可选地,所述密封套的外周面设有多个沿上下方向间隔设置的环形凸起。这样进一步便于提高所述密封套的密封效果。
根据本发明的再一个实施例,所述座体的底壁的上表面设有用于密封水桶的桶盖与所述座体的底壁之间间隙的密封垫。这样可以避免水桶内的水从所述间隙流出。
可选地,所述聪明头与所述座体之间配合有密封圈。这样可以提高所述聪明头与所述座体之间的密封效果。

具体实施方式
本发明是基于本申请的发明人对以下事实和问题的发现作出的:
相关技术中的饮水机,若不能水平放置,其浮阀不能随浮力垂直上下移动,导致用于 封堵聪明座出水口的结构与该出水口之间发生倾斜,该封堵结构与出水口不能完全闭合,影响对聪明座出水口的密封效果,从而发生漏水。
下面详细描述本发明的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
下面参考附图描述根据本发明实施例的聪明座10。
如图1-图18所示,根据本发明实施例的聪明座10包括座体100、聪明头200、封堵件300和浮子400。
座体100上设有聪明座出水口110,座体100的下表面设有从座体100向下延伸的导向环120(上下方向如图1-图6中的箭头A所示),导向环120的外周面设有卡扣121。聪明头200设在座体100上且与聪明座出水口110连通。封堵件300在封堵聪明座出水口110的关闭位置和敞开聪明座出水口110的打开位置之间可移动地配合在聪明座出水口110内。浮子400上设有安装槽410,安装槽410的内周面上设有沿上下方向延伸的导向槽420,卡扣121可卡接且可上下移动地配合在导向槽420内,封堵件300设在浮子400上且随浮子400一同移动。
具体而言,聪明座100的下部安装在饮水机1的冷罐内。
根据本发明实施例的聪明座10,通过设置封堵件300,将封堵件300在封堵聪明座出水口110的所述关闭位置和敞开聪明座出水口110的所述打开位置之间可移动地配合在聪明座出水口110内。由于封堵件300设在浮子400上且随浮子400一同移动,这样可以通过浮子400带动封堵件300进行上下移动,使封堵件300在所述关闭位置和所述打开位置之间切换,控制聪明座出水口110的开闭。
当水桶20完好无破损时,浮子400在自身重力作用下处于避让聪明座出水口110的所述打开位置,用户打开用水开关取水时,水桶20通过聪明头200进气和出水,水桶20内的水通过聪明头200和聪明座出水口110正常排出。用户关闭用水开关后,水桶20内无法进气,从而避免水桶20内的水继续排出。
在水桶20发生破损时,水桶20依然会从破损处进气,导致水桶20内的水持续排出,此时持续溢出的水通过聪明头200和聪明座出水口110进入饮水机1的冷罐内,使冷罐内的液位上升,浮子400受浮力作用随液位上升而向上运动,带动封堵件300进行向上运动,直至封堵件300移动至所述关闭位置并封堵聪明座出水口110,便于封堵件300对聪明座出水口110进行封堵,避免水桶20内的水在在重力作用下继续溢出,从而防止饮水机1发生漏水。
此外,浮子400上设有安装槽410,安装槽410的内周面上设有沿上下方向延伸的导向 槽420,卡扣121可卡接且可上下移动地配合在导向槽420内,封堵件300设在浮子400上且随浮子400一同移动。这样可以利用导向槽420和卡扣121对封堵件300进行导向和定位,封堵件300仅能沿预先设置好的轨迹进行上下移动,相比相关技术中的饮水机,封堵件300在所述打开位置和所述关闭位置之间移动时,可以便于限制封堵件300的运动轨迹,提高封堵件300在所述打开位置和所述关闭位置时的位置精度,使封堵件300能够准确地封盖聪明座出水口110,便于封堵件300的封堵效果,避免因饮水机1放置不平稳而导致封堵件300与聪明座出水口110之间发生倾斜或错位,保证封堵件300对聪明座出水口110的密封性能,提高聪明座100对水桶20进出水控制的可靠性,避免饮水机1发生漏水,防止对饮水机1内部电路以及饮水机1附近的物品造成损坏,避免影响用户的正常使用。
并且,通过将浮子400上设有安装槽410,安装槽410的内周面上设有沿上下方向延伸的导向槽420,卡扣121可卡接且可上下移动地配合在导向槽420内,封堵件300设在浮子400上且随浮子400一同移动,可以避免饮水机1不能水平放置对聪明座100进出水控制效果的影响,这样不仅可以使饮水机1能够放置在具有一定倾斜角度的场地上,从而提高饮水机1的适用性,而且可以使用户自行选择摆放的场地而不需要专业人员对摆放的水平度进行测量,从而提高用户使用时的舒适性。
同时,由于座体100和浮子400利用导向槽420和卡扣121实现卡扣连接,除了对封堵件300进行导向和定位,还可以便于座体100和浮子400的安装,便于提高聪明座10的安装效率,便于操作人员的操作。因此,根据本发明实施例的聪明座10具有密封效果好、可靠性高等优点。
下面参考附图描述根据本发明具体实施例的聪明座10。
在本发明的一些具体实施例中,如图1-图18所示,根据本发明实施例的聪明座10包括座体100、聪明头200、封堵件300和浮子400。
具体地,如图10所示,浮子400包括连接板430和浮力部440,安装槽410形成在连接板430上。浮力部440为环形且沿连接板430的外周沿设置(内外方向如图3-图6中的箭头B所示)。这样便于座体100与浮子400的连接,便浮力部440通过浮力作用带动连接板430,并利用连接板430带动封堵件300相对聪明座出水口110进行移动。
更为具体地,如图11所示,连接板430上设有安装凸起431,封堵件300套设在安装凸起431上。这样不仅便于封堵件300的安装,而且可以利用安装凸起431对封堵件300进行定位,进一步提高封堵件300的密封可靠性。
根据本发明的一个具体实施例,如图15所示,安装凸起431上设有卡槽433,封堵件300上设有卡接凸台310,卡接凸台310可卡接地配合在卡槽433内。这样便于封堵件300 的安装,便于安装凸起431和封堵件300通过卡扣结构固定连接。
可选地,如图10所示,卡扣121为多个且沿导向环120的外周面间隔设置,导向槽420为多个且沿安装槽410的周向间隔设置。这样可以使座体100和浮子400的受力更加均匀,进一步避免浮子400在移动时发生倾斜,使浮子400的移动更加顺畅平稳,进一步提高封堵件300的定位准确性,提高封堵件300的密封可靠性。
进一步地,如图10所示,导向环120上设有多个沿导向环120的周向间隔设置且沿上下方向延伸的弹性槽122,每个卡扣121位于相邻两个弹性槽122之间。这样可以使卡扣121更加易于发生弹性形变,以便于座体100和浮子400的安装,便于提高卡扣121的卡接效果。
具体地,封堵件300为硅胶件。这样可以保证封堵件300具有足够的柔性,使封堵件300封堵聪明座出水口110时能发生一定程度的变形,利于封堵件300与聪明座出水口110的配合,便于增大封堵件300与座体100的接触面积,进一步提高封堵件300的密封效果。
根据本发明的一个具体实施例,如图15所示,封堵件300的上部呈球面结构。这样便于适应聪明座10内的多角度密封,提高封堵件300的密封性能。
当然,封堵件300也可以为其他形状。同样能够起到封堵的效果。
可选地,如图10所示,连接板430和导向环120上设有多个溢流口432。具体而言,溢流口432为多个,且在连接板430和导向环120上间隔设置。这样便于水从溢流口432流入饮水机的内部,便于通过浮子400控制封堵件300位置的切换。根据本发明的一个实施例,如图4所示,聪明头200螺纹配合在聪明座出水口110内。这样不仅可以便于聪明头200的安装和拆卸,而且可以提高聪明头200连接的密封性。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,如图6所示,聪明头200卡合在聪明座出水口110内。这样可以便于聪明头200快捷地安装和拆卸,提高聪明头200的拆卸效率,便于聪明头200的维修和保养,便于操作人员的操作。
根据本发明的一个具体实施例,如图17所示,聪明头200上设有多个聪明头卡扣230,座体100上设有座体卡槽130,聪明头卡扣230可卡接地配合在座体卡槽130内。这样进一步便于聪明头200的安装,便于聪明头200的受力更加均匀。
具体地,如图8所示,聪明头200包括导流部210和尖端部220,导流部210设在座体100上,导流部210上设有导流过孔211。尖端部220与导流部210相连且位于导流部210上端,尖端部220上设有尖端过孔221。这样不仅可以增大尖端部220的应力集中,便于聪明头200插入水桶20内,而且便于聪明头200对水桶20内的水和外界的空气进行导流,便于水桶20内的水从聪明头200顺畅地流入饮水机。
更为具体地,如图4所示,聪明座10还包括导流管500,导流管500配合在聪明头200 内,导流管500的下端延伸至聪明座出水口110内且上端延伸至尖端部220,导流管500的外周面与聪明头200的内周面间隔设置。这样可以将聪明座10内的进气通道和出水通道进行分离,保证水桶20出水的同时空气能快速顺畅地进入水桶20,便于提高聪明座10的出水流量。
具体而言,导流管500的外周面设有定位筋510。这样可以利用定位筋510对导流管500进行定位,便于导流管500的外壁与聪明头200的内壁间隔开,从而便于导流管500的安装设置。
具体地,如图8所示,聪明头200的外周面套设有用于密封水桶20的桶盖与聪明头200之间间隙的密封套600。具体而言,密封套600位于导流过孔211下方。这样可以利用密封套600对水桶20进行密封,避免水桶20内的水从所述间隙流出,进一步提高聪明座10的工作可靠性。
更为具体地,密封套600上端的外径小于下端的外径。这样不仅便于密封套600与导流部210相配合,保证密封套600的密封效果,而且可以减小密封套600对聪明头200插入水桶产生的影响。
可选地,如图16所示,密封套600的外周面设有多个沿上下方向间隔设置的环形凸起610。这样进一步便于提高密封套600的密封效果,便于提高密封套600的密封可靠性和稳定性。
具体地,如图8所示,聪明头200与座体100之间配合有密封圈700。这样可以提高聪明头200与座体100之间的密封效果,保证聪明座10的密封可靠性。
下面描述根据本发明实施例的饮水机。根据本发明实施例的饮水机包括根据本发明上述实施例的聪明座10。
根据本发明实施例的饮水机,通过利用根据本发明上述实施例的聪明座10,具有密封效果好、可靠性高等优点。
根据本发明实施例的饮水机的其他构成例以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种聪明座,其特征在于,包括:
    座体,所述座体上设有聪明座出水口,所述座体的下表面设有从所述座体向下延伸的导向环,所述导向环的外周面设有卡扣;
    聪明头,所述聪明头设在所述座体上且与所述聪明座出水口连通;
    封堵件,所述封堵件在封堵所述聪明座出水口的关闭位置和敞开所述聪明座出水口的打开位置之间可移动地配合在所述聪明座出水口内;
    浮子,所述浮子上设有安装槽,所述安装槽的内周面上设有沿上下方向延伸的导向槽,所述卡扣可卡接且可上下移动地配合在所述导向槽内,所述封堵件设在所述浮子上且随所述浮子一同移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的聪明座,其特征在于,所述浮子包括:
    连接板,所述安装槽形成在所述连接板上;
    浮力部,所述浮力部为环形且沿所述连接板的外周沿设置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的聪明座,其特征在于,所述连接板上设有安装凸起,所述封堵件套设在所述安装凸起上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的聪明座,其特征在于,所述卡扣为多个且沿所述导向环的外周面间隔设置,所述导向槽为多个且沿所述安装槽的周向间隔设置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的聪明座,其特征在于,所述导向环上设有多个沿所述导向环的周向间隔设置且沿上下方向延伸的弹性槽,每个所述卡扣位于相邻两个所述弹性槽之间。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的聪明座,其特征在于,所述封堵件为硅胶件。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的聪明座,其特征在于,所述连接板和所述导向环上设有多个溢流口。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的聪明座,其特征在于,所述聪明头螺纹配合在所述聪明座出水口内。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的聪明座,其特征在于,所述聪明头卡合在所述聪明座出水口内。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的聪明座,其特征在于,所述聪明头包括:
    导流部,所述导流部设在所述座体上,所述导流部上设有导流过孔;
    尖端部,所述尖端部与所述导流部相连且位于所述导流部上端,所述尖端部上设有尖端过孔。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的聪明座,其特征在于,还包括导流管,所述导流管配合在 所述聪明头内,所述导流管的下端延伸至所述聪明座出水口内且上端延伸至所述尖端部,所述导流管的外周面与所述聪明头的内周面间隔设置。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的聪明座,其特征在于,所述聪明头的外周面套设有用于密封水桶的桶盖与聪明头之间间隙的密封套。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的聪明座,其特征在于,所述密封套上端的外径小于下端的外径。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的聪明座,其特征在于,所述密封套的外周面设有多个沿上下方向间隔设置的环形凸起。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的聪明座,其特征在于,所述聪明头与所述座体之间配合有密封圈。
  16. 一种饮水机,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求1-15中任一项所述的聪明座。
