一种搪玻璃管件,包括主管体,主管体内壁覆盖有搪玻璃底釉;所述搪玻璃底釉由以下组分组成:气相二氧化硅,α-烯基磺酸钠,海泡石粉,三氯化锑,焦磷酸钠,N-甲基吡咯烷酮,硼酸胺,N-油酰肌氨酸十八胺盐,纳米碳化硅,环烷酸钴,纳米锌锰粉,纤维素羟丙基甲基醚,N-乙烯基咔唑。搪玻璃管件内壁覆盖了特殊的搪玻璃底釉,具有耐腐蚀、耐磨擦、抗氧化的性能。

本发明涉及搪玻璃管件。
搪玻璃管件是常用的化工设备,搪玻璃管件内壁一般覆盖有搪玻璃底釉,搪玻璃底釉的性能直接影响了搪玻璃管件的使用效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种搪玻璃管件,内壁覆盖了特殊的搪玻璃底釉,具有耐腐蚀、耐磨擦、抗氧化的性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种搪玻璃管件,包括主管体,主管体内壁覆盖有搪玻璃底釉;所述搪玻璃底釉由以下组分组成:气相二氧化硅,α-烯基磺酸钠,海泡石粉,三氯化锑,焦磷酸钠,N-甲基吡咯烷酮,硼酸胺,N-油酰肌氨酸十八胺盐,纳米碳化硅,环烷酸钴,纳米锌锰粉,纤维素羟丙基甲基醚,N-乙烯基咔唑。
优选的,所述搪玻璃底釉按重量份计由以下组分组成:
40份气相二氧化硅,
3~4份α-烯基磺酸钠,
1~2份海泡石粉,
2~3份三氯化锑,
4~2份焦磷酸钠,
3~5份N-甲基吡咯烷酮,
1~2份硼酸胺,
4~6份N-油酰肌氨酸十八胺盐,
3~6份纳米碳化硅,
1~2份环烷酸钴,
3~6份纳米锌锰粉,
5~8份纤维素羟丙基甲基醚,
2~3份N-乙烯基咔唑。
优选的,所述搪玻璃底釉按重量份计由以下组分组成:
40份气相二氧化硅,
3.4份α-烯基磺酸钠,
1.2份海泡石粉,
2.3份三氯化锑,
4.2份焦磷酸钠,
3.5份N-甲基吡咯烷酮,
1.2份硼酸胺,

一种搪玻璃管件,包括主管体,主管体内壁覆盖有搪玻璃底釉;所述搪玻璃底釉由以下组分组成:气相二氧化硅,α-烯基磺酸钠,海泡石粉,三氯化锑,焦磷酸钠,N-甲基吡咯烷酮,硼酸胺,N-油酰肌氨酸十八胺盐,纳米碳化硅,环烷酸钴,纳米锌锰粉,纤维素羟丙基甲基醚,N-乙烯基咔唑。
优选的,所述搪玻璃底釉按重量份计由以下组分组成:
40份气相二氧化硅,
3~4份α-烯基磺酸钠,
1~2份海泡石粉,
2~3份三氯化锑,
4~2份焦磷酸钠,
3~5份N-甲基吡咯烷酮,
1~2份硼酸胺,
4~6份N-油酰肌氨酸十八胺盐,
3~6份纳米碳化硅,
1~2份环烷酸钴,
3~6份纳米锌锰粉,

- 根据权利要求1所述的搪玻璃管件,其特征在于,所述搪玻璃底釉按重量份计由以下组分组成:40份气相二氧化硅,3~4份α-烯基磺酸钠,1~2份海泡石粉,2~3份三氯化锑,4~2份焦磷酸钠,3~5份N-甲基吡咯烷酮,1~2份硼酸胺,4~6份N-油酰肌氨酸十八胺盐,3~6份纳米碳化硅,1~2份环烷酸钴,3~6份纳米锌锰粉,5~8份纤维素羟丙基甲基醚,2~3份N-乙烯基咔唑。
- 根据权利要求2所述的搪玻璃管件,其特征在于,所述搪玻璃底釉按重量份计由以下组分组成:40份气相二氧化硅,3.4份α-烯基磺酸钠,1.2份海泡石粉,2.3份三氯化锑,4.2份焦磷酸钠,3.5份N-甲基吡咯烷酮,1.2份硼酸胺,4.6份N-油酰肌氨酸十八胺盐,3.6份纳米碳化硅,1.2份环烷酸钴,3.6份纳米锌锰粉,5.8份纤维素羟丙基甲基醚,2.3份N-乙烯基咔唑。
