针对现有技术中的缺陷，本申请提出了一种基于身份识别和商品识别的无人售货方法和设备，以自动化的方式进行无人售货，大大提高了效率，降低了使用成本，且利于人流的顺畅流通，进而提升了用户的使用体验。
具体地，本申请提出了以下具体的实施例：

检测各所述已注册用户的位置信息；
针对各所述已注册用户，当确定所述已注册用户到达预设商场的预设位置时，对所述已注册用户以及所述已注册用户在预设商场所获取的商品进行识别，以获取已注册用户的用户信息以及商品信息；其中，所述商品信息中包括价格；所述用户信息包括账户信息；
综合所有商品的价格确定待支付总金额在所述账户信息中完成支付。

在一个具体的实施例中，如图3所示，还包括：
注册模块204，配置成接收用户的注册请求；其中，所述注册请求中包含所述用户的用户信息以及账户信息；
当所述用户信息以及所述账户信息完成验证之后，将所述用户设置为已注册用户；其中，所述已注册用户的权限高于进入所述预设商场的权限；
当所述用户信息或所述账户信息验证不通过，则将所述用户设置为未注册用户；其中，所述未注册用户的权限低于进入所述预设商场的权限。
在一个具体的实施例中，所述用户信息包括所述用户的人脸图像以及与所述人脸图像对应的其他用户信息；该设备还包括
关联存储模块，配置成当所述用户被设置为已注册用户后，建立所述账户信息与所述用户信息关联关系，并存储所述关联关系。
在一个具体的实施例中，所述识别模块202，配置成：
对所述已注册用户进行人像识别，以获取到人脸图像；
基于所述人脸图像确定所述用户信息；
基于账户信息与注册信息关联关系确定所述人脸图像对应的账户信息。
在一个具体的实施例中，所述识别模块202“对所述已注册用户进行人像识别，以获取到人脸图像”包括：
对所述已注册用户的人脸进行拍摄，以获取到拍摄图像；
将所述拍摄图像与所有人脸图像进行相似度的比对；
将相似度最高的人脸图像设置为所述已注册用户的人脸图像。
以此，本申请提出了一种基于身份识别和商品识别的无人售货方法和设备，其中，该方法包括：检测各所述已注册用户的位置信息；针对各所述已注册用户，当确定所述已注册用户到达预设商场的预设位置时，对所述已注册用户以及所述已注册用户在预设商场所获取的商品进行识别，以获取已注册用户的用户信息以及商品信息；其中，所述商品信息中包括价格；所述用户信息包括账户信息；综合所有商品的价格确定待支付总金额在所述账户信息中完成支付。以此，以自动化的方式进行无人售货，大大提高了效率，降低了使用成本，且利于人流的顺畅流通，进而提升了用户的使用体验。
本领域技术人员可以理解附图只是一个优选实施场景的示意图，附图中的模块或流程并不一定是实施本申请所必须的。
本领域技术人员可以理解实施场景中的装置中的模块可以按照实施场景描述进行分布于实施场景的装置中，也可以进行相应变化位于不同于本实施场景的一个或多个装置中。上述实施场景的模块可以合并为一个模块，也可以进一步拆分成多个子模块。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种基于身份识别和商品识别的无人售货方法，其特征在于，包括：
    检测各已注册用户的位置信息；
    针对各所述已注册用户，当确定所述已注册用户到达预设商场的预设位置时，对所述已注册用户以及所述已注册用户在预设商场所获取的商品进行识别，以获取已注册用户的用户信息以及商品信息；其中，所述商品信息中包括价格；所述用户信息包括账户信息；
    综合所有商品的价格确定待支付总金额在所述账户信息中完成支付。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种基于身份识别和商品识别的无人售货方法，其特征在于，还包括：
    接收用户的注册请求；其中，所述注册请求中包含所述用户的用户信息以及账户信息；
    当所述用户信息以及所述账户信息完成验证之后，将所述用户设置为已注册用户；其中，所述已注册用户的权限高于进入所述预设商场的权限；
    当所述用户信息或所述账户信息验证不通过，则将所述用户设置为未注册用户；其中，所述未注册用户的权限低于进入所述预设商场的权限。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种基于身份识别和商品识别的无人售货方法，其特征在于，所述用户信息包括所述用户的人脸图像以及与所述人脸图像对应的其他用户信息；该方法还包括
    当所述用户被设置为已注册用户后，建立所述账户信息与所述用户信息关联关系，并存储所述关联关系。
  4. 如权利要求1或3所述的一种基于身份识别和商品识别的无人售货方法，其特征在于，所述“对所述已注册用户以及所述已注册用户在预设商场所获取的商品进行识别，以获取已注册用户的用户信息以及商品信息”包括：
    对所述已注册用户进行人像识别，以获取到人脸图像；
    基于所述人脸图像确定所述用户信息；
    基于账户信息与注册信息关联关系确定所述人脸图像对应的账户信息；以及
    对商品进行图像识别或标识识别，以确定所述已注册用户在预设商场所获取的商品。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种基于身份识别和商品识别的无人售货方法，其特征在于，所述“对所述已注册用户进行人像识别，以获取到人脸图像”包括：
    对所述已注册用户的人脸进行拍摄，以获取到拍摄图像；
    将所述拍摄图像与所有人脸图像进行相似度的比对；
    将相似度最高的人脸图像设置为所述已注册用户的人脸图像。
  6. 一种基于身份识别和商品识别的无人售货设备，其特征在于，包括：
    位置模块，配置成检测各已注册用户的位置信息；
    识别模块，配置成针对各所述已注册用户，当确定所述已注册用户到达预设商场的预设位置时，对所述已注册用户以及所述已注册用户在预设商场所获取的商品进行识别，以获取已注册用户的用户信息以及商品信息；其中，所述商品信息中包括价格；所述用户信息包括账户信息；
    支付模块，配置成综合所有商品的价格确定待支付总金额在所述账户信息中完成支付。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的一种基于身份识别和商品识别的无人售货设备，其特征在于，还包括：
    注册模块，配置成接收用户的注册请求；其中，所述注册请求中包含所述用户的用户信息以及账户信息；
    当所述用户信息以及所述账户信息完成验证之后，将所述用户设置为已注册用户；其中，所述已注册用户的权限高于进入所述预设商场的权限；
    当所述用户信息或所述账户信息验证不通过，则将所述用户设置为未注册用户；其中，所述未注册用户的权限低于进入所述预设商场的权限。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的一种基于身份识别和商品识别的无人售货设备，其特征在于，所述用户信息包括所述用户的人脸图像以及与所述人脸图像对应的其他用户信息；该设备还包括
    关联存储模块，配置成当所述用户被设置为已注册用户后，建立所述账户信息与所述用户信息关联关系，并存储所述关联关系。
  9. 如权利要求6或8所述的一种基于身份识别和商品识别的无人售货设备，其特征在于，所述识别模块，配置成：
    对所述已注册用户进行人像识别，以获取到人脸图像；
    基于所述人脸图像确定所述用户信息；
    基于账户信息与注册信息关联关系确定所述人脸图像对应的账户信息；以及
    对商品进行图像识别或标识识别，以确定所述已注册用户在预设商场所获取的商品。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的一种基于身份识别和商品识别的无人售货设备，其特征 在于，所述识别模块“对所述已注册用户进行人像识别，以获取到人脸图像”包括：
    对所述已注册用户的人脸进行拍摄，以获取到拍摄图像；
    将所述拍摄图像与所有人脸图像进行相似度的比对；
    将相似度最高的人脸图像设置为所述已注册用户的人脸图像。
