本实施方式中,所述转动座51的转动轴与所述第一转接轴41相平行。所述齿轮44的几何中心轴线与所述转动座51的转动轴相重合。所述齿条45固定于所述推动块432远离所述推杆43一端。所述齿条45与所述推杆43相平行。当所述凸块211滑动至所述第二导滑槽314,所述推动块432在推动所 述第一楔形块233和所述第二楔形块242后,所述推动块432在平行所述推杆43方向相对所述第一楔形块233和所述第二楔形块242滑动。即所述第一盖板23和所述第二盖板24均相对所述滑动件21静止。所述齿条45沿平行所述推杆43方向来回滑动,使得所述转动座51可以来回翻转。即所述至少一个功能器件52可以随所述转动座51转动至与所述显示屏11相同朝向,也可以随所述转动座51转动至与所述背板14相同朝向。所述功能器件52可以是摄像头模组、虹膜识别模组、人脸识别模组、闪光灯、送话器、受话器、感光器、指纹模组、按键等功能器件。
进一步地,请一并参阅图20,图21和图22,所述第三导滑槽421沿非等距螺旋曲线延伸。所述第三导滑槽421包括第一段422、第二段423和第三段424。所述第一段422的螺距大于所述第二端423的螺距。所述滑动块431在所述第一段422滑动时,所述推杆43具有第一滑动速度。所述滑动块431在所述第二段423滑动时,所述推杆43具有第二滑动速度,所述第二滑动速度大于所述第一滑动速度。所述第一段422与所述第一导滑槽311相对应。所述第二段423和所述第三段424与所述第二导滑槽314相对应。即在所述凸块211沿所述第一导滑槽311滑动时,所述滑动块431沿所述第一段422滑动,所述推杆43推动所述推动块432缓慢滑动至靠近所述第一楔形块233和第二楔形块242处,以满足所述滑动件21滑动至与所述显示屏11相展开处具有足够的滑动行程。所述凸块211沿所述第二导滑槽314滑动时,所述滑动块431沿所述第二段423和所述第三段424滑动。
所述凸块211在所述第一导滑槽311滑动,所述滑动块431滑动至所述所述驱动轴31驱动所述滑动件21相对所述显示屏11展开,所述推杆43、推动块432和所述齿条43与所述第一盖板23、第二盖板24和所述功能组件50分离。所述凸块211由所述驱动轴31的第一导滑槽311进入所述第二导滑槽314时,所述推杆43的滑动块431从所述第三导滑槽421的第一段422逐渐进入所述第二段423中,此时,所述推动块432首先与对应的所述第一楔形块233相接触,所述推动块432随后与对应的所述第二楔形块242相接触,所述齿条45与所述齿轮44相分离。所述推动块432将推动所述第一盖板23和所述第二盖板24相背运动使得所述第一盖板23与所述显示屏11平齐,从而消除所述显示屏11与所述第一盖板23之间的台阶,以及使得所述第二盖板24与所述背板14平齐,从而消除所述背板14与所述第二盖板24之间的台阶。在所述凸块211继续在所述第二导滑槽314滑动,所述滑动块431滑动至所述第三段424,所述齿条45与所述齿轮44相啮合,从而所述推杆43推动所述功能组件50转动。
在需要将所述滑动模组20收容在所述收容腔13时,所述驱动机构30驱动所述驱动轴31朝预设方向反向转动,其实际运动过程相当于上述过程的相反过程,此处不再赘述,区别之处在于,所述推动块432被带动远离所述第一盖板23和所述第二盖板24。所述第一锁紧件251和所述第二锁紧件252的磁性吸附相吸促使所述第一盖板23和所述第二盖板24相向运动而复位,此时,所述凸块311从所述驱动轴31的所述第二导滑槽314进入所述第一导滑槽311,所述推杆43的滑动块432从所述第二转接轴42的所述快进段423逐渐进入所述慢进段422中,所述驱动机构30将带动所述滑动模组20收容于所述收容腔13中。
本实施方式中,所述至少一个功能器件52包括摄像头模组和闪光灯。所述摄像头模组和所述闪光灯均固定于所述转动座51,并相互隔离。在所述推杆43推动所述至少一个功能器件52与所述显示屏11相同朝向时,用户可以实现利用摄像头和闪光灯进行前置拍摄。在所述推杆43推动所述至少一个功能器件52翻转180度,与所述显示屏11相反朝向时,用户可以实现利用摄像头和闪光灯进行后置拍摄。所述第一盖板23在所述第一凸台231上还设有第四容槽。所述摄像头模组和所述送话器222均固定于所述第四容槽内。
本申请还提供一种电子设备的控制方法,所述电子设备的控制方法应用于所述电子设备100。所述电子设备的控制方法包括:
所述电子设备100接收伸出信号,所述电子设备100根据所述伸出信号控制所述驱动机构30驱动所述传动机构40,以使所述传动机构40带动所述滑动件21滑动至相对所述设备本体10伸出状态。
所述电子设备100接收转动信号,所述电子设备100根据所述转动信号控制所述驱动机构30驱动所述传动机构40,以使所述传动机构40带动所述功能组件50相对所述设备本体10转动。
所述电子设备100接收收缩信号,所述电子设备100根据所述收缩信号控制所述驱动机构30驱动所述传动机构40,以使所述传动机构40带动所述滑动件收缩至相对所述设备本体收缩状态。
可以理解的是,所述电子设备100通过触控显示屏、受话器、感光元件、闪光灯等器件接收到伸出信号、转动信号或收缩信号,并通过中央控制器控制所述驱动机构30。
进一步地,在所述电子设备100接收转动信号的步骤中,所述电子设备100根据所述转动信号检测所述滑动件21的伸出阈值是否到达预设伸出阈值。
若检测为是,则所述电子设备100控制所述驱动机构30驱动所述传动机构40,以使所述传动机构40带动所述功能组件50相对所述设备本体10转动。
可以理解的是,所述电子设备100通过压力传感器、或红外测距器、或触发开关等器件检测所述滑动件21的伸出阈值。
本申请提供的电子设备及电子设备的控制方法,通过所述驱动机构固定于背壳,驱动所述滑动件相对所述显示屏滑动,进而带动所述滑动件上的功能组件相对所述显示屏滑动,使得功能组件可以随所述滑动件相对所述显示屏相层叠或展开,在用户方便携带的时候,所述功能组件相对所述显示屏层叠,在需要使用所述功能组件的时候,所述功能组件相对所述显示屏展开,并且所述功能组件可以相对所述显示屏翻转,实现功能组件可以与显示屏相同朝向,也可以与显示屏相背朝向,简化了电子设备的排布结构,提高用户体验。
以上是本申请实施例的实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请实施例原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本申请的保护范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备包括设备本体、滑动模组、驱动机构和传动机构,所述设备本体包括显示屏和与所述显示屏相盖合的背壳,所述滑动模组包括滑动件和转动连接所述滑动件的功能组件,所述滑动件沿平行所述显示屏方向可伸缩地滑动连接于所述背壳,以带动所述功能组件与所述显示屏相层叠或相展开,所述功能组件在与所述显示屏相展开后可相对所述显示屏翻转,所述驱动机构固定于所述显示屏和所述背壳之间,驱动所述滑动件滑动,所述传动机构连接于所述功能组件和所述驱动机构,以带动所述功能组件相对所述滑动件转动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述驱动机构包括转动连接于所述背壳的驱动轴,所述驱动轴的长度方向与所述滑动件的滑动方向相平行,所述驱动轴的外周侧壁设有沿螺旋曲线延伸的第一导滑槽,所述滑动件设有滑动连接于所述第一导滑槽的凸块,所述凸块沿所述第一导滑槽滑动,带动所述滑动件相对所述背壳滑动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述驱动轴靠近滑动件一端在外周侧壁沿周向设有与所述第一导滑槽连通的第二导滑槽,所述凸块滑动至所述第二导滑槽,所述驱动轴驱动所述功能组件相对所述显示屏翻转。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述第二导滑槽在所述驱动轴的外周侧壁环绕角度小于360度。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述传动机构包括第一转接轴,所述第一转接轴插接所述驱动轴,并随所述滑动件相对所述背壳滑动,以及随所述驱动轴相对所述滑动件转动,所述第一转接轴的轴向平行所述驱动轴的轴向,当所述凸块滑动至所述第二导滑槽,所述第一转接轴将转动扭矩传递至所述功能组件,以驱动所述功能组件相对所述显示屏翻转。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述传动机构还包括第二转接轴和推杆,所述第二转接轴与所述第一转接轴轴联接,所述第二转轴在周侧壁设有沿螺旋曲线延伸的第三导滑槽,所述推杆设有滑动连接于所述第三导滑槽的滑动块,所述推杆沿所述第二转接轴轴向相对所述滑动件滑动,所述凸块沿所述第一导滑槽滑动,所述推杆与所述功能组件分离,所述凸块沿所述第二导滑槽滑动,所述推杆推动所述功能组件相对所述显示屏翻转。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述第三导滑槽沿非等距螺旋曲线延伸。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述传动机构还包括固定于所述第一转接轴的第一锥齿轮和固定于所述第二转接轴的第二锥齿轮,所述第一锥齿轮与所述第二锥齿轮相啮合。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述第一锥齿轮的锯齿数大于所述第二锥齿轮的锯齿数。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述传动机构还包括固定于所述功能组件的齿轮和固定于所述推杆的齿条,所述凸块在所述第二导滑槽内滑动时,所述齿条与所述齿轮相啮合,并驱动所述功能组件相对所述显示屏翻转。
  11. 根据权利要求5所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述滑动模组还包括遮盖所述功能组件的盖板,所述盖板平行所述显示屏,所述盖板滑动连接所述滑动件,所述凸块沿所述第一导滑槽滑动,所述推杆与所述盖板分离,所述凸块沿所述第二导滑槽滑动,所述推杆推动所述盖板相对所述显示屏平齐。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述第二转接轴的轴向平行所述盖板,所述盖板设有楔形块,所述推杆的一端设有与所述楔形块相配合的推动块。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述第三导滑槽包括依次连接的第一段、第二段和第三段,所述凸块沿所述第一导滑槽滑动,所述滑动块在所述第一段滑动,所述推杆与所述第一盖板和所述功能组件分离,所述凸块沿所述第二导滑槽滑动,所述滑动块在所述第二段滑动,所述推杆推动所述盖板与所述显示屏平齐,所述凸块沿所述第二导滑槽滑动,所述滑动块沿所述第三段滑动,所述推杆推动所述功能组件与相对所述显示屏翻转。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述第一段的螺距小于所述第二段的螺距。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述滑动块从所述第三段的一端向另一端滑动,所述功能组件由与所述显示屏相同朝向翻转至与所述显示屏相反朝向。
  16. 根据权利要求1~15所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述显示屏具有显示区,所述滑动件滑动至与所述显示屏相层叠状态,所述显示区部分覆盖或完全覆盖所述功能组件。
  17. 根据权利要求1~15所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述功能组件包括转动连接于所述滑动件的转动座和固定于所述转动座的至少一个功能器件,所述至少一个功能器件随所述转动座相对所述显示屏翻转。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述至少一个功能器件包括摄像头模组。
  19. 一种电子设备的控制方法,其特征在于,所述电子设备包括设备本体、滑动模组、驱动机构和传动机构,所述滑动模组包括可伸缩滑动于所述设备本体的滑动件和转动连接所述滑动件的功能组件,所述驱动机构固定于所述设备本体,所述传动机构连接于所述功能组件和所述驱动机构;
    所述电子设备的控制方法包括:
    所述电子设备接收伸出信号,所述电子设备根据所述伸出信号控制所述驱动机构驱动所述传动机构,以使所述传动机构带动所述滑动件滑动至相对所述设备本体伸出状态;
    所述电子设备接收转动信号,所述电子设备根据所述转动信号控制所述驱动机构驱动所述传动机构,以使所述传动机构带动所述功能组件相对所述设备本体转动;
    所述电子设备接收收缩信号,所述电子设备根据所述收缩信号控制所述驱动机构驱动所述传动机构,以使所述传动机构带动所述滑动件收缩至相对所述设备本体收缩状态。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的电子设备的控制方法,其特征在于,所述电子设备接收转动信号的步骤中,所述电子设备接收转动信号,所述电子设备根据所述转动信号检测所述滑动件的伸出阈值是否到达预设伸出阈值;
    若检测为是,则所述电子设备控制所述驱动机构驱动所述传动机构,以使所述传动机构带动所述功能组件相对所述设备本体转动。
