第二导流管的旋转轴线彼此重合。
  58. 根据权利要求53所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述导流通道的底壁沿远离所述投放装置的方向向下倾斜。
  59. 根据权利要求51所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述投放腔的底壁朝所述存储容器的方向向下倾斜,并且/或者所述存储容器的底壁沿远离所述投放装置的方向向下倾斜。
  60. 根据权利要求49至59中任一项所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述投放装置的内侧设置成弧形以便从所述本体向外枢转。
  61. 根据权利要求49至59中任一项所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述衣物处理剂投放组件还包括自动弹出机构,所述自动弹出机构用于使所述投放装置自动弹出到伸出位置。
  62. 根据权利要求61所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述投放装置还包括饰板,当所述投放装置枢转到闭合位置时,所述饰板与所述衣物处理设备的操作面板齐平。
  63. 根据权利要求62所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述饰板上设置有按键,所述按键用于被按压时触发所述自动弹出机构,以使所述投放装置自动弹出到打开位置。
  64. 根据权利要求61所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述衣物处理剂投放组件还包括锁定机构,所述锁定机构包括设置在所述投放装置或所述本体上的锁钩以及对应地设置在所述本体或所述投放装置上的锁扣,当所述投放装置枢转到闭合位置时,所述锁钩与所述锁扣接合以便将所述投放装置锁定在闭合位置。
  65. 根据权利要求61所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述自动弹出机构包括弹性复位构件,所述弹性复位构件的一端连接到所述本体,另一端连接到所述投放装置;当所述投放装置处于闭合位置时,所述弹性复位构件给所述投放装置施加朝打开位置枢转的偏置力。
  66. 根据权利要求65所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述弹性复位构件是扭簧。
  67. 根据权利要求49至59中任一项所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其 特征在于,所述衣物处理剂投放组件还包括泵送装置,所述泵送装置与所述存储容器连通,用于将所述存储容器中的衣物处理剂泵送到所述衣物处理设备的工作腔中。
  68. 一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述衣物处理设备包括权利要求2至67中任一项所述的衣物处理剂投放组件。
  69. 根据权利要求68所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述衣物处理设备是洗衣机或洗干一体机。
