技术领域
本发明涉及一种适用于800吨冲床生产时可备材料上材料及时更换新材料的冲压备料装置。
背景技术
在汽车零部件的生产中,门框的主体、车盖以及尾箱盖等大型零件,大部分是通过大型冲床冲压成型的。而由于这些零件的体积大,其原材料具有一定的重量。在生产过程中,一般是将上料架上的卷材将近用完后,通过员工将备用材料用行车送到生产位置,还需要人工或者通过辅助设备将备用材料安装到上料架上,浪费时间,影响生产效率。若备用材料运转不及时,需要将冲床关停一段时间,这样,降低冲床的稼动率。因此,现急需一种冲压备料装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的,在于提供一种冲压备料装置,其提前将备用材料放在平台上,当上料架的材没有了,可以将备用材料直接送到生产位置。操作方便,节省时间,提高生效率。
本发明解决其技术问题的解决方案是:一种冲压备料装置,包括备料平台、行走平台、水平驱动源以及竖直驱动源,所述行走平台的下端面布置有多个行走轮,所述水平驱动源的动作端通过螺栓和连接法兰固定在行走平台的侧面,所述竖直驱动源安装在行走平台的上端面,竖直驱动源的动作端朝上,竖直驱动源的动作端通过螺栓和连接法兰固定在备料平台的下端面,所述备料平台的上端面布置有备料容置腔。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述备料平台包括与竖直驱动源接触的第一平台以及布置在第一平台上方的第二平台,所述第二平台的上端面布置有两个楔形块,两个所述楔形块的斜面相对布置有形成V状的备料容置腔。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,每个所述楔形块的斜面上分别布置有一个限位杆,两个所述限位杆将备料容置腔分成第一区域和用于放置备料的第二区域。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述第一平台和第二平台之间布置有四个减震单元,每个所述减震单元包括布置在第一平台上端面的第一减震座、布置在第二平台下端面的第二减震座以及一个一根减震弹簧,所述减震弹簧的一端固定在第一减震座的安装槽内,减震弹簧的另一端固定在第二减震座的安装槽内。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,还包括底座,所述水平驱动源安装在底座上,所述底座的上端面布置有两条轨道,多个所述行走轮分成两列布置在行走平台的下端面,每列行走轮与一条轨道相匹配。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,还包括控制箱,所述水平驱动源和竖直驱动源均为液压油缸,所述水平驱动源和竖直驱动源的动作均有控制箱上的控制按键控制。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过备用材料放置到备料容置腔后,上料架中的卷料快用完时,水平驱动源驱使行走平台往前移动到上料架下方,竖直驱动源的动作端伸出后,将备用材料顶起,使得备用材料的安装孔对着上料架的上料辊轴,操作人再将备用材料推向上料架,使得备用材料的安装孔套在上料架的上料辊轴上,实现快速实现生产材料安装,操作方便,节省时间,提高生产效率。

参照图1~图2,一种冲压备料装置,包括备料平台、行走平台2、水平驱动源1以及竖直驱动源4,所述行走平台2的下端面布置有多个行走轮3,所述水平驱动源1的动作端通过螺栓和连接法兰固定在行走平台2的侧面,所述竖直驱动源4安装在行走平台2的上端面,竖直驱动源4的动作端朝上,竖直驱动源4的动作端通过螺栓和连接法兰固定在备料平台的下端面,所述备料平台的上端面布置有备料容置腔。所述备料平台包括与竖直驱动源4接触的第一平台5以及布置在第一平台5上方的第二平台6,所述第二平台6的上端面布置有两个楔形块7,两个所述楔形块7的斜面相对布置有形成V状的备料容置腔。每个所述楔形块7的斜面上分别布置有一个限位杆,两个所述限位杆将备料容置腔分成第一区域和用于放置备料的第二区域。所述第一平台5和第二平台6之间布置有四个减震单元,每个所述减震单元包括布置在第一平台5上端面的第一减震座、布置在第二平台6下端面的第二减震座以及一个一根减震弹簧8,所述减震弹簧8的一端固定在第一减震座的安装槽内,减震弹簧8的另一端固定在第二减震座的安装槽内,通过减震弹簧8减缓备用材料进入到第二区域时的重力。还包括底座,所述水平驱动源1安装在底座上,所述底座的上端面布置有两条轨道,多个所述行走轮3分成两列布置在行走平台2的下端面,每列行走轮3与一条轨道相匹配。还包括控制箱,所述水平驱动源1和竖直驱动源4均为液压油缸,所述水平驱动源1和竖直驱动源4的动作均有控制箱上的控制按键控制。
操作人员通过行车将备用材料运到备料平台旁,将备用材料推至第二区域中,并使得备用材料的一侧端面紧靠限位杆,上料架中的卷料快用完时,水平驱动源1的动作端伸出后,行走平台2的行走轮3沿着轨道前行到上料架下方,竖直驱动源4的动作端伸出后,将备用材料顶起,使得备用材料的安装孔对着上料架的上料辊轴,操作人再将备用材料推向上料架,使得备用材料的安装孔套在上料架的上料辊轴上,竖直驱动源4的动作端复位,水平驱动源1的动作端复位,行走平台2复位,操作人员通过行车将新的一个备用材料运到备料平台旁,将备用材料推至第二区域中,以备下一次上料,实现提前备料。

  1. 一种冲压备料装置,其特征在于:包括备料平台、行走平台、水平驱动源以及竖直驱动源,所述行走平台的下端面布置有多个行走轮,所述水平驱动源的动作端通过螺栓和连接法兰固定在行走平台的侧面,所述竖直驱动源安装在行走平台的上端面,竖直驱动源的动作端朝上,竖直驱动源的动作端通过螺栓和连接法兰固定在备料平台的下端面,所述备料平台的上端面布置有备料容置腔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的冲压备料装置,其特征在于:所述备料平台包括与竖直驱动源接触的第一平台以及布置在第一平台上方的第二平台,所述第二平台的上端面布置有两个楔形块,两个所述楔形块的斜面相对布置有形成V状的备料容置腔。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的冲压备料装置,其特征在于:每个所述楔形块的斜面上分别布置有一个限位杆,两个所述限位杆将备料容置腔分成第一区域和用于放置备料的第二区域。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的冲压备料装置,其特征在于:所述第一平台和第二平台之间布置有四个减震单元,每个所述减震单元包括布置在第一平台上端面的第一减震座、布置在第二平台下端面的第二减震座以及一个一根减震弹簧,所述减震弹簧的一端固定在第一减震座的安装槽内,减震弹簧的另一端固定在第二减震座的安装槽内。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的冲压备料装置,其特征在于:还包括底座,所述水平驱动源安装在底座上,所述底座的上端面布置有两条轨道,多个所述行走轮分成两列布置在行走平台的下端面,每列行走轮与一条轨道相匹配。
  6. 根据权利要求1~5任一项所述的冲压备料装置,其特征在于:还包括控制箱,所述水平驱动源和竖直驱动源均为液压油缸,所述水平驱动源和竖直驱动源的动作均有控制箱上的控制按键控制。
