Description

自动翻谱器 技术领域

背景技术
音乐演奏过程中,通常需要采用手动翻页的方式对乐谱进行有序地翻阅,然而手动翻页易造成演奏者操作不便,尤其对于高难度的演奏,手动翻页容易降低音乐演奏的质量。
现有技术中,采用自动翻谱器能够实现乐谱的自动翻页,该自动翻谱器通常包括若干个谱纸或谱纸袋,以及用于带动谱纸或谱纸袋翻转的翻页机构。然而,现有的自动翻谱器中的转臂将谱纸或谱纸袋带动到另一侧时,转臂与谱纸或谱纸袋难以脱离,继续翻页操作时有可能造成转臂带回谱纸或谱纸袋的现象,从而对演奏造成不良影响。
发明内容

具体地,如图1、图2以及图3所示,该谱纸袋1用于放置谱纸,其一侧设置有开口。谱纸袋1设置有若干个,若干个谱纸袋1均可翻转地安装在封皮5上。本实施例中,谱纸袋1呈透明状,其由塑料制成。在本发明的其它实施例中,所述自动翻谱器省略谱纸袋1的结构,直接采用谱纸结构,若干个谱纸可翻转地安装在封皮5上,每个谱纸上均安装有第一磁性件3。
如图4并参阅图1、图5所示,该翻页机构2用于带动谱纸袋1翻转,其包括转臂组件21、第一电机22、驱动机构23、控制器(未图示)以及开关(未图示)。该转臂组件21大致呈L形结构,其包括转臂211,以及摆臂212。该转臂211与第一电机22传动连接,本实施例中,转臂211安装在第一电机22的电机轴上。该摆臂212可活动地安装在转臂211上,其可朝向或远离第一磁性件3的一侧转动。优选地,摆臂212安装在转臂211远离第一电机22的一 端。第二磁性件4安装在摆臂212上,该实施例中,第二磁性件4安装在摆臂212上远离转臂211的一端。该第一电机22用于驱动转臂211转动,其安装在封皮5中的封面51与封底52之间的外侧。

使用如上实施例所述的自动翻谱器,由于所述自动翻谱器采用用于驱动摆臂212朝向或远离第一磁性件3的一侧摆动的驱动机构23的结构,转臂组件21转动至一侧时,第一磁性件3与第二磁性件4相互吸合,此时,转臂组件21能够带动谱纸或谱纸袋1翻转;当转臂组件21转动至另一侧时,控制驱动机构23可使得摆臂212向远离第一磁性件3的一侧运动,以使得第一磁性件3与第二磁性件4相互脱离,此时,转臂组件21能够与谱纸或谱纸袋1实现脱离,从而便于翻页机构2实现往复翻页操作;其结构简单,操作较为简便,能够有效地避免转臂组件21在转动过程中难以和谱纸或谱纸袋1脱离,继续翻页操作时有可能造成转臂带回谱纸或谱纸袋的现象。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,请参阅图6所示,该谱纸袋1包括一侧具有开口的袋体11,以及插装在袋体11内的固定件12。固定件12可拆卸地安装在袋体11内,第一磁性件3安装在固定件12上,也即第一磁性件3通过该固定件12设置在谱纸袋1上。优选地,固定件12与袋体11的内壁相互抵持,该固定件12的尺寸略小于袋体11的尺寸。固定件12同样可采用透明状的结构,其由塑料制成。采用上述固定件12的结构,在谱纸袋1的正反两面放置谱纸时,第一磁性件3位于两张谱纸之间,而不会谱纸造成遮挡。
如图7、图8、图9以及图10所示,本发明的较佳实施例之二提供一种自动翻谱器,其与实施例之一所不同之处在于驱动机构23的结构。本实施例中,该驱动机构23采用类似带传动的结构,其包括第三电机233、与第三电机233传动连接的第一转轮234、可转动地安装在转臂211上的第二转轮235,以及 传动连接在第一转轮234与第二转轮235之间的传动带236。摆臂212安装在第二转轮235上,优选地,摆臂212与第二转轮235为一体化结构。本实施例中,该传动带236为尼龙绳。采用上述结构,与实施例之一相比,由于第三电机233不会随着转臂组件21的转动而运动,能够有效地避免因电机安装在转臂上而使得其在运动过程中造成损坏,其使用寿命较长。再者,该驱动机构23结构简单,成本较低。
本实施例中,优选地,第一转轮234、与第二转轮235的外壁均开设有环形槽(未图示),传动带236啮合在环形槽中。采用上述环形槽的结构,能够提高传动带236与第一转轮234、第二转轮235之间传动的稳定性,不易产生打滑现象。
本实施例中,优选地,转臂211为中空结构,传动带236穿设在转臂211中。采用该结构,将传动带236收纳在转臂211中,其结构较为紧凑,能够有效地避免驱动机构23在运动过程中受到干扰,其传动较为平稳。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种自动翻谱器,包括若干个设置有第一磁性件(3)的谱纸或谱纸袋(1),以及用于带动所述谱纸或谱纸袋(1)翻转的翻页机构(2);所述翻页机构(2)包括安装有第二磁性件(4)的转臂组件(21),以及用于驱动所述转臂组件(21)转动的第一电机(22);其特征在于:所述转臂组件(21)包括与所述第一电机(22)传动连接的转臂(211),以及可活动地安装在所述转臂(211)上的摆臂(212);所述第二磁性件(4)安装在所述摆臂(212)上;所述翻页机构(2)还包括用于驱动所述摆臂(212)朝向或远离所述第一磁性件(3)的一侧摆动的驱动机构(23)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的自动翻谱器,其特征在于:所述驱动机构(23)包括安装在所述转臂(211)上的第二电机(231);所述摆臂(212)传动连接在所述第二电机(231)的电机轴上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的自动翻谱器,其特征在于:所述驱动机构(23)还包括传动连接在所述摆臂(212)与所述第二电机(231)的电机轴之间的蜗轮蜗杆机构(232)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的自动翻谱器,其特征在于:所述驱动机构(23)包括第三电机(233)、与所述第三电机(233)传动连接的第一转轮(234)、可转动地安装在所述转臂(211)上的第二转轮(235),以及传动连接在所述第一转轮(234)与所述第二转轮(235)之间的传动带(236);所述摆臂(212)安装在所述第二转轮(235)上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的自动翻谱器,其特征在于:所述传动带(236)为尼龙绳。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的自动翻谱器,其特征在于:所述第一转轮(234)、与所述第二转轮(235)的外壁均开设有环形槽;所述传动带(236)啮合在所述环形槽中。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的自动翻谱器,其特征在于:所述转臂(211)为中空结构;所述传动带(236)穿设在所述转臂(211)中。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的自动翻谱器,其特征在于:所述摆臂(212)与所述第二转轮(235)为一体化结构。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的自动翻谱器,其特征在于:所述自动翻谱器还包括具有封面(51)与封底(52)的封皮(5);所述第一电机(22)安装在所述封面(51)与所述封底(52)之间的外侧。
  10. 根据权利要求1~9任一项所述的自动翻谱器,其特征在于:所述谱纸袋(1)包括一侧具有开口的袋体(11),以及插装在所述袋体(11)内的固定件(12);所述第一磁性件(3)安装在所述固定件(12)上。
