一种扩孔机,包括机座,机座上布置有沿水平方向依次布置的扩孔驱动源(1)、夹具组以及挡板(6),扩孔驱动源(1)的动作端上安装有扩孔头(2),扩孔头(2)的末端朝向夹具组,夹具组包括沿水平方向依次布置的若干个第一夹具,第一夹具包括下夹具(5)、上夹具(4)以及驱使上夹具(4)运动的夹具驱动源,下夹具(5)的上端面布置有下夹腔,上夹具(4)的下端面布置有上夹腔。通过将产品水平放置到第一夹具上后,产品的一端与挡板(6)压触,产品的另一端对着扩孔头(2),扩孔驱动源(1)驱使扩孔头(2)插入到产品的中空端后,通过扩孔头(2)逐渐增大的外形尺寸对产品进行扩孔,从而轻而易举地就能塞入特定胶条。该扩孔机实现产品的半自动扩孔,提高生产效率,降低操作人员的劳动强度。

Description

一种扩孔机
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车零部件生产研究领域中的一种扩孔机,特别是一种用于弯曲件弯曲前塞入特定胶条的扩孔机。
背景技术
在生产汽车零部件中,有部分零件需要折弯的,然而,由于该零件的折弯一端为中空腔,在折弯过程中,尺寸偏差较大。弯曲出来的产品尺寸不稳定,造成后续产品的不合格率升高,而通过塞入特定胶条的方法很好的解决了这个问题。但是,特定胶条不能直接从中空腔的进口端插入,需要对中空腔的进口端进行处理后才能。现有的操作方式为,操作人员一手把持扩孔治具,操作人员的另一只手拿着零件,用力挤压后对中空腔的开口端进行扩孔。由于人工操作,扩孔的质量不稳定,导致需要二次或者三次扩孔才能将特定胶条塞入中空腔中,产生效率低下,长时间工作后,操作员容易累,且劳动强度大。因此,亟需一种用于弯曲件弯曲前塞入特定胶条的设备。
发明内容
本发明的目的,在于提供一种扩孔机,其将待弯曲产品一端的孔进行扩孔工艺后,便于将特定胶条塞入,以便于后续弯曲。
本发明解决其技术问题的解决方案是:一种扩孔机,包括机座,所述机座上布置有沿水平方向依次布置的扩孔驱动源、夹具组以及挡板,所述扩孔驱动源的动作端上安装有扩孔头,所述扩孔头的末端朝向夹具组,所述夹具组包括沿水平方向依次布置的若干个第一夹具,所述第一夹具包括下夹具、上夹具以及驱使上夹具运动的夹具驱动源,所述下夹具的上端面布置有下夹腔,所述上夹具的下端面布置有上夹腔。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述扩孔头包括连接扩孔驱动源的连接杆以及锥形头,所述锥形头的一端固定在连接杆上,锥形头的另一端为呈锥形的凸起块,所述凸起块的前端为导向弧面。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述凸起块从其末端开始内凹成一个仿形槽。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述下夹腔的外表面布置有缓冲胶层,所述上夹腔的外表面布置有缓冲胶层。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述上夹具的一端铰接在机座上,所述夹具驱动源驱使上夹具绕着铰接轴旋转后,上夹具扣合在下夹具上。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述机座上布置有导向座,所述导向座上布置有导向滑槽,所述扩孔头安装在所述导向槽内后沿着导向槽往复移动。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述第一夹具的数量为3个或者4个。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过将产品水平放置到第一夹具上后,产品的一端与挡板压触,产品的另一端对着扩孔头,扩孔驱动源驱使扩孔头插入到产品的中空端后,通过扩孔头逐渐增大的外形尺寸对产品进行扩孔,从而轻而易举地就能塞入特定胶条。本发明实现该产品的半自动扩孔,提高生产效率,降低操作人员的劳动强度。

参照图1, 一种扩孔机,包括机座,所述机座上布置有沿水平方向依次布置的扩孔驱动源1、夹具组以及挡板6,所述扩孔驱动源1的动作端上安装有扩孔头2,所述扩孔头2的末端朝向夹具组,所述夹具组包括沿水平方向依次布置的若干个第一夹具,所述第一夹具包括下夹具5、上夹具4以及驱使上夹具4运动的夹具驱动源,所述下夹具5的上端面布置有下夹腔,所述上夹具4的下端面布置有上夹腔。所述第一夹具的数量为3个或者4个。所述扩孔头2包括连接扩孔驱动源1的连接杆以及锥形头,所述锥形头的一端固定在连接杆上,锥形头的另一端为呈锥形的凸起块,所述凸起块的前端为导向弧面。所述凸起块从其末端开始内凹成一个仿形槽,降低扩孔头2的重量。所述下夹腔的外表面布置有缓冲胶层,所述上夹腔的外表面布置有缓冲胶层,通过缓冲胶层防止夹伤产品表面。所述上夹具4的一端铰接在机座上,所述夹具驱动源驱使上夹具4绕着铰接轴旋转后,上夹具4扣合在下夹具5上,结构简单,便于维护。所述机座上布置有导向座3,所述导向座3上布置有导向滑槽,所述扩孔头2安装在所述导向槽内后沿着导向槽往复移动,通过导向座3支撑扩孔头2,防止出现多次扩孔后连接杆断裂的情况出现。扩孔驱动源1为液压缸或者气缸。夹具驱动源为气缸。
将产品横架在下夹具5上后,沿水平方向推动产品,使得产品的一端与挡板6压触,夹具驱动源驱使上夹具4绕着铰接轴旋转后,上夹具4扣合在下夹具5上,将产品固定好,扩孔驱动源1驱使扩孔头2插入到产品的中空端后,通过扩孔头2逐渐增大的外形尺寸对产品进行扩孔,从而轻而易举地就能塞入特定胶条。

  1. 一种扩孔机,其特征在于:包括机座,所述机座上布置有沿水平方向依次布置的扩孔驱动源、夹具组以及挡板,所述扩孔驱动源的动作端上安装有扩孔头,所述扩孔头的末端朝向夹具组,所述夹具组包括沿水平方向依次布置的若干个第一夹具,所述第一夹具包括下夹具、上夹具以及驱使上夹具运动的夹具驱动源,所述下夹具的上端面布置有下夹腔,所述上夹具的下端面布置有上夹腔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扩孔机,其特征在于:所述扩孔头包括连接扩孔驱动源的连接杆以及锥形头,所述锥形头的一端固定在连接杆上,锥形头的另一端为呈锥形的凸起块,所述凸起块的前端为导向弧面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的扩孔机,其特征在于:所述凸起块从其末端开始内凹成一个仿形槽。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的扩孔机,其特征在于:所述下夹腔的外表面布置有缓冲胶层,所述上夹腔的外表面布置有缓冲胶层。
  5. 根据权利要求1或4所述的扩孔机,其特征在于:所述上夹具的一端铰接在机座上,所述夹具驱动源驱使上夹具绕着铰接轴旋转后,上夹具扣合在下夹具上。
  6. 根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的扩孔机,其特征在于:所述机座上布置有导向座,所述导向座上布置有导向滑槽,所述扩孔头安装在所述导向槽内后沿着导向槽往复移动。
  7. 根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的扩孔机,其特征在于:所述第一夹具的数量为3个或者4个。
