Description
本申请要求申请日为2017年11月21日、申请号为201711166775.6、名称为“一种注塑显示屏、注塑模具及家用电器”的中国专利申请的优先权,该申请的全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本公开涉及显示装置技术领域,例如涉及一种显示屏、注塑模具及家用电器。
相关技术中,绝大部分的空调、洗衣机、冰箱等家用电器设备都设置显示屏,显示屏设置为显示设备的各种信息。以洗衣机为例,在洗衣机上设置有显示屏,用来显示洗衣功能、设定温度等信息,方便用户的使用。
相关技术中,显示屏一般为注塑成型,显示屏包括显示膜片和树脂外壳,显示膜片的四周设置有翻边结构,在注塑过程中,翻边结构以及显示膜片的背部与外壳注塑为一体,但由于翻边结构的高度较低,翻边结构仅侧部较少部分与树脂结合并嵌入到树脂,导致显示屏的边角容易出现气泡,增加了显示屏的不良率高,极大的增加了生产成本。
发明内容
本公开提出了一种显示屏、注塑模具及家用电器,解决了由于相关技术中显示屏翻边结构的高度较低而导致与树脂结合并嵌入到树脂中的部分较少,进而导致显示屏的边角容易产生气泡的问题。
一种显示屏,包括:显示膜片,所述显示膜片包括翻边结构,所述翻边结构沿所述显示膜片的边缘设置;及外壳,所述外壳与所述显示膜片注塑为一体结构,所述翻边结构朝向所述外壳的一端的端面整体嵌入所述外壳内。
一种家用电器,包括上述的显示屏。

本实施方式保护提供了一种显示屏,该显示屏采用注塑成型,如图1-图3所示,该显示屏包括一体注塑成型的显示膜片1和外壳2,如图3和图4所示,显示膜片1的边缘设置有翻边结构11,外壳2与显示膜片1以及翻边结构11注塑为一体结构,翻边结构11的自由端整体嵌入外壳2内,其中,自由端指的是翻边结构11朝向所述外壳2的一端。该显示屏的显示膜片1上的翻边结构11的一端的端面整体嵌入外壳2内,增加了翻边结构11嵌入外壳2的面积及增加了翻边结构11与外壳2结合的面积,使显示膜片1与外壳2结合紧密,显示屏成型后边角不会产生气泡,降低了显示屏的不良率,降低了成本。本实施例中,外壳2由树脂注塑成型。在一实施例中,翻边结构11的高度L为3mm-4mm,该翻边结构11尺寸的设置能够保证翻边结构11与外壳2结合紧密,显示屏成型后边角不会产生气泡,降低了显示屏的不良率,降低了成本。
如图3所示,显示膜片1还包括膜片本体12,膜片本体12的边缘与翻边结构11相连,膜片本体12与外壳2注塑为一体,翻边结构11由膜片本体12向外壳2弯折形成,且翻边结构11与外壳2注塑为一体。翻边结构11与膜片本体12相垂直。翻边结构11与膜片本体12之间的角度还可以大于90°但小于180°,翻边结构11与膜片本体12之间的角度还可以小于90°但大于0°。在一实施例中,翻边结构11与膜片本体12相垂直设置。
如图2-图4所示,外壳2未与显示膜片1注塑连接的一侧的侧面周向设置有凹槽,凹槽靠近所述侧面的边缘设置,该凹槽为第一凹槽21,结构简单,易于加工,能够避免四角压力不足而导致注塑不到位显示屏产生气泡的现象发生。第一凹槽21可以为连续的一体结构(如图2所示),也可以间断设置(图中未示出)。如图5所示,外壳2还可以在背离显示膜片1的一侧的四角处设置凹槽,该凹槽为 第二凹槽22,结构简单,易于加工,能够避免四角压力不足而导致注塑不到位,进而导致显示屏产生气泡。凹槽的设置根据实际情况选择。
本实施方式还提供了一种注塑模具,该注塑模具设有注塑口,注塑口设置在注塑模具上与显示屏背部相对的区域,注塑模具设置为注塑上述的显示屏。该显示屏的显示膜片1上的翻边结构11的高度L为3mm-4mm,相对于相关技术中的翻边结构,本实施例增加了翻边高度;注塑模具的注塑口设置在注塑模具的与显示屏背部相对应的区域,上述设置可以有效解决注塑口设置于注塑模具上与显示屏下部相对的区域时,使得在注塑中树脂难以流入到显示膜片1的背部,以及注塑压力会挤压显示膜片1,进而导致显示膜片1变形的问题。
本实施方式还提供了一种显示屏的注塑方法,包括采用上述注塑模具注塑形成上述显示屏。所述采用上述注塑模具注塑形成上述显示屏包括:通过向注塑模具上的注塑口内注射液态组分,依次形成显示膜片1和外壳2。
本实施方式还提供了一种家用电器,该家用电器包括上述的显示屏。该显示屏的结合度好,不会出现气泡。
Claims (9)
- 一种显示屏,包括:显示膜片(1),所述显示膜片(1)包括翻边结构(11),所述翻边结构(11)沿所述显示膜片(1)的边缘设置;及外壳(2),所述外壳(2)与所述显示膜片(1)注塑为一体结构,所述翻边结构(11)朝向所述外壳(2)的一端的端面整体嵌入所述外壳(2)内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示屏,其中,所述翻边结构(11)的高度L为3mm-4mm。
- 根据权利要求2所述的显示屏,其中,所述显示膜片(1)还包括膜片本体(12),所述膜片本体(12)的边缘与所述翻边结构(11)相连,所述膜片本体(12)与所述外壳(2)注塑为一体结构,所述翻边结构(11)由所述膜片本体(12)沿朝向所述外壳(2)的方向弯折形成,且所述翻边结构(11)与所述外壳(2)注塑为一体结构。
- 根据权利要求3所述的显示屏,其中,所述翻边结构(11)与所述膜片本体(12)相垂直。
- 根据权利要求1-4中任一所述的显示屏,其中,所述外壳(2)背离所述显示膜片(1)的一侧设置有凹槽,所述凹槽沿所述外壳的边缘周向设置。
- 根据权利要求5所述的显示屏,其中,所述凹槽为连续设置的一体结构。
- 根据权利要求5所述的显示屏,其中,所述凹槽间断设置。
- 根据权利要求1-4中任一所述的显示屏,其中,所述外壳(2)背离所述显示膜片(1)的一侧的四角处均设置有凹槽。
- 一种家用电器,包括权利要求1-8中任一所述的显示屏。
