为叙述方便,除另有说明外,下文所说的上下方向与图1本身的上下方向一致,下文所说的左右方向与图1本身的左右方向一致。
如图1至图6所示,一种防滴阀,包括阀体10和安装在阀体10上的接液 器20;阀体10上开设有进液通道101;阀体10上设有导流筋30。
导流筋30位于接液器20的上方,用于接纳导流筋30上掉落的液滴。进液通道101具有送液口1011,导流筋30的一端设于送液口1011处,导流筋30的另一端沿背离进液通道101的方向延伸,接液器20上开设有废料口201。
酿造咖啡的时候,咖啡机将咖啡液输送到进液通道101,咖啡液从送液口1011处连续流出,在导流筋30的表面张力的作用下,咖啡液从送液口1011处连续流出时附着在导流筋30上,在连续流出的咖啡液的推动下,附着在导流筋30的咖啡液顺着导流筋30的延伸方向流动,最后流到杯子等指定的容器中,实现咖啡的酿造。当酿造完成之后,咖啡机停止向进液通道101输送咖啡液,送液口1011处没有咖啡流出,咖啡液断流,导流筋30上附着的咖啡液没有了推力,导流筋30上附着的咖啡液在重力的作用下掉在接液器20上并从废料口201流出,防止咖啡液顺着导流筋30继续流动,从而防止咖啡液沿着导流筋30一滴一滴地流出。
具体的,在一些实施例中,进导流筋30沿背离进液通道101的方向倾斜向上延伸。本实施例中,接液器20连接在阀体10上并位于送液口1011处的下方。液通道位于导流筋30的右端,导流筋30的从右往左向上倾斜延伸,咖啡液从进液通道101向左流动,连续流出的咖啡液顺着导流筋30向左移动,当停止输送咖啡液的时候,导流筋30上的咖啡液出现断流,咖啡液在重力的作用下,导流筋30上的咖啡液顺着导流筋30向右往靠近进液通道101的方向流动,流动到送液口1011处时,由于进液通道101内填满咖啡液,咖啡液在重力的作用下往下掉入接液器20上并从废料口201流出。
具体的,在一些实施例中,接液器20上设有引流通道202,引流通道202用于接纳咖啡液。引流通道202的一端与进液通道101连通,引流通道202另一端沿背离进液通道101的方向倾斜向上延伸。导流筋30的上端与阀体10一体成型,导流筋30的下端沿背离进液通道101的方向倾斜向上延伸。沿着背离进液通道101的方向上,引流通道202的底部和导流筋30的下端同时沿背离进液通道101的方向倾斜向上延伸,导流筋30的下端位于引流通道202内并与引流通道202的底部相对设置,导流筋30的下端与引流通道202的底部 之间存在间隙,咖啡液附着在导流筋30的下端并在间隙内顺着导流筋30流动。
具体的,在一些实施例中,阀体10、接液器20、导流筋30一体成型。导流筋30的上端与阀体10连接,导流筋30的下端沿着靠近引流通道202的底部的方向延伸并位于引流通道202内。导流筋30的下端的横截面呈等腰梯形,导流筋30的下端的宽度从上往下逐渐降低,利于咖啡液附着在导流筋30的下端并顺着导流筋30流动。
在酿造咖啡过程中,咖啡从进液通道101到达引流通道202时,咖啡可以利用导流筋30的表面张力克服出引流通道202的高度差,使咖啡从导流筋30流出。酿造咖啡完成后,残留咖啡液会一滴一滴慢慢流出,此部分咖啡液无法克服导流筋和引流通道202的高度差,咖啡液从废液口流出,再流入其它废水容器内,减少酿造完成后的咖啡滴停时间,不用去等待咖啡慢慢滴完。
具体的,在一些实施例中,导流筋30具有与引流通道202的底部相对设置的导流面301;导流面301沿着引流通道202的延伸方向倾斜向上延伸。导流面301位于导流筋30的下端,导流面301从右往左远离进液通道101并倾斜向上。导流面301向上倾斜的角度大于或等于引流通道202的底部向上倾斜的角度,在背离进液通道101的方向上,导流面301与引流通道202的底部之间的距离保持不变或者逐渐增大,防止因导流面301与引流通道202的底部之间的距离变小而妨碍咖啡液的流动。本实施例中,导流面301与引流通道202的底部之间的距离保持不变,保证咖啡液的流动速率。
具体的,在一些实施例中,导流面301在重力方向的投影位于引流通道202内,导流面与进液通道101的内壁相切或位于送液口1011围合形成的区域内。导流面301的高度低于进液通道101的顶部或与进液通道101的顶部平齐,保证从进液通道101的送液口1011出来的液体流到导流面301上,避免因导流面301高度太高导致送液口1011出来的液体直接落入引流通道。优选的,导流面与进液通道101的内壁相切,避免导流筋阻碍液体从送液口1011流出。
具体的,在一些实施例中,接液器20呈半圆管状,引流通道202的横截面呈半圆形,进液通道101的横截面呈圆形。在导流筋30延伸方向的投影上, 进液通道101位于引流通道202的边缘围合形成的区域内。引流通道202包括第一液流槽2021和第二液流槽2022,第一液流槽2021具有第一端和第二端,进液通道101的第一端与进液通道101连通,进液通道101的第二端与第二液流槽2022通连通;第一液流槽2021的第一端的内壁与进液通道101的内壁相接,第一液流槽2021的第二端的内壁与第二液流槽2022的内壁相接。连续的咖啡液顺着导流筋30流动到导流筋30末端的时候,前的咖啡液在后面咖啡液的推动以及惯性的作用下,从导流筋30的左端飞出,并顺着第二液流槽2022左端的出液口2023飞出到指定的容器,完成咖啡的酿造。当咖啡液断流时,在重力的作用下,咖啡液流到导流筋30的左端就掉在第二液流槽2022上并顺着第二液流槽2022的底壁向第一液流槽2021流动,最后从第一液流槽2021处的废液口流出,咖啡液断流时会直接掉在引流通道202,不会沿着导流筋30流动,从而保证咖啡酿造完成之后咖啡一滴一滴流出。
沿着背离进液通道101的方向,第一液流槽2021的横截面逐渐增大。使得沿着导流筋30冲出的咖啡液流动更顺畅。
具体的,在一些实施例中,接液器20上设有引流板203;第二液流槽2022的一端与第一液流槽2021连通,第二液流槽2022的另一端具有出液口2023,引流板203的一端与出液口2023的下边缘连接,引流板203的另一端沿着背离出液口2023的方向向下延伸。引流板203的横截面从上往下逐渐减小。连续的咖啡滴沿着导流筋30流动时从出液口2023处冲出下落,然后顺着引流板203流向相应的容器。
具体的,在一些实施例中,废料口201开设在第一液流槽2021的第一端的两侧。废料口201位于引流通道202的下端,有利于将不要的咖啡液全部排出。废料口沿背离所述进液通道的方向延伸,导流筋延伸的长度大于或者等于废料口延伸的长度的二分之一。
出液口2023的高度高于废料口201。咖啡很容易沿着导流筋23流向出液口2023,而不会直接从废料口201排出;当咖啡的流速很低,咖啡可以通过了废料口201,但无法通过出出液口2023时,咖啡会从废料口201流出。
具体的,在一些实施例中,防滴阀还包括具有出液槽401和废液槽402的基座40;阀体10安装在基座40上,出液口2023与出液槽401连通,废液槽402与废料口201连通。酿造咖啡的时候,顺着导流筋30流动并从出液口2023飞出的咖啡液落入到出液槽401,最后出液槽401内的咖啡液到达指定的容器中完成酿造。完成酿造之后剩余的咖啡液从废料口201流到废液槽402收集。
具体的,在一些实施例中,阀体10上设有卡槽102。阀体10通过卡槽102卡入出液槽401的边缘,使得阀体10安装在基座40上。出液槽401和废液槽402中间通过隔板403分隔,隔板403上设有卡孔,接液器20卡设在卡孔内,实现接液器20的定位。
具体的,在一些实施例中,卡槽的内壁设有倒勾,出液槽401的内壁设有倒勾卡入的勾槽,防止阀体与基座脱离。进液通道的外表面为阶梯轴,便于阀体的固定。
具体的,在一些实施例中,出液槽401的底壁设有倾斜的引流面,引流面位于引流板的下方,引流面的下端设有集液槽,集液槽下方设有开设有放液孔,咖啡液通过放液孔落入用户的杯子内。
具体的,在一些实施例中,废料口201具有呈台阶状的引流面,引流面从上往下延伸,引导剩余的咖啡液流入废液槽402,防止咖啡液飞溅。
具体的,在一些实施例中,沿着靠近接液器的方向,进液通道的横截面先逐渐递减然后保持不变,提高进液通道输送咖啡液的液压,保证连续的咖啡液顺着导流筋流动。
如图1所示,一种防滴阀的防滴方法,包括如下步骤:
启动咖啡机,咖啡机向进液通道101内输送咖啡液,随着咖啡机不断地输送咖啡液,进液通道101内的咖啡液向送液口1011处流动。
咖啡机不断地输送咖啡液,液体从送液口1011处连续流出,连续流出的咖啡液体在导流筋30的表面张力的作用下,液体沿着导流筋30流动,实现咖啡液体的连续输送;连续的咖啡液在导流筋30的末端飞出,最后从引流通道 202的出液口2023顺着引流板203流到出液槽401中再流入用户的咖啡杯内,完成咖啡的酿造。
完成咖啡的酿造后,咖啡机关闭,咖啡机停止向进液通道101内输送液体,送液口1011处无咖啡液继续流出,导流筋30上的咖啡液断流,导流筋30上的咖啡液在重力的作用下掉落在接液器20的引流通道202内,从而能够防止液体沿着导流筋30滴出,接液器20的引流通道202内的咖啡液最后从废料口201排出到废液槽402。
以上实施例也并非是基于本实用新型的穷尽性列举,在此之外,还可以存在多个未列出的其他实施方式。在不违反本实用新型构思的基础上所作的任何替换与改进,均属本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 防滴阀,其特征在于,包括阀体和接液器;所述阀体上开设有进液通道;所述阀体上设有导流筋;
    所述导流筋位于所述接液器的上方,所述进液通道具有送液口,所述导流筋的一端设于所述送液口处,所述导流筋的另一端沿背离所述进液通道的方向延伸,所述接液器上开设有废料口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的防滴阀,其特征在于,接液器上设有引流通道,引流通道的一端与进液通道连通,引流通道另一端沿背离所述进液通道的方向延伸,所述导流筋位于所述引流通道的上方。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的防滴阀,其特征在于,所述导流筋具有与所述引流通道的底部相对设置的导流面;所述导流面和所述引流通道均沿着背离所述进液通道的方向倾斜向上延伸。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的防滴阀,其特征在于,所述导流面在重力方向上的投影位于所述引流通道内,所述导流面与所述进液通道的内壁相切或位于送液口围合形成的区域内。
  5. 根据权利要求2至4任一项所述的防滴阀,其特征在于,所述引流通道包括第一液流槽和第二液流槽,所述第一液流槽具有第一端和第二端,所述进液通道的所述第一端与所述进液通道连通,所述进液通道的所述第二端与所述第二液流槽通连通;所述第一液流槽的第一端的内壁与所述进液通道的内壁相接,所述第一液流槽的第二端的内壁与所述第二液流槽的内壁相接;
    沿着背离所述进液通道的方向,第一液流槽的横截面逐渐增大。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的防滴阀,其特征在于,所述接液器上设有引流板;所述第二液流槽的一端与第一液流槽连通,所述第二液流槽的另一端具有出液口,所述引流板的一端与所述出液口的边缘连接,所述引流板的另一端沿着背离所述出液口的方向向下延伸。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的防滴阀,其特征在于,废料口开设在所述第一液流槽的第一端的两侧。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的防滴阀,其特征在于,所述导流筋和所述废料口均沿所述引流通道的延伸方向延伸,所述导流筋延伸的长度大于等于所述废料口延伸的长度的二分之一。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的防滴阀,其特征在于,还包括具有出液槽和废液槽的基座;所述阀体安装在基座上,所述出液口与所述出液槽连通,所述废液槽与所述废料口连通。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的防滴阀,其特征在于,所述阀体上设有卡槽,阀体通过所述卡槽安装在所述出液槽的边缘。
