钛管焊接用工装 技术领域
本发明涉及钛管焊接用工装。
背景技术
钛管质量轻,强度高,机械性能优越,广泛应用于热交换设备,如列管式换热器、盘管式换热器、蛇形管式换热器、冷凝器、蒸发器和输送管道等。
一些应用场所,需要将两根钛管对接后焊接在一起,但钛管焊接缺乏专用工装,焊接不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种钛管焊接用工装,其便于一对钛管的焊接。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种钛管焊接用工装,其用于一对钛管的焊接,该对钛管包括第一钛管和第二钛管;
所述工装包括车架,车架底面四角设有万向轮,各万向轮配有锁定机构;
所述车架顶面设有平置滑轨,滑轨上设有第一滑座和第二滑座;
所述第一滑座上设有竖置的第一升降支架,第二滑座上设有竖置的第二升降支架;
所述第一升降支架顶端设有第一旋转台,第二升降支架顶端设有第二旋转台;
所述第一旋转台上设有用于固定第一钛管的第一管夹,第二旋转台上设有用于固定第二钛管的第二管夹。
优选的,所述第一滑座配有将其与滑轨固定的第一定位机构;第二滑座配有将其与滑轨固定的第二定位机构。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种钛管焊接用工装,其便于一对钛管的焊接。
通过第一管夹将第一钛管固定在第一旋转台上,通过第二管夹将第二钛管固定在第二旋转台上,通过调节第一升降支架和第二升降支架,将第一钛管和第二钛管调整至同一高度,通过转动第一旋转台和第二旋转台,将第一钛管和第二钛管调整至共轴心,通过调整第一滑座和第二滑座的位置,将第一钛管和第二钛管对接,方便后续焊接。
带万向轮的车架,方便工装的移动。

如图1所示,一种钛管焊接用工装,其用于一对钛管的焊接,该对钛管包括第一钛管81和第二钛管82;
所述工装包括车架1,车架1底面四角设有万向轮2,各万向轮2配有锁定机构;
所述车架1顶面设有平置滑轨3,滑轨3上设有第一滑座41和第二滑座42;
所述第一滑座41上设有竖置的第一升降支架51,第二滑座42上设有竖置的第二升降支架52;
所述第一升降支架51顶端设有第一旋转台61,第二升降支架52顶端设有第二旋转台62;
所述第一旋转台61上设有用于固定第一钛管81的第一管夹71,第二旋转台62上设有用于固定第二钛管82的第二管夹72。
所述第一滑座41配有将其与滑轨3固定的第一定位机构;第二滑座42配有将其与滑轨3固定的第二定位机构。
通过第一管夹71将第一钛管81固定在第一旋转台61上,通过第二管夹72将第二钛管82固定在第二旋转台62上,通过调节第一升降支架51和第二升降支架52,将第一钛管81和第二钛管82调整至同一高度,通过转动第一旋转台61和第二旋转台62,将第一钛管81和第二钛管82调整至共轴心,通过调整第一滑座41和第二滑座42的位置,将第一钛管81和第二钛管82对接,方便后续焊接。
带万向轮2的车架1,方便工装的移动。

    所述第一滑座上设有竖置的第一升降支架,第二滑座上设有竖置的第二升降支架;
    所述第一升降支架顶端设有第一旋转台,第二升降支架顶端设有第二旋转台;
    所述第一旋转台上设有用于固定第一钛管的第一管夹,第二旋转台上设有用于固定第二钛管的第二管夹。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的钛管焊接用工装,其特征在于,所述第一滑座配有将其与滑轨固定的第一定位机构;第二滑座配有将其与滑轨固定的第二定位机构。
