本发明要解决的技术问题在于避免现有技术的不足之处而提出一种能够防止宠物粪便因粘连而不易拾取,且用一个收集袋能够完成多次粪便拾取的宠物拾便器,以及基于该宠物拾便器的宠物粪便拾取方法。
本发明解决所述技术问题可以通过采用以下技术方案来实现:
设计、制造一种宠物拾便器,能够与收集袋配合使用而拾捡宠物粪便,包括两夹铲部,用于将两夹铲部可转动连接在一起的铰接部,以及用于装/卸收集袋的收集袋固定部。所述夹铲部包括用于完成夹铲操作拾起粪便的夹板,以及用于驱动完成夹铲操作的握持部。借助铰接部,当两夹板被两握持部驱动合拢而成一能够承托粪便的托盘时,宠物拾便器处于拾取状态;当两夹板分开时,宠物拾便器处于备夹状态。所述收集袋固定部将收集袋袋口固定在两夹板之间,并且收集袋的袋底位于两夹板的正面,经过两夹板被驱动从备夹状态向拾取状态位移过程,两夹板合拢而将粪便置于托盘正面而进入收集袋内。
为确保卫生,所述收集袋固定部将收集袋袋口固定在两夹板之间,袋口翻转并包裹着两夹板安装在宠物拾便器上。
为更易于夹铲起宠物粪便,夹板加工有其夹口截面呈逐渐减薄的斜面楔状夹铲板,两夹板各自夹铲板的较薄边沿相对设置,使得经过两夹板被驱动从备夹状态向拾取状态位移过程,合拢的夹板令夹铲板驱使宠物粪便易于被夹起铲入托盘的正面。
作为夹板的实现方案,夹板包括底板,以及一体成形地连接在底板正面的围挡板,使得, 在拾取状态时,两夹板合拢成为由盘边和盘底围成的盆状的托盘,两夹板各自的底板合拢成为托盘的盘底,两夹板各自的围挡板合拢成为托盘的环柱状的盘边。
为更易于夹铲起宠物粪便,在夹板的实现方案中,夹板的底板加工有其夹口截面呈逐渐减薄的斜面楔状夹铲板,两底板各自夹铲板的较薄边沿相对设置,使得经过两夹板被驱动从备夹状态向拾取状态位移过程,合拢的夹板的底板令夹铲板驱使宠物粪便被夹起铲入托盘的正面。
具体地,所述围挡板包括一体成形地连接在一起的背面板、侧面板和前面板。背面板的高度大于前面板的高度,侧面板的前端连接前面板,侧面板的后端连接背面板。从而在拾取状态时,两夹板合拢成为具有前低后高盘边的托盘。
为实现转动连接,所述绞接部包括转轴盘、轴承盘和轴盖。所述转轴盘包括顶盖,连接在顶盖背面的圆环柱状罩壁,连接在顶盖背面的转轴,以及连接在顶盖背面的至少一连接柱。所述轴承盘包括圆环柱状的轴承壁,设置在轴承壁内的轴承板,设置在轴承板上的轴承孔,以及设置在轴承板上的滑孔。两夹铲部中的一个连接转轴盘的罩壁,另一个连接轴承盘的轴承壁。所述转轴从轴承盘的正面插入轴承孔,连接柱穿过滑孔而连接轴承板背面的轴盖,连接柱能够随顶盖的转动而在滑孔内滑动位移,从而借助轴盖和轴承孔将转轴盘可转动地安装在轴承盘上,进而两夹铲部可转动的连接。
为实现夹板自动开合复位,所述绞接部内安装有弹簧,当握持部未受驱动时,借助该弹簧的弹性回复力使宠物拾便器处于拾取状态;当握持部受驱动时,弹簧的弹性回复力被克服而使宠物拾便器处于备夹状态。
为实现可自动开合复位的稳定转动连接,所述弹簧是借助弹性回复力能够在其两端部之间产生弹性扭矩的扭矩弹簧。所述绞接部包括转轴盘、轴承盘和轴盖。所述转轴盘包括顶盖,连接在顶盖背面的圆环柱状罩壁,连接在顶盖背面的转轴,以及连接在顶盖背面的至少一连接柱。所述轴承盘包括圆环柱状的轴承壁,设置在轴承壁内的轴承板,设置在轴承板上的轴承孔,以及设置在轴承板上的滑孔。两夹铲部中的一个连接转轴盘的罩壁,另一个连接轴承盘的轴承壁。所述转轴从轴承盘的正面插入轴承孔,连接柱穿过滑孔而连接轴承板背面的轴盖并能够随顶盖的转动而在滑孔内滑动位移;扭矩弹簧的一端连接转轴盘,另一端连接轴承盘;从而借助轴盖和轴承孔将转轴盘可转动地安装在轴承盘上,进而两夹铲部可转动的连接,借助扭矩弹簧在转轴盘与轴承盘之间形成弹性扭矩,当握持部未受驱动时,借助该扭矩弹簧的弹性扭矩使宠物拾便器处于拾取状态;当握持部受驱动时,扭矩弹簧的弹性扭矩被克服而使宠物拾便器处于备夹状态。
为实现装/卸收集袋,所述收集袋固定部包括为夹板配置的、用弹性材料制成的、至少一转动塞扣。该转动塞扣包括塞扣板,加工在塞扣板一端用于握持的手持板,加工在塞扣板另一端的两转轴卡扣板,以及设置在塞扣板上的至少一塞扣。两转轴卡扣板各自一端连接塞扣板,使两转轴卡扣板的另一端之间具有间隙,两转轴卡扣板相对板面呈圆柱面状。两转轴卡扣板各自一端连接塞扣板,使两转轴卡扣板的另一端之间具有间隙,两转轴卡扣板相对板面呈圆柱面状。所述夹板上加工有至少一组固定组件;固定组件包括加工在夹板上的安装柱,以及加工在夹板上的安装通孔。对于同一组固定组件,将安装柱卡装入两转轴卡扣板之间,使转动塞扣可转动地连接在夹板上,并且通过按压手持板,使塞扣能够从夹板一侧穿过安装通孔而借助扣在该夹板另一侧的卡钩固定转动塞扣。借助塞扣和安装通孔将收集袋可拆卸地安装在夹板上。
具体地,所述握持部设置有圆环柱状的握柄。
本发明解决所述技术问题还可以通过采用以下技术方案来实现:
提出一种宠物粪便拾取方法,基于所述的宠物拾便器,所述方法包括如下步骤,
A.借助收集袋固定部将收集袋的袋口安装在两夹板之间,并且使收集袋的袋底位于两夹板的正面;
B.循环进行以下分步骤B1至B4,拾取宠物粪便,
B1.驱使两握持部相对位移,从而驱动两夹板相对分离而处于备夹状态;
B2.将宠物粪便置于备夹状态的两夹板之间,并且被收集袋罩扣;
B3.驱使两握持部相对位移,驱动两夹板靠拢而从备夹状态变成拾取状态,两夹板对宠物粪便完成夹铲,并使宠物粪便被置于两合拢夹板形成的托盘正面,也就是进入收集袋的袋口;
B4.翻转宠物拾便器,使宠物粪便落入收集袋内。
为确保卫生,所述步骤A包括如下分步骤使收集袋包裹夹板:
A1.将两夹板置于收集袋的初装袋口内,收集袋的袋底位于两夹板的背面,借助收集袋固定部将收集袋安装在两夹板上;
A2.使宠物拾便器处于备夹状态,将收集袋的袋底由两夹板背面向正面从它们之间穿过,收集袋的初装袋口翻转而缠绕包裹夹板后在两夹板之间形成袋口,收集袋的袋底位于夹板的正面。
同现有技术相比较,本发明“宠物拾便器及其宠物粪便拾取方法”的技术效果在于:
本发明宠物拾便器能够连贯完成宠物粪便拾取和装入收集袋的操作,不需要专门定制收 集袋,且在收集袋空间足够的情况下,一个收集袋可以完成多次宠物粪便拾取,使用方便、效率高;另外,使用时收集袋缠绕在夹板上,有效防止粪便粘连宠物拾便器,无需专门清洗宠物拾便器,同时也更易于拾取落入草地的宠物粪便,确保人体以及宠物拾便器与宠物粪便隔离,安全卫生,免去人手以及拾便器被玷污,从而本发明宠物拾便器更易于普及使用。

具体实施例
以下结合附图所示优选实施例作进一步详述。
本发明提出一种宠物拾便器,如图1至图10所示,能够与收集袋5配合使用而拾捡宠物粪便,包括两夹铲部1,用于将两夹铲部1可转动连接在一起的铰接部2,以及用于装/卸收集袋5的收集袋固定部3。所述夹铲部1包括用于完成夹铲操作拾起粪便的夹板11,以及用于驱动完成夹铲操作的握持部12。借助铰接部2,如图1所示,当两夹板11被两握持部12驱动合拢而成一能够承托粪便的托盘14时,宠物拾便器处于拾取状态;如图2所示,当两夹板11分开时,宠物拾便器处于备夹状态。如图5所示,所述收集袋固定部3将收集袋袋口固定在两夹板11之间,并且收集袋5的袋底位于两夹板11的正面,经过两夹板11被驱动从备夹状态向拾取状态位移过程,如图7所示,两夹板11合拢而将粪便置于托盘14正面而进入收集袋内。所述夹板11的正面,以及后文所述夹板11的背面只是区分地说明夹板11的 相对两面。
本发明还提出一种宠物粪便拾取方法,基于以上所述的宠物拾便器,包括如下步骤:
A.如图5所示,借助收集袋固定部3将收集袋的袋口安装在两夹板11之间,并且使收集袋5的袋底位于两夹板11的正面;
B.循环进行以下分步骤B1至B4,拾取宠物粪便6,
B1.如图5所示,驱使两握持部12相对位移,从而驱动两夹板11相对分离而处于备夹状态;
B2.如图6所示,将宠物粪便6置于备夹状态的两夹板11之间,并且被收集袋5罩扣;
B3.如图7所示,驱使两握持部12相对位移,驱动两夹板11靠拢而从备夹状态变成拾取状态,两夹板11对宠物粪便6完成夹铲,并使宠物粪便6被置于两合拢夹板11形成的托盘14正面,也就是进入收集袋5的袋口;
B4.如图8所示,翻转宠物拾便器,使宠物粪便6落入收集袋内。
如图9所示,在收集袋5足够大的情况下,完成一次宠物粪便拾取,不需要更换收集袋5,落入收集袋5的袋底的宠物粪便6不会影响下一次宠物粪便拾取,即完成上述分步骤B1至B4。因此本发明宠物式便器可以实现用一个非专门定制的收集袋5完成多次宠物粪便拾取。如图10所示,完成多次宠物粪便拾取后,将收集袋5从宠物拾便器上卸下丢弃到允许的收集点即可。本发明宠物拾便器能够连贯完成宠物粪便6拾取和装入收集袋5的操作,在收集袋5空间足够的情况下,一个收集袋5可以完成多次宠物粪便拾取,使用方便、效率高。另外,由于收集袋5的袋口在两夹板11之间安装,确保宠物粪便的夹铲过程都由收集袋隔离宠物粪便6和夹板11,有效防止粪便粘连宠物拾便器,无需专门清洗宠物拾便器。拾取落入草地的宠物粪便不会因为草地缠绕、粪便粘连等问题而玷污夹板11,反而通过宠物粪便粘连收集袋而使收集过程更加方便。本发明确保人体与宠物粪便隔离,安全卫生,从而令宠物拾便器更易于普及使用。
为了更好地防止夹板11被宠物粪便粘连,如图5所示,本发明采用包裹夹板11的收集袋5安装方式,所述收集袋固定部3将收集袋5袋口固定在两夹板11之间,袋口翻转并包裹着两夹板11安装在宠物拾便器上。
那么,本发明上述步骤A还包括如下分步骤完成袋口翻转包裹夹板11过程:
A1.将两夹板11置于收集袋5的初装袋口内,收集袋5的袋底位于两夹板11的背面,借助收集袋固定部3将收集袋5安装在两夹板上;初装袋口是未完成收集袋5安装时的收集 袋袋口,区别于收集袋5安装完成后形成的袋口;
A2.使宠物拾便器处于备夹状态,将收集袋5的袋底由两夹板11的背面向正面从它们之间穿过,收集袋5的初装袋口翻转而缠绕包裹夹板11后在两夹板11之间形成袋口,该袋口就是收集袋5安装完成而形成,收集袋5的袋底位于夹板11的正面。
通过上述分步骤A1至A2的收集袋安装在夹板11的操作,如图5所示,夹板11被收集袋5完全缠绕而与外部隔离,更好的防止宠物粪便和其它污物玷污夹板11,使宠物拾便器的操作更加安全卫生,避免对宠物拾便器的专门清洁,更易于宠物拾便器普及使用。
为使夹板11更易于夹铲起宠物粪便,如图1至图4所示,夹板11加工有其夹口截面1131呈逐渐减薄的斜面楔状夹铲板113,两夹板11各自夹铲板113的较薄边沿相对设置,使得,经过两夹板11被驱动从备夹状态向拾取状态位移过程,合拢的夹板11令夹铲板113驱使宠物粪便6被夹起铲入托盘14的正面。
本发明优选实施例,如图1至图3所示,夹板11包括底板111,以及一体成形地连接在底板正面的围挡板112,使得,在拾取状态时,两夹板11合拢成为由盘边15和盘底16围成的盆状的托盘14,两夹板11各自的底板111合拢成为托盘14的盘底16,两夹板11各自的围挡板112合拢成为托盘14的环柱状的盘边15。
同样为使夹板11更易于夹铲起宠物粪便,本发明优选实施例,如图1至图4所示,夹板的底板111加工有其夹口截面1131呈逐渐减薄的斜面楔状夹铲板113,两底板111各自夹铲板113的较薄边沿相对设置,使得,经过两夹板11被驱动从备夹状态向拾取状态位移过程,合拢的夹板11的底板111令夹铲板113驱使宠物粪便6被夹起铲入托盘14的正面。
本发明优选实施例,如图1至图3所示,所述围挡板112包括一体成形地连接在一起的背面板114、侧面板115和前面板116。背面板114的高度大于前面板116的高度,侧面板115的前端连接前面板11,侧面板115的后端连接背面板114。从而在拾取状态时,两夹板11合拢成为具有前低后高盘边15的托盘14。
本申请所述“前端”、“后端”、“前”、“后”、“顶面”和“背面”只是为了区别地说明两个相对部位或者方向。
为使转动连接更加稳定耐用,如图1至图3所示,所述绞接部2包括转轴盘、轴承盘和轴盖27。所述转轴盘包括顶盖21,连接在顶盖背面的圆环柱状罩壁22,连接在顶盖21背面的转轴(图中未示出),以及连接在顶盖21背面的至少一连接柱(图中未示出)。所述轴承盘包括圆环柱状的轴承壁23,设置在轴承壁23内的轴承板24,设置在轴承板24上的轴承孔25,以及设置在轴承板24上的滑孔26。两夹铲部1中的一个连接转轴盘的罩壁22,另一个 连接轴承盘的轴承壁23。所述转轴从轴承盘的正面插入轴承孔25,连接柱穿过滑孔26而借助螺钉28连接轴承板24背面的轴盖27,连接柱能够随顶盖21的转动而在滑孔26内滑动位移,从而借助轴盖27和轴承孔25将转轴盘可转动地安装在轴承盘上,进而两夹铲部1可转动的连接。
为使夹板11实现自动开合复位,所述绞接部2内安装有弹簧,当握持部12未受驱动时,借助该弹簧的弹性回复力使宠物拾便器处于拾取状态;当握持部12受驱动时,弹簧的弹性回复力被克服而使宠物拾便器处于备夹状态。
本发明优选实施例结合上述结构实现能够自动开合复位的、稳定转动连接的宠物拾便器,如图3所示,所述弹簧是借助弹性回复力能够在其两端部之间产生弹性扭矩的扭矩弹簧4。所述绞接部2包括转轴盘、轴承盘和轴盖27。所述转轴盘包括顶盖21,连接在顶盖21背面的圆环柱状罩壁22,连接在顶盖21背面的转轴(图中未示出),以及连接在顶盖背面的至少一连接柱(图中未示出)。所述轴承盘包括圆环柱状的轴承壁23,设置在轴承壁23内的轴承板24,设置在轴承板24上的轴承孔25,以及设置在轴承板24上的滑孔26。两夹铲部1中的一个连接转轴盘的罩壁22,另一个连接轴承盘的轴承壁23。所述转轴从轴承盘的正面插入轴承孔25,连接柱穿过滑孔26而借助螺钉28连接轴承板24背面的轴盖27并能够随顶盖21的转动而在滑孔26内滑动位移。扭矩弹簧4的一端连接转轴盘,另一端连接轴承盘。从而借助轴盖27和轴承孔24将转轴盘可转动地安装在轴承盘上,进而两夹铲部1可转动的连接,借助扭矩弹簧4在转轴盘与轴承盘之间形成弹性扭矩,当握持部12未受驱动时,借助该扭矩弹簧4的弹性扭矩使宠物拾便器处于拾取状态;当握持部12受驱动时,扭矩弹簧4的弹性扭矩被克服而使宠物拾便器处于备夹状态。
为实现可装/卸的安装收集袋5,所述收集袋固定部3包括为夹板11配置的、用弹性材料制成的、至少一转动塞扣35。本发明优选实施例,各夹板11分别配置一转动塞扣35。如图3所示,该转动塞扣35包括塞扣板31,加工在塞扣板31一端用于握持的手持板32,加工在塞扣板31另一端的两转轴卡扣板331,以及设置在塞扣板31上的至少一塞扣34。两转轴卡扣板331各自一端连接塞扣板31,使两转轴卡扣板331的另一端之间具有间隙,两转轴卡扣板331相对板面呈圆柱面状。塞扣34是具有扇形横截面的扇环柱面板,塞扣34的轴向底端连接塞扣板31,该塞扣34的轴向顶端具有向扇环柱面外伸出的卡钩341。所述夹板11上加工有至少一组固定组件。本发明优选实施例,各夹板11上分别设置一组固定组件。夹板11上可以设置多组固定组件,供转动塞扣35根据需要选择使用,因而固定组件的数量应当不少于转动塞扣35的数量。固定组件包括加工在夹板11上的安装柱131,以及加工在夹板 11上的安装通孔132。对于同一组固定组件,将安装柱131卡装入两转轴卡扣板331之间,使转动塞扣35可转动地连接在夹板11上,并且通过按压手持板32,使塞扣34能够从夹板11一侧穿过安装通孔132而借助扣在该夹板11另一侧的卡钩341固定转动塞扣35。借助塞扣34和安装通孔132将收集袋5可拆卸地安装在夹板11上。
本发明优选实施例,如图1至图10所示,所述握持部12设置有圆环柱状的握柄121。

  1. 一种宠物拾便器,能够与收集袋配合使用而拾捡宠物粪便,其特征在于:
    包括两夹铲部,用于将两夹铲部可转动连接在一起的铰接部,以及用于装/卸收集袋的收集袋固定部;
    所述夹铲部包括用于完成夹铲操作拾起粪便的夹板,以及用于驱动完成夹铲操作的握持部;
    借助铰接部,当两夹板被两握持部驱动合拢而成一能够承托粪便的托盘时,宠物拾便器处于拾取状态;当两夹板分开时,宠物拾便器处于备夹状态;
    所述收集袋固定部将收集袋袋口固定在两夹板之间,并且收集袋的袋底位于两夹板的正面,经过两夹板被驱动从备夹状态向拾取状态位移过程,两夹板合拢而将粪便置于托盘正面而进入收集袋内。

    所述收集袋固定部包括为夹板配置的、用弹性材料制成的、至少一转动塞扣;该转动塞扣包括塞扣板,加工在塞扣板一端用于握持的手持板,加工在塞扣板另一端的两转轴卡扣板,以及设置在塞扣板上的至少一塞扣;
    两转轴卡扣板各自一端连接塞扣板,使两转轴卡扣板的另一端之间具有间隙,两转轴卡扣板相对板面呈圆柱面状;
    塞扣是具有扇形横截面的扇环柱面板,塞扣的轴向底端连接塞扣板,该塞扣的轴向顶端具有向扇环柱面外伸出的卡钩;
    所述夹板上加工有至少一组固定组件;固定组件包括加工在夹板上的安装柱,以及加工在夹板上的安装通孔;
    对于同一组固定组件,将安装柱卡装入两转轴卡扣板之间,使转动塞扣可转动地连接在夹板上,并且通过按压手持板,使塞扣能够从夹板一侧穿过安装通孔而借助扣在该夹板另一侧的卡钩固定转动塞扣;借助塞扣和安装通孔将收集袋可拆卸地安装在夹板上。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的宠物拾便器,其特征在于:
    所述握持部设置有圆环柱状的握柄。
  12. 一种宠物粪便拾取方法,基于权利要求1所述的宠物拾便器,其特征在于所述方法包括如下步骤:
    A.借助收集袋固定部将收集袋的袋口安装在两夹板之间,并且使收集袋的袋底位于两夹板的正面;
    B.循环进行以下分步骤B1至B4,拾取宠物粪便,
    B1.驱使两握持部相对位移,从而驱动两夹板相对分离而处于备夹状态;
    B2.将宠物粪便置于备夹状态的两夹板之间,并且被收集袋罩扣;
    B3.驱使两握持部相对位移,驱动两夹板靠拢而从备夹状态变成拾取状态,两夹板 对宠物粪便完成夹铲,并使宠物粪便被置于两合拢夹板形成的托盘正面,也就是进入收集袋的袋口;
    B4.翻转宠物拾便器,使宠物粪便落入收集袋内。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的宠物粪便拾取方法,其特征在于:
    所述步骤A包括如下分步骤:
    A1.将两夹板置于收集袋的初装袋口内,收集袋的袋底位于两夹板的背面,借助收集袋固定部将收集袋安装在两夹板上;
    A2.使宠物拾便器处于备夹状态,将收集袋的袋底由两夹板背面向正面从它们之间穿过,收集袋的初装袋口翻转而缠绕包裹夹板后在两夹板之间形成袋口,收集袋的袋底位于夹板的正面。
