Abstract

一种切割与接料机一体机,包括机架,机架内部上部布置有焊接单元,焊接单元下方安装有冲切单元。该切割与接料机一体机通过设置焊接单元和冲切单元,先将板材拿到冲切单元上,将其冲切平整后,放置到焊接单元中,焊接单元中的焊枪将两个冲切后的板材焊接好,该切割与接料机一体机将冲切和焊接整合在一个机架内,减少设备数量,减少设备的占用空间,切割产品既整齐又平整,造价成本低,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车零部件生产研究领域中的一种设备,特别是一种切割与接料机一体机。
背景技术
金属板材原材料生产时,产品两端一般是不平齐的,需要切板机切平整,再去对接平整再焊接,现在的生产工艺,将产品放入指定的切割设备内,将产品卷料的尾端及新卷材料的首端不齐的切割整齐,送入夹紧机构,使两根产品首尾料对齐,产品对接间隙小于0.3MM,气缸推动机构,使夹块夹紧,设定电气参数,将TIG焊枪对准产品接头,启动焊接,TIG焊枪在电机带动的过程中均速行走,行走到位后焊接也停机,TIG焊枪返回设定的原位,完成一次卷料对接工。总的来说,现有技术中存在以下缺点:
一、单个工序操作时间长,设备较多,场地大;
二、剪切板时板材不齐,变形量大;
三、由于现状采用两台独立的设备分体分段工序完成,导致作业人员劳动强度加大,不便于操作及维护且浪费较多工时;
四、开发费用成本增加。
发明内容
本发明的目的,在于提供一种切割与接料机一体机,其能在一个工位上实现切割下料和焊接接料两个工序,减少工件周转的时间,提高工作效率。
本发明解决其技术问题的解决方案是:切割与接料机一体机,包括机架,所述机架内部上部布置有焊接单元,所述焊接单元下方安装有冲切单元。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述焊接单元包括焊接底座、第一焊接压块、第二焊接压块和焊枪,所述第一焊接压块和第二焊接压块位于焊接底座上方,所述第一焊接压块和第二焊接压块之间形成让焊枪通过的焊接通道。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述焊接底座上布置有驱使焊枪往复移动的焊接驱动电机以及驱使第一焊接压块和第二焊接压块靠近或者远离焊接底座的焊接驱动气缸。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述焊接底座的上端面布置有至少一个定位块。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述冲切单元包括冲切气缸、安装在冲切气缸动作端上的动作板、冲切下辅助板、冲切下模板和冲切上模板,所述冲切气缸的动作端朝上,所述动作板和冲切下辅助板之间安装有导柱,动作板上安装有冲切刀,所述冲切刀穿过冲切下辅助板和冲切下模板上的冲切孔,所述冲切下辅助板和冲切下模板之间安装有若干个弹性件,所述冲切下模板和冲切上模板形成冲切件夹持空间。

本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过设置焊接单元和冲切单元,先将板材拿到冲切单元上,将其冲切平整后,放置到焊接单元中,焊接单元中的焊枪将两个冲切后的板材焊接好。本发明将冲切和焊接糅合在一个机架内,减少设备数量,减少设备的占用空间,本发明切割产品即整齐又平整,造价成本低,使用寿命长;焊接单元中采用焊接驱动电机驱使焊枪往复移动,提高焊枪运行稳定速度,焊接效果好。

参照图1,切割与接料机一体机,包括机架,所述机架内部上部布置有焊接单元,所述焊接单元下方安装有冲切单元。所述焊接单元包括焊接底座8、第一焊接压块9、第二焊接压块10和焊枪11,所述第一焊接压块9和第二焊接压块10位于焊接底座8上方,所述第一焊接压块9和第二焊接压块10之间形成让焊枪11通过的焊接通道。焊枪11为TIG焊枪,所述焊接底座8上布置有驱使焊枪11往复移动的焊接驱动电机以及驱使第一焊接压块9和第二焊接压块10靠近或者远离焊接底座8的焊接驱动气缸。焊接驱动电机为伺服电机。焊枪11安装在移动座上,焊接驱动电机通过丝杆与移动座连接。所述焊接底座8的上端面布置有至少一个定位块。所述冲切单元包括冲切气缸2、安装在冲切气缸2动作端上的动作板3、冲切下辅助板5、冲切下模板6和冲切上模板7,所述冲切气缸2的动作端朝上,动作板3通过转接头安装在冲切气缸2的动作端上,所述动作板3和冲切下辅助板5之间安装有导柱,动作板3上安装有冲切刀4,所述冲切刀4穿过冲切下辅助板5和冲切下模板6上的冲切孔,所述冲切下辅助板5和冲切下模板6之间安装有若干个弹性件,所述冲切下模板6和冲切上模板7形成冲切件夹持空间。所述弹性件为弹簧,所述弹簧的一端固定在冲切下辅助板5的上端面,弹簧的另一端固定在冲切下模板6的下端面。所述机架内安装有冲切机座1,所述冲切气缸2安装在冲切机座1的上端面。
生产作业员将板料放入冲切下模板6和冲切上模板7之间,手动阀开启冲切气缸2,冲切下模板6上行后夹紧板料,动作板3和冲切下辅助板5驱使冲切刀4上升,板料由冲切刀4上升开始慢慢切,在切断过程中,通过冲切气缸2延时,切刀慢慢的将板料切断。将板料拿出放入焊接夹紧机构,通过定位块将其中一端的板料定位,完成一端的板料定位,另一端的板料沿着已定位好的板材放置,第一焊接压块9和第二焊接压块10下压将板料夹紧,调整好TIG焊枪的限位开关,使焊枪在原位点,启动脚踏开关,TIG点火并在焊接驱动电机的驱使下自动稳定的速度向前移动,开始焊机,TIG焊枪碰触到位的感应开关后,TIG焊枪自动熄火,返回原位。

  1. 切割与接料机一体机,其特征在于:包括机架,所述机架内部上部布置有焊接单元,所述焊接单元下方安装有冲切单元。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的切割与接料机一体机,其特征在于:所述焊接单元包括焊接底座、第一焊接压块、第二焊接压块和焊枪,所述第一焊接压块和第二焊接压块位于焊接底座上方,所述第一焊接压块和第二焊接压块之间形成让焊枪通过的焊接通道。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的切割与接料机一体机,其特征在于:所述焊接底座上布置有驱使焊枪往复移动的焊接驱动电机以及驱使第一焊接压块和第二焊接压块靠近或者远离焊接底座的焊接驱动气缸。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的切割与接料机一体机,其特征在于:所述焊接底座的上端面布置有至少一个定位块。
  5. 根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的切割与接料机一体机,其特征在于:所述冲切单元包括冲切气缸、安装在冲切气缸动作端上的动作板、冲切下辅助板、冲切下模板和冲切上模板,所述冲切气缸的动作端朝上,所述动作板和冲切下辅助板之间安装有导柱,动作板上安装有冲切刀,所述冲切刀穿过冲切下辅助板和冲切下模板上的冲切孔,所述冲切下辅助板和冲切下模板之间安装有若干个弹性件,所述冲切下模板和冲切上模板形成冲切件夹持空间。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的切割与接料机一体机,其特征在于:所述弹性件为弹簧,所述弹簧的一端固定在冲切下辅助板的上端面,弹簧的另一端固定在冲切下模板的下端面。
