Claims (15)
- 一种超声刀头(101),包括超声刀尖(11)、连接部(13)、振动节点凸台(14)和波导(15),其中,超声刀尖(11)设置在波导(15)的前侧,连接部(13)设置在波导(15)的后侧,振动节点凸台(14)设置在波导(15)上,其特征在于:所述超声刀尖(11)在尖端侧向弯曲,且在超声刀头(101)上还设有振动导向槽(12)。

- 如权利要求1所述的超声刀头(101),其特征在于,振动导向槽设置在波导(15)上,且位于两振动节点凸台(14)之间。
- 如权利要求1-3之一所述的超声刀头(101),其特征在于,振动导向槽(12)为沿超声轴线螺旋前进的斜切槽,螺距为等间隔或非等间隔。
- 如权利要求4所述的超声刀头(101),其特征在于,所述振动导向槽(12)的螺距与超声振动波长的比例为0.2-2。
- 如权利要求4-5之一所述的超声刀头(101),其特征在于,所述斜切槽的形状为梯形、半圆形或三角形。
- 如权利要求4-6之一所述的超声刀头(101),其特征在于,所述斜切槽为一个以上。
- 如权利要求4-6之一所述的超声刀头(101),其特征在于,所述斜切槽在超声刀头上等间隔排列。
- 如权利要求1-8之一所述的超声刀头(101),其特征在于,所述超声刀尖(11)在尖端侧向弯曲的同时还包含渐变宽度特征。
- 如权利要求9所述的超声刀头(101),其特征在于,该渐变宽度特征为梯形渐变宽度。
- 一种超声传振组件(202),其包括如权利要求1-10之一所述的超声刀头。
- 如权利要求11所述的超声传振组件(202),其特征在于,进一步包括支撑结构和夹持臂(102),夹持臂(102)位于支撑结构前端,支撑结 构包括外套筒(106)、内套筒(107)和润滑筒(108),超声刀头(101)位于润滑筒(108)内。
- 如权利要求12所述的超声传振组件,其特征在于,所述润滑筒(108)为聚四氟乙烯套管。
- 一种超声止血和切割系统,其包括如权利要求11-13之一所述的超声传振组件。
- 如权利要求14所述的超声止血和切割系统,其特征在于,进一步包括主机(201)、手柄(203)、超声换能器(204)及脚踏开关或按键,手柄(203)包括脚踏开关(205),所述超声传振组件中的超声刀头(101)通过其后端的连接部(13)与超声换能器(204)可拆卸地连接,主机(201)通过电缆与超声换能器(204)电连接。
