Definitions
- the invention relates to a toilet body according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
- shower toilets which include a shower unit with a shower arm and a boiler.
- the heated water in the boiler is added to the shower arm and discharged through the nozzle.
- descaling agent is added to the boiler, during the decalcification process the descaling agent-containing water is passed from the boiler through the entire system (valves, hoses, etc.) to the nozzle opening, so that the entire device can be descaled.
- a capsule containing a descaling agent is known, which can be mounted at the front end of the shower arm, so that descaling agent containing water flows from the shower arm over the entire system (shower arm, valves, pump, boiler, etc.) during the descaling process and then discharged through the shower arm in the toilet seat.
- this type of descaling requires a specially designed capsule, which must be compatible with the shower arm.
- a disadvantage of the decalcification by means of the capsule is the complex handling. The shower arm must be extended, then the shower nozzle must be removed and the capsule put on. After the descaling program (about 45 minutes), the process must be repeated in the reverse order.
- the invention aims to remedy this situation.
- the invention has for its object to provide a toilet body, which allows a simplified incursions of a descaling agent in a boiler of the toilet without the user in the
- the invention solves this problem with a toilet body, which has the features according to claim 1, and a method having the features of claim 16.
- the channel is substantially parallel to the top.
- the advantage of running parallel to the top channel over a perpendicular to the top channel is essentially to be seen in the fact that the surface of a toilet is often contaminated by urine and dirty water, the side opening is outside the urine and dirty water area Since a side opening less visible than that in the top, such an embodiment also provides an aesthetic advantage.
- the channel is reversibly closable.
- the channel has a round cross-sectional area.
- the channel has an insert with a Schiitzförmigen opening.
- the area of the cross-section of the slot-shaped, preferably rectangular, opening is conveniently in the range of 3 to 5 cm 2 .
- the channel has over its entire length a minimum cross-sectional area, which is at least 4 cm 2 , preferably at least 12 cm 2 .
- the channel has a maximum cross-sectional area over its entire length, which is a maximum of 20 cm 2 , preferably a maximum of 15 cm 2 .
- the channel has a minimum diameter over its entire length, which is at least 2 cm, preferably at least 3 cm, typically 4 cm.
- the channel has a maximum diameter over its entire length, which is a maximum of 6 cm, preferably a maximum of 5 cm.
- the channel has a constant cross-sectional area over its entire length.
- the channel has a constant diameter over its entire length.
- the boiler is at least partially positioned in the cavity.
- the boiler comprises a fresh water supply opening, an outlet opening and a descaling agent receiving opening.
- a method according to the invention for descaling a boiler of the toilet seat body according to the invention comprises the following steps:
- the activation of the descaling operation is based on the conductivity of the water in the boiler. It is determined by measuring the conductivity of the water, whether the descaling agent is in the water of the boiler.
- the activation of the descaling operation is performed manually by the user.
- the user can carry out the descaling operation via a key or a remote control, e.g. trigger an app on a smartphone.
- the activation of the descaling operation takes place by means of a sensor.
- the sensor may consist of a photocell or a switch which detects the introduction of descaling agent into the duct.
- the senor is located in the boiler. Thanks to the arranged in the boiler sensor is determined by the change in conductivity of existing in the boiler, with the descaling agent added water that the descaling agent was added to the water in the boiler, so that the descaling process can be activated.
- the senor is located in the channel.
- the descaling agent eg Tab
- the sensor switch, photocell
- festgerhaiten carried out conveying the descaling in the boiler, so that the descaling process can be activated.
- the descaling agent-containing water is conveyed from the boiler to the bowl cavity.
- the descaling agent-containing water is transported in the same way by means of the same elements that are required for normal showering (pump / shower arm). In contrast to the normal showering process, the shower arm is not extended during the descaling process, so that the liquid flows out between the orifice and the nozzle of the shower arm.
- the descaling agent is in tableted form.
- the tableted form of the descaling agent guarantees a safer handling compared to liquid or powdered agents.
- a powdered agent would require an oblique channel or push-in mechanism.
- Liquid funds have proved to be too little concentrated, so that the required amount would be significantly too high, also there is a risk that the liquid funds flow away in an uncontrolled manner.
- the toilet body according to the invention is used in a shower-WC.
