Description

一种乒乓球底板 技术领域
本发明涉及乒乓球健身器材领域,尤其涉及一种乒乓球底板。
背景技术
乒乓球拍由底板、胶皮和海绵三部分组成。三者的合理搭配决定了一块球拍的质量。择木拍前,你要先确定自己的握拍方式。直拍则对反应快、变化多、身体灵活的选手更为适用。横拍一般适合身材高大、移动范围较大、偏力量型的选手;横拍的拍柄是直长型的,由于人体手掌手握球拍时,在拇指与食指的钳压过程中会使手指及虎口处发紧,需要不断地去调整虎口与手指的位置关系,这种位置关系的调整如若不当则在训练过程中出现技术问题,例如亮拍、吊手腕、垂手腕、抬肘等现象,严重时手部僵硬,甚至也会对手腕及手掌造成摩擦创伤。二是拍柄光滑或少数带螺纹壁面,在使用中由于人员的出汗,球拍湿滑,更难手握球拍,影响技术发挥甚至甩拍、落拍等情况发生。因此很多人都在改进球拍柄,例如:中国专利“CN201520037721.X”阐述了“一种用于中国直拍的新型乒乓球拍柄”,在拍柄的两侧分别连接拍柄连接片,还包括凹槽,所述凹槽至少开在拍柄及一侧拍柄连接片上。此处的凹槽为横贯球拍柄,只增加了摩擦力,不符合人手握形状,对手掌反而会产生磨损中国专利“CN201710278202.6”公开了“一种吸汗防滑型乒乓球拍柄”,包括拍柄,所述拍柄采用中空结构,前部设有与拍面连接的凹陷槽,同时设有三个与拍面连接用的上下贯通的螺栓孔;拍柄中部主体手握部分采用波浪式外壁面,在每个波浪型的波谷处沿圆周方向均匀开设若干通流孔,通流孔与拍柄内空腔部分连接,每个通流孔轴线延长线与拍柄轴线方向呈大于135°的夹角。柄中空,柄面有凹陷槽呈波浪型。缺点柄中空会造成拍面沉致使打球者握拍力量增大,造成僵劲,影响拉球劲达拍梢。同样也不符合人体结构学,此处的众多的凹陷 槽只会对用力的双手造成摩擦损伤。
中国专利“CN201710278201.1”公开了“一种新型乒乓球拍柄”,包括拍柄,所述拍柄采用中空结构,前部设有与拍面粘接的凹陷槽,拍柄中部主体手握部分表面沿圆周方向均匀开设若干纵向槽,纵向槽的形状接近半圆柱型,槽底沿拍柄长度方向等距离均匀开设若干倾斜的通流孔与拍柄内空腔相通。柄中空,柄面呈纵向半圆柱,同样会使拍板头沉,打球者会使僵劲抓拍,不易控制重心,影响回身复位连续拉球,纵向半圆柱柄面,本意为增大握拍摩擦力,而与打球挥拍力量基本一个方向反而减弱了摩擦力致使汗湿时防滑效果更弱,要用更多手掌力抓握,使掌指更僵硬。
现还有一种拍柄只是拇指与食指握拍处带凹槽,本意用两指卡住拍柄防滑,而挥拍者的力量会受阻于两指处,更会让其感到力不从心,抓不住球拍,从而使指掌发硬,整体击球力量无法达到拍梢,空耗体力影响拉球质量。
手感即球拍的自重对打球者发挥技术起到很关键的作用,不同的人需配置不同重量的球拍。
发明内容
本发明针对上述不足,根据多年经验,提供一种利用人体工程学原理,高仿真手握拍柄状,吻合手形,增加摩擦,防滑;还能自主调节球拍自重,一拍多用适应性更强,减少失误,有效地提高了打球者的技能的掌握及发挥,提升打球者的兴趣,避免受伤。
本发明采用的方案如下:
一种乒乓球底板,包括拍板及弧形向外延伸凸起或粘贴而成的拍柄,在拍柄的同向一侧两面分别设置凹槽隐形相连,相连的凹槽呈“V”字形,即以拍柄侧为顶端向拍柄两面末端延伸向下形成“V字”。
为了更好的效果::在拍柄的同向一侧两面分别设置1~4个凹槽隐形相连。
凹槽以拍柄侧为顶端向拍柄两面延伸至拍柄面宽度的1/2至3/4位置截止。
每一面的凹槽沿“V”字边延伸呈椭圆形。
两面凹槽形成的“V”夹角为25至160度。
在拍板面沿中轴位置两侧对应设置2至20个凹槽孔。在上述的凹槽孔内填充金属材料密封。
在拍柄的同向一侧两面分别设置四个凹槽隐形相连,相连的凹槽呈“V”字形,以拍柄侧为顶端向拍柄两面延伸向下形成倒“V字”。每一面的凹槽沿“V”字边延伸呈椭圆形。仿手握球柄形状设置凹槽,使用力之处嵌入柄中,利用凹槽稳固手指,减少拍柄移动磨伤手指,且增加摩擦力防止滑落。以拍柄侧为顶端向拍柄两面延伸至拍柄面宽度的1/2至3/4位置截止,保证了手掌接触面仍为光滑之处。两面凹槽形成的“V”夹角为25至160度。更适用于不同的人的用力手握开关。
在拍板面沿中轴位置对应两侧设置2至20个凹槽孔,在凹槽孔可填充金属材料调节底板自重及重心,能按进攻型弧圈打法和防守控制型打法的用者来根据自身需要调节球拍的重心位置及重量,打得得心应手,玩得酣畅淋漓。

具体实施方式
实施例一
一种乒乓球底板,包括拍板1及弧形向外延伸凸起或粘贴而成的拍柄2,在拍柄2的同向一侧两面分别设置四个凹槽23隐形相连,相连的凹槽23呈“V”字形,即以拍柄侧22为顶端向拍柄两面末端延伸向下形成“V字”,延伸至拍柄面21宽度的1/2位置截止。拍柄面21的每一面凹槽23沿“V”字边延伸呈椭圆形。拍柄2两面凹槽23形成的“V”夹角为60度。在拍板1面沿中轴位置两侧对应设置3个凹槽孔11。凹槽孔11内填充不锈钢球密封。再根据需要在此底板上粘 贴胶皮或海绵。
实施例二
一种乒乓球底板,包括拍板1及弧形向外延伸凸起或粘贴而成的拍柄2,在拍柄2的同向一侧两面分别设置四个凹槽23隐形相连,相连的凹槽23呈“V”字形,即以拍柄侧22为顶端向拍柄两面末端延伸向下形成“V字”,延伸至拍柄面21宽度的3/4位置截止。拍柄面21的每一面凹槽23沿“V”字边延伸呈椭圆形。拍柄2两面凹槽23形成的“V”夹角为120度。在拍板1面沿中轴位置两侧对应设置10个凹槽孔11,在此凹槽孔11内填充圆形铜块密封。再根据需要在此底板上粘贴胶皮和海绵。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种乒乓球底板,包括拍板(1)及弧形向外延伸凸起或粘贴而成的拍柄(2),其特征在于:在拍柄(2)的同向一侧两面分别设置凹槽(23)隐形相连,相连的凹槽(23)呈“V”字形,即以拍柄侧(22)为顶端向拍柄两面末端延伸向下形成“V字”。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种乒乓球底板,其特征在于:在拍柄(2)的同向一侧两面分别设置1~4个凹槽(23)隐形相连。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的一种乒乓球底板,其特征在于:凹槽(23)以拍柄侧(22)为顶端向拍柄两面延伸至拍柄面(21)宽度的1/2至3/4位置截止。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种乒乓球底板,其特征在于:拍柄面(21)的每一面凹槽(23)沿“V”字边延伸呈椭圆形。
  5. 如权利要求1或4所述的一种乒乓球底板,其特征在于:拍柄2两面凹槽(23)形成的“V”夹角为25至160度。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的一种乒乓球底板,其特征在于:在拍板(1)面沿中轴位置两侧对应设置2至20个凹槽孔(11)。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的一种乒乓球底板,其特征在于:凹槽孔(11)内填充金属材料密封。
