Abstract

지그판과 그 위에 배치되어 있는 복수의 가이드 봉을 포함하는 조립 지그를 사용하여 2차 전지 셀 모듈을 조립하는 방법으로서, 하부 프레임의 복수의 정렬용 관통구에 상기 복수의 가이드 봉을 삽입한 상태로 상기 하부 프레임을 상기 지그판 위에 탑재하는 단계, 상기 하부 프레임 위에 복수의 전지 셀을 배치하는 단계, 상부 프레임의 복수의 정렬용 관통구에 상기 복수의 가이드 봉을 삽입한 상태로 상기 복수의 전지 셀 위에 상기 상부 프레임을 탑재하는 단계, 상기 상부 프레임과 상기 하부 프레임을 체결하는 단계, 그리고 상기 조립 지그를 상기 상부 프레임 및 상기 하부 프레임으로부터 분리하는 단계를 포함한다.
