一种车削中心进给传动装置,主要由滚珠丝杠a(1)、制动踏板(2)、刀架(3)、拖板(4)、同步齿形带a(5)、AC伺服电机a(6)、同步齿形带b(7)、AC伺服电机b(8)和滚珠丝杠b(9)组成,拖板(4)设置在制动踏板(2)后下侧,制动踏板(2)上设有滚珠丝杠a(1),制动踏板(2)左侧设有刀架(3),制动踏板(2)右侧上方设有AC伺服电机a(6),滚珠丝杠a(1)与AC伺服电机a(6)之间通过同步齿形带a(5)相连接,制动踏板(2)下方连接滚珠丝杠b(9),滚珠丝杠b(9)左下侧设有AC伺服电机b(8),AC伺服电机b(8)与滚珠丝杠b(9)通过同步齿形带b(7)相连接。该传动装置具有精密、高效、实用、机械结构大大简化,更加容易制造,成本相对较低,便于操作、宜人化和制造工艺性好的优点。

Description

车削中心进给传动装置 技术领域
本发明属于车床传动技术领域,具体涉及一种车削中心进给传动装置
背景技术
根据当前国际和国内经济技术发展的水平以及由市场经济体制所确定的供求关系,当
前宜研制功能不是很多和结构简单的车削中心,因此应首先研制可控轴数为3(即C轴、X轴
和Z轴)的车削中心,以后在此基础上开发可控轴数和功能更多的车削中心。主电机采用兼有
C轴功能的伺服电机,用同一条传动链通过内装的PLC进行模拟信号切换和互锁,分别实现
主轴的主运动和C轴运动。传统车削中心进给传动装置结构复杂,不易操作,震动较大,精
度不够高,故障率高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种车削中心进给传动装置,已解决上述方案中存在的不足。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案为:
一种车削中心进给传动装置,主要由滚珠丝杠a、制动踏板、刀架、拖板、同步齿形带a、AC
伺服电机a、同步齿形带b、AC伺服电机b和滚珠丝杠b组成,拖板设置在制动踏板后下侧,
制动踏板上设有滚珠丝杠a,制动踏板左侧设有刀架,制动踏板右侧上方设有AC伺服电机a,
滚珠丝杠a与AC伺服电机a之间通过同步齿形带a相连接,制动踏板下方连接滚珠丝杠b,
滚珠丝杠b左下侧设有AC伺服电机b,AC伺服电机b与滚珠丝杠b通过同步齿形带b相连
接。
所述的拖板右侧下方设有原点限位开关。
所述的AC伺服电机a上左上方设有原点限位开关。
本发明精密、高效、实用、机械结构大大简化,更加容易制造,成本相对较低。便于
操作、宜人化和制造工艺性好的优点。

如图1所示,一种车削中心进给传动装置,主要由滚珠丝杠a1、制动踏板2、刀架3、拖板4、同步齿形带a5、AC伺服电机a6、同步齿形带b7、AC伺服电机b8和滚珠丝杠b9
组成,拖板4设置在制动踏板2后下侧,制动踏板2上设有滚珠丝杠a1,制动踏板2左侧设
有刀架3,制动踏板2右侧上方设有AC伺服电机a6,滚珠丝杠a1与AC伺服电机a6之间通
过同步齿形带a7相连接,制动踏板2下方连接滚珠丝杠b9,滚珠丝杠b9左下侧设有AC伺
服电机b8,AC伺服电机b8与滚珠丝杠b9通过同步齿形带b7相连接;所述的拖板4右侧下
方设有原点限位开关;所述的AC伺服电机a6上左上方设有原点限位开关。

Claims (3)

  1. 一种车削中心进给传动装置,主要由滚珠丝杠a、制动踏板、刀架、拖板、同步齿形带a、AC伺服电机a、同步齿形带b、AC伺服电机b和滚珠丝杠b组成,其特征在于:拖板设置在制动踏板后下侧,制动踏板上设有滚珠丝杠a,制动踏板左侧设有刀架,制动踏板右侧上方设有AC伺服电机a,滚珠丝杠a与AC伺服电机a之间通过同步齿形带a相连接,制动踏板下方连接滚带b相连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的车削中心进给传动装置,其特征在于:所述的拖板右侧下方设有原点限位开关。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的车削中心进给传动装置,其特征在于:所述的AC伺服电机a上左上方设有原点限位开关。
