本发明提供的排水组件包括底盘,底盘内设置有冷凝水管道,底盘的第一侧壁上开设有安装槽,排水管设置在安装槽内,且排水管的一端与冷凝水管道相连通,排水管的另一端向安装槽的槽口方向延伸,制冷设备产生的冷凝水由冷凝水管道流向排水管,进而通过排水管排到制冷设备外;排水管的一端盖设有排水管盖,以封堵排水管,提高了排水管的排水功能的可控性,在制冷设备实际的使用过程中,用户可根据实际需要选择制冷设备的排水时间,当不需要排水时可将排水管盖安装在排水管上,避免排水管中的冷凝水任意排出给用户的使用带来不便;当排水管盖安装于排水管上时,排水管盖的部分或全部位于安装槽内,使得制冷设备倾斜时,排水管盖与地面不接触以避免由于排水组件与地面、墙壁或其他硬物等的碰撞而发生断裂,优化排水组件的结构,提高产品的使用寿命,从而提升用户体验。
此外,本发明通过在底盘的第一侧壁开设安装槽,使得制冷设备倾斜时,排水管盖与地面不接触,解决了现有技术中由于制冷设备在使用或排水过程中产生倾斜,排水组件与地面、墙壁或其他硬物等的碰撞而发生断裂的问题,本发明提供的排水组件的结构简单,且无需增加生产成本,从而提高了产品的市场竞争力。
另外,本发明提供的上述实施例中的排水组件还可以具有如下附加技术特征:
在上述技术方案中,优选地,排水管盖的顶端内凹于第一侧壁。
在该技术方案中,当排水管盖安装于排水管上时,排水管盖与排水管均内凹于底盘的第一侧壁中,使得制冷设备在倾斜时排水管及排水管盖不会突出于底盘范围而与地面、墙壁或其他硬物发生碰撞,避免排水管及排水管盖产生破损,提高了产品的使用寿命。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,排水管盖的顶端突出于第一侧壁;排水管盖的顶端与第一侧壁之间的距离D1与排水管盖的顶端与地面之间的距离D2的比值大于0.1。
在该技术方案中,当排水管盖安装于排水管上,排水管盖的顶端突出于底盘的第一侧壁,且排水管盖的顶端与第一侧壁之间的距离D1与排水管盖的顶端与地面之间的距离D2的比值大于0.1时,优选为大于0.5,可使得制冷设备在倾斜时排水管及排水管盖不会与地面、墙壁或其他硬物发生碰撞,避免排水管及排水管盖产生破损,提高了产品的使用寿命。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,排水管的自由端向底盘的底部倾斜,排水管沿水平方向的倾斜角度大于等于0°且小于等于90°。
在该技术方案中,排水管的自由端向底盘的底部倾斜,且排水管沿水平方向的倾斜角度大于等于0°且小于等于90°,优选为大于等于5°且小于等于10°,使得排水管中的冷凝水可由于重力自动由排水管中排出,便于制冷设备的排水功能的实现,无需人工倾斜制冷设备进行排水即可使得排水管中的冷凝水全部排出,减少了用户的操作步骤,从而提升用户体验。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,排水组件还包括:密封件,安装在排水管上,密封件与排水管相适配以密封排水管。
在该技术方案中,排水管上还设置有密封件,当用户无需对制冷设备进行排水时,密封件可插入排水管中以密封排水管,避免排水管中的冷凝水任意流出而弄脏地面;当用户需要对制冷设备进行排水时,可将密封件取出,使得用户可根据实际需要选择制冷设备的排水时间,提高制冷设备的排水功能的可控性,提升了用户体验。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,密封件与排水管盖为一体式结构。
在该技术方案中,可通过焊接、注塑等工艺将密封件与排水管盖固定在一起,达到一体式结构,可将密封件与排水管盖同时安装在排水管上,减少了制冷设备排水前后需拆卸以及组装的零件,从而减少了用户的操作步骤,并且,用户在取下排水管盖及密封件时,由于排水管盖与密封件固定在一起,可共同保存,防止零件的丢失,从而提升用户体验。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,密封件为密封塞;密封塞包括塞柱和塞帽,塞柱设置在塞帽的一端并与塞帽相连接;塞柱与排水管过盈配合以密封排水管;塞帽位于密封塞的一端,大于排水管的内径,其中,密封塞安装于排水管内时,塞帽位于排水管外。
在该技术方案中,密封件为密封塞,密封塞包括塞柱和塞帽,塞柱插入到排水管内与排水管过盈配合以密封排水管,塞帽位于密封塞的一端,大于排水管的内径,其中,密封塞安装于排水管内时,塞帽位于排水管外,以便于用户将密封塞取出。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,塞柱呈阶梯状;塞柱为中空结构。
在该技术方案中,塞柱呈阶梯状,塞柱与塞帽相连接的一端的直径大于排水管的内径,实现塞柱与排水管的过盈配合,使得塞柱与排水管之间的密封更加可靠,塞柱远离塞帽的一端的直径小于排水管的内径,当将密封塞插入排水管中时,塞柱远离塞帽的一端可起到导向作用,便于密封塞与排水管的安装;塞柱为中空结构可避免塞柱与排水管之间的结合力过大而影响密封塞的拆卸和安装,提升用户体验。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,排水管的外表面设置有外螺纹;排水管盖的内表面设置有内螺纹,排水管盖通过内螺纹与外螺纹的配合旋接在排水管上。
在该技术方案中,排水管的外表面设置有外螺纹;排水管盖的内表面设置有内螺纹,排水管盖通过内螺纹与外螺纹的配合旋接在排水管上,螺纹连接便于安装和拆卸,利于用户操作;螺纹连接的稳定性高,可承受排水管盖与排水管之间的多次安装和拆卸;并且无需增设其他固定零件,成本低,有利于降低产品的生产成本,提高产品的市场竞争力。
本发明第二方面提供了一种制冷设备,包括如上述任一技术方案所提出的排水组件,排水组件安装在制冷设备的底部,因此,本发明的制冷设备包括上述技术方案的排水组件的全部有益效果。
在上述技术方案中,优选地,制冷设备还包括:面板,面板与安装槽相贴合的部分开设有避让区,避让区与安装槽相适配。
在该技术方案中,面板与安装槽相贴合的部分开设有避让区,以防止面板与排水组件产生干涉,避让区与安装槽相适配,使得制冷设备的外形美观。

为了能够更清楚地理解本发明的上述方面、特征和优点,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进行进一步的详细描述。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明,但是,本发明还可以采用其他不同于在此描述的其他方式来实施,因此,本发明的保护范围并不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
下面参照图1至图10描述根据本发明一些实施例所述排水组件及制冷设备。
如图1至图6所示,本发明的第一个方面,提供了一种排水组件,用于制冷设备,排水组件包括:底盘10,底盘10内设置有冷凝水管道,冷凝水管道延伸到底盘10的第一侧壁102上;安装槽20,安装槽20内凹设置于第一侧壁102上;排水管30,设置在安装槽20内,与冷凝水管道相连通,向安装槽20的槽口方向延伸;排水管盖40,盖设在排水管30的一端,以封堵排水管30;其中,排水管盖40安装于排水管30上时,排水管盖40的部分或全部位于安装槽20内,使得制冷设备倾斜时,排水管盖40与地面不接触以避免排水组件损坏。
本发明提供的排水组件包括底盘10,底盘10内设置有冷凝水管道,底盘10的第一侧壁102上开设有安装槽20,排水管30设置在安装槽20内,且排水管30的一端与冷凝水管道相连通,排水管30的另一端向安装槽20的槽口方向延伸,制冷设备产生的冷凝水由冷凝水管道流向排水管30,进而通过排水管30排到制冷设备外;排水管30的一端盖设有排水管盖40,以封堵排水管30,提高了排水管30的排水功能的可控性,在制冷设备实际的使用过程中,用户可根据实际需要选择制冷设备的排水时间,当不需要排水时可将排水管盖40安装在排水管30上,避免排水管30中的冷凝水任意排出给用户的使用带来不便;当排水管盖40安装于排水管30上时,排水管盖40的部分或全部位于安装槽20内,使得制冷设备倾斜时,排水管盖40与地面不接触以避免由于排水组件与地面、墙壁或其他硬物等的碰撞而发生断裂,优化排水组件的结构,提高产品的使用寿命,从而提升用户体验。
此外,本发明通过在底盘10的第一侧壁102开设安装槽20,使得制冷设备倾斜时,排水管盖40与地面不接触,解决了现有技术中由于制冷设备在使用或排水过程中产生倾斜,排水组件与地面、墙壁或其他硬物等的碰撞而发生断裂的问题,本发明提供的排水组件的结构简单,且无需增加生产成本,从而提高了产品的市场竞争力。
在本发明的一个实施例中优选地,排水管盖40的顶端内凹于第一侧壁 102。
在该实施例中,当排水管盖40安装于排水管30上时,排水管盖40与排水管30均内凹于底盘10的第一侧壁102中,使得制冷设备在倾斜时排水管30及排水管盖40不会突出于底盘10范围而与地面、墙壁或其他硬物发生碰撞,避免排水管30及排水管盖40产生破损,提高了产品的使用寿命。
如图6、图7所示,在本发明的一个实施例中优选地,排水管盖40的顶端突出于第一侧壁102;排水管盖40的顶端与第一侧壁102之间的距离D1与排水管盖40的顶端与地面之间的距离D2的比值大于0.1。
在该实施例中,当排水管盖40安装于排水管30上,排水管盖40的顶端突出于底盘10的第一侧壁102,且排水管盖40的顶端与第一侧壁102之间的距离D1与排水管盖40的顶端与地面之间的距离D2的比值大于0.1时,优选为大于0.5,可使得制冷设备在倾斜时排水管30及排水管盖40不会与地面、墙壁或其他硬物发生碰撞,避免排水管30及排水管盖40产生破损,提高了产品的使用寿命。
如图8至图10所示,在本发明的一个实施例中优选地,排水管30的自由端向底盘10的底部倾斜,排水管30沿水平方向的倾斜角度大于等于0°且小于等于90°。
在该实施例中,排水管30的自由端向底盘10的底部倾斜,且排水管30沿水平方向的倾斜角度大于等于0°且小于等于90°,优选为大于等于5°且小于等于10°,使得排水管30中的冷凝水可由于重力自动由排水管30中排出,便于制冷设备的排水功能的实现,无需人工倾斜制冷设备进行排水即可使得排水管30中的冷凝水全部排出,减少了用户的操作步骤,从而提升用户体验。
在本发明的一个实施例中优选地,排水组件还包括:密封件50,安装在排水管30上,密封件50与排水管30相适配以密封排水管30。
在该实施例中,排水管30上还设置有密封件50,当用户无需对制冷设备进行排水时,密封件50可插入排水管30中以密封排水管30,避免排水管30中的冷凝水任意流出而弄脏地面;当用户需要对制冷设备进行排水 时,可将密封件50取出,使得用户可根据实际需要选择制冷设备的排水时间,提高制冷设备的排水功能的可控性,提升了用户体验。
在本发明的一个实施例中优选地,密封件50与排水管盖40为一体式结构。
在该实施例中,可通过焊接、注塑等工艺将密封件50与排水管盖40固定在一起,达到一体式结构,可将密封件50与排水管盖40同时安装在排水管30上,减少了制冷设备排水前后需拆卸以及组装的零件,从而减少了用户的操作步骤,并且,用户在取下排水管盖40及密封件50时,由于排水管盖40与密封件50固定在一起,可共同保存,防止零件的丢失,从而提升用户体验。
在本发明的一个实施例中优选地,密封件50为密封塞;密封塞包括塞柱502和塞帽504,塞柱502设置在塞帽504的一端并与塞帽504相连接;塞柱502与排水管30过盈配合以密封排水管30;塞帽504位于密封塞的一端,大于排水管30的内径,其中,密封塞安装于排水管30内时,塞帽504位于排水管30外。
在该实施例中,密封件50为密封塞,密封塞包括塞柱502和塞帽504,塞柱502插入到排水管30内与排水管30过盈配合以密封排水管30,塞帽504位于密封塞的一端,大于排水管30的内径,其中,密封塞安装于排水管30内时,塞帽504位于排水管30外,以便于用户将密封塞取出。
在本发明的一个实施例中优选地,塞柱502呈阶梯状;塞柱502为中空结构。
在该实施例中,塞柱502呈阶梯状,塞柱502与塞帽504相连接的一端的直径大于排水管30的内径,实现塞柱502与排水管30的过盈配合,使得塞柱502与排水管30之间的密封更加可靠,塞柱502远离塞帽504的一端的直径小于排水管30的内径,当将密封塞插入排水管30中时,塞柱502远离塞帽504的一端可起到导向作用,便于密封塞与排水管30的安装;塞柱502为中空结构可避免塞柱502与排水管30之间的结合力过大而影响密封塞的拆卸和安装,提升用户体验。
在本发明的一个实施例中优选地,排水管30的外表面设置有外螺纹 302;排水管盖40的内表面设置有内螺纹402,排水管盖40通过内螺纹402与外螺纹302的配合旋接在排水管30上。
在该实施例中,排水管30的外表面设置有外螺纹302;排水管盖40的内表面设置有内螺纹402,排水管盖40通过内螺纹402与外螺纹302的配合旋接在排水管30上,螺纹连接便于安装和拆卸,利于用户操作;螺纹连接的稳定性高,可承受排水管盖40与排水管30之间的多次安装和拆卸;并且无需增设其他固定零件,成本低,有利于降低产品的生产成本,提高产品的市场竞争力。
本发明第二方面提供了一种制冷设备,包括如上述任一技术方案所提出的排水组件,排水组件安装在制冷设备的底部,因此,本发明的制冷设备包括上述技术方案的排水组件的全部有益效果。
在本发明的一个实施例中优选地,制冷设备还包括:面板,面板与安装槽20相贴合的部分开设有避让区,避让区与安装槽20相适配。
在该实施例中,面板与安装槽20相贴合的部分开设有避让区,以防止面板与排水组件产生干涉,避让区与安装槽20相适配,使得制冷设备的外形美观。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种排水组件,用于制冷设备,其特征在于,所述排水组件包括:
    底盘,所述底盘内设置有冷凝水管道,所述冷凝水管道延伸到所述底盘的第一侧壁上;
    安装槽,所述安装槽内凹设置于所述第一侧壁上;
    排水管,设置在所述安装槽内,与所述冷凝水管道相连通,向所述安装槽的槽口方向延伸;
    排水管盖,盖设在所述排水管的一端,以封堵所述排水管;
    其中,所述排水管盖安装于所述排水管上时,所述排水管盖的部分或全部位于所述安装槽内,使得所述制冷设备倾斜时,所述排水管盖与地面不接触以避免所述排水组件损坏。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的排水组件,其特征在于,
    所述排水管盖的顶端内凹于所述第一侧壁。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的排水组件,其特征在于,
    所述排水管盖的顶端突出于所述第一侧壁;
    所述排水管盖的顶端与所述第一侧壁之间的距离D1与所述排水管盖的顶端与地面之间的距离D2的比值大于0.1。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的排水组件,其特征在于,
    所述排水管的自由端向所述底盘的底部倾斜,所述排水管沿水平方向的倾斜角度大于等于0°且小于等于90°。
  5. 根据权利要求2或3所述的排水组件,其特征在于,所述排水组件还包括:
    密封件,安装在所述排水管上,所述密封件与所述排水管相适配以密封所述排水管。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的排水组件,其特征在于,
    所述密封件与所述排水管盖为一体式结构。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的排水组件,其特征在于,
    所述密封件为密封塞;
    所述密封塞包括塞柱和塞帽,所述塞柱设置在所述塞帽的一端并与所述塞帽相连接;
    所述塞柱与所述排水管过盈配合以密封所述排水管;
    所述塞帽位于所述密封塞的一端,大于所述排水管的内径,
    其中,所述密封塞安装于所述排水管内时,所述塞帽位于所述排水管外。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的排水组件,其特征在于,
    所述塞柱呈阶梯状;
    所述塞柱为中空结构。
  9. 根据权利要求2或3所述的排水组件,其特征在于,
    所述排水管的外表面设置有外螺纹;
    所述排水管盖的内表面设置有内螺纹,所述排水管盖通过所述内螺纹与所述外螺纹的配合旋接在所述排水管上。
  10. 一种制冷设备,其特征在于,包括:
    如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的排水组件,所述排水组件安装在所述制冷设备的底部。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的制冷设备,其特征在于,所述制冷设备还包括:
    面板,所述面板与所述安装槽相贴合的部分开设有避让区,所述避让区与所述安装槽相适配。
