Abstract

一种应用于汽车装饰件检具的居中夹紧定位机构,包括底座(1)、穿过底座的直线滑块(5)、斜滑轨座(8)以及两块定位夹钳(9)。直线滑块一端顶面上布置有导向轨(50),斜滑轨座的下端面布置有与导向轨相匹配的导向槽(81),导向槽的两侧有两条斜滑轨(80),两条斜滑轨关于导向槽对称。每个定位夹钳穿过直线滑块侧壁的安装槽后,定位夹钳一端的斜滑块(91)嵌在相应的斜滑轨中。定位夹钳通过定位销(10)安装在安装槽中。定位夹钳中远离斜滑块的一端布置有钳子(90),两个钳子之间形成夹紧定位空间。两个定位夹钳在对称布置斜滑轨上滑动保证闭合张开的幅度。底座安装在检具上,便于拆卸。定位夹钳的闭合和张开通过旋转调整销钉来调节斜滑轨座的位置实现,操作方便。

Description

一种应用于汽车装饰件检具的居中夹紧定位机构
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车零部件生产研究领域中的一种检测装置,特别是一种应用于汽车装饰件检具的居中夹紧定位机构。
背景技术
很多汽车内外装饰塑件的定位基准都是设计在零部件某部位的中心对称平面,例如一个十字筋的对称面。实际制造的装饰塑件尺寸是有偏差,而装饰塑件的中心对称平面是无法直接找到,只能通过对装饰塑件两端的定位来间接定位零部件的中心平面。
目前,设计这类产品的检具定位机构通常有两种:第一种,按照产品两端的理论位置设置限位块,限制产品两端移动从而定位产品的中心平面;第二种,在产品两端设置可调节的限位块,先把限位块调节固定在理论位置,把产品一端靠到限位块,用塞片尺测量产品另外一端与限位块的距离,然后在这端塞入厚度为所测距离一半的塞片,把产品移动顶住这端,再调节另外一端的限位块,顶住产品,从而定位产品的中心平面。
对于上述第一种方案,产品两端的尺寸实际制造出来是有偏差的,如果偏大,产品无法放入检具;如果产品偏小,产品在检具上会晃动。只有产品两端的尺寸偏小在一定范围内,并且产品在检具上的晃动对产品的测量值影响是可以忽略的,产品才能在这种检具上定位。
对于上述第二种方案,操作比较复杂,耗费时间,并且塞片的厚度是按一定间距值来设置的(一般尺寸按0.05mm间距),这样导致产品对中的精度不高,有0.025到0.05mm的误差。
发明内容
本发明的目的,在于提供一种应用于汽车装饰件检具的居中夹紧定位机构,其能够快速调整对中定位汽车装饰件,定位精度高。
本发明解决其技术问题的解决方案是:一种应用于汽车装饰件检具的居中夹紧定位机构,包括底座、穿过底座的直线滑块、斜滑轨座以及两块定位夹钳,所述直线滑块一端顶面上布置有导向轨,所述斜滑轨座的下端面布置有与导向轨相匹配的导向槽,所述导向槽的两侧两条斜滑轨,两条所述斜滑轨关于导向槽对称,每个所述定位夹钳穿过直线滑块侧壁的安装槽后定位夹钳一端的斜滑块嵌在相应的斜滑轨中,定位夹钳通过定位销安装在安装槽中,定位夹钳中远离斜滑块的一端布置有钳子,两个所述钳子之间形成夹紧定位空间。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,两条所述斜滑轨呈八字形分布,其中,八字形分布的斜滑轨中的大端开口靠近底座,八字形分布的斜滑轨中的小端开口远离底座。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,还包括调整销钉和卡簧,所述斜滑轨座的后侧布置有限位块,所述限位块固定在直线滑块的顶面,所述调整销钉的一端依次穿过限位块、卡簧和斜滑轨座。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述底座的顶面布置第一限位孔,所述第一限位孔配置有第一限位销钉,所述第一限位销钉穿过第一限位孔后穿入直线滑块的第二限位孔内。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,还包括螺纹限位销,所述螺纹限位销穿过底座的侧壁后螺纹限位销的末端与直线滑块侧面的限位槽底壁压触。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述直线滑块中远离导向块的一端安装有梅花头螺钉。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,还包括第二限位销钉,所述第二限位销钉穿过斜滑轨座的限位槽后固定在导向轨的限位孔内。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明中两个定位夹钳在对称布置斜滑轨上滑动保证闭合张开的幅度;本发明通过底座安装在检具上,便于拆卸;定位夹钳的闭合和张开通过旋转调整销钉来调节斜滑轨座位置实现,操作方便。

参照图1~图5,一种应用于汽车装饰件检具的居中夹紧定位机构,包括底座1、穿过底座1的直线滑块5、斜滑轨座8以及两块定位夹钳9,所述直线滑块5一端顶面上布置有导向轨50,所述斜滑轨座8的下端面布置有与导向轨50相匹配的导向槽81,所述导向槽81的两侧两条斜滑轨80,两条所述斜滑轨80关于导向槽81对称,每个所述定位夹钳9穿过直线滑块5侧壁的安装槽后定位夹钳9一端的斜滑块91嵌在相应的斜滑轨80中,定位夹钳9通过定位销10安装在安装槽中,定位夹钳9中远离斜滑块91的一端布置有钳子90,两个所述钳子90之间形成夹紧定位空间。两条所述斜滑轨80呈八字形分布,其中,八字形分布的斜滑轨中的大端开口靠近底座1,八字形分布的斜滑轨中的小端开口远离底座1。还包括调整销钉6和卡簧,所述斜滑轨座8的后侧布置有限位块7,所述限位块7固定在直线滑块5的顶面,所述调整销钉6的一端依次穿过限位块7、卡簧和斜滑轨座8。所述底座1的顶面布置第一限位孔,所述第一限位孔配置有第一限位销钉4,所述第一限位销钉4穿过第一限位孔后穿入直线滑块5的第二限位孔内。还包括螺纹限位销2,所述螺纹限位销2穿过底座1的侧壁后螺纹限位销2的末端与直线滑块5侧面的限位槽底壁压触。所述直线滑块5中远离导向块的一端安装有梅花头螺钉3。梅花头螺钉3便于作业员拉动直线滑块5。还包括第二限位销钉11,所述第二限位销钉11穿过斜滑轨座8的限位槽后固定在导向轨50的限位孔内,通过第二限位销钉11和斜滑轨座8的限位槽限制斜滑轨座8的移动范围。
初始状态,将第一限位销钉4拔出,松开螺纹限位销,直线滑块5退出,拧动调整销钉6直到定位夹钳9完全张开,即夹紧定位空间最大时,把产品装到检具上。
推动直线滑块5,使得产品的十字筋位于夹紧定位空间内,然后拧紧螺纹限位销2。拧动调整销钉6,使得两个定位夹钳9在斜滑轨80和斜滑块91的作用下沿着相应的定位销10靠近,直到两个钳子90把十字筋条夹紧,此时产品定位在十字筋的对称平面。若只有一个钳子90与十字筋接触,即该产品不合格。

  1. 一种应用于汽车装饰件检具的居中夹紧定位机构,其特征在于:包括底座、穿过底座的直线滑块、斜滑轨座以及两块定位夹钳,所述直线滑块一端顶面上布置有导向轨,所述斜滑轨座的下端面布置有与导向轨相匹配的导向槽,所述导向槽的两侧两条斜滑轨,两条所述斜滑轨关于导向槽对称,每个所述定位夹钳穿过直线滑块侧壁的安装槽后定位夹钳一端的斜滑块嵌在相应的斜滑轨中,定位夹钳通过定位销安装在安装槽中,定位夹钳中远离斜滑块的一端布置有钳子,两个所述钳子之间形成夹紧定位空间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的应用于汽车装饰件检具的居中夹紧定位机构,其特征在于:两条所述斜滑轨呈八字形分布,其中,八字形分布的斜滑轨中的大端开口靠近底座,八字形分布的斜滑轨中的小端开口远离底座。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的应用于汽车装饰件检具的居中夹紧定位机构,其特征在于:还包括调整销钉和卡簧,所述斜滑轨座的后侧布置有限位块,所述限位块固定在直线滑块的顶面,所述调整销钉的一端依次穿过限位块、卡簧和斜滑轨座。
