요약 정보는 제2 동영상 인덱스 정보 및 상기 제2 동영상 인덱스 정보에 해당하는 제2 동영상 인덱스 부분에 대한 제2 자막을 포함한다. 요약 정보는 동영상을 분석한 결과에 기초하여 외부 입력에 의해 생성되고 동영상 요약 정보 제공 서버(120)에 저장된다.
메타 정보는 동영상 식별자, 동영상 제목, 동영상 제공자, 상기 요약 정보의 파일 이름, 기본 언어, 동영상 카테고리, 상기 제1 동영상 인덱스 정보 사용 여부, 상기 제1 자막 사용 여부, 상기 요약 정보 사용 여부, 상기 제2 동영상 인덱스 정보 사용 여부 및 상기 제2 자막 사용 여부 중 적어도 하나를 포함한다. 메타 정보에 대해서는 이하 도 5, 도 8 및 도 9를 이용하여 상세히 후술한다.
본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따르면, 요약 정보는 상기 제2 동영상 인덱스 부분 및 상기 제2 자막 중 적어도 하나에 적용할 복수의 명령을 더 포함한다. 복수의 명령은 소정의 인덱스 시작부터 소정의 인덱스 끝 지점까지 자동 재생하는 재생 명령, 반복 재생 옵션, 재생 소리 옵션, 재생 속도 옵션, 재생 스킵 옵션, 상기 제2 자막 출력 옵션 및 소정의 인덱스 부분 편집 출력 옵션 중 적어도 하나를 포함한다. 복수의 명령에 대해서는 이하 도 7을 이용하여 상세히 후술한다.
출력부(270)는 상기 메타 정보에 기초하여, 상기 자막 정보 및 상기 요약 정보 중 적어도 하나와 상기 동영상의 정지 화면을 출력한다. 출력부(270)는 상기 제1 동영상 인덱스 정보 사용 여부, 상기 제1 자막 사용 여부, 상기 요약 정보 사용 여부, 상기 제2 동영상 인덱스 정보 사용 여부 및 상기 제2 자막 사용 여부에 기초하여, 동영상 인덱스 순서에 따라, 제1 동영상 인덱스 및 제2 동영상 인덱스 중 적어도 하나의 인덱스 부분에서 상기 제1 자막 및 제2 자막 중 적어도 하나의 자막을 출력한다. 상기 메타 정보에 기초한 출력부(270)의 구체적인 동작에 대해서는 이하 도 8 및 도 9를 이용하여 상세히 후술한다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 입력부(210)는 현재 재생 중인 동영상 인덱스의 이전을 입력받는다. 출력부(270)는 상기 이전 입력에 기초하여, 동영상 인덱스 순서에 따라 현재 출력 중인 인덱스 부분에서 이전 인덱스 부분에 대한 정지 화면을 출력한다.

또한, 본 발명에 따른 시스템은 컴퓨터로 읽을 수 있는 기록매체에 컴퓨터가 읽을 수 있는 코드로서 구현하는 것이 가능하다. 컴퓨터가 읽을 수 있는 기록매체는 컴퓨터 시스템에 의하여 읽혀질 수 있는 데이터가 저장되는 모든 종류의 기록장치를 포함한다. 상기 컴퓨터가 읽을 수 있는 기록매체는 마그네틱 저장매체(예를 들면, 롬, 플로피 디스크, 하드디스크 등) 및 광학적 판독 매체(예를 들면, 시디롬, 디브이디 등)를 포함한다. 또한 컴퓨터가 읽을 수 있는 기록매체는 네트워크로 연결된 컴퓨터 시스템에 분산되어 분산방식으로 컴퓨터가 읽을 수 있는 코드가 저장되고 실행될 수 있다.
본 발명에 따르면, 동영상의 주요 인덱스 부분들 각각에서, 동영상의 기본 자막 정보 및 동영상을 분석한 결과에 기초하여 생성된 동영상 요약 정보 중 적어도 하나의 자막과 동영상의 정지 화면을 출력함으로써, 사용자가 동영상 전체를 재생하지 않고도 전체 동영상의 내용을 충분히 효율적으로 이해할 수 있다. 즉, 본 발명에 따르면 사용자가 전체 동영상을 이해하는데 필요한, 종래 동영상 재생 시간을 단축시킬 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 따르면 동영상 요약 정보 제공 서버가 동영상의 인덱스 부분 및 동영상 요약 정보 중 적어도 하나에 적용할 복수의 명령을 포함하는 요약 정보를 제공함으로써, 동영상 요약 정보 재생 장치가 동영상 요약 정보를 재생함에 있어서, 소정의 인덱스 시작부터 소정의 인덱스 끝 지점까지 자동 재생하는 재생 명령, 반복 재생 옵션, 재생 소리 옵션, 재생 속도 옵션, 재생 스킵 옵션, 요약 정보의 자막 출력 옵션 및 소정의 인덱스 부분 편집 출력 옵션 등 다양한 출력 제어 명령을 처리할 수 있다.

Claims (29)

  1. 외부 입력에 기초하여 동영상 선택을 입력받는 입력부;
    동영상 서버로부터 상기 동영상 및 자막 정보를 수신하는 동영상 수신부;
    동영상 요약 정보 제공 서버로부터 상기 동영상의 메타 정보를 수신하고, 상기 메타 정보에 기초하여 요약 정보를 선택적으로 수신하는 요약 정보 수신부; 및
    상기 메타 정보에 기초하여, 상기 자막 정보 및 상기 요약 정보 중 적어도 하나와 상기 동영상의 정지 화면을 출력하는 출력부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동영상 요약 정보 재생 장치.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 요약 정보는 제2 동영상 인덱스 정보 및 상기 제2 동영상 인덱스 정보에 해당하는 제2 동영상 인덱스 부분에 대한 제2 자막을 포함하고;
    상기 요약 정보는 동영상을 분석한 결과에 기초하여 외부 입력에 의해 생성되고 상기 동영상 요약 정보 제공 서버에 저장된 것을 특징으로 하는 동영상 요약 정보 재생 장치.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서,
    상기 요약 정보는 상기 제2 동영상 인덱스 부분 및 상기 제2 자막 중 적어도 하나에 적용할 복수의 명령을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동영상 요약 정보 재생 장치.
  4. 제 3항에 있어서,
    상기 복수의 명령은 소정의 인덱스 시작부터 소정의 인덱스 끝 지점까지 자동 재생하는 재생 명령, 반복 재생 옵션, 재생 소리 옵션, 재생 속도 옵션, 재생 스킵 옵션, 상기 제2 자막 출력 옵션 및 소정의 인덱스 부분 편집 출력 옵션 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동영상 요약 정보 재생 장치.
  5. 제 2항에 있어서,
    상기 자막 정보는 제1 동영상 인덱스 정보 및 상기 제1 동영상 인덱스 정보에 해당하는 제1 동영상 인덱스 부분에 대한 제1 자막을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동영상 요약 정보 재생 장치.
  6. 제 5항에 있어서,
    상기 메타 정보는 동영상 식별자, 동영상 제목, 동영상 제공자, 상기 요약 정보의 파일 이름, 기본 언어, 동영상 카테고리, 상기 제1 동영상 인덱스 정보 사용 여부, 상기 제1 자막 사용 여부, 상기 요약 정보 사용 여부, 상기 제2 동영상 인덱스 정보 사용 여부 및 상기 제2 자막 사용 여부 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동영상 요약 정보 재생 장치.
  7. 제 6항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 동영상 인덱스 정보 사용 여부, 상기 제1 자막 사용 여부, 상기 요약 정보 사용 여부, 상기 제2 동영상 인덱스 정보 사용 여부 및 상기 제2 자막 사용 여부에 기초하여, 상기 출력부는 동영상 인덱스 순서에 따라, 제1 동영상 인덱스 및 제2 동영상 인덱스 중 적어도 하나의 인덱스 부분에서 상기 제1 자막 및 상기 제2 자막 중 적어도 하나의 자막을 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동영상 요약 정보 재생 장치.
  8. 제 7항에 있어서,
    상기 입력부는 현재 출력 중인 동영상 인덱스의 이전을 입력받고;
    상기 출력부는 상기 이전 입력에 기초하여, 동영상 인덱스 순서에 따라 현재 출력 중인 인덱스 부분에서 이전 인덱스 부분에 대한 정지 화면을 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동영상 요약 정보 재생 장치.
  9. 제 7항에 있어서,
    상기 입력부는 현재 출력 중인 동영상 인덱스의 다음을 입력받고;
    상기 출력부는 상기 다음 입력에 기초하여, 동영상 인덱스 순서에 따라 현재 출력 중인 인덱스 부분에서 다음 인덱스 부분에 대한 정지 화면을 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동영상 요약 정보 재생 장치.
  10. 동영상의 메타 정보 및 요약 정보를 저장하는 저장부;
    동영상 요약 정보 재생 장치로부터 동영상 식별자를 포함하는 메타 정보 요청을 수신하는 메타 정보 요청 수신부;
    상기 동영상 식별자에 대응하는 동영상의 메타 정보를 상기 동영상 요약 정보 재생 장치에게 송신하는 메타 정보 송신부;
    상기 메타 정보에 기초하여 상기 동영상 요약 정보 재생 장치로부터 상기 동영상의 요약 정보 요청을 선택적으로 수신하는 요약 정보 요청 수신부; 및
    상기 동영상의 요약 정보를 상기 동영상 요약 정보 재생 장치에게 송신하는 요약 정보 송신부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동영상 요약 정보 제공 서버.
  11. 제 10항에 있어서,
    상기 요약 정보는 제2 동영상 인덱스 정보 및 상기 제2 동영상 인덱스 정보에 해당하는 제2 동영상 인덱스 부분에 대한 제2 자막을 포함하고;
    상기 요약 정보는 동영상을 분석한 결과에 기초하여 외부 입력에 의해 생성되고 상기 저장부에 저장된 것을 특징으로 하는 동영상 요약 정보 제공 서버.
  12. 제 11항에 있어서,
    상기 요약 정보는 상기 제2 동영상 인덱스 부분 및 상기 제2 자막 중 적어도 하나에 적용할 복수의 명령을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동영상 요약 정보 제공 서버.
  13. 제 12항에 있어서,
    상기 복수의 명령은 소정의 인덱스 시작부터 소정의 인덱스 끝 지점까지 자동 재생하는 재생 명령, 반복 재생 옵션, 재생 소리 옵션, 재생 속도 옵션, 재생 스킵 옵션, 상기 제2 자막 출력 옵션 및 소정의 인덱스 부분 편집 출력 옵션 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동영상 요약 정보 제공 서버.
  14. 제 11항에 있어서,
    상기 메타 정보는 동영상 식별자, 동영상 제목, 동영상 제공자, 상기 요약 정보의 파일 이름, 기본 언어, 동영상 카테고리, 제1 동영상 인덱스 정보 사용 여부, 제1 자막 사용 여부, 상기 요약 정보 사용 여부, 상기 제2 동영상 인덱스 정보 사용 여부 및 상기 제2 자막 사용 여부 중 적어도 하나를 포함하고;
    상기 제1 동영상 인덱스 정보 및 상기 제1 자막은 동영상과 함께 제공되는 자막 정보에 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 동영상 요약 정보 제공 서버.
  15. 외부 입력에 기초하여 동영상 선택을 입력받는 단계;
    동영상 서버로부터 상기 동영상 및 자막 정보를 수신하는 단계;
    동영상 요약 정보 제공 서버로부터 상기 동영상의 메타 정보를 수신하는 단계;
    상기 메타 정보에 기초하여 요약 정보를 선택적으로 수신하는 단계; 및
    상기 메타 정보에 기초하여, 상기 자막 정보 및 상기 요약 정보 중 적어도 하나와 상기 동영상의 정지 화면을 출력하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동영상 요약 정보 재생 방법.
  16. 제 15항에 있어서,
    상기 요약 정보는 제2 동영상 인덱스 정보 및 상기 제2 동영상 인덱스 정보에 해당하는 제2 동영상 인덱스 부분에 대한 제2 자막을 포함하고;
    상기 요약 정보는 동영상을 분석한 결과에 기초하여 외부 입력에 의해 생성되고 상기 동영상 요약 정보 제공 서버에 저장된 것을 특징으로 하는 동영상 요약 정보 재생 방법.
  17. 제 16항에 있어서,
    상기 요약 정보는 상기 제2 동영상 인덱스 부분 및 상기 제2 자막 중 적어도 하나에 적용할 복수의 명령을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동영상 요약 정보 재생 방법.
  18. 제 17항에 있어서,

    상기 자막 정보는 제1 동영상 인덱스 정보 및 상기 제1 동영상 인덱스 정보에 해당하는 제1 동영상 인덱스 부분에 대한 제1 자막을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동영상 요약 정보 재생 방법.
  20. 제 19항에 있어서,
    상기 메타 정보는 동영상 식별자, 동영상 제목, 동영상 제공자, 상기 요약 정보의 파일 이름, 기본 언어, 동영상 카테고리, 상기 제1 동영상 인덱스 정보 사용 여부, 상기 제1 자막 사용 여부, 상기 요약 정보 사용 여부, 상기 제2 동영상 인덱스 정보 사용 여부 및 상기 제2 자막 사용 여부 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동영상 요약 정보 재생 방법.
  21. 제 20항에 있어서,
    상기 자막 정보 및 상기 요약 정보 중 적어도 하나와 상기 동영상의 정지 화면을 출력하는 단계는
    상기 제1 동영상 인덱스 정보 사용 여부, 상기 제1 자막 사용 여부, 상기 요약 정보 사용 여부, 상기 제2 동영상 인덱스 정보 사용 여부 및 상기 제2 자막 사용 여부에 기초하여, 동영상 인덱스 순서에 따라, 제1 동영상 인덱스 및 제2 동영상 인덱스 중 적어도 하나의 인덱스 부분에서 상기 제1 자막 및 상기 제2 자막 중 적어도 하나의 자막을 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동영상 요약 정보 재생 방법.
  22. 제 21항에 있어서,
    현재 출력 중인 동영상 인덱스의 이전을 입력받는 단계; 및
    상기 이전 입력에 기초하여, 동영상 인덱스 순서에 따라 현재 출력 중인 인덱스 부분에서 이전 인덱스 부분에 대한 정지 화면을 출력하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동영상 요약 정보 재생 방법.
  23. 제 21항에 있어서,
    현재 출력 중인 동영상 인덱스의 다음을 입력받는 단계; 및
    상기 다음 입력에 기초하여, 동영상 인덱스 순서에 따라 현재 출력 중인 인덱스 부분에서 다음 인덱스 부분에 대한 정지 화면을 출력하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동영상 요약 정보 재생 방법.
  24. 동영상의 메타 정보 및 요약 정보를 저장하는 단계;
    동영상 요약 정보 재생 장치로부터 동영상 식별자를 포함하는 메타 정보 요청을 수신하는 단계;
    상기 동영상 식별자에 대응하는 동영상의 메타 정보를 상기 동영상 요약 정보 재생 장치에게 송신하는 단계;
    상기 메타 정보에 기초하여 상기 동영상 요약 정보 재생 장치로부터 상기 동영상의 요약 정보 요청을 선택적으로 수신하는 단계; 및
    상기 동영상의 요약 정보를 상기 동영상 요약 정보 재생 장치에게 송신하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동영상 요약 정보 제공 방법.
  25. 제 24항에 있어서,
    동영상을 분석한 결과에 기초하여 외부 입력에 의해 상기 요약 정보를 생성하는 단계를 더 포함하고;
    상기 요약 정보는 제2 동영상 인덱스 정보 및 상기 제2 동영상 인덱스 정보에 해당하는 제2 동영상 인덱스 부분에 대한 제2 자막을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동영상 요약 정보 제공 방법.
  26. 제 25항에 있어서,
    상기 요약 정보는 상기 제2 동영상 인덱스 부분 및 상기 제2 자막 중 적어도 하나에 적용할 복수의 명령을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동영상 요약 정보 제공 방법.
  27. 제 26항에 있어서,
