Description

具有强化结构的折叠杯 技术领域
本发明涉及一种折叠杯,尤指一种具有强化结构的折叠杯。
背景技术
由于一般的杯子不便随身携带,为因应使用者对方便收纳、携带的杯子的需求,习用有一种方便收纳的杯子的结构,其包括一座体以及多个框体,藉由在该座体上设置该多个框体,且各框体以底部内缘与相邻框体的顶部外缘相卡扣,使用者须将各框体展开并相互卡扣之后才能使用,进一步,该框体以硬质材质所制成,若是以塑料制成,则因为塑料遇热易释放毒素,而导致使用上的限制;若是以金属制成,则使用者盛装热饮时容易烫伤,因此此种杯子的结构在使用上有其限制。
有鉴于此,现有一种折叠杯,其利用在硅胶制容器的外侧壁上,间隔且环形设有多个凹槽,藉由该多个凹槽即可将该折叠杯收折,并且便于清洗、不易变形而能重复使用,较佳的是,硅胶可用于盛装高温内容物,且不会让使用者烫伤。
然而,现有折叠杯由于是由硅胶制成,若受外力挤压仍然会产生变形,因而容易在杯身受力变形时,导致杯口变形后,杯身进一步严重扭曲,并衍生现有折叠杯容易倾倒、溅洒出所盛装液体的问题,若使用者利用该折叠杯盛装热饮,更可能造成使用者受伤,综上所述,现有折叠杯容易在杯口变形时严重扭曲,确有其需加以改进之处。
发明公开
为解决现有折叠杯在杯口变形时容易严重扭曲,造成该折叠杯容易倾倒,并溅洒所盛装液体的问题,本发明通过在杯口设置一定形环,利用该定形环维持杯口的形状,有效改善现有折叠杯扭曲的问题,进一步说明如下。

如图6及图7所示,该定形环20的内侧壁上平均且间隔地设有多个定位凸缘21,该多个定位凸缘21位于同一水平面上,而具有相同高度,且该杯盖50具有两呈上、下间隔且环形设置的凸肋51,让该定形环20与该杯盖50相结合时,如图7所示,该多个定位凸缘21可被限制在该两凸肋51之间,藉以使该定形环20与该杯盖50稳固结合,且该两凸肋51抵靠于该定形环20的内侧壁,使该杯体10内的液体不会经该定形环20与该杯盖50的结合处流出。

    一杯体,其具有一杯口,并于侧壁上间隔且环形设有至少两折叠区,该杯体可藉由该至少两折叠区收折;以及
    一定形环,其与该杯体相结合,并嵌设于该杯口的内侧壁上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的具有强化结构的折叠杯,其特征在于,该定形环的内侧壁上间隔设有多个定位凸缘。

  6. 如权利要求1或2所述的具有强化结构的折叠杯,其特征在于,该至少两折叠区为一第一折叠区以及一第二折叠区,该第一折叠区自该杯体外侧壁环形凹设而形成,且该第一折叠区位于该杯体中段偏上半部的位置,使该第一折叠区以下的杯体可向上收折,于该第一折叠区以上的杯体内,使该第一折叠区上、下两侧的杯体以内侧壁的一面相面对;该第二折叠区自该杯体内侧壁环形凹设而形成,且该第二折叠区位于该杯体中段偏下半部的位置,使该第二折叠区上、下两侧的杯体可翻折,而以外侧壁的一面相面对。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的具有强化结构的折叠杯,其特征在于,该杯体呈收折状态时该定形环的下缘高于该两折叠区的位置。
  8. 如权利要求1或2所述的具有强化结构的折叠杯,其特征在于,该杯体呈收折状态时该定形环的下缘高于该至少两折叠区的位置。
  9. 如权利要求5所述的具有强化结构的折叠杯,其特征在于,该具有强 化结构的折叠杯包括有一杯盖,该杯盖与该定形环相结合,该杯盖具有两呈上、下间隔且环形设置的凸肋,使该定形环与该杯盖结合时,该多个定位凸缘可被限制在该两凸肋之间,且该两凸肋抵靠于该定形环的内侧壁。
  10. 如权利要求2所述的具有强化结构的折叠杯,其特征在于,该具有强化结构的折叠杯包括有一杯盖,该杯盖与该定形环相结合,该杯盖具有两呈上、下间隔且环形设置的凸肋,使该定形环与该杯盖结合时,该多个定位凸缘可被限制在该两凸肋之间,且该两凸肋抵靠于该定形环的内侧壁。
