技术领域
本发明涉及汽车零部件生产研究领域中的一种辅助工具,特别是一种汽车的3M 胶粘贴工具。
背景技术
由于目前汽车中的门窗饰条生产数量较多,而且大多都需要贴3M胶。但目前的辅助粘贴的小工具作用单一,只能在粘贴完之后放下工具,重新拿起小刀把3M胶切断。这样就造成了整个工序动作繁多,作业员手部动作大,劳动强度大,效率低,并且由于刀片长期外露,使的作业员容易受伤。另外,刀具容易丢失使生产成本升高。
发明内容
本发明的目的,在于提供一种汽车的3M 胶粘贴工具,其将在粘贴本体上布置切刀,在粘贴完成后,切刀伸出后直接将3M胶切断。
本发明解决其技术问题的解决方案是:一种汽车的3M 胶粘贴工具,包括粘贴本体和滑动块,所述粘贴本体的下端面为粘贴端面,所述粘贴端面的中部内陷为第一腔体,所述第一腔体通过分隔块分成下部的第二腔体和上部的第三腔体,所述第二腔体内布置有一把切刀,所述第三腔体的侧壁上布置有第一开口,所述滑动块的一端通过第一开口伸出到第三腔体内,所述切刀的上端布置有连接杆,连接杆穿过分隔块后与滑动块连接,所述连接杆的外表面套有弹性件,所述弹性件的下端固定在分隔块的上端面,弹性件的上端面固定在滑动块上。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述第一开口的两侧壁上分别布置一条有滑轨,所述滑动块的两侧端面分别布置有与滑轨相匹配的滑槽。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述粘贴端面上布置有一条粘贴槽,所述粘贴槽的中心线和第一腔体的中心线垂直。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述弹性件为弹簧。

本发明的有益效果是:本发明在粘贴本体内布置切刀,平时,在弹性件的作用下,切刀的末端不超过粘贴端面,当粘贴3M胶时,通过粘贴端面将3M胶贴合在工件上,当完成贴合后,手动驱使滑动块往粘贴端面移动,切刀伸出后将3M胶切断,松开滑动块后,切刀在弹性件的弹力作用下复位。本发明降低了作业员的劳动强度,同时提高生产效率,也使得作业员在粘贴3M胶时更安全,降低发生安全事故的几率。

参照图1~图2,一种汽车的3M 胶粘贴工具,包括粘贴本体1和滑动块8,所述粘贴本体1的下端面为粘贴端面,所述粘贴端面的中部内陷为第一腔体,所述第一腔体通过分隔块4分成下部的第二腔2体和上部的第三腔体3,所述第二腔2体内布置有一把切刀5,所述第三腔体3的侧壁上布置有第一开口,所述滑动块8的一端通过第一开口伸出到第三腔体3内,所述切刀5的上端布置有连接杆6,连接杆6穿过分隔块4后与滑动块8连接,所述连接杆6的外表面套有弹性件7,所述弹性件7的下端固定在分隔块4的上端面,弹性件7的上端面固定在滑动块8上。
在粘贴本体1内布置切刀5,平时,在弹性件7的作用下,切刀5的末端不超过粘贴端面,当粘贴3M胶时,通过粘贴端面将3M胶贴合在工件上,当完成贴合后,手动驱使滑动块8往粘贴端面移动,切刀5伸出后将3M胶切断,松开滑动块8后,切刀5在弹性件7的弹力作用下复位。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述第一开口的两侧壁上分别布置一条有滑轨,所述滑动块8的两侧端面分别布置有与滑轨相匹配的滑槽,通过滑轨和滑槽配合,便于滑动块8平稳顺畅滑行。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述粘贴端面上布置有一条粘贴槽9,所述粘贴槽9的中心线和第一腔体的中心线垂直,所述弹性件7为弹簧,通过粘贴槽9得3M胶粘贴更加好,同时,切刀5可以在粘贴完3M胶后伸出,辅助切断。切刀5上布置弹簧,这样就可以使作业员在需要的时候把切刀5推出,不用的时候切刀5在弹簧的作用下自动缩回,有效保护作业员的手部不被刀划伤。第二腔体的出口位于粘贴槽9中部。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述粘贴本体1的上端形状为球体状,便于作业员手持作业。

  1. 一种汽车的3M 胶粘贴工具,其特征在于:包括粘贴本体和滑动块,所述粘贴本体的下端面为粘贴端面,所述粘贴端面的中部内陷为第一腔体,所述第一腔体通过分隔块分成下部的第二腔体和上部的第三腔体,所述第二腔体内布置有一把切刀,所述第三腔体的侧壁上布置有第一开口,所述滑动块的一端通过第一开口伸出到第三腔体内,所述切刀的上端布置有连接杆,连接杆穿过分隔块后与滑动块连接,所述连接杆的外表面套有弹性件,所述弹性件的下端固定在分隔块的上端面,弹性件的上端面固定在滑动块上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车的3M 胶粘贴工具,其特征在于:所述第一开口的两侧壁上分别布置一条有滑轨,所述滑动块的两侧端面分别布置有与滑轨相匹配的滑槽。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车的3M 胶粘贴工具,其特征在于:所述粘贴端面上布置有一条粘贴槽,所述粘贴槽的中心线和第一腔体的中心线垂直。
