在上述实施方式的基础上,主动传动箱体1为全密封结构,从动轴8与从动传动箱体2通过防水密封轴承连接。
如图5所示,主动传动箱体1内还设置有与马达5连接的电源22。优选的,电源22为可充电电池,主动传动箱体上还设置有与可充电电池连接的充电口23,充电口23的防水等级为IP68。
上述设置可以确保电子零件处于密封状态,不会进水,方便进行水底工作,还可以工作在高粉尘环境中。
如图5所示,第一磁体6通过第一固定件19与主动轴9连接,第二磁体7通过第二固定件20与从动轴8连接,第一固定件19位于主动传动箱体1内,第二固定件20位于从动传动箱体2内。此外,从动轴8通过齿轮组21与第二磁体7或第二固定件20连接。
用户开启电源后,电池驱动马达5,带动设备内与第一磁体6连接的第一固定件19转动,并带动第一磁体6转动,在上下隔空的情况下以磁力带动第二磁体7转动,继而传送动力至与第二磁体7连接的第二固定件20,第二固定件20与齿轮组21连接,推动齿轮转动,最后将动力传至从动轴8,推使从动轴8轴心以不同速度和方向转动。齿轮组21的设置可以通过多种齿轮的啮 合组合传递扭矩、改变速度和改变扭矩方向。
第一固定件19和第二固定件20的材质为阻磁性材料,如此使得第一固定件19背离第一磁体6一侧以及第二固定件20背离第二磁体7一侧的磁感线的强度较低,增强第一磁体6与第二磁体7之间的磁力耦合。
在上述各实施例中,第一磁体6和第二磁体7可以选择为各种天然磁石,还可以为各种人造磁体,除了磁石之外,还可以选择为电磁铁。
如图8所示,作为一种较为优选的实施方式,第一磁体6和第二磁体7相对的端面上的磁极按照NS极交替方式圆周排列。本实施例中,具体的,多个磁铁呈环状布置于第一固定件上形成第一磁体,任意两个相邻的磁铁的磁极布置方向相反,如具有八个磁铁,四个磁铁磁极以N-S向布置,四个磁铁的磁极以S-N向布置,且相邻磁铁的磁极布置方向相反,同理,第二磁体在第二固定件上的布置方式按照相同原理设置。如此设置的优点在于,第一磁体与第二磁体在相对静止的过程中,任意相对的位置均为N-S极相互吸引的状态,当在第一磁体受驱动转动一周的过程中,第二磁体经历的磁感线的变化较大,同时可以得到在空间上正弦分布的磁场,获得较强的磁力耦合,增强传动效果。
为了提高磁力传动效果,主动传动箱体1和从动传动箱体2的材质均为非磁性材料。
在上述的各实施方式中,主动传动箱体1和从动传动箱体2为一体连接。
在上述的各实施方式中,主动传动箱体1和从动传动箱体2为可分离设计。分离设计可以适应于多种的特殊工作环境,例如,受控装置10可以选择为清洁装置,该清洁系统能应用在通过室内控制室外传动移动的模式,当清洁大厦大型玻璃幕墙或围栏时,便可运用本实施例的无接触传动装置,将具有控制功能及传动功能的主动传动箱体和连接有清洁装置的从动传动箱体分别置于玻璃幕墙或围栏的两面,用户在室内通过控制主动传动箱体内的马达的开启、转速及转向,用磁力带动在玻璃幕墙或围栏另一面的清洁装置进行清洁。
在上述各实施方式提供的无接触传动装置中,受控装置10除了清洁装置外还可以选择为其他装置,如摄影机或引擎。例如本发明的受控装置选择相机 或各种摄影摄录器材,磁力可推动的重量可由一公斤、五公斤、十公斤以至更重,技术应用范围广,结合本申请中传动装置可以实现的优良密封条件,可以实现水下工作;再如,现时轮船、潜艇、水闸等均需要排水系统支持运作,将本申请的无接触传动装置应用在船只上便可将船只的马达、引擎置于密封的空间,在相同的原理下,以磁力推动引擎,取代现行模式。
如图5和图6所示,具有控制系统的无接触传动装置还包括设置在主动传动箱体1内的控制模块11,控制模块11与受控装置10连接,并用于控制受控装置10的工作。例如,当受控装置选择为摄影机时,具体实施过程中,控制模块可选择的设置以下参数:拍摄时间及拍摄类型,例如7.5秒/15秒:全景拍摄(panorama);30s/60s镜像:shortVideo;15min/60mins:延时摄影(time lapse);或者设置为1秒/15秒:全景拍摄(panorama);30s/60s镜像:shortVideo;1min/60mins:延时摄影(time lapse)。需要说明的是,控制模块的参数可选择的根据用户需要设置为其他数值,本实施例中仅仅为说明列举其中一种,控制模块参数包括并不限于上述数值。
如图5和图6所示,具有控制系统的无接触传动装置还包括设置在主动传动箱体1内的通信模块12,通信模块12分别与控制模块11、转速模块3和转向模块4连接。优选的,通信模块12可以为蓝牙通信模块、WIFI通信模块、2.4G/3G/4G通信模块、红外线通信模块、超声波通信模块或雷达通信模块,但通信模块并不局限于上述列举的各种通信模块。
在上述实施方式的基础上,具有控制系统的无接触传动装置还包括与通信模块12连接的遥控装置(图中未示出)。用户按下遥控装置上的按键,该按键信息通过通信模块发送到控制模块,控制模块接收到指令后,通过通信模块将该信息发送到受控装置,受控装置开始工作。
如图1、图3至图6所示,具有控制系统的无接触传动装置还包括控制按键,具体的,控制按键包括电源键13、与转向模块4连接正转控制键14和反转控制键15、与控制模块11连接的模式选择键16以及与转速模块3连接的转速控制键17。
如图1所示,上述各控制按键可以设置在主动传动箱体的外部。
作为另外一种实现方式,如图7所示,本发明具有控制系统的无接触传动装置还包括连接在主动传动箱体1上的手柄18。各控制按键可以设置在手柄18上。
具体实施过程中,本实施例中所述手柄可选择为三角支架、支杆或吸盘。当手柄为三角支架时,具体应用时可选择的将本申请无接触传动装置驱动的受控装置通过三角支架固定到车上或室内;当手柄为吸盘时,本申请无接触传动装置驱动的受控装置可直接通过吸盘固定到任何可吸附到的位置;当手柄为支杆时,可选的将支杆设为伸缩杆,用户在使用过程中,可根据需要调整本申请无接触传动装置驱动的受控装置的高度。
需要说明的是,所述手柄的具体结构包括但不限于三角支架、支杆或吸盘。
以上仅为本申请的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本申请,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本申请可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本申请的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本申请的保护范围之内。
工业实用性
本申请的无接触传动装置,可以通过第一磁体与第二磁体之间的磁耦合,实现主动轴与从动轴之间不通过直接接触便能进行力与力矩的传递,并可将动密封化为静密封,实现零泄漏。因此它广泛应用于对泄漏有特殊要求的场合,以及可以实现主动部分和从动部分的分离设置。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种具有控制系统的无接触传动装置,包括:主动传动箱体、从动传动箱体、转速模块和转向模块,还包括:依次设置的马达、第一磁体、第二磁体和从动轴,
    所述第一磁体与所述马达驱动的主动轴连接,所述第二磁体与所述从动轴连接,所述第一磁体和所述第二磁体相对设置,
    所述马达、主动轴和第一磁体设置在所述主动传动箱体内,所述第二磁体设置在所述从动传动箱体内,
    所述从动轴贯穿所述从动传动箱体的一个端面,所述从动轴的一端与所述第二磁体连接,另一端伸出所述从动传动箱体用于驱动受控装置,
    所述转速模块和所述转向模块设置在所述主动传动箱体内,且分别与所述马达连接,所述转速模块用于控制所述马达的转速,所述转向模块用于控制所述马达的转动方向。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有控制系统的无接触传动装置,还包括:设置在所述主动传动箱体内的控制模块,所述控制模块与所述受控装置连接,并用于控制所述受控装置的工作。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的具有控制系统的无接触传动装置,还包括:设置在所述主动传动箱体内的通信模块,所述通信模块分别与所述控制模块、所述转速模块和所述转向模块连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的具有控制系统的无接触传动装置,还包括:与所述通信模块连接的遥控装置。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的具有控制系统的无接触传动装置,其中,所述通信模块为蓝牙通信模块、WIFI通信模块、2.4G/3G/4G通信模块、红外线通 信模块、超声波通信模块或雷达通信模块。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的具有控制系统的无接触传动装置,还包括:控制按键,所述控制按键包括电源键、与所述转向模块连接正转控制键和反转控制键、与所述控制模块连接的模式选择键以及与所述转速模块连接的转速控制键。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的具有控制系统的无接触传动装置,还包括:连接在所述主动传动箱体上的手柄。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的具有控制系统的无接触传动装置,其中,所述控制按键设置在所述主动传动箱体的外部和/或所述手柄上。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的具有控制系统的无接触传动装置,其中,所述从动轴通过齿轮组与第二磁体或第二固定件连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的具有控制系统的无接触传动装置,其中,所述第一磁体通过第一固定件与所述主动轴连接,所述第二磁体通过第二固定件与所述从动轴连接,所述第一固定件位于所述主动传动箱体内,所述第二固定件位于所述从动传动箱体内。
  11. 一种无接触传动装置,包括:第一箱体、第二箱体、转速模块、马达、第一磁体、第二磁体、第一轴、第二轴;
    所述马达、第一轴和第一磁体设置在所述第一箱体内,所述第二磁体设置在所述第二箱体内,
    所述第一轴的一端与第一磁体连接,另一端与所述马达连接,所述第二轴的一端与所述第二磁体连接;
    所述第一磁体和所述第二磁体相对设置;
    所述转速模块设置在所述第一箱体内,并且与所述马达连接,以控制所述马达的转速。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的无接触传动装置,还包括:转向模块,所述转向模块设置在所述第一箱体内,并且与所述马达连接,以控制所述马达的输出轴的转动方向。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的无接触传动装置,还包括:受控装置,所述第二轴的另一端从所述第二箱体中伸出并且与所述受控装置连接。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的无接触传动装置,还包括:设置在所述第一箱体内的控制模块,所述控制模块与所述受控装置连接,以控制所述受控装置的工作。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的无接触传动装置,还包括:设置在所述第一箱体内的通信模块,所述通信模块分别与所述控制模块、所述转速模块和所述转向模块连接。
