Abstract

The invention relates to a fecal collector (1) apparatus which is easy to use, portable, stackable, packable, environmentally sensitive and environmentally friendly usage for handling feces (50) of especially domestic animals such as cats and dogs, for easily cleaned and disposed of in the indoor and/or outdoor without the need of contact and obtained with minimum cost.

Description

FECAL COLLECTOR APPARATUS FOR DOMESTIC ANIMALS

Technical Field

In particular, the invention relates to a fecal collector having ergonomic, easily transportable features which allow the collection of domestic animal feces from areas where they leave their feces, without contact with the feces and disposed of in a protected state.

More specifically, the invention relates to a fecal collector that is quite easily obtained with minimum costs, which provides easy, portable, stackable, packable, environmentally friendly and user-friendly handling of domestic animal feces, especially domestic cat and dog feces, which can be easily cleaned and disposed of in the closed environment.

State of the Art

Nowadays, more and more people feed pets in their homes, especially cats and dogs.

Animals, such as cats and dogs, who are allowed to walk and/or walk freely in the outdoor environment defecate due to their natural life needs.

Although defecatio. needs of animals vary according to their species, cats and dogs meet these needs by walking around in open areas. In some cases, cats or dogs can also defecate indoors.

Although domesticated animals such as dogs or cats can be trained to defecate in certain areas in their home environments, while outdoor they can meet these needs in environments such as parks and gardens during their stroll.

In particular, animals that have not received toilet training are brought to public spaces only for the purpose of meeting their defecation needs and only in public spaces.

Feces left by animals, especially in parks and gardens, which are open to the public, can pose a major threat to the environment and human health as well as the health of other animals. Many dog or cat-specific diseases can be transmitted to humans through animal feces. The odor emitted by the disease-containing feces, especially in the open air and in hot weather, can also pose a serious hazard.

It can cause unintentional contact with animal droppings, especially in parks with playgrounds for young children. Therefore, it is of great importance that it is disposed of in a protected state without contact with animal feces.

At present, feces are collected by the pet owners using simple bags for this purpose and disposed in trash.

Most of the time, a single bag is used, feces are taken by hand bag passes and discarded into the nearest trash can.

This creates serious hygiene problems for both the animal owner and the inhabitants.

Many people do not collect these feces because they are made under trees or under the plants and leave them where they are. In this case, other pets or people may inadvertently come into contact with feces. At the same time, due to the lack of green areas in today's conditions, such pets make their feces on areas such as pavement, car tires and electric poles.

At present, another method is carried out by means of setups including a broom and a shovel. TR 2010 10668 refers to a stool bag and a lid applied to it. It is aimed to collect the faeces without touching the dustpan applied on the lid and it is stated that it is kept by the reservoir. However, this useful model is not very possible to carry the product and use it while holding the animal both during the walk with the animal. At the same time, the product concerned takes up considerable space and is very laborious to use. It is not possible to use with one hand.

In the present patent application TR2008/02326, an ergonomic bag is tried to be presented and for this purpose it is composed of 3 main parts, two holding handles and one bag. This product is held on the stool during use by holding the handle parts, and then tried to take the stool into the reservoir with the holding handles. In this state, it is very laborious to use and transport. In the file TR2017 / 10251, which is an existing product, the systems used by attaching to the pet tail are applied. In such apparatuses, there are negative properties such as damaging the animal or limiting its movement, as well as the disadvantages of not being easily applied when needed. In this case, there is no product that can be used even with one hand and that feces collection can be done easily while holding the animal collar, at the same time easy to carry and pack.

The present invention provides an animal feces collection apparatus with easy-to-use features to meet all needs. As a result, when all the previous technical documents were examined, no system was found that could be easily transportable, lightweight, disposible, simple to use and produced at low cost while enabling mass production and packaging.

Brief Description of the Invention

The present invention relates to a fecal collector apparatus that satisfies the aforementioned requirements, eliminates all disadvantages and brings some additional advantages, and provides easy-to-packable portable, usable, stool collecting apparatus with attached shovel and waste bag, which ensures that feces of animals such as cats and dogs can be easily removed from the area where they feed their feces.

It is an object of the present invention to make it possible to clean the feces of especially domestic animals such as cats and dogs from indoor and/or outdoor environments without touching them.

Another object of the invention is to make it easily portable.

Another object of the invention is to provide that it can be produced from environmentally sensitive and recycled material.

It is a further object of the invention to provide ease of use and ease of use, while simplifying the use of parts to meet all requirements, while reducing production and use costs. Another object of the invention is to provide the simplification of the parts used, the reduction of production and sales costs while meeting all requirements, and the ease of handling and transport.

In order to realize all the advantages mentioned above and to be understood from the following detailed description, the present invention brings with it many advantages with respect to said features.

The structural and characteristic features and all advantages of the invention will become apparent from the following figures and the detailed description made with reference to these figures. Therefore, the evaluation should be made considering these forms and detailed explanations.

Brief Description of the Figures

Figure 1 is a representative view of the apparatus according to the invention in a folded state.

Figure 2 is a representative view of the apparatus according to the invention showing the folded-out opening.

Figure 3 is a representative view of the ready-to-use fully open apparatus according to the invention.

Figure 4 is a representative view of the apparatus according to the invention fully open and ready to use, including a waste container. Figure 5 shows the use of the apparatus according to the invention, showing the pushing of the feces via the shovel connected to the collection body, by passing two or more fingers into it.

Figure 6 is a representative view of an embodiment of the apparatus of the present invention with an additional tip and use thereof. Figure 7 is a representative view of the apparatus of the present invention showing the packaging of the faeces after the collection of the faeces without touching and damaging the environment. Figure 8 is a representative view showing that while the animal collar is held with one hand the feces are easily collected via the invention with the other hand.

Figure 9 is a representative view of the apparatus according to the invention, which indicates that it is easy to transport. Figure 10 is a representation of the position of the apparatus according to the invention in disposible multiple packs.

Detailed Description of the Invention

The invention is related to a fecal collector (1) apparatus, which can be easily transported, stacked, packaged, environment friendly and which is very easy to use and has been obtained with minimum that costs, that provides easy and without contact removal of the feces (50) from outdoor and / or indoor areas, which are defecated vy domestic animals such as cats and dogs which are fed at home, providing easy cleaning of said feces (50) without contact.

The fecal collector (1) according to the invention is formed in the most basic form of two main bodies. A collection body (10), which enables the feces (50) to be collected by being moved by means of shovel (13) without touch, and a main body (20) which provides connection between the collection body (10) and the waste container (30), comprising an open front surface (25) and a rear surface (24), two side surfaces (21), a top surface (23) and a bottom surface (22).

The side surfaces (21) forming the main body (20) and the bottom (22) and the top surface (23) can be folded on each other. Basically, the main body (20) and the collection body (10) are produced from recycled paper of certain thickness characteristics of cardboard or corrugated propylene sheet (plastic cardboard).

These materials are environmentally advantageous because they are both easy to process and recyclable after short use. In addition, it can be made from any material that is foldable. Fold lines are formed in the edge lines of the side (21), top (23) and bottom (22) surfaces, thereby providing minimum space occupancy when closed. Thanks to its folding feature, it is made practical to carry and pack.

As can be seen in Figures 9 and 10, the product subject to the invention can be easily carried in a pocket or bag, and can be sold in multiple packages. It can be used one time or more depending on the user.

The port (11) is formed on the top surface (23) forming the main body (20). The collection body (10) is connected to the main body (20) via this port (11 ). The port (11 ) is not fixed and it is possible to rotate 360 degrees.

The port (11) is formed as a point of force for moving the collection body (10) to the right / left (H 1 ) and up / down (H3). In this way, it is demonstrated that the collection body (10) can be folded on the top surface (23) to form a minimum space and to be opened by turning to the desired point during use.

The collection body (10) is produced as a single structure and made of the same material as the main body (20). The collection body (10) comprises a holding slot (12), which is formed from superficially foldable surfaces and has a space in which hand fingers can enter, and a shovel (13) acting with the force applied to the holding slot (12), which enables the feces (50) to be pushed without touching. The fecal collector (1) according to the invention is in two-dimensional form in a folded manner as shown in Figures 1, 9 and 10, before being used.

The fecal collector (1) which is put out of the package in a closed pocket or bag is not damaged if it is seated or stuck in the bag and does not lose its feature. When it is desired to be used, it is prepared for use by making it three-dimensional from the folding lines. For this purpose, the top surface (23) housing the collection body (10) is lifted upwards in the unfold/fold (H2) direction as shown in Figure 2, so that the two side surfaces (21) are verticalized. In this way, the front surface (25) and the rear surfaces (24) are brought to the open shape shown in Figure 3 with the four sides closed. The collecting body (10), which can be rotated via the port (11), can be moved by turning it in the right / left (H 1 ) direction. The collection body (10) is aligned horizontally with the front surface (25).

The fecal collector (1) device according to the invention, which is shown in Figure 4, comprises a shovel (13) which can be moved up / down (H3) by means of the holding slot (12) on the collection body (10) which is opened by folding lines and turned into three dimensions. The shovel (13) can be bent 90 degrees with the applied force. The bending line (14) is formed in order to facilitate the up / down movement (H3) of the holding housing (12) when force is applied by the fingers. The bending line (14) allows the up/down (H3) movement to be performed easily. The marker and the middle finger are inserted into the holding slot (12). The other thumb, ring, and pinch fingers reveal a comfortable hold of the fecal collector (1) apparatus.

The product of the invention can be used with both right and left hands. The feces (50) in front of the shovel (13) are pushed from the front surface (25) towards the rear surface (24) by means of up/down (H3) movement of the fingers positioned in the holding slot (12). In this way, the hand does not come into contact with the feces (50) in any way and is released from its location.

In the holding areas formed on the rear surface (24) of the main body (20), a waste container (30) of polyamide material is located which is capable of being folded to form a minimum area. The waste container (30) is easily replaceable and can be disposed of separately from the main body (20). It can be used by attaching another waste container (30) bag to the main body (20).

Basically, the shovel (13) can be disposed of without reuse after contact with the feces (50), or the waste container (30) can be easily replaced by removing it from the main body (20) if it is desired to be used again.

The waste container (30) is sized to accommodate the feces (50) as well as the entire apparatus (1). In another embodiment of the present invention comprises a connection apparatus (40) which is represented in Figure 6. The connection apparatus (40) is in a rope or similar form, and after the cleaning is completed, the whole feces (50) and the apparatus (1) remain in the waste container (30) and then tied and disposed of without contacting the environment. The feces collector (1) of the present invention can easily be used with the other idle hand while keeping the pet with one hand thanks to the ease of use of the apparatus.

The feces (50) does not come into contact with the pet owner in any way, but can also be easily removed from the environment.

As a result, the invention provides easy, portable, stackable, packable, environmentally sensitive and environmentally friendly usage for handling feces (50) of especially domestic animals such as cats and dogs, for easily cleaned and disposed of in the indoor and/or outdoor without the need of contact and obtained with minimum cost, comprising a main body (20) having two side surfaces (21) that have folding lines which allow folding on to each other in two dimensions, a bottom surface (22), a top surface (23) and open front surface (25) and a rear surface (24), a port (11) formed on the upper surface (23) of the main body (20) as a point of force for moving left / right (H1) and up / down (H3), a holding slot (12) connected to the main body (20) via said port (11) enabling upward / downward (H3) movements by hand fingers and a collection body (10) with a shovel (13) for pushing the feces (50). The holding slot (12), which is gripped by the fingers, has foldable surfaces and dimensions which allow to be easily grasped and moved by at least two fingers inserted. The bending line (14) is formed which enables the upward/downward (H3) movement of the holding slot (12) formed on the collecting body (10) by force applied by fingers. The waste container (30) can be connected to the rear surface (24) of the main body (20) where the feces (50) pushed by the shovel (13) is disposed. The entire upper surface can be grasped by means of the thumb, ring and pinky finger other than the mark and the middle finger inserted into the holding slot (12). A connection apparatus (40) connected to the main body (20) may be applied, which exhibits the closure of the waste container (30) by being fastened meanwhile the feces (50) collection.

Claims

1. A fecal collector which is easy to use, portable, stackable, packable, environmentally sensitive, obtained with minimum cost and environmentally friendly for easily cleaning and disposing of the feces (50) left by these domestic animals in the indoor and/or outdoor envireonments without the need of contact and comprising; a main body (20) having two side surfaces (21) that have folding lines which allow folding on to each other in two dimensions, a bottom surface (22), a top surface (23) and open front surface (25) and a rear surface (24); a port (11) formed on said upper surface (23) of said main body (20) as a point of force for moving left / right (H1 ) and up / down (H3); and a holding slot (12) connected to said main body (20) via said port (11) enabling upward / downward (H3) movements by hand fingers and a collection body (10) with a shovel (13) for pushing the feces (50).

2. The fecal collector (1) apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the holding slot (12) formed on said collecting body (10) has a bending line (14) guiding the up / down (H3) movement when force is applied by the fingers.

3. The fecal collector (1) apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the holding slot (12) grasped by the fingers has foldable surfaces.

The fecal collector (1) apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises a waste container (30) which is connected to the rear surface (24) of the main body (20), where the feces (50) are pushed via said shovel (13) and which has a size that can contain the whole apparatus (1 ) after cleaning.

5. The fecal collector (1 ) apparatus according to claim 1 , characterized in that the upper surface (23) can be grasped via the thumb, ring and pinky finger, other than the index and the middle finger positioned in the holding slot (12) by the user.

6. The fecal collector (1) apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that all the bodies are made of recyclable, bendable cardboard or plastic material.

The fecal collector (1) apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that comprising a collection apparatus (40) connected at one end to the main body (20), which provides the closure of the waste container (30) via fastening in such a way that the feces (50) are loceted inside the main body (20) after collection.

8. The holding slot (12) according to claim 1, characterized in that being sufficiently large to allow at least two fingers to be inserted to easily grip and move.

9. The waste container (30) of the fecal collector (1 ) according to claim 1 , characterized in that it is produced from polyamide material which is easily contractible.
