一种预防人员伤害的冲压机系统 技术领域
本发明涉及一种预防人员伤害的冲压机系统,属于冲压加工技术领域。
背景技术
冲压机是通过电动机驱动飞轮,并通过离合器,传动齿轮带动曲柄连杆机构使滑块上下运动,带动拉伸模具对钢板成型。所谓的双动就是指压力机有两个滑块,分为内滑块和外滑块,内滑块带动模具的凸模或凹模,外滑块带动模具上的压边圈,在拉伸时压边圈首先动作压住钢板边缘,内滑块再动作进行拉伸。
但现有的冲压机的操作中往往不够机械化,自动化程度低,效率也低,而且在操作过程中一些安全意识差的人员可能会接近冲压机,有一定的危险性,该问题有待解决。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种预防人员伤害的冲压机系统。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种预防人员伤害的冲压机系统,其特征是,包括电动上料装置、冲压成型装置、取件装置、产品运输装置、安全系统和控制台,所述控制台分别与所述电动上料装置、冲压成型装置、取件装置、产品运输装置连接,所述安全系统与所述冲压成型装置连接后再连接控制台;所述安全系统包括红外感应装置、警报装置以及开关触发装置,所述红外模块设在冲压成型装置一周,在冲压成型装置启动时或者运作中若有其他物体靠近所述冲压成型装置,并操过警戒线,红外感应模块感应动作,触发警报装置和触发装置,警报装置发出声音提醒人员,触发装置断开所述冲压成型装置的开关,避免危险。
进一步的,所述控制台用于控制电动上料装置、冲压成型装置、取件装置、产品运输装置、安全系统的运作。
进一步的,所述电动上料装置通过电机驱动进行上料。
进一步的,所述冲压成型装置通过液压器控制冲压。
进一步的,所述取件装置包括若干个机械手,方便对产品的抓取。
进一步的,所述产品运输装置采用传送带机构。
本发明所达到的有益效果:
在冲压机加工过程中,工人只需在操作台操作人机交互模块即可操控冲压机的的取料到成型到传输产品的整个过程,而且设有安全系统,避免安全意识不高的人进入作业区,提高系统安全性;操作方便,机械化程度高,生产效率也高,有很好的推广性。

如图1所示,一种预防人员伤害的冲压机系统,其特征是,包括电动上料装置、冲压成型装置、取件装置、产品运输装置、安全系统和控制台,所述控制台分别与所述电动上料装置、冲压成型装置、取件装置、产品运输装置连接,所述安全系统与所述冲压成型装置连接后再连接控制台;所述安全系统包括红外感应装置、警报装置以及开关触发装置,所述红外模块设在冲压成型装置一周,在冲压成型装置启动时或者运作中若有其他物体靠近所述冲压成型装置,并操过警戒线,红外感应模块感应动作,触发警报装置和触发装置,警报装置发出声音提醒人员,触发装置断开所述冲压成型装置的开关,避免危险。
本实施例中,所述控制台用于控制电动上料装置、冲压成型装置、取件装置、产品运输装置、安全系统的运作。

本实施例中,所述取件装置包括若干个机械手,方便对产品的抓取。

  1. 一种预防人员伤害的冲压机系统,其特征是,包括电动上料装置、冲压成型装置、取件装置、产品运输装置、安全系统和控制台,所述控制台分别与所述电动上料装置、冲压成型装置、取件装置、产品运输装置连接,所述安全系统与所述冲压成型装置连接后再连接控制台;所述安全系统包括红外感应装置、警报装置以及开关触发装置,所述红外模块设在冲压成型装置一周,在冲压成型装置启动时或者运作中若有其他物体靠近所述冲压成型装置,并操过警戒线,红外感应模块感应动作,触发警报装置和触发装置,警报装置发出声音提醒人员,触发装置断开所述冲压成型装置的开关,避免危险。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种预防人员伤害的冲压机系统,其特征是,所述控制台用于控制电动上料装置、冲压成型装置、取件装置、产品运输装置、安全系统的运作。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种预防人员伤害的冲压机系统,其特征是,所述电动上料装置通过电机驱动进行上料。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种预防人员伤害的冲压机系统,其特征是,所述冲压成型装置通过液压器控制冲压。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种预防人员伤害的冲压机系统,其特征是,所述取件装置包括若干个机械手,方便对产品的抓取。
