Abstract

"Recolhedor de fezes de animais" constituído de um dispositivo concebido em material plástico rígido tendo um formato de tesoura em cujas extremidades de um lado uma concha receptora de dejetos que são recolhidos por uma garra e levados para dentreo da concha. Na outra extremidade estão as argolas para que os usuários adentren os dedos e manuseie o recolhedor no sentido de abrir e fechar. Associado ao dispositivo um receptor de refil que recebe os resíduos destacando-se após o uso e deixado o material recolhido em lixeiras.

RELATÓRIO DESCRITIVO
Recolliedor de fezes de animais Patente Modelo de Utilidade, cujo sistema foi concebido com o uso de material plástico rígido, possibilitando maior facilidade no manuseio e também na sua limpeza. Utilizando do seu exclusivo sistema em forma de tesoura o recolliedor de fezes de animais atinge seus objetivos em qualquer tipo de terreno, independentemente da inclinação ou desnível do terreno porque possui excelente adaptação aos desníveis.
Possui um exclusivo suporte para receber o refil de saquinhos de plástico propiciando total higiene, pois o usuário não tem nenhum contato com as fezes dos animais.
Tem um exclusivo sistema de garras que separa somente o material a ser embalado, mesmo em terrenos gramados, ou desnivelados.
Possui mn moderno sistema de refil com capacidade para vinte ou trinta saquinhos de plástico, com sistema manual de frenagem do refil de saquinhos, visando facilitar o destaque de uma embalagem quando é utilizada, para a outra, que fica estocada no recolliedor de fezes de animais.
O sistema de refil permite fazer as operações sem precisar trocá-lo, apenas destacando a embalagem já usada e puxando a nova embalagem para posterior utilização.
Recebeu suporte para cinto que facilita o transporte em passeio, mna vez considerando o seu pese extremamente leve de tamanho muito pequeno, e praticidade no seu manuseio, além de ecologicamente correto.
O seu designe arrojado lembra uma tesoura, porem, com uma funcionabilidade admirável.

REIVINDICAÇÃO
Recolhedor de Fezes de Animais Patente Modelo de Utilidade concebida para utilização nos canis e dos proprietários de animais.
O refíl fíg. (6) recolhedor de fezes de animais comportando de vinte a trinta embalagens, recebe os resíduos destacando-se após o uso e deixado o material recolhido em lixeiras.
Com seu formato tipo tesoura fíg. (1) tem em suas extremidades de um lado, uma concha fíg. (2), receptora de dejetos, que são recolhidos por uma garra fíg. (3) e levados para dentro da concha fíg. (2). Na outra extremidade estão as argolas para que os usuários adentrem os dedos e manuseie o recolhedor no sentido de abrir e fechar. Unindo as duas hastes da tesoura, no cruzamento das hastes temos uma mola helicoidal fíg. (4) para fazer o vai vem.
Já o receptor do refíl fíg. (5) e as bobinas das embalagens estão mostradas na fíg. (6).
