一种大型天窗注塑埋入工装
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车零部件生产研究领域中的一种嵌入件工埋入装,特别是一种大型天窗注塑埋入工装。
背景技术
在汽车零部件生产中,大型嵌入件的埋入使用简易固定工装,手工平放产品,只有外侧斜柱支撑金属件轮廓,金属件放入工装台,利用辅助导向,同时利用 导向精定位柱对准的两处定位孔, 同时斜柱与金属件接触,发挥传感器功能,检测触碰到位,以此确认金属件完整放置到位,轮廓弧度若翘曲,则定位偏差较大,自动化抓手取金属件时会偏位,精度不足;金属件抓取偏位会导致抓手放入注塑模腔内干涉,产生磨损不良。
发明内容
本发明的目的,在于提供一种大型天窗注塑埋入工装,其改良了垂直定位结构,解决因弧度斜支撑柱定位不精。
本发明解决其技术问题的解决方案是:一种大型天窗注塑埋入工装,包括工装底座以及直接或者间接固定在工装底座上的安装板,所述安装板上布置有定位块,所述定位块包括第一仿形块和与第一仿形块垂直布置的第二仿形块,所述第一仿形块和第二仿形块之间通过弧形块连接,所述第一仿形块中远离安装板的端面布置有第一弧形面,第一仿形块的内侧面布置有第一面,所述第一弧形面和第一面通过第二弧形面连接,第一仿形块的内侧面固定有第三仿形块,所述第三仿形块中远离安装板的端面布置有第五面,所述第五面布置有定位销,第三仿形块和第一仿形块之间布置有第一凹槽,所述第一弧形面、第二弧形面、第一面、第一凹槽以及第五面构成第一仿形放置腔。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述第二仿形块的内侧面上布置有第四仿形块,所述第四仿形块中远离安装板的端面布置有传感器。

本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过第一弧形面、第二弧形面、第一面、第一凹槽以及第五面构成第一仿形放置腔,使用第一弧形面和第二弧形面全方位临贴定位,改良了垂直定位结构,解决因弧度斜支撑柱定位不精,提高定位精度,有效解决定位导致的抓取偏差,让自动化运行更新高效。

通过第一弧形面、第二弧形面、第一面、第一凹槽以及第五面构成第一仿形放置腔,使用第一弧形面和第二弧形面全方位临贴定位,改良了垂直定位结构,解决因弧度斜支撑柱定位不精,提高定位精度,有效解决定位导致的抓取偏差,让自动化运行更新高效。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述第二仿形块6的内侧面上布置有第四仿形块8,所述第四仿形块8中远离安装板3的端面布置有传感器9,通过定位销13将L状金属件的一端固定后,通过传感器9感应L状金属件的另一端,提升精定位能力,有效改善生产稳定性。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述第二仿形块6中远离安装板3的端面布置有第二面,所述第二仿形块6的内侧面布置有第三面,所述第四仿形块8中远离安装板3的端面布置有第四面,所述第二面和第三面呈直角分布,第二面、第三面和第四面构成第二仿形放置腔,通过第二仿形放置腔提高L状金属件的放置精度。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述安装板3通过两根安装调节块2安装在工装底座1上,每根所述安装调节块2上布置有两条第一调节槽11和两个第二安装孔,所述工装底座1上布置有与第一调节槽11匹配的第一安装孔,所述安装板3上布置有两条与第二安装孔匹配的第二调节槽12,所述第一调节槽11和第二调节槽12垂直分布。还包括至少一个高度调节块10,所述高度调节块10的一端穿过安装板3后与定位块接触。
通过第一调节槽11、第二调节槽12以及高度调节块10构成一个三轴调节系统,可以使得定位块适用于于不同规格的金属件安装,以提高本发明的适用性。调节时,移动安装调节块2的位置,待位置固定后通过螺栓穿过第一调节槽11和第一安装孔后固定,调节安装板3时,方法类似。而高度调节块10的外表面布置有螺纹,高度调节块10的一端穿过安装板3的螺纹孔后与定位块接触,通过拧动高度调节块10后调节定位块的高度。第一仿形块4和第二仿形块6各配置一个高度调节块10。
