Abstract
본 발명은 FDH1α(formate dehydrogenase 1 alpha subunit)를 코딩하는 내인성 유전자가 결실되고, FDH1을 코딩하는 외인성 유전자가 도입된, 개미산을 생산하기 위한 재조합 미생물 및 상기 미생물을 이용하여 개미산을 생산하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
